The decor was so fun and pretty! We arent used to using apps & barcodes for everything so struggled with the parking garage and locked the truck in..... fortunately we figured it out 😀

Very good overall experience

Room was clean. Very inconvenient with no hotel access from parking garage. Access code did not always work. No elevator made the experience incredibly inconvenient. No way to carry luggage to the 3rd floor. A lot of loitering around hotel entrance.

Clean room

Quand on dit Rose « Invisible » il faut le prendre au pied de la lettre car l'hôtel est difficile à trouver et il faut être très autonome. Je suis arrivée tard le soir, le numéro d'assistance ne fonctionnait plus, et j'ai tourné longtemps dans le quartier avant de trouver l'entrée au stationnement. Finalement tout s'est bien passé, mais il faut se fier aux codes envoyés, car il n'y a aucun personnel sur place.

Room was very clean and well kept. Within walking distance of old Quebec. Very convenient.

The bar downstairs was very noisy, playing loud music through the early hours. The bed was not comfy. Ok for a night, as close to the train station.

Great location and all new rooms!

The door code that was sent didn’t work. No one answered the phone when trying to call. Waited outside for 30 mins till someone finally answered. Received a call at 10:30pm (5 hours later) asking what I was calling about. People smoking crack on the doorstep to get into the hotel.

Only 15 min walk to Old Town Quebec City! Only 5 min walk from train station! Supermarket on the corner! Very clean and spacious! Only recommendation: I called to get extra towels from the locker twice... no answer. Otherwise, enjoyable stay.

Very central location near great restaurants and grocery store. Close to old town as it is a 20 minute walk.

Hébergement confortable et propre. Situation un peu compliquée pour le stationnement, mais une fois le parking public trouvé, ça fonctionne. L'emplacement est intéressant, qui permet de découvrir une offre de restauration moins touristique. Mention spéciale au restaurant Court-Bouillom qui se trouve juste dessous l'hôtel, une aventure culinaire!

Tout était correct pour une nuit, mais je n'y serais pas restée plus longtemps. La chambre était trop petite, et les environs étaient pratiques mais pas très agréables. Cela dit, tout était très propre dans l'hôtel. J’ai réalisé que les hôtels sans service ne me conviennent pas. C’est très personnel : j’ai besoin de voir du monde, et je n’avais pas anticipé cela. Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, le concept est très clair sur le site web. Ils répondent rapidement aux messages, ce qui est appréciable.

Le seul bémol est le stationnement. Ce n’est pas clair et il nous a manqué un code Mais pour la chambre, Tout était parfait ! Nous y retournerons assurément

The hotel was nice. The location was convenient. The neighbourhood of Saint Roch is an interesting mix of locals, tourists, and homeless. The homeless were fine; never felt threatened, but then I'm used to it working in Toronto. What was the biggest let down and the reason I gave an average score overall and an average score for service was the parking. The Patrick and the woman in virtual support on the phone were great. They were helpful in ensuring that my parking was valid after the email mix up was cleared up. The problem was the damn bar code reader to get into the garage via the "man-door." I thought it was me, but no it is the reader. I planned on leaving early 0600h on Sunday September 14 to drive back to Toronto, but the reader wasn't scanning the bar code on Rue Saint-Dominique. After 1/2 hr I tried standing on the sensor at the front of the garage door on Rue Monseigneur Gauvreau. That didn't work. Instead I asked who lived in the condo next door to let me in. Thankfully they believed my story and maybe because I was also nice to their dog, they let me use the elevator in the condo and I got to my car. I know the bar code was fine and that I know how to use the scanner. That's why I'm home writing this and not still stuck in the garage. Overall it was a great stay sadly marred by the trouble with the scanner on Rue Saint-Dominique.

Thank you! Merci! Chambre très propre et incroyablement confortable. Nous avions le calme total pour dormir sans se faire déranger des bruits d'une ville. On a beaucoup apprécié la petite cuisine et le frigo pour y mettre nos "doggy Bags" et la grande table pour planifier nos balades dans la ville de Quebec. Le rideau qui sépare les deux grands lits était immensément apprécié. Une peux encore lire et l'autre dormir sans se faire déranger. Quelle bonne idée! Le restaurant Court-bouillon tout en bas est aussi une bonne adresse sympa et très accueillant. Le seule bémol sont les 3 étages d'escaliers sans ascenseur avec des valises. Un de vos futurs projets? Very clean room,attention to details,comfortable beds and nice view over the street

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel dont un samedi soir. Nous aurions aimé savoir que nous étions au-dessus (ou tout du moins très proche) d’un bar avec musique à fond et basses très fortes… nous avions l’impression d’y être ! La nuit a donc été très courte. Le quartier est tout de même assez bruyant, de nombreuses personnes criaient dans la rue la nuit. De nombreuses personnes sans abris sont également présente dans cette rue. Le lendemain, le personnel de chambre était passé dans la chambre pour refaire le lit mais la porte de la chambre avait été mal refermée… La porte de notre chambre est donc restée ouverte et donc accessible à tous alors que toutes nos affaires y étaient présentes. Des points négatifs qui font descendre notre niveau de satisfaction, alors que la chambre était tout à fait agréable au niveau de la taille et des aménagements (refaits à neuf), c’est dommage !

