The location is close to food markets you need to pass by to get in/out. (Rue bab Doukkala, Derb Ennakhla and part of Rue el Gaza)

A szoba ajtaja nem igazan zarodott es a riadban furdozo ugralo gyerekek orditasa ugy behallatszott mintha ajtó sem lett volna. Egy kis retesszel lehetett csak bezárni az ajtót, de alul aradt be a para es fény ejszaka is.

Dépaysement total, dans les labyrinthes de la médina. Pas loin de la place Jamaa Fna (15 min à pied) ou taxi à proximité. Personnel au petit soin, merci à Karim pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Rapport qualité prix parfait 👍. J' y retournerai très certainement.

Ich habe selten soviel Freundlichkeit erfahren, wie hier von Aimad und seinem Team. Einfach mal so uns eine Tour nach Casablanca organisieren, Tickets für den Bus nach Agadir kaufen…….so dass wir nicht den Orgawaufwand hatten. Einfach toll, Frühstück mit soviel Liebe zubereitet. Auf jeden unserer Wünsche wurde eingegangen und macht man die Tür zum Riad auf, ist das wie Eintauchen in eine Oase, abseits der trubligen Medina. Jederzeit würde ich hier wieder buchen.

I absolutely loved my stay at this riad in Marrakech. The riad itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, and everything was spotless. It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the city. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety and quality. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff — they were incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything in Marrakech is within walking distance from the riad. Although you may need to walk a bit more at times, it is absolutely worth the effort.

There is honestly nothing negative to point out. I would 100% recommend staying here.

La pulizia inesistente, gli scarichi non scaricavano, il bagno odorava di fogna, tappeti sporchi, ambienti maleodoranti..la colazione povera e mai servita in orario. Il ragazzo Karim, assolutamente assente, si soffiava il naso tossiva e poi toccava e ritoccava il cibo. Pessima gestione, solo l altro ragazzo sembrava sveglio e attivo collaborativo, ma non era mai in struttura. Davvero sgradevole soprattutto la sporcizia e il cattivo odore

Riad molto molto carino, ottima posizione per gli spostamenti.Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, sono tutti molto disponibili. Fatima ci ha preparato un'ottima cena e ottime colazioni, oltre che abbondanti. Karim e Aimed veramente molto cortesi, gentili, disponibili, sempre con il sorriso. Ottime persone. Peccato che ci siamo stati pochi giorni, la prossima volta torneremo sicuramente qua.

Aimed and staff couldn’t do enough for us, they’d organised taxis to and from the airport. They welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea and biscuits. They also gave us information on where to go and also how much things may cost in the Souks which was extremely helpful for tourist. They were so friendly and accommodating in all aspects.

Le personnel est tellement accueillant, on se sent comme à la maison. Le riad propose un magnifique petit-déjeuner, très bon et copieux, à la marocaine 😇 Et ils sont aux petits soins.

De ligging is okay. Een beetje lastig te bereiken, maar dat geldt voor bijna alle riad's in de medina. De riad is op zichzelf wel mooi en het dakterras is prima en gezellig ingericht. De kamer is goed ingericht en de badkamer en douche zijn verder ook prima. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Het grootste probleem is dat het enorm luidruchtig is, waardoor slapen een uitdaging wordt. Van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat is er constant herrie en omdat de kamers een riad stijl deuren hebben (dunne houten klapdeuren die dus niet goed sluiten) hoor je alles. Wij zaten vlak bij de keuken en dat begint al heel vroeg in de ochtend met een hoop kabaal. Vervolgens ontbijten er mensen precies voor je deur en raam wat hemelsbreed ongeveer 3 meter bij je bed vandaan is en van enige rust is dus geen sprake. Gegil, van alles en nog wat dat de hele dag door op de stenen valt ergens in het gebouw, alarmen die afgaan, telefoons, koffers die over de mozaiek vloer getrokken worden en ga zo maar door. Wat ik ook een beetje merkwaardig vond is dat ik een suite geboekt had die volgens de omschrijving een terras zou moeten hebben, maar in werkelijkheid is dat terras er niet. De suite grenst net als die ernaast, direct aan het zwembad en er staat een tafeltje maar dat wordt dus algemeen gebruikt en zoals gezegd zelfs voor het ontbijt. Misschien dat ik het niet goed heb begrepen, maar het wekt in ieder geval een andere indruk bij boeken dan hoe het in werkelijkheid is.

