Das Personal war unglaublich toll, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort. Ich würde doch jederzeit wieder hinfliegen aber nur in dieses Hotel.

Food not that good and room service sucks

Das Hotel entspricht ehe einem 2 Sterne Hotel. Jacuzzis geschlossen, Sauna defekt, Lady-Gym unzugänglich, Männer-Gym überfüllt durch ortsfremde Einheimische. Essen sehr geringer Auswahl, Trinken nur 0,5 L pro Person pro Tag. Kein Abendprogramm, keine Kinderanimation, keine Shows oder Veranstaltungen. Essen jeden Tag dasselber und sehr geringer Auswahl. Personal sehr unhöfflich

Our stay was good over all. Nothing really to complain about. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it does require some maintenance in places. The property was clean and enjoyable. We did not spend lots of time in the hotel but when we did it was pleasant. The meals was ok but could be improved and definitely the WIFI. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. As I said, over all a good experience.

Ich habe All Inclusive gebucht, war aber sehr enttäuscht. Als ich eine Tasse Kaffee bestellt habe, musste ich extra dafür bezahlen – obwohl All Inclusive. Das Essen war sehr schlecht und von geringer Qualität. Sogar Trinkwasser mussten wir immer wieder separat anfragen. Insgesamt war es keine angenehme Erfahrung und ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Balkonlu oda gerçekten güzel. Manzarası için seçilebilir. Ancak kolay kolay yemek beğenmezlik yapmayan biri olarak diyebilirim ki hepsi sıfır tat. Odadaki eksiklikleri ise talep etmeniz gerekiyor. Yalnızca geniş ve manzaralı bir oda istiyorsanız ideal.

J’ai un avis très mitigé sur cet hôtel, vu le prix que nous avons payé pour quatre personnes et deux chambres un peu moins de 450 € pour 7 nuit, tout compris. compliqué de se plaindre sans repenser à la somme déboursé. Après il y a des choses qui sont faciles à changer et gratuitement pour rendre le séjour beaucoup plus agréable. Ce qui m’a beaucoup marqué, c’est les cinq ou six chiens errants sur la plage et au bord de la piscine, on ne se sent vraiment pas du tout en sécurité. Ça coûte pas grand-chose de les virer. Mettre une connexion Internet fiable, ne demande pas de grands moyens sur la semaine entière. Nous avons dû pouvoir peut-être se connecter 10 minutes au total. Garder à l’esprit que cet hôtel est plus fréquenté par les locaux que par les occidentaux donc automatiquement les normes ne sont plus du tout les mêmes. Nous avons choisi cette hôtel pour notre première semaine en Égypte, uniquement pour faire sept jours d’excursion un peu partout. Nous avions aucun intérêt à mettre 2000 € dans une semaine de vacances, sachant que nous serions absents tous les jours. Nous avons quitté l’établissement hier pour un hôtel luxueux plus loin, mais cette fois-ci, nous sortirons pas de l’hôtel pendant les sept prochains jours. Le personnel a toujours été très souriant et serviable, ce qui est un grand point positif. Les prix au bar de plage sont très bon et les cocktails excellent. Garder à l’esprit que pas une goutte d’alcool n’est servi dans cet établissement.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent and well-maintained amenities. Overall, the hotel is good, but room service must be requested through reception, and a few staff members weren't very friendly, although most—especially at the front desk and restaurant—were welcoming.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, plagued by an astonishing array of issues. the promised amenities were non-existent, with no Wi-Fi connection— lost a lot of my business .room 309, initially no electricity for over 40 minutes, TV service was completely non-functional. I nearly suffered serious injury from a broken bed. the bathroom mirror was broken and sharp, doors have broken locks, leaving us unable to secure our privacy. the booking is all-inclusive. The hotel attempted to charge us for water, tea, and coffee. the night shift receptionist was kind enough. no room phone connection to reception,the air conditioner operating without a filter, showers running cold after 7 PM. only one towel per room for three guests unless you order more. The beach is not sandy, was treacherous with sharp stones, rocks, broken glass, tiles, and even stray dogs. Dining was equally disappointing, and with a very low level,the restaurant staff were friendly. We have countless pictures documenting these myriad problems. Maybe the staff may have dislike for foreigners, especially those from the USA, someone advising us not to complain until after departure to avoid further issues. tried to cancel the second night booking, but more than 6 times, they never answered expedia calls or emails. summary, our stay was a continuous litany of severe shortcomings and safety hazards, making it unequivocally clear that this hotel is simply unfit for guests and a profound disappointment.

