Airport shuttle was ok. A bit disorganized. People got into a long line and the driver pulled up near the back of the line and it was a mess as everyone was pushing to get their bags on board since there were too many people. Having a roped line would cure that. Also, the driver dropped everyone off at their terminals and he finished at Terminal 2 and told my wife and I that we had to walk to terminal 1. He said it was a short walk. Sure! About a kilometer! And we could see that it would have been easy for the guy to just drive us there. The hotel was fine, but if you're planning to stay there because it's close to the airport, there are better choices. Because it's not even as close as you think. We saw that several people just gave up and took a taxi to the airport. So what's the use of staying there? Convenience? No. Plus, the restaurant is overpriced because there's no place else to go. So if you're trying to save money, that's not going to work either. But to be fair, the room was clean and the hotel staff was nice.

The whole reason we got this hotel was because it was close to the airport when we got to the airport we called and they said there was no airport shuttle, even though it said that there was online they just didn’t mention that it was siesta time and that’s why they weren’t running The beds were extremely comfortable. However, there was a spider under one of them in the sheets. The drinks were unbelievably expensive for what you get and I didn’t necessarily think it was all that convenient to the airport.

Did not check in because when we confirmed and paid we had asked for TWO rooms, NOT one as we were finding space for a family of three adults and two children. We could not stay and when we immediately informed Expedia of the technology error we asked for a refund to be able to book rooms in another Ibis hotel. Expedia denied the request due to "hotel policy." We paid full price for nothing.

We came for an overnight stay after arriving from Paris and returned to the airport early to pick up a rental car. The price was reasonable and location convenient.

My room was clean and cute. There is only one restaurant on site and it was closed during the afternoon. I ordered Uber Eats one day. The nearest restaurants were a drive away. The hotel was nice for the money and convenient to the airport since it was a five minute drive.

Didn't use the pool, artived late in the eve. The room was excellent, nice clean modern shower, terrific, comfortable bed. Excellent towels, big size.

The room was a good size and very clean. It had a coffee maker and mini fridge. The food in the restaurant was good, and the restaurant and bar are open late. The staff were very helpful and professional, and the free airport shuttle is a great amenity.

There was no hot water in our room. We tried calling reception multiple times, even went downstairs to report the issue, and nothing was done about it. Plus the person from the reception was rude to me on the phone. We spent one night there and had to check out without taking a shower. Upon arriving at 11:00 p.m. there was also a huge queue for check in, and check in was super slow. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was nice, and the shuttle was reliable. So no complaints about those.

Property was clean and modern. No, or hardly any access to public transportation. Hotel's shuttle was fast and efficient. Hotel has good dinning options. Some staff not very cooperative when asked questions- nothing major though. Hotel is very modern and clean. There are dining options if one walks ten minutes from the hotel. Buffet breakfast is quite extensive and it's fairly priced, - 12 Euros.

We got a handicap room. The shower overflowed the entire floor. Something was wrong with the drainage. The shuttle bus is small. It gets full right away. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport.

Hotel just opened so everything was fresh and new. Very friendly staff. Airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. Room was excellent and the pool opened on my return trip. Stayed two nights, before and after walking the camino de Santiago.

The breakfast was great! We had issues with air conditioning and hot water, but they quickly fixed the issues.

I chose this place because it was close to the airport, had breakfast and a free shuttle. I got so much more! The style was whimsical, the staf was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious - I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was next level. My room was comfy and cute, and the patio was so spacious I wish I had someone to share it with! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’m staying here again!

Super comfortable and easy to get to using the shuttle bus! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Loved staying here for a night.

The hotel itself is so cute! It was affordable and close to the airport. Was a perfect place to stay for an early flight home.

Apart from the clean and comfortable room you stay in. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, and they don't even serve food all day. You have breakfast till 11am (average) and then nothing until dinner at 7pm. Which was very poor. They don't even have Ketchup or mayonnaise in the building! The staff are there to do their minimum job of running the place and that's all. No warm or welcoming feeling in this hotel unfortunately.