Je n’ai pas aimé qu’il n'y a pas d’être humain à l’accueil. La chambre était petite, pas de bureau et de chaises. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'il n'y a pas d’ascenseurs. Il y a l’air climatisé qui n’a pas bien fonctionné. Pour la cafetière nescafe, je ne connais le fonctionnement. J'ai suivi les instructions reçues par courriel, j'ai mal compris les instructions et j'ai passé au travers des 4 capsules de café sans y avoir goute. Ce fut très confortable (le lit), très propre. The hotel was great — very beautiful, clean, and with well-built rooms. The only issues were that the AC worked on and off, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe, as there are many homeless people around. On the positive side, the hotel has a virtual desk which is very convenient, and the check-in process was smooth

Perfect for a week-end

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback. Overall, it’s a charming property. I loved the rooms—the design and color palette are tasteful and inviting. However, my check-in experience was disappointing. The room I was initially assigned had not been cleaned, which was quite frustrating. I attempted to contact the hotel via phone and email but received no response. It wasn’t until my second phone call that I was finally able to speak with a staff member. After two unsuccessful attempts to visit alternative rooms, I was eventually relocated to a clean one. While I appreciate the resolution, I believe that self check-in systems require a fast and reliable response mechanism when issues arise. Prompt communication is essential to ensure a smooth guest experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback.

Easy self check in , quick answers to questions and super clean. There is a lot of homeless people right around the hotel, but there are not bothering at all

L’hôtel est très agréable et presque irréprochable. Toutefois une soirée se tenait au Bira et Basta juste en face. À partir de 23 h, le volume sonore, en particulier les basses, faisait littéralement vibrer les murs de notre chambre. Ce type de nuisance est inacceptable dans un établissement de cette qualité. Il serait important qu’un accord soit trouvé afin d’éviter que de tels désagréments ne se reproduisent.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a very easy check-in process as well as parking. Walking into the old city from this hotel is very easy.This hotel made our stay in Québec very pleasant.

It's a very cute place for a quick getaway in Quebec city. The location is perfect if you looking for good food and night life. The room is clean and nicely organized. Assuming it's based on room availability, but the room was a tad small. but the room design made it worth it. I would stay again and would recommend to a friend. There is a nice running path that you can explore if you need to burn a few calories.

Staff/owner at the Rose were very prompt and helpful with my booking that I made a few days before the stay. The minor downside is that a lot of homeless people appear to stay and/or wander through the area, which can make you uncomfortable or potentially feel unsafe: we didn't have any problems though.

The hotel was excellent. The room was small but big enough for two people. The style of the rooms were retro chique. The mattress was too hard for me, but my husband loved it. This is a piece of advice for the owners: make sure there is ventilation for the fridge. The cubboard where the fridge was in was hot. We will for sure come back to this hotel for our next Quebec City trip!

Le lit était trop dur pour moi et l'air climatisé fesait un peu de bruit mais sinon c'était parfait. Facile d'entrée avec le code, parking facile d'accès, la déco est vraiment belle.

Nous avons aimé la proximité du stationnement sous terrain, de l'épicerie Métro au coté, du vieux Québec a 20 minutes a pied, de l'intérieur parfait autant la propreté que la déco. Ce qui nous a déplu les bars en bas (les hurlements des clients et la musique trop forte) et beaucoup d'itinérants. Mais sinon tout était parfait ! Merci!

I stayed a night in rose hotel, it doesn’t have parking space I had to pay extra for parking, the bed was very uncomfortable even my husband get sick, it doesn’t have reception facilities, very small spaces, doesn’t have elevators ,and I didn’t like the location as well I will never come again and I am not recommending for anyone else.

Très beau et propre. Tout semble neuf. Tranquille. Un peu petit mais c’est correct. Réservez votre stationnement à l’avance parce que sinon vous n’aurez pas le code d’entrée à temps. Mais des options moins chères sont disponibles pour stationner pas trop loin.

We were there for the Festival d'été de Québec. The hotel is close to the old Quebec (20 min walk)The hotel is super nice, clean, quiet and easy to access.

Hotel with no physical reception, only remote. Difficult access to enter and carry luggage, as there is no elevator. Good accommodation, good room service and good location. This is rental house.

