Staff is trying to sell you things frequently, no welcome upon arrival. Very poor communication from staff. Would not recommend. Windows are not completely covered, they have wooden panels and no glass. The gate cannot close.

I enjoyed this property very much, the location was excellent for eating, close to the beach and the staff was very accommodating. Good value for the price.

Would not recommend staying there the room was dirty couldn't swim in the pool looks like it hadn't been clean in years overall the whole place needed a good fixing up the internet didn't work and neither did the TV, the only thing nice about it was the seven mile beach was across the road, would not stay there again.

The staff were friendly and offered me everything from towels to things to do without me asking

The location is great because it’s walking distance to the beach also close to the town area also walking distance. The staff were flexible and willing to assist with anything upon request.I originally booked one night but ended up staying 8 nights because I was so relaxed .

The property is well kept but currently noisy with construction and the road noise. Suite is very clean,spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff is very pleasant. Overall pleased with my stay here.

The property was very nice. Convenient location to beach, dining & shopping. My only complaint was the WiFi. We had a room by the pool & the wifi didn’t reach back there. We had to go closer to the front to get it.

It’s fine, average. Staff was friendly. It’s Jamaica, so no hurry ya mon😉 They were accommodating. Pool was okay. Terrible WiFi. You can only get WiFi by the front area near the office, but word is that they are working on it. Not far from beach.Ver small convenient stores stores very close along with some small gift shops. A bigger grocery store in located 1.30 miles away. Safe area to stay and walk during the day. At night walking in groups is fine. You can get a taxi from anywhere anytime. There was a good restaurant right next door. So many options for food on the beach. On the street out front the hotel are some locals Jamaicans making jerk chicken and soups. There are more restaurants that are located about 1-1.5 miles away. Overall it was an average place to stay. You get what you pay for. Tip for vaca in Jamaica: bring more cash than you think because the food and drinks are not as cheap as you would think.

This property was the worst I’ve ever visited. The hotel room was terrible and bathroom toilet was lifting, it was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't like anything about this property and would stay there again

The day I checked in the receptionist was very inattentive. I asked her how was I going to get my bags upstairs and she said she did not know. I told her that she will have to get up from her chair and find someone. Well she did. I was not given a Wi-Fi code or any welcome or anything. I had to get the Wi-Fi from the man next door. I stayed there 3 days with no hot water and barely running water. The maid service did a nice job cleaning. When checking out I found someone to take my luggage down. When I checked out the receptionist did not acknowledge me at all and never asked how was my stay or thank you for staying with us, nothing. I gave her my key and waited for my ride. I can say that this hotel has a generator when the power goes out in Negril, because it did!

Very nice staff and very clean. The TV didnt work, no hot water. No iron nor ironing board. It's actually a very nice place that is in bad need of maintenance. Really wouldnt take long to resolve all the issues.

No Air Conditioning, No tv, no hot water...all broken

Stayed one week and decided tonstay extra night. They moved me. I wondered why i moved from a great room to no air conditioning, no TV, no hot water...now i know why...one night only, already paid for. Never again.

We have stayed here before. I requested a ground floor room, received it but was surprised to have no porch. 99% of the rooms have porches. Had no idea I had to request one. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, A/C works great. Nice location, walkable to most everything.

Its a nice quiet peace of property, but if you want a hot shower this isn't the place!

Large clean room with all the necessities, including flat screen television. Beach access and towel service at partner property across the street.

I thought that I was at tranquility bay, it was so welcoming, the moment I opened the door the freshness of the room was do awesome, not to mention the rest I had in the nights, the only thing is the water pressure was slow but the accomodations over everything.

I really enjoyed my stay, as well as my daughter…pretty the rest of our group share the same sentiments. The warm welcome at check in really set the tone and the bright smile on most of the staff added to the overall pleasant experience staying here. Already recommended to friends, and will be visiting again God’s willing, thank you Malissa and Natalie and all the pleasant gentlemen whom added to our comfort

The room was nice, big, clean. Only problem was no hot water. Reported to the staff with no fix for it.

STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⛔️ . Where to start. 7 days stay the first day I got cable then no cable for the next four days. Entire 7 days no warm water. I complain to front desk with no results. I spoke to the housekeeper and she said this is golden nugget/coral seas that’s how it is. Save the best for last. Roaches 🪳 and bugs 🐜 all over I have never been to a hotel and find roaches in the shower. It’s crazy. Big red ants running all over the room looks harmless but still. Broken smoke detector I have to buy my own toilet paper the last three days. I told the helper the following morning after I came back in at night and no toilet paper. She said she will call the other property to get but did not see any so I buy my own. That place needs to be shut down.

It was a little weekend getaway after our wedding. Great hotel and, staff very helpful. Room was really nice and relaxing. Great cable TV, home from home. Would book this hotel for a longer stay. Only thing missing, no restaurant facilities, shops only a few minutes walk!

Wi-Fi listed but couldn't receive inside the room .. only on the patio outside you could receive the Wi-Fi . No one is around at night time at the reception desk . Poorly secured property .

The homely resort on the boulevard was central and cozy. Little staff presence created a nice at home community vibe with other guests, environment was quiet and felt safe. Check in can be daunting however as the telephone number for the resort was unanswered for nearly an hour.

The room was clean. However the tv remote did not have batteries and I couldn’t get the cable. No guide. There is no one in the office after 8 No instructions about self checkout (no one there before 9) Check in was unpleasant. Staff not friendly

Water pressure for the shower was poor and hot water was by chance. Had a kitchen for a longer stay which would be nice but was only a 2 night stay and didn't use it. Nice pool. Overall an okay place.

The. Great price that I was offered so that I was able to extend my stay to two weeks instead of just one. I will check back on my next return in hope that I can receive such a great affordable price do that I can once again have a longer stay on Negril to see family and friends. Thank You.

Wifi was NOT working although it stated there was wifi.When entered the room the tissue was nearly finished when the room was cleaned they did not replenish or leave 1 to be used .The dressers were not cleaned at all . The sheets were stained ..the pool needs to be cleaned it was very dirty ...also there was no security on the property ..I wouldn’t suggest staying here for longer then 2 days tops

Wanted to Stay on Negril Strip, location was good, Room was Okay, Cleaning Staff was good, Management Staff was However Non exsistent!..Rodent was evident by Sight and droppings..No effort made to rectify..was told by Front Desk person (Male) when Leaving was that He didiny Believe it was a Rodent...No effort was ever made..Luckily Other places to Stay from Our familiarzation walks on the Strip..Our Quest Continues to Find a Suitable location on Negril Strip

This property is old and dated. The room was in need of some maintenance. There was a leak in the bathroom and although there was a microwave in the room, it didn't work. The customer service at check-in was also not very pleasant. I definitely would not stay here again.

It’s a very nice room. Staff is very nice. No garbage bins by the pool so people leave stuff everywhere and staff is slow in picking it up. Seem to be short on linens as well. Overall though it’s a great location. Awesome room. And worth the value I paid. They were an hour behind on check in. But extended our checkout an hour to make up for it.

Convenient, functional, comfortable small resort within walking distance from the town and beaches.

The staff had us wait several hours for a room to become available and had an "I really don't care" attitude. The free WiFi was disabled. We only had cable for maybe 4 hours after we checked in before it cut off due to non-payment of the property owners. I like the location. Very close to the beach and different convenient stores. The pool was very nice. My husband and I also enjoyed a game of table pool.

The plants and bamboo trees are neat. Reasonably priced.

The room was very clean and satisfactory. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room as well. Only issue was that to there wasn't enough outlets.

I'm a frequent visitor to this hotel. I like the location of the hotel as it is close to the beach and to the town center. The hotel itself is quiet. There were a lot of late musical events this Easter weekend, so loud music was to be expected until early morning.

