Di mi tarjeta para afianzar la reserva pero les pedí pagar al día siguiente ya que tenía que recoger en la oficina CaixaBank de allí mismo la tarjeta de mi empresa con la que finalmente pagaría . No me pusieron ningún problema y media hora después (ya que había salido del hotel a cenar )me pusieron un audio x wassap para decirme que habían realizado el cobro , sin mi autorización. No me avisaron ni me dieron opción de pagarlo en efectivo alegando que no se fiaban de mi e hicieron el cargo sin ningún aviso ni autorización. No quise devolver el cargo para no tener problemas a posteriori con mi tarjeta pero creo que se lo merecían.

Nos encantó como nos recibieron, la amabilidad y el trato. La tranquilidad.. en realidad todo 😍 volveremos . Las habitación super bonita!!

No puedo decir nada

The staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, personable. Went out of their way.

The initial cleanliness of the rooms, attention to detail. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in our room did not work the first night and there where hairs from the previous guests on the floor and in the bath plug. The bath needed replacing as (although originally a white bath) was yellow / had yellow stain and really needed replacing. We were moved to another room the next day, where the air-conditioning worked, but this was the room with dirty looking bath and the hairs on the floor. I did mention this and the cleaning of the rooms improved to an acceptable standard. I did ask the staff to have a meeting with me about our initial issues and they were lovely to deal with. They made a real effort to put anything wrong. I was disappointed when I settled up at the end of the stay, to be informed that the owner (not present) was not prepared to offer either a discount or refund for the first night's stay when the air-con did not work. The money would make no financial difference to me and we did have 2 x rooms for 10 nights, so a reasonable spend of circa Euro 2,500 (one night was like E 150 for one room. I just feel that any gesture to acknowledge the bad start would have been respectful to us as their client and guest. I I am a good guy, my wife and I are nice easy going and not difficult people. Again the staff were fantastic and the outside and interior of the hotel is well kept including the rear garden and pool. I told them they should replace the bath. I should imagine, the hotel's owner will try to reply and say something like we were difficult guests or difficult to please. This is an honest review. I have only made the effort to be completely transparent and emphasize the issue we encountered as via the lovely staff gave the owner / management the opportunity to fix my disappointment by way of a gesture at the end. The staff said their owner / management were not prepared to offer anything.

Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui était toujours propre, jardin très bien entretenu. Environnement plutôt calme.

Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de mini frigo dans le studio ce qui nous a un peu déçu car en général les hôtels et hébergements en possède un. Notamment l’été nous apprécions pouvoir mettre de l’eau au frais. Plusieurs fois lors de notre séjour nous avons été réveillés le matin par le bruit du souffleur. Le parking est en supplément (une rue après l’hôtel sur un terrain « vague » clôturé avec portail) nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas pouvoir se stationner devant l’hôtel, surtout que ces places sont réservés à l’hôtel et ne sont donc jamais occupées. Prévoir peut-être plus de transats auprès de la piscine car parfois il n’y en a pas pour tous les clients.

Poder ver el eclipse desde el jardín del Hotel gracias a ellos que nos ofrecieron gafas y una copa de cava. La iniciativa fué genial!!!!

Es un alojamiento, donde me hacen sentir como si estuviera en casa. Personal súper atento y amable. Siempre vuelvo para pasar unos días de relax, hotel para descansar y si quieres marcha tienes a 5 minutos de coche Sitges y Vilanova i la Geltrú

Het hotel is meer een BenB met zwembad dan een hotel. Het is zoals te zien op de foto een groot herenhuis in een smalle oplopende straat in een dorp en net buiten het centrumpje, bereikbaar door een hek en via enkele trappen, een stenen terras aan de voorzijde en een entree via code. In de hal is overdag een van de dames aanwezig om in te checken en je wegwijs te maken in het gebouw, ontbijtkamer aan de rechterkant en ontspanningsruimte links ervan, rechtdoor aan linkerkant een kantoortje en rechtdoor de tuin / zwembad met ligstoelen en net voor de achterdeur de kleine lift en trappenhal. Als je ontbijt bijboekt krijg je dat vanaf ong half 9 geserveerd aan tafel (duurt even) en is elke dag hetzelfde (brood, croissant, cake, olie, tomaat, 2 soorten kaas, 2 soorten vlees, jam en nutella, vers sap, water, koffie/thee/colacao en bakje vers fruit ( gevarieerd) . De auto kan op; een stenen afgesloten parkeerplaats waar ook wat verwilderde planten staan. De kamer aan tuinzijde was met goed bereikbaar balkon en hoge plafonds, had genoeg ruimte, een twijfelaar bed en douche wastafel en toilet als losse onderdelen in de kamer, de houten vloer werd op die plaatsen onderbroken door een verhoogde stenen vloer die ook langs de linkerzijde van het bed liep. De kledingkast bestond uit een inham met aan de zijkant een dubbele kleding stok, niet van links naar rechts maar van voor naar achter met 3 hangers en op kniehoogte een plank aan dezelfde zijde. 2 stoelen en een kaptafel, 2 nachttafels zonder lade en een kofferopzettafel maakte het af. fohn en wasrek waren aanwezig, balkon ruim met tafeltje en 2 stoelen. Sfeer Cubaans (ZA) Je kon ook buiten ontbijten. Alsje iets wilde vragen over de omgeving hielpen ze je wel vooruit en Ana nam de tijd om uitgebreid dingen voor je op te zoeken, Er i s ook drinken in de ijskast beschikbaar in de kamer naast de entree, als je het opschrijft kun je die later afrekenen, omda ze savonds er niet zijn en het dorp een stukje lopen is.