Our stay at Riad KS & Spa was truly wonderful. The riad is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. The breakfasts were delicious and prepared with great care. What made the stay exceptional was the host, Karim - incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. His calm and warm presence made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It felt like a place where guests are truly looked after. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return.

Achter de deuren van de kronkelige straatjes van Marrakech liggen verborgen pareltjes. Riad KS & Spa is er eentje! Mooie Marrokaanse architectuur en mooie schone kamers met gouden wasbakken en kranen. De gastheren zorgen voor alles en zorgen goed voor je( tot aan het halen van verse Marrokaanse kruiden toe).

Het was jammer dat de Rooftop rommelig was met kapotte ligbedden. Een beetje meer aandacht en aankleding had het aantrekkelijker gemaakt!

Le riad KS & SPA possède beaucoup de charme avec son bassin, son patio, ses chambres élégamment décorées et sa terrasse qui permet de se ressourcer sous le soleil marocain. De plus, Aimad et sa famille sont des hôtes très attentionnés.

Avoir en tête que les Riad ne sont pas très bien insonorisé (on entend les autres chambres et les appels à la prière). Le Riad est dans un quartier désaffecté qui peut faire un peu peur de prime abord mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème

Adoramos muito o Riad , os funcionários são super prestáveis , sentimos que estávamos em casa e em família . Muito importante para primeira impressão de Marrocos. Pequeno almoço ao estilo marroquino, ótimo !

Old bed shit, poor cleanness. Sun beds damaged. The area where is the Riad, doesn't look good, even though it is a safe place to walk at any time.

La acogida del personal, la atención a los detalles, el desayuno en la terraza … la facilidad para el traslado desde el aeropuerto y el viaje a Essaouira, las recomendaciones de visita por Marrakech … lo ponen todo muy fácil

Quizá se podrían mejorar las sábanas y toallas , la rapidez del desayuno que a veces era muy lento … pero realmente todo fue excelente

Excellent location and beautiful property with authentic design/architectural detailing. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The washroom / walk-in shower was beautiful with the tiling and gold hardware. Stunning views over Marrakech from the roof top. Aimad, Karim and his lovely Mother could not have been more friendly or hospitable. As a woman travelling alone - I felt safe, looked after and had a feeling of ‘home from home.’ Amazing experience overall. Thank you - I’ll be back again!

I loved everything and there was really nothing not to like!

The riad has great staff, very friendly young people. Once we asked for a hammam and massage on a rainy day, within a couple of hours all was arranged. Loved the area as well, on the northern part of Medina.

I would use warmer colours for the interieur but maybe on a sunny day all looks warmer.

Très belle expérience dans ce riad. L’accueil était excellent, avec un service attentionné et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, varié et très bien préparé. Franchement, tout était top, je recommande sans hésiter.

Locatie was heel goed in een rustig deel van de Medina zonder overlast van brommertjes en passanten in de avond en nacht. We waren niet later dan 2030 binnen dus niet ervaren hoe het in het donker was maar de omgeving voelde veilig en rustig. Contact met Riad verliep heel vlot via what's app, duidelijk en snel. Ontvangst heel hartelijk en mooie, schone kamer met goede airco. Geweldig ontbijt op het dakterras en bij een vroege excursie werd buiten de reguliere tijden een ontbijt beneden op de binnenplaats verzorgd. Transfers ook geregeld via de Riad, super! Echt een aanrader, kan het aanbevelen en zou ook zonder aarzeling weer daar verblijven.

Het bed was vrij hard wat niet voor iedereen mogelijk prettig is. Ik heb er heel goed in geslapen, mijn partner had er wat meer last van.