Hôtel juste horrible arrivée sur place les chambres étaient super sale des cheveux ainsi que des taches jaunes sur les draps. Le personnel nous a changé de chambre mais c’était encore pire nous sommes donc partie de l’hôtel. Après réclamation de remboursement, ils nous ont même pas remboursé. Fuyez cet hôtel !!!

Sono stata a luglio ma in qll zona ci sono stata altre volte nn manca nulla nei dintorni unica pecca e che le bibite sia nei pasti che nella spiaggia vengono serviti a temperatura ambiente cn ghiaccio a parte cosa che x chi ha problemi di intestino nn è fattibile e cn 40 gradi una bibita fresca ci sta il frigo in camera poco funzionante tutto il resto molto piacevole

La nourriture n’est pas du tout au top, les chambre bien grand mais le service n’y est pas du tout et trop de bruits car beaucoup d’enfants dans l’hôtel

Le séjour a été vraiment plus que décevant l'hôtel Moon beach Hurghada ne mérites pas du tout ses 3 étoiles une voir 2 et encore. Aucune propreté ni des chambres ni du restaurant, pour avoir la chambre nettoyer il faut se battre avec le réceptionniste car apparemment dans cet hôtel la propreté c'est plus qune option Le bruit a été une des choses les plus horrible notre chambre était en dessous du restaurant Nous avions l'impression de dormir dans les cuisines Déception totale la nourriture du buffet catastrophique et répétitive En gros prenez le temps de lire les avis et prenez les bien en compte car moi je ne l'ai pas fait et je m'en suis mordu les doigts

Harika bir oda manzarası ! Harika hizmet ! Mükemmel güler yüz! Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Etkinliklere katılmaktan otelin denizinde vakit geçiremediğim için üzgünüm. Havuzlar bana göre değildi ama çocuklu ailelerde düşünülmüş ve kumu temizdi. Dört tane asansör var iniş çıkışlarda asla sorun yok bekleme yok süper !

Our stay at the Moon Beach Resort was fantastic and we can absolutely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the value for money is excellent, everything is clean, and the view from the balcony of the beach and the Red Sea right in front of the hotel is stunning. The food is good (Arabic cuisine, not international), and the service is very good overall – except for the internet connection, which was quite poor. Other than that, everything was top-notch!

Hôtel simple avec beauvoup de locaux des chambres tres grandes bien équipées et surtout vue mer Le personnel ,du serveur a la reception au restaurant et sur la plage d une gentillesse incroyable tous nous ont accueilli hyper bien ca fait toute la différence

Food was the worst

C'était super bien, ils sont tellements gentils, le seul bémol est le manque de choix parfois lorsqu'il s'agit de manger mais a part sa le reste est nickel !🙂

Un hôtel pourri très très sale la nourriture en All! Inclusive je l’ai même pas touché le personnel et la sécurité à l’accueil même pas accueillant et arrogant des frais me sont facturé en plus à la fin de mon séjour je ne sais même pas pourquoi la sécurité te surveille comme si t’étais un intrus impossible de faire venir un ami tout est restreint sauf si on paye bref hôtel à éviter

