Reviewed Apr 21, 2025The hotel itself was adequate, although I had trouble booking in. I was told multiple times that my booking didn’t exist and that I would need to find an another hotel. Upon showing them my booking on Expedia they still doubted it for approx. 15 mins before eventually finding my booking.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2025We had a very pleasant experience at the Palette Luxury Mirage Hotel in Jeddah. We booked two rooms through Hotels.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were surprised to find that only one room had been confirmed in their system, even though we had been charged for two rooms. Hana, a staff member at the hotel, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed with us and worked tirelessly with customer service until the issue was resolved. Thanks to her efforts, we were successfully accommodated. Thank you, Hana, for your outstanding support and professionalism!