Heel goed ontbijt Vriendelijke ontvangst met steeds iemand ter beschikking om tegemoet te komen bij vragen.

Geen geluidsisolatie kamer tov buitenruimte. Relatief koud in de kamer gezien ook koude temperatuur buiten waardoor je binnen moeilijk kon opwarmen;

A szállás tulajdonosa, a dolgozok mindent megtettek azért hogy jól érezzük magunkat. A szálláson elfogyasztott vacsorák tökéletesek voltak, mind mennyiségben, mind minőségben sokkal jobbak voltak, mint akármelyik étteremben. A tulajdonos által szervezet túrákon is nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, Abdul a sofőrünk minden megtett, hogy az utak, kirándulások jól sikerüljenek. Mindig pontosan érkezett, minden kirándulás úgy zajlott, ahogy elöte leleveleztük a tulajdonos úrral. Mindekinek javaslom, hogy ezen Riad-ot válassza.

La hospitalidad de la gente que trabaja es genial. son todos super amables. el lugar es super limpio y la ducha es de buena presión.

La propreté. Le tapis dans notre chambre était sale. Peut vraiment mieux faire sur le petit déjeuner.

Le personnel était exceptionnel (Karim Kadija aimhad …) de bons conseils très serviables et gentils c’est eux qui ont rendu le Riad très sympa !

Lit très dur. Le Riad est hyper central mais dans une zone désaffectée en travaux ce qui peut être impressionnant quand on rentre le soir ou qu’on arrive.

Karim was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, early breakfasts and getting us to the taxi. Plunge pool, really refreshing and relaxing after full day of sightseeing.

Room was a bit basic.

Good location, 5-10 minutes by foot you will find the start of the souk. Quite area (expect for MInaret speakers, VERY loud). Nice roof terass with sunbeds and views overlooking the city.

VERY load prayer speakers next to the hotel - first one starts every morning at 6:20 and feels like the speaker is in our room.

Aimad and his team gave us the most incredible welcome and advice during our first stay in Marrakesh. Helping us with bags, taxi even arranging a day trip with friends which was a much better value and service than the standard one all the tourists use. We will remember them! All the food they served was delicious and the room very clean, comfortable and quiet. A haven of peace in the bustle of the city (the only noise was the morning call to prayer from the local mosque which we loved!)

Το βράδυ νιώθεις μία μίκρη ανασφάλεια στα στενάκια προς το RIAD, αλλά ύστερα από 5 βράδια εκεί έχω να πω ότι είναι απόλυτα ασφαλείς.

All touristy sights are walking distance from this location. Staff were very friendly and available at all times. Staying at the riad wasn’t just accommodation—it was an experience in itself. The intricate architecture and traditional decor made me feel deeply connected to Moroccan heritage and daily life.

Un magnifique Riyad au calme, et pourtant au sein de la médina avec du personnel, vraiment très agréable

Super séjour de 6 jours, Karim et Aimad ont étés très accueillants ! Les petits déjeuners était complets et très bons ! Le repas préparé par khadija était excellent, le poulet était tendre c’était parfait ! La proximité avec la rue commerçante est un point positif. Il y’a de très bons restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !

Le seul petit point négatif est l’isolation entre les chambres et dehors, nous avons eu de la chance car le Riad n’était pas plein lors de notre venue donc pas beaucoup de bruits.

Wenn man die Medina mag, mit verwinkelten Gassen, ist die Lage gut. Es besteht noch die Möglichkeit sich massieren zu lassen, Pool ist erfrischend u dachterrasse schön zu frühstücken.

De gastvrijheid staat bij deze riad zeker op één. Ze willen met alles helpen bijvoorbeeld:’ als je verdwaald bent, een simkaart nodig hebt of op zoek bent naar een ATM. Ze regelen ook geweldige tripjes naar watervallen of de woestijn waarbij je op een quad en kameel rijdt, niks hoef je zelf uit te zoeken zo geniet je optimaal in alle rust van je vakantie.