写真も載せましたが、プライベートビーチがあり、眺めも良く、エレベーで“P”を押せばビーチにそのまま行けて便利。 目の前の紅海は透き通る澄んだ海で、海用のシューズと浮き輪やシュノーケルグッズを持って行き、海に入るのをおすすめします。 シューズがないと、石がゴロゴロして、足を負傷します。 海中は、ビーチサンダルは滑るので危険です。 近くには小さなお店がいくつかあり、スーパーマーケットと言うほど大きくはありませんが、ジュースやお菓子、アイス等は買えます。 大きめのスーパーは20分くらい歩いたシティセンターの中にあります。 オールインクルーシブで朝昼晩ご飯は無料。 ビーチに行けば、タオルやジュースを出してくれます。 食事はチキンやご飯、パンなど、美味しいものもありますが、個人的には見た目で食べれないものもありました。 レストランにハエが結構いて、それを気にしながら食事するのが嫌でした。 部屋によるのかな？私の部屋は3,000円でしたが、部屋も広く、大きな冷蔵庫やソファーがあって、エアコンも新し目で効きが良く、快適👍 クローゼットの中は、客の置いてった様な変なハンガーしかありませんが、一応使用できます（笑） ウェルカムドリンクの水とアメニティは紅茶や写真に写した通り、シャンプーとリンス、ボディシャンプーのどれかがあります。使用していないので分かりません。 シャワーの水圧は普通です。 歯ブラシや綿棒等は、無し。 部屋にドライヤーが無かったので、フロントに言えば出してくれます。 スリッパも無かったので、代わりになるものを持って行くか、ビーチサンダルを持ってくといいです。 この安さで、絶景で部屋も綺麗で居心地が良く、こんな綺麗なプライベートビーチもあって、1つ言うとすれば、もう少し食事に目玉焼きやフルーツやヨーグルトやハチミツ、パンに付けるバター等が合ったらいいと思いました。もう一つは、ハエ対策を考えてほしいです。 ご飯で満足しなかったら、20分ぐらい歩いたとこにヒルトンプラザホテルがあるので、私はそこで日本円で1,500円で朝食をとっていました。すごく美味しいです。 パスポートの提示を要求されるので、持って行った方がいいです。 フロントのお兄さんも笑顔で素敵でした。どちらかが私のタイプ♪

(I booked twice this hotel so my other comment looks similar but it wasnt finished...) I spent a whole week in this hotel. My criteria was to find a hotel with direct access to the beach and snorkeling area, and meals included. All within 30-35€ per night budget. I wouldnt say this hotel is perfect, but for the price it is a very good deal. The staff is *really* helpful and kind all the time. Shout out to the cook Ahmed (deaf and mute but so kind with such a good heart) and the waiter (forgot his name sorry). Front desk staff, security staff, beach staff, all are also great ! The food is ok but a bit repetitive, not gonna lie, but it is way better than the usual hotels in the same price range. I just wish there were more fruits and some fish/seafood instead of meat/chicken every time. Breakfast is fully egyptian, but adding a fresh fruit juice would have been great. About the room, we got a sea view room, which was huge and pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was vasy pleasing. You can see the sunrise every morning just in front of you, above the sea. About the beach, I advise you to get sea socks/shoes, because there are a lot of unpleasant rocks. For snorkelling, you have to go a little bit farer to be able to see fishes. The snorkeling area is not huge but it does the job ! Over all, great staff, good hotel, and the food is fine ! I recommend for this price range 100%.

The chef was excellent. Meals were delicious. The view was beautiful. It was quiet and no alcohol allowed. Reception was great. Nice black out curtains. Pool was clean. It was easy to get picked up for outings. Unfortunately… The sheets were too rough with pilled up. and mine had a few hairs on them. They changed them when I asked. The sliding door could have been cleaner. The pool was freezing cold. The beach was too rocky.

Given the fact that price range of the hotel is pretty affordable compared to most resorts : our stay was pretty good ! The sea view is stunning, the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Nous n’avons pas eu ce que l’on avait réserver. Nous avons eu une chambre avec la terrasse, cependant, la salle de bain et tout n’avait pas été nettoyer. Le service est vraiment pas bon.

Parfait pour un repos avant de reprendre l'avion.... Pas pour un séjour plus long. Boissons servies dans des gobelets en plastique jetables. Chambre immense avec coin cuisine, grand frigo etcoin salon. Immense placard. Balcon vue mer.