We loved the stay and most staff consideration! We had one spot of discomfort. when we first arrived. We had a long trip by train which was delayed for more than 4 or 5 hours, so we were hoping for a warm reception. However, a gentleman of strong build told us to come to his kiosk to check us in. When I was tryed to tell him my name he interupted. We found out our room would be on the ground floor. My wife asked in Spanish if we could have a higher floor. He response was "Eh?!" We feared this viking would cleave us in twain with his mighty battle axe! We checked and felt our room would not do because we needed a desk to work. We returned to reception and decided to wait for a different person to ask for a different room. The mighty viking was talking and laughing with a comrade of the hotel because I am sure they saw many battles together. (We would hope for equal kindness to all people especially at a hotel) The viking saw us and we resisted the urge to cower in fear. He asked us a bit more gently than before if we were not satisfied with our room. We told him not to worry, we would talk to the youth of gentle bearing to guide us to our preferred loddging. The gentle youth was very serious but kind.We paid to upgrade to a room with a desk. We were greatly impressed by all others especially the staff who worked in the restaurant and bar. We were extremely satisfied with the food! The kitchen staff brought out gluten free bread and pastries. We loved it! We'll be back!

The hotel is a great option if you have an overnight layover in Madrid. It is closer to T4 that the other terminals. There is also a shuttle. The rooms are clean.

Hotel hermoso, cómodo, nuevo, excelente desayuno y atención y muy cerca al aeropuerto. Lo negativo: ofrecen servicio gratis shuttle bus y son muy pocos horarios y llamé al hotel y me aseguraron había servicio cada 45 minutos y es falso. De lunes a viernes No hay servicio desde 1:50 pm. Hasta 5:30 pm y en la noche no hay servicio.y fines de semana solo hay servicio hasta las 9:45 am. Y luego no hay sino después de las 8:00 pm. Hasta 10 u 11 pm.

I was pleased with the hotel in general. Vibrant atmosphere and pleasant staff. The shower did not drain well and the door did not close completely, other than that I was happy with my stay. Marlon, the shuttle driver was very nice and helped me put my luggage in the trunk.

We stayed here 1 night, we were in transit before our flight back home. Booked this because of free shuttle to and from airport & reviews. Organize your shuttle before you arrive. Tried calling and emailing and didn’t get any info about where to meet shuttle or schedules. We were exhausted and hot just wanted to get there. So We ended up taking the city bus. Google maps! Which was 1 bus & 3 stops later and like a 5 minute walk. Besides that the stay was great. It’s a very busy hotel! Clean, nice and friendly staff. We had dinner at restaurant and it was actually very good and the breakfast was great. My husband went to pool which was more like a wading pool but was nice to cool Off. We saw a Burger King and supermarket within walking distance. Shuttle to airport was great. Good stay if you need a place near airport! And nice lobby decor !

I was very disappointed in the shuttle issue. Let's hold. There wasn't room on the shuttle and that my luggage wouldn't fit, and I would have to wait an hour for the neck shuttle, which would have made me miss my flight, so I had to pay for an uber, which was very upsetting.

Although is a new area in development , they staff could recommend taking a take to Barajas a metro or the closest one that is not the airport because there is a 3 eur tax to pay to get in and out. calling a taxi is great but sometimes people do not know here to go . i was not aware e there were restaurants outside or pls es to walk for example. other that that the place is amazing . dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious

The hotel is new and very close to the Barajas airport, the shuttle is included and I had no issue to take it in the morning. the room was very clean and nice. The hotel amenities are very nice, but the sunroof is not available yet.

transportation to airport is excellent but for Metro they don’t suggest the closes can be walking or taxi to Barajas but so t take shuttle to airport and then metro since you pay tax to go inside and out so go to the nearest metro station that is not the airport

The hotel is near the airport and has shuttle. It has very good restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast has so many items. Nice people, clean and quiet room, good services, and inexpensive price made a good experience.