Comfortable accommodations. Kitchenette is practical with the kids. They also enjoy the pool. There are lots of local places to eat. It's within walking distance to town. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, lots of restaurants in the vicinity. You have a lot of space from your neighbors. Very great pool for kids.

The property was a pretty, and nice setup. However, the wifi did not work anyplace but up front by the office. The ac did not work properly, but we did not bother to ask about it since there were no results after asking about the wifi connection.

Great hotel for a budget! Simple yet very useful! Ac, bed, shower, tv, fridge, dresser, pool, restaurant next door, friendly staff, furnished balconies!

Not much amenities besides a pool, but I did like having a restaurant nextdoor for a bite to eat when necessary.

Didn’t get the kitchenette, no microwave, no internet in room and issue with the toilet flushing. I come to Jamaica once a month. February when I stayed at Coral Sea Gardens, I was so impressed that I booked this stay. I’ll be back to Jamaica in April and I will NOT be here. Loved the staff!

Nice property. Rooms clean and property is close to beach and many restaurants that you can walk to. Love that they now how fridges in the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had a few technical issues but they did deal with them as fast as they could. Definitely would go back.

Horrible left me on the street at 1am

The business practises at Coral Seas Garden left a lot to be desired. I expect scams on the beach but not from accommodation

Just basic. No amenities. There was no soap/ shampoo on arrival. Asked for some and was told they didn't have any. After going down the street to buy some shampoo and soap, we asked for an extra towel and were told only one towel per guest. Rediculous. No lights near the bed. And no electrical outlets. They promise Wifi but it did not work on either of our phones. Would never stay here again.

LOVED this resort ! Beautiful pool and right in the middle of everything! The internet could have been a bit stronger in the rooms but everything else was great! Make sure to bring blow dryer as they do not have and request a fridge ! Also go to the front and meet Pink Floyd he’s the best and the cheapest for your taxi services or anything you need !

We had an issue with a party close by the hotel that kept us awake till 2:30 am, it would of been the right thing for them to warns us about it so we would of decide to stay or go somewhere esld to sleep.

Being remembered by the staff makes for an excellent start to a vacation.

There was no paperwork to fill out. Not sure if that was a good thing or not. It would have been nice to have a microwave, iron and ironing board in the room. I asked for an iron to have in my room and was asked to give it back the day after. Stay was ok.

The hotel is nice the rooms are clean, the ac works well, there is only 2 electric plugs but we made it work, nothing bad to stay at this place, there are lot of restaurant near by but do not eat the jerk chicken by the gate he sells his chicken that has Been sitting all day shoe leather would have been better, but that’s not the hotel fault, enjoy just remember this is not a 5 star , but it’s diffetley worth staying at , 😍

I stayed at coral seas garden for a week,the environment was very clean,relaxing and beautiful landscaping.with proper management and staff knowledgeable of their job description this property could be rated from a 3 star to a 5 star hotel. I checked in the hotel on Monday, Tuesday the housekeeper didn’t even knock on the door she open the door,when she saw me on the bed,she said sorry and close back the door(please note she should have knocked on the door 3 times then introduced herself) she then went to a different room on returning to my room door,she knocks 2 times and said housekeeping when I went to the she handed me towels and leave. This continued up until Friday i reported it to the front office. A young man was in the office,I told him what had happen his comment was that maybe the no disturb sign was on the door,I told him no.He then assured me that I will get my room clean thoroughly. When I went back to my room Friday afternoon the room was cleaned however no toiletries was added. I went back to the young man and told him ,he said he will have someone or him self ,take some up to the room,when I return to the room Friday night there was none added to the room,when I went to the front office it was closed. The room comes with no Ac remote,the Tv remote need batteries hence the Tv has to be only on news channel,no dryer in the bathroom,no iron in the room ( I asked the laundry attendant for a iron she took it from a different room and give to me,the following day

It was ok.. rooms are a little run down, had a lot of little baby ants in kitchen area. Bathroom toilet ran all night, water pressure in shower was very low it was more like a sprinkler in stead of a shower. There was minimum electric outlets in room had to plug cell phone in kitchen area
