Al llegar me informaron que ya me habian cobrado la estadia a traves de la tarjeta de credito: si bien se deja como respaldo de la reserva considero que siendo huesped nacional se debe esperar a que la persona se presente. Creo importante tener la opcion de realizar el pago en efectivo por ejemplo, como esperaba hacerlo.

Not the hotels fault but needed earplugs to avoid very early morning cockerel wake up. As mentioned before i wouldnt call it a spa but does have a small pool.

Un peu plus vieillot que sur les photos, mais l'hôtel reste très confortable.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Room was spacious and looked out onto a nice garden. Off street parking available. An easy short 3 min walk into town where restaurants and a bakery are located. Receptionist Chico was helpful.
Lots of mosquitos you need a repellent on to sit outside on the patio or at the pool. Chico did give me a mosquito repellent plug for the room when I asked. Our air con unit leaked badly we didn't bother informing reception as we felt maintenance had been done on this place for years. The pool needed filtration of the water system as it was quite murky. The whole decor of the place is very tired and dated. The worst was breakfast, no ham, cheese, pink ick yogurt sitting in the same jug for 2 mornings in a row, no fruit the 1st morning some on second. I asked for an egg even this wasn't good. Shame as it probably was a good hotel once upon a time in 2013 when they got a good trip advisor rating.

Nonostante le note positive di cui sopra, vale la pena di citare i seguenti aspetti: - pulizia delle camere piuttosto carente (comprese le lenzuola) - chiusura difficoltosa delle porte di ingresso alle camere - illuminazione dei percorsi interni dalle camere alla zona di ristorante/reception piuttosto carente - cani nelle vicinanze disturbano durante la notte abbaiando frequentemente - colazione piuttosto scarsa e con poca scelta

However, there was an unusual smell in the room and visible mould on the ceiling, which was disappointing. Guests have to walk past other rooms to access theirs — mine was the last occupied room at the time, which at least offered a bit more privacy. The overall atmosphere did not reflect a spa-like experience, and upon arrival I was left waiting while two staff members were chatting and did not acknowledge me, which did not feel particularly welcoming.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Very nice, large and lush garden area. Very quiet. Nice staff. Very large room and spacious bathroom with extra large shower. They had anti-mosquito plugs in the rooms, with cartridges on demand. Located in the village with good dining options.
Sliding window door to get in the room: the tiny lock had a bent key and it was very difficult to operate. A bit of a security concern. Breakfast had less choices than other hotels in the region. Pool is quite small and worn - not exactly the spa experience per western standards.

Na drie weken Argentinië de meest gore kamer die we hadden. Foto's op booking.com komen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit. De kamer, tuin, zwembad zien er vervallen uit. De klink aan de deur valt er af. De handdoeken, bedsprei en kussens zien er ook vervallen en niet fris uit. De handzeep ruikt naar kauwgom. De wc doortrekken is niet makkelijk, het systeem valt uit elkaar.. Kortom, we werden niet gelukkig van dit verblijf.. We waren te moe om een ander hotel te zoeken en hebben het dan maar doorstaan... geen aanrader, jammer..

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025La atención muy buena llegue descompensada del calor y no dudaron en ayudarme muy atentos. El cuarto maravilloso muy espacioso. El jardín divino y fascinados con la atención especial de Nala la perrita del lugar quien robó corazones.
Que en el baño no existiera una puerta y en cambio haya una cortina. La piscina estaba muy deteriorada con venecitas que se desprendían al nadar. Se nota que en el jardín hay un pozo ciego mal tapado el cual suben los aromas del mismo.

Our room was past its best and would benefit from, at least, a new shower in the bathroom. We had difficulty working out how to use it (it was a spa type shower!)

O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Talvez pelo fato de o hotel estar quase vazio, mas não tinha nem mesmo presunto e queijo para comer. Não tinha frutas nem ovos. Basicamente apenas pão, medialuna, café, leite, Iogurte, manteiga, doce de leite e geleia.

Llegamos y tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora el ingreso al dormitorio porque seguian limpiando a las 15.30 hs. El dia que llegamos no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque habia un evento de cumpleaños con mas de 30 mujeres mayores, mucho ruido, música, todo el jardin ocupado. La verdad creo que deberian anunciar a los clientes estas cosas ya que no pudimos hacer uso de las instalaciones y tampoco descansar claramente.

En la habitación que me tocó , el baño no tiene puertas, solo un cortinado, en las fotos me pareció raro el acceso al baño pero nunca pensé que no tendría puerta el sector del inodoro. La cama doble eran dos camas de una plaza unidas sin cobertor, con lo cual se separan en el medio y los colchones muy muy blandos. El desayuno tiene lo básico, no es como las fotos. Creo que el hotel fue bueno pero ahora esta venido abajo , una pena.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la atención, habia perdido el termo en el viaje y me prestaron uno sin problema para el desayuno. Es un emprendimiento familiar y el empuje que le ponen se ve en los detalles. Nuestros dias en Chicoana fueron muy lindos gracias a ellos!

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Las habitaciones son realmente enormes, y los problemas que identificaban los comentarios previos han sido corregidos (por lo menos en la habitación que tuve, las puertas instaladas en los baños se veían muy nuevas). Baños grandes y cómodos. El desayuno es correcto y el predio es muy bonito y cómodo. Ubicado al lado de la plaza central y con parking. Recomendable!
Por decir algo: llegamos de noche, y la recepción fue poco informativa, pero era tarde (las 22), se justifica el cansancio. Pero quizás para estos casos sería bueno tener la información impresa o algo así
