Metropole Urban Residence

Excellent value for the price, large comfortable apartment with all amenities you can imagine including Samsung AirDresser in the master washroom. Location just a 10 minute ride from the city centre with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. Only gripe was communication - was asked to WhatsApp for the keycard upon arrival and the person could not really speak English. Otherwise, highly recommended both for short or long term stay in HCMC.

Traveling for work and stayed here. Location is central; roof top bar had fantastic views and live music; breakfast was excellent quality; rooms were clean and facilities were well-maintained.

Metropole Urban Residence is great - walk out the door and into the heart of HCMC. Nice rooms, comfie beds, great breakfast spread. Rooftop bar/lounge has wonderful views.

We chose the Metropole Urban Residence as it was central to everything that we could walk to. The staff are very helpful and the amenities were very good. Their rooftop bar is good and breakfast is exceptional. Would recommend this if you want an up market hotel in a good spot

Location is nice and just beside a park where there are crowds during weekend and festive period. I was there unknowingly it was their independence day. Very nice personal touch in that they remember who I am and on my last day they send me a cake a while after I am back in the evening before going out again. Yes my brithday is not on that day but that is my last day in this hotel.

Hotel is in a great location for first time visitors to HCMC. You can walk to all of the major sites from this hotel,Hotel room was goods and staff are friendly.

Wir waren begeistert über das schöne große Zimmer mit sehr geschmackvoller und edler Einrichtung, sowie mit kleinem Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den Fluß. Das Frühstücksbuffet auf einer Terrasse über den Dächern von Saigon mit Blick auf den Fluss ist ebenfalls eine besonders schöne Erinnerung.

Accueil agréable, attribution de ma chambre avec un surclassement bienvenu. Chambre propre, vaste tout confort. La piscine est agréable. L'ensemble paraît correspondre à mes attentes.

The hotel very good location, the staff are friendly, the roads near by has been repairing and the hotel Also renovating , it still has 2 levels to be finished, but I don’t feel the renovation noises when i was there, the room look very Morden, the bed is comfortable and the lobby flowers smell so good.

Very well laid out hotel rooms and in a fantastic location

The staff always had smiles on their faces. We were there during light up night which was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean and the maid service was exceptional. We congratulate the Managers and workers on a job well done.

We had a pleasant stay here. Location was great, alot of food shops & cafés along this street. The lobby is spacious and pretty. Best of all the staffs were very friendly from housekeeping, front office, dining halls and concierge. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Great location! Staff very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was very tasty and the happy hour by the pool is the perfect way to end a busy day. The roof top pool is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of the streets below. Highly recommend to is hotel

The hotel room was a bit older than expected, it was partially renovated but in general, it was a nice stay. The room was quiet and the curtain was good so that we could sleep till late and recharged from the mid night flight.

This place is perfectly located inside a big shopping mall in the center of Saigon, making it super easy to explore the area around. House keeping is doing well with their job and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities were decent and the swimming pool have a very nice view.

Je merkt dat dit 1 van de betere hotel is in HCM. Ik voelde de luxe bij binnenkomst al. Koffers werden aangenomen, deuren werden voor ons geopend. Zwembad en fitnesscentrum (inclusief sauna en stoomsauna) zijn geweldig. Restaurants hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd omdat we vooral lokaal wilden eten. Hotel is echt een aanrader!
