Hotel El Imperio Punta Cana

Yes, There are a lot of stores around, Restaurants, transportation very good. Thanks Punta Cana, this is a quiet place….

Minimal options for breakfast but atleast it was included. Seen maintenance cleaning the property everyday but still old and dirty. Unsafe wet puddles near stairs. Completely not wheelchair accessible. Hazardous debris laying around property. Rooms dont get cleaned unless you go down to desk and ask and you have to leave your own personal room key. Nice view on hotel lobby which is whats posted as the hotel’s advertising webpage on expedia. The male counter staff that works the morning had great customer service. If you are not a native the location of this hotel is extremely dangerous and unsafe.

The staff was amazing. From Yisenia at reception to the restaurant staff, it was a 5 star service all around. The service from.the receptions was so amazing , i ended up booking 2 extra nights. I highly recommend this hotel.

Curteous staff

N

The staff showed Professionalism, Respect and courtesy. One staff member in particular whose name is Yisenia, who work on the afternoon shift was very well versed on the daily operations of the El Imperio Hotel. She was very professional in providing information that I was looking for. She was very courteous and cared about my stay at the hotel. The duration of the time I was there, she would always go above and beyound to asking me if there was anything that I needed. Based on her caring and gratitude for the guests, I was able to book another week at the holtel. In summary, I had a pleasant stay there the two times that I stayed there. Ilook forward to coming back and will definitely refer my relatives, business partners and friends to be guests at the El Imperio Hotel.

Excelentes atenciones!!

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great spot,… Looks like a small resort,… HIGHLY-RECOMMEND!

Very quiet and clean. Seus made our stay very pleasant. Good customer service

L environment, l entrée, laisse a desirer

It’s a simple, clean, no fuss hotel. Everything you need and at very good prices.

Buen trato.

Stayed here only for 2 nights. I highly recommend it. The place is clean, quiet, everything is new, staff is very polite and helpful. The reception manager approached me to ask for a feedback too. The hot water in the shower wasn't available on both nights but as soon as I reported it to the reception, their staff fixed it within 5 minutes both the times. The only negative is that it's far away from the beach/restaurant area, so you need a car or uber to get around. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Good value for money.

Everything is a vibe☆

Good hotel in a good location, a few minutes walk from a supermarket. Rooms were basic, but large and clean. The staff was very helpful with advice and answering questions. Great value for sure!

The property was good. Only been there for five months so it was not fully organized yet.

Un súper hotel

Wonderful view. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant good was good but limited menue. Place need some maintenance upkeep work. Beautiful location. Lovely private beaches.

Dette stedet passer ikke for utenlandske turister. Helt feil beliggenhet. Veldig basic. At noen har gitt toppscore her må være helt feil.

Property have water issues, I had to switch room due to no water in the shower or sink

The owners are awesome!

Secluded but in way!!!! Much needed rest.. i came to get away from work and bills.. great escape 😁 everyone from the staff there are the best ever. Thank you again

All of the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them! The building is beautiful and the rooms are big, so you dont feel like you're sitting on top of other people in the room. The hotel location is convenient to everything you would need. They had security 24/7 to watch your rental car and the property had a privacy wall that separated it from the rest of the area. The only downside is that the neighborhood can feel unsafe and everyone likes to party all night, so the music can be loud!

Great stay at this brand new hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

They were very accommodating very friendly nice people provided great service very helpful

New hotel, missing water. in the sink, not a good bed, real poor. still. need a lot improvment,

It was very quiet and clean.

Super limpio Tofo lindo y personal amable

Great facility new rooms , very good staff
