Reviewed Nov 27, 2025The view from the rooftop was very nice. However, I booked this place as it said it's less than a mile from the Pyramids. It was in fact a little over 2 miles away and a much longer walk. Had to hire transportation which is not inexpensive. Would consider this more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Staff was pleasant. Nice breakfast was served however there isn't a menu. Quiant place if thats what you are looking for.

Reviewed Sep 22, 2025I like the amazing view from the rooms and rooftop to the pyramids, Staff was nice and friendly, I like my dinner and breakfast. I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room. The second room was clean but was a leak on the bathroom and the toilet was not flushing at all and was not steamer or item available on the hotel. Still with this lil issues on my 2nd room I feel good on the hotel. Kindly Recommendation: 1. A least 1 iron/ steamer available per request. 2. Someone available for fix engineer issues. 3. Pillowcases for cover the pillow. 4. King size sheets ( the sheets on king bed was queen size ) Thank you !
