Comfort Inn Giza

We had some at the front desk when we first arrived that could have been avoided but after the issue was fixed, our stay was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean but the jet tub was clearly dirty. The views were great but the traffic noise could be a lot if you’re not used to it.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, although pretty unorganized. The rooftop patio was great and gives you a great view of the pyramids. The internet was horrible and didn’t really work at all, so if you need to work remotely, this is not the hotel for you. The internet on the rooftop patio was fast when it was working, but it went in and out randomly. It was off way more than it was working. Floors of both rooms we stayed in were filthy.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. We had booked two nights deluxe room with jacuzzi and pyramids view. When we went there to check in around 1pm They told us ur room is not ready yet but it will be in few hours, instead they gave us a room which was not cleaned no view no jacuzzi and no towels shampoo etc just to leave our luggage’s, after few hours I asked them again and they said at night after u come from the tour which I booked with them as well, when we went back around 10pm I asked for our room and they told us Not tonight but the tomorrow because of the jacuzzi being replaced with the new one etc lie lie lie They gave our room to someone else, Next day in late afternoon they gave us the room with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi wasn’t new but old not recently replaced so it was all lies I contacted Expedia and hotel refused to refund us any money, The hotel staff was very rude smelling bad like their rooms, and were not even telling to us We didn’t feel safe anymore there And had to book another hotel and left from there. Beside all of this they kept bothering me on WhatsApp days before trying to sell tours to convince u what to do Asking me when are u coming what time We will send u a taxi etc Just to make a as much money as they can from you,

I had a nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, allowing for quick access to the Pyramids and the rest of Giza. Also it’s only a short drive away from downtown Cairo. The facilities could use a little improvement—the toilet seat in my room was broken and would occasionally come unhinged, but it was functional. There were some exposed wires by my bedside table, some fallen LED strips loosely hanging under the desk, and some lighting features that just wouldn’t work. These were all minor things however that didn’t really impact my stay too much. I will say what makes the hotel exceptional are two things: the rooftop restaurant that over looks the Pyramids, and the over the top service from the staff. The view from the roof is spectacular and I spent a lot of time up there during my stay. It will definitely be remembered as one of the highlights of my trip. The staff always went out of their way to make sure I was having the best stay I could. Omar was fantastic and a huge part of why I had such a great trip. My first day he showed me around Giza and took me out for lunch. He was there whenever I needed assistance or wanted to book an activity. And when I had a last minute issue with an Expedia booking for a cruise on the Nile, Omar arranged for me to go on a different cruise just a couple hours before for no additional cost. I can’t thank him and the other staff enough for their service and help. Truly an unforgettable stay! Would recommend!

We chose this hotel based on the high (9.8) rating. It was in horrible shape, dirty with exposed wiring in the bathroom. However, the most egregious part was when we went to leave in the morning, the desk staff would not check us out and tried to prevent us from leaving unless we left them an excellent review right there on the spot. Our tour guide who came to pick us up at the hotel had to intervene for us to be able to leave. Not only should you not stay here, but Orbitz/Expedia should remove them from their site.

We had some problems with our delayed luggage, Sama in the reception team went above and beyond to help us out with getting our luggage back. The staff at this hotel were generally very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff and at reception They helped us sort our phones/Wi-Fi, photocopy a page from a guide book and get some dates. They provided an early breakfast as we had a trip first thing in the morning which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast was generous and it included traditional egyptian dishes.Of course, the view from their rooftop which is probably the best view of the pyramids in all of Giza, trust me on that.

La chambre était vraiment sale, surtout le sol. La porte d’entrée était cassée, et le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait pas de double vitrage, ce qui rendait le sommeil très difficile à cause des klaxons. Nous avons été réveillés 3 fois à 2h du matin par des coups violents sur la porte, pour nous informer qu’un taxi nous attendait, alors que nous n’en avions pas commandé. Malgré nos explications, ils sont revenus taper sur la porte. Cependant, la vue était magnifique.

Genel anlamda temiz ve güzel bir oteldi fiyatına göre beklentimizi karşıladı. Bir sorun yaşamadık. Tam olarak fotoğraftaki tuttuğum odaydı. Hiç bir farklılık yoktu. Kahvaltısı herkese hitap eden ve etmeyen yiyeceklerden oluşuyordu. Çeşit olarak geliştirilebilir. Odalar banyo tuvalet temizdi. Sadece oda pencereleri küçük ve yetersizdi klimayı açmadan durmak imkansızdı. Otel çalışanları iyidirler yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Fakat ilk etapta rezervasyonumuzun bulunmadığını, sistem üzerinden görünmediğini vs söylediler bizi yarım saat beklettiler. Biz önceki yorumları da okuyarak gittiğimizden bunu başkalarına da yarattıklarını biliyorduk. Bu yüzden ikna olmadık ve kanitlarimizi sunduk. Siz de pes etmeyin yoksa daha düşük kaliteli bir odaya hatta farklı bir otele yerleştirme vs gibi durumlar oluyormuş sanırım. Ama odamıza yerlestikten sonra ise çalışanlar çok güzel davrandılar, yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar her zaman. Son gün odamızı boşaltmamiz gerektiği halde son vir şehir turu yapmak istedik ve havaalanı saatimize kadar bavullarımızı otelde tutabileceğimizi söylediler yardımcı oldular yoks abavullarla gezmek zorunda kalacaktık.