I had a pleasant experience for my first time in an "invisible hotel". Very seemless and I enjoyed the free Nespresso.

This property was very spacious and I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to do laundry or cook their own food. We did not manage to get free parking at the hotel as it was all booked up but the $20 parking was only 1 minute away. If you don't mind hiking up to Old Quebec this is a good stay.

The room was clean and well maintained. Location was good to walk around to the city centre. Would stay again.

我們總共住了四晚，一開始的住宿體驗是好的，沒想到第二晚開始就是惡夢的開始，晚上十點多左右，房間樓下對面的pub開始了排隊人潮，吵雜喧鬧聲加上音樂聲，到了十一點多開始進入更震撼的重低音，整晚震動吵鬧到不行，實在受不了，訊息給客服，來回多則訊息後，說可以幫我們換房間，無奈之下，只好半夜整理行李換房間，房間比之前的小，但也沒選擇了，總比吵到不能睡好，結果，沒想到換過後的房間冷氣無法調整，甚至無法關掉，跟客服訊息來來回回還是無法處理，只好整晚吹著強冷風勉強入睡，當時已經半夜兩三點了。沒想到第三晚，晚上十點多音樂吵鬧又開始了，這次感覺跟昨天不一樣的音樂來源，比較還是演奏歌唱的聲音，跟客服反應，說當日所有房間已滿，沒有辦法解決，結果一直聽著噪音到半夜兩點聲音沒了才入睡，真的是快瘋了！

Excellent! The room was very clean and new. It had a kitchen and a coffee machine, which was very convenient. The location was close to all the attractions — everything was within walking distance, including popular restaurants. Highly recommended! The actual room looked even better than in the photos.

Our room was on the third floor. It was clean and well decorated but small. We had no place for luggage or way to unpack. Additionally, there is no lobby or elevator. Without help We could never have gotten our luggage up to our room.

L’hôtel est neuf et les chambres sont propres. Le décor et la nouveauté sont au rendez-vous. Le personnel est rapidement de service malgré l’absence d’une réception pour les clients. Tout fonctionne via messages textes ou courriels. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais l’impact est minime. Le problème majeur du séjour a été le manque de respect d’un des commerces en dessous de l’hôtel. Nous avons été réveillé par de la musique forte à 7h00 am le premier matin et à 5h00 am le deuxième matin. Bien que le personnel de l’hôtel soit compréhensif, reste que l’expérience est décevante. Est-ce un manque d’isolation? Est-ce un commerce fâché d’avoir un hôtel au lieu de bureaux en haut d’eux? En bout de ligne, c’est le client payeur qui en paie le prix. Je recommande donc fortement de demander une chambre au troisième étage, non au deuxième. Le quartier a aussi beaucoup changé depuis quelques années. Il y a toujours quelques restaurants et boutiques interessantes mais la cohabitation avec une clientèle à risques ne semble pas évidente. Certaines personnes pourraient ne pas se sentir en sécurité.

I think a little desk or a plce to keep the clothes is a must

Homelessness in the area was unexpected, but I experienced no panhandling or intrusion. Lots of local shopping and quality restaurants. Not far from city center but the walk is rather uphill and strenuous. The newly renovated apt style room was stylish, roomy, clean and well appointed. If you are fit and need no onsite services it was a great deal. I would definitely return.

Our Hôtel suite was above our expectations. The suite had everything we required, a small kitchenette plus table and stools to eat at, coffee bar, fridge, nice big shower. It was very nicely decorated, clean and modern. Communication to the hotel was very easy and response was very quick. Its location was good and walkable to near by coffee shops, restaurants and old Quebec. We would love to stay here again if we visit Quebec again.

Very unique hotel offered at reasonable rates during off-season. Business model for hotel is staff free so combination lock is sent at noon time to your email for entry. Room for 3 people was spacious with full kitchenette set. Very convenient as hotel is not setup to provide breakfast. Walked to Old Quebec City. Did try to communicate via email and phone call with a question but neither means responded. Otherwise, no issues with hotel. I am not sure why Orbitz listed parking available onsite and 1 vehicle per booking as the public parking garage advised to stay was about 3-4 minute walk. $20 Canadian in/out or $15 Canadian 24hr max with no re-entry. Pricing is fair but garage can fill up at times. Wi-Fi was reliable and room very clean. Maybe change hallway lights to LED with higher lumens as to better see keypad to door.

Jai eu la chambre 305 et ses magnifique jai bien aimer

Super chambre: grande, jolie, propre, bien équipée. Le seul problème c’est que le bruit de la cage d’escalier, très écho, résonne s’entend très bien dans la chambre. Peu dormi.