I will probably not stay at this property again, primarily because of issues with the shuttle service. This hotel is within site of the Madrid airport and obviously most of the people who stay here are flying in and out of the airport. There isn't anything else near the hotel that would lure people to stay here. So, it was very disappointing that the shuttle service was very poor. First, they only offer shuttles every 45 minutes and can only take 13 people at a time. You cannot sign up for the shuttle ahead of time; instead, they tell you to come down at least 15 minutes before departure time and wait in line. When we arrived on time to get in line, there were already more than 13 people, which meant we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. We needed to be at the airport sooner, so we had to call an Uber to take us to the airport. Thus, we were not able to use one of this hotel's main selling points (free shuttle to and from the airport). We had other options with lower nightly rates that we did not choose because they did not offer free shuttle service. So, beware!

Nuestra estancia fue de solo una noche pero estuvo genial. El personal es amable y atento, las habitaciones están super bien. El desayuno es fantástico también. La única pega es que no está demasiado bien comunicado (solo autobuses y taxis) pero hay servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto! La decoración ambientada a Alicia en el país de las maravillas es una pasada!!

We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. The hotel is comfortable - we slept really well. However there is no information throughout the hotel about simple things such as opening times for the restaurant and pool, check-out times, local transport tips/links so we had to keep looking for information online. There is a rooftop terrace but nothing on it (no bar/seats/loungers). There is no shelf in the shower for your own toiletries (though shampoo and shower gel is provided). The food in Hatsy restaurant was excellent, once you knew it was open and serving, though they don't yet serve everything on the menu (including some cocktails/drinks). Decor is funky. The shuttle bus service needs improvement - it arrives at the airport roughly once every 45mins but the times aren't reliable and it stops around lunchtime on a Saturday; whether it runs on a Sunday is unclear! However it's easy to order a taxi from the hotel (staff will arrange for you) and costs €14-€18 to the airport. There is an express bus from the airport into the city which costs €5 each way - takes about 40mins and we found the most direct/easy way to get into Madrid. There are nice cafes etc. in the local neighbourhood but we found these through google as there was no local info in the hotel: SantaGloria cafe (about 10min walk away) is excellent for breakfast/coffee/light lunch. Overall the hotel provided the functions we needed and we did sleep really well, but there are some improvements to be made.

O hotel é novo, super bem decorado e aconchegante. Confesso que dos Ibis que já me hospedei, esse foi o melhor. Os quartos são muito bonitos e confortáveis. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Cama excelente, chuveiro também. Próximo ao aeroporto com transfer gratuito.

Not so good. I asked for iron board, never came since we left. Stayed for 5 days. No fridge bar, no bottle of water, no tea or coffee. The worse experience we had. The hotel bus take forever. When we arrived we waited more than 30 min, we decided to take táxi. Not good at all .

Great service. I was checking previous reviews and was hesitant on this but they did deliver. I was able to get shuttle to and from the airport which is a big plus. Breakfast is great and hotel restaurant offers a delicious selection of food. Big thumbs up from the team. Thank you.

Ofrecen servicio de transportación al aeropuerto, un viaje por hora, pero unicamente caben 13 personas. Estuvimos haciendo fila por 20 minutos y fuimos afortunados de alcanzar lugar. Hubo muchs personas que no alzanzaron lugar. Deberían ofrecer le servicio cada media hora o tener una van más grande.

Tudo ocorreu no padrão Ibis. Com relação ao transfer para o aeroporto deu tudo certo também. É só ficar atento aos horários, pois não é 24h e tem pausas durante o dia também. Fiz contato com o hotel antes e eles me informaram todos os detalhes do transfer. Atendeu bem para necessidade de um descanso na escala mais demorada em Madri.

