Great apartment.

Great location for the Bernabeu and city with lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Apartments are modern and really well equipped and on a nice quiet street with a great little cafe almost opposite for breakfast.

Excellent Area

This is not a hotel, so please don't expect to find someone at the front desk if you need assistance. What you get is a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, including a washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer, for the price of a hotel room. The Bernabeu apartments are just 2 blocks from the Madrid Metro (line 1). You can reach almost anywhere in Madrid with the affordable metro. I highly recommend the Bernabeu apartments in Madrid.

Everything is great about this property..the only thing to be careful is to pay special attention to the check in code and keep that mail safely..metro is nearby..good cleanliness..one thing which i did not like that the check in time should be 3PM and not 4 PM

Excelentes instalaciones, nos sentimos como en casa, tiene todo lo necesario.

The only issue that I had is about front desk . Nobody is there when I am arrived , and the link for check in that they send is a little bit complicated. But it is a good and convenient place to stay . Comfortable , modern and so many things to do in area .

The basic apartment was in great condition and comfortable for 4 people. The area doesn’t have much, but there’s a Mercadona and a metro stop very nearby. Unfortunately, there is ZERO communication with hotel staff. A message I sent two days before our stay, asking if there were luggage storage services, was never answered.(There isn’t.) Messages I sent during the stay about a non-functioning tv in the living room were also ignored. We finally found a very helpful housekeeper who helped us out by calling the staff to let them know about the tv. They told her they would be in to fix it, but no one ever showed up!! The front desk is supposedly staffed 10 am -7 pm on weekdays and 10 am -4 pm on weekends. There was no one at the front desk for our entire 2-day stay. If you want a quiet, clean place to stay and don’t mind not having any staff support, then this is a good choice.

Super tranquila la zona, varias tiendas, super mercado a 1 min y muy bonito el departamento.

Apartment is clean and modern. Probably build this year. Had an issue with the digital code upon arrival so it took 20 minutes to resolve after they had to reset the code remotely. Wifi was fast after they reset for me. Washer/dryer combo was a plus. 5 minute walk to metro. Large supermarket next door. They have darken outside metal curtains which was great. They were nice enough to allow us noon check out for our troubles and no one coming in that day.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Wat een fijn schoon en nieuw appartement op een geschikte locatie. Parkeren in het complex is wel wat prijzig. Het appartement is heel mooi en volledige voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeker een aanrader.

Excelente , tiene un supermercado en la esquina , es moderno y muy buena ubicación para ir al Bernabebu . La estación del tren está a pocos minutos . Volvería sin dudarlo

Positives: 1. close to Estrecho metro station 2. lots of good food options nearby - including ethnic shops and supermarkets like Aldi 3. modern/nice property 4. courteous staff Negatives: 1. at least a 20 min walk to Santiago Bernabeu stadium (important if you are booking to be in close proximity to it) 2. Security concerns. The reception is only manned a few hours on weekdays. Access to the apartment block and to the apartments are by secure code (there are no swipe cards or keys), and in our experience, more than 1 apartment can be accessed by the same code. We were told >1 week ahead of our arrival the code to our apartment. We arrived, entered the code, opened the door and saw that it was already occupied!! We double-checked all communication and confirmed we used the correct code for the correct apartment. Then, called the apartment management (as reception is unmanned) and they said we should be in a different apartment instead, and to use the identical code we had previously been given and already used!! During our 2-week stay, we always worried if others would also walk into our apartment, when we were out.

Communication was great. The place is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. It is close to many places to explore! If you have a car, it has parking which is a plus; however consider reserving and paying for it prior to your arrival. Our recommendation is transportation and walking are best in Madrid.

The best managed and most beautiful apartment we have been in Europe. Great deskhelp and awesome location. Close to metro and buses. Steps away from Mercado San Enrique and Mercadona. Restaurants 2 blocks away. If I return to Madrid i will do so to this apartment in a heartbeat

No refill for daily coffee and tea. No instructions for use of facilities.

Superb!!!! What a great property and apartment! We loved it! Everything was top quality, extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, well appointed and perfectly located. The staff at the property were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We would definitely stay at the Home Art Apartments Bernabéu again! I can not say enough good things about this property.

Um apartamento perfeito, especialmente se for uma estadia um pouco mais longa pois a aparelhagem é muito completa. Limpeza impecável. O sofá cama da sala é muito confortável, não deixa nada a desejar a uma cama, a cama principal ocupada por meus primos disseram ser perfeita também. O único inconveniente não diz respeito a acomodação mas a estação de metro que está a 350 m e também é muito prática pois se trata da linha 1 que leva ao centro de Madrid e também a estação de trem Chamartín, mas essa estação não possui nem escada rolante nem elevadores e, se vc estiver com malas grandes, pessoas idosas ou deficientes físicos (eu tinha os 3), terá um problema. Caso esteja com pouca bagagem e todos em boas condições físicas fica tudo realmente perfeito. Mas o custo benefício é muito bom. Voltaria sempre a usar esta hospedagem!

Spacious apartment, well equipped for comfortable stay. Conveniently located to Santiago Bernabeu stadium. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores around. Will stay here again.

Property was great, new, modern and clean. Inside the apartment also. Neighborhood is ok. Coffee and goodies should be replaced daily.

Cleanliness, friendly, it was a great night of sleep the best part that their is so many things close to the hotel,the best part is that its close to real Madrid, Bernabeu stadium which is an awesome

¡Excelente opción para hospedarse! Todo el departamento nuevo, cerca del metro Estrecho, a menos de 5 min a pie. Cerca de un supermercado. Todo muy tranquilo, nada de ruido para descansar.

The property was beautiful and very convenient to where we wanted to be. Unfortunately the communication was very poor from this property. When our plans changed unexpectedly, they were unwilling to even answer messages requesting a refund of the third day. Their responses took days. We did not use their 3rd party registration site; we provided the info through Expedia. Find it very weird that a company would want so much personal info through an unknown third party website. Unfortunate, because the property was lovely!

New building, very clean and quiet , couple mins walk to metro which connects to everywhere in the city. Highly recommend !

Todo muy bien el depa está como nuevo, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días; el único inconveniente fue que es difícil contactar con la administración; tienes que marcar a un número y tiene horario de atención así que si te surge algo fuera del horario tienes que esperar; todo estaba súper limpio y de buena calidad; caminando a unos 10 minutos al estadio del Santiago Bernabeu; hay un mercado a media cuadra que cierra a las 9:30 pm

This property is excellent. Clean, nice and modern. The staff is wonderful. I pp fully enjoyed and recommend.

We loved our stay at this property during our week long visit to Madrid. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient and the beds were very comfortable. 5 adults stayed here comfortably. It is very close to the estrecho Metro station which was convenient to all major tourist destinations with connections to train stations for visits to other areas via high speed trains. Would definitely stay here again for future visits.

My unit hot water is not very hot on max level. You can certainly show in a cold day, but not the best experience.

La experiencia muy buena, la limpieza un 10. Llegamos y parecía que estrenábamos el apartamento, a falta de algunas marcas en el zócalo por maletas de otros huéspedes. Lo único que no me gustó de la experiencia fue que no se pueda apagar el extractor del wc y la cocina, a la hora de dormir eso molestaba incluyendo las luces del aire acondicionado y la hora del horno, que iluminan toda la estancia del sofá cama y también se podría mejorar la poca presión en la ducha. Por lo demás nada. Todo perfecto.
