The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant staying experience. The cleanliness is top-notch.

All the staff including the front desk, concierge, restaurant & bellman/doorman were all extremely friendly & helpful.

Hotel and staff are all good, very hospitable and helpful in anyways they can with their guest. Also very welcoming and accommodating, great and exceptional amenities.

If you want go to Ho Chi Minh downtoen area, this hotel is the best location.All of you want to go in downtown area are able to go on foot.

Unbeatable location, central to everything. Also a very good breakfast setup, roof bar, pool, etc, to make meeting up with various friends in our group easy.

I was surprised when the moment I come back on my last day they take effort to note who are are and within 10 mins there is a knock on the door with a cake for my pending birthday.

A bit longer in the tooth than expected but quite terrific for a few days. Can't beat the location.

This is a place of peace in this chaotic city. It has beautiful public spaces, done in an art deco style with great taste. There is variety in the restaurants, including a nice rooftop bar, a fancy French retaurant and a good continental restaurant. It has a nice pool and workout area and is generally a nice place to stay.

This is my first time in Ho Chi Minh. I stayed here for 1 nights. The room is clean all staff are always there to help you.

It was worth every cent and made our stay very special. The roof top bar was beautiful but extremely loud and not actually as friendly as the rest of the hotel. I think they should make it as classy as the rest of the hotel.

the decor of the hotel is really modern. when taking a taxi from the hotel, the staff only recommends trustful taxi drivers. as some taxi driver in hcm city are really shady.

unfortunately i could only stay one day, but my peculiar needs were well catered for, including an extra late check out.

The hotel location was good, close to cafes and local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

We checked in at 2pm and checked out at 2:20pm (next day). The room is spacious, neat, cool, comfy esp the pillows and bed. There are quite a few English channels in the TV. They also gave us free 2 glass bottles of water when we requested the next day. Everything is great except that there's no bidet in the toilet. We liked the swimming pool though for night swimming. Enjoyed our stay

Traveling for work and stayed here. Location is central; roof top bar had fantastic views and live music; breakfast was excellent quality; rooms were clean and facilities were well-maintained.

This really is a little gem of a place. In a great location at a good price. Staff were great, they do start clearing up 15 mins before breakfast or afternoon tea are ending and don't replenish but this is minor and I'm being picky. The fact that you have fruit and afternoon tea included are a plus. The only downside for us, again I'm being picky, was we booked a junior suite for the balcony and it overlooked a corregated roof. Would definitely go back for the location, staff and the little extra touches that really make it a great stay

Hotel is situated right in the luxury mall with easy access to other venues. Rooms are spacious and sparking clean with full amenities to ensure your pleasant stay. Highly recommended

The room is clean and the service is very good. It’s very good that hotel provided the free shuttle bus to few significant sightseeing places in the centre city.

Location was good, staff was friendly and room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good but the only downside is I'm staying for 2 days and the breakfast variety is the same everyday. Could have change some of the menu per day.

We were greeted and warmly welcomed the moment we stepped in the premise. The staff remembered our faces even when we checked out! The facilities are all new, the gym equipment is well maintained. Had an amazing stay here next to the centre, the food was amazing. The room was really quiet I like to sleep late. In particular staff members Kash and Helen were expectional. So so helpful I can not praise them enough.