Room good. There is not a Manager reception that is listed in description. Parking has a charge. Shuttle to airport is not on schedule listed. Had to take a Uber. Driver of shuttle late causing backup in morning.

Llamamos desde el aeropuerto para solicitar el servicio de transfer, pero no contestaron a ninguna de las muchas llamadas que hicimos. Tuvimos que ir en taxi.

A lovely brand new hotel, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff, about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. Excellent comfortable rooms and ensuite. Air conditioning, amazing comfortable beds. Basic, but a decent selection of excellent food, good selection for breakfast (buffet style), and well worth the €11. A ten minute walk to nearest shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to Valdebebas train station which is the Renfe (NOT the metro) which costs €3.40 for 2 people single fare to the main tourist centre Sol ( with one change at Chamartin) Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room, tea and coffee readily available from the bar or restaurant. Overall an excellent hotel in a very clean quiet area.

The place was clean, with air-conditioner. Excellent breakfast. They don’t have the possibility of late check out, but you can stay in the Lobby as long as you need. I could not take the Transfer to the airport due to the restricted hours they work. Anyway, I would come back anytime.

Very new. Was clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Airport shuttle was efficient. Suggestion-have small shelf in shower for toiletries. And facial tissue. Other than that. We would return when in the area.

Dejé un par de aretes el día 20 de junio a las 6am y se los hice saber a las 6:30 am por un mensaje por Expedía. También hice 3 llamadas: 1 a las 6:50 am, 1 a las 9:00 am (porque dijeron que a esa hora llegaba la gobernanza) y otra por la tarde. En todas se cerraron a devolverme mis aretes y solo dijeron que me devolverían la llamada, pero prácticamente no había nada seguro. Ya hasta la última llamada dijeron que ahí no estaban. De igual forma les dejé 2 mensajes en expedía (reservé por ese medio) y jamás me contestaron. Las instalaciones están bien pero que pésimo servicio y apenas están abriendo y ya están con esas prácticas de hurto. Me quedé en la habitación 711 del 19 al 20 de junio 2025. Hotel suficientemente bueno para una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Cuarto limpio, personal amable. Bar agradable. El transporte del aeropuerto al hotel termina muy temprano, por lo que toca tomar uber o taxi.

This property is like new; we liked the outdoor pool on the 6th floor and the room bathroom. We didn't like the fact that there was no water to drink in the room and nowhere else's except the restaurant for purchase. The restaurant is very limited in term of food variety and they want to charge you for parking which should be included and a free breakfast, too.

Checking was horrendous , it took hours , the airport shuttle arrived and there seemed to be no expectation that there might be passengers on it, so there was one very slow check in attendant Yet there seemed to be a staff of 1000s around the check in not helping Would not recommend IBIS

This hotel was great in regard to location because it is close to the airport. The stay was comfortable and clean. However, don’t book this hotel for the airport shuttle. Regardless of being ready and waiting in the designated spot almost 10 minutes before departure, the shuttle had already left, with the next one being 45 minutes in the future.

They didn't answer direct messages to them on multiple days. I asked them about their advertised airport shuttle 3 days before arrival then again 1 day before arrival and no response. So I ended up getting an uber. Once I arrived they had the schedule for the shuttle on their counter. We had four people checking in and four staff but three staff serving one couple. Ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes to check in. Poor service

Overall, it was fine; the only downside was that the type of food on offer after 10 pm was very poor. People come in from long trips, and all you have is a cold sandwich.

Perfect hotel Close to the airport

I arrived at 11:50 AM and check-in was at 2PM. This was not communicated by Expedia. I was requested to wait two hours, but they let me into a room only 25 minutes later. The staff was wonderful. There is unfortunately no USB ports in the room, but two short blocks away was a retail store, Maxi China, where I purchased an adapter to charge my devices. They comped an €11 breakfast upon checkout which was lovely. Nice place with great staff, always smiling.