de wifi was erg langzaam en viel ook wel weg, het ontbijt te eenzijdig voor een langer verblijf, de toilet laag (kindermodel), geen badkamer maar losse elementen in de kamer, douche in de kamer met glazen wand (doorkijk), stenen vloer met verhoging bij bed dus onregelmatig om op te staan. bij wastafel op de plank eronder zouden lades of manden geplaatst worden om je spullen in op; te bergen, in de inham voor kleding idem dito en meer hangers, maakt het minder rommelig, 2 x per week een tuinman die smorgens redelijk vroeg wat herrie maakt ( di/vrijdag) De douchevloer was ong 20 cm verhoogd maar niet stabiel en veerde door, waardoor makkelijker wegglijden, er was geen planchet om je spullen op te zetten en de deur was doorzichtig (charmant? ) Om uit te stappen dus goed vasthouden aan een haakje in de douche, geen rail voor je handdoek te drogen alleen buiten op wasrek. Handdoeken wissel was onregelmatig maar als je voor 7 uur er nog om vraagt krijg je ze alsnog. De parking is een vierkant omheind geheel met planten en cactussen die de ruimte voor de auto's enigszins beperken, ( boom ook maar die geeft tenminste schaduw) via raam in de gang kon men op het balkon van de kamer terwijl de balkondeur nu niet het allerbeste slot had, (geen onveilig gevoel, maar toch) geen kluisje/ wasknijpers ( wel zwembadhanddoek) Voor ontbijt, zeker bij volle bezetting zou een mini buffet en meer variatie welkom zijn,

La piscine ouverte jour et nuit. Le personnel tres sympathique et au petit soin. Casa Indiana tres jolie chambre en studio sur mezzanine bien équipée. L'entrée indépendante pas besoin de rentrer dans l’hotel. Le petit coin salon sur la terrasse a l'extérieur. Facilité de se garer dans le village gratuitement. On peut tout faire a pieds.

L'insonorisation : la chambre était au-dessus des cuisines on entend le personnel parler le bruit des couverts depuis le lit. Le jardinier a 9h du matin avec ́la débroussailleuse difficile de se reposer. La douche minuscule 60x60

El jardín y la piscina. La tranquilidad. Estando todas las habitaciones ocupadas,aunque es un hotel pequeño, se respira tranquilidad en el ambiente. El desayuno en el jardín, junto a la piscina, ha sido un momento muy agradable. En general, la estancia ha sido muy positiva. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, aire acondicionado poco ruidoso, limpieza correcta.

Por poner un pero, diré que no resulta cómoda la bañera, porque no puedes colgar la alcachofa y limita la libertad de las manos. Y las almohadas son mejorables, aunque yo siempre viajo con la mía, por si acaso.

Très belle maison époque des "Indes" avec un jardin très agréable et une piscine, petit déjeuner parfait. On peut trouver facilement des restaurants à pied.

Dommage que la fête de la "Vervena" (St- Jean) ait durée un peu tard, jusqu'à 2h du matin, et que l'on entende de tout parce que faible isolement acoustique.

L'hôtel est particulièrement charmant, la bâtisse est historique et nous a fait voyagé !

Todo, es muy bonito y tranquilo. La piscina una maravilla a temperatura perfecta, la habitación muy cómoda y bonita. El servicio de desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable y cercano

Achterstallig klein onderhoud op de kamer (kapotte lichtschakelaar schemerlamp, niet werkende balkondeur sluiting, geen ophangmogelijkheid douche, oud badmatje). Personeel kwam een beetje initiatiefloos en futloos over (maar wel vriendelijk!).

L'arredamento vecchio stile, la piscina

Kamer was ruim, schoon, top locatie, mooi oud gebouw met alle luxe voorzien. Communicatie verliep heel goed, konden al vroeger terecht. Parking kan je ook huren, ideaal.

Miste alleen een kleine koelkast op de kamer voor de rest was het uitstekend!

Hotel situat en una finca antiga, molt ben cuidada i restaurada. Es un entorn ideal per passar-hi un cap de setmana o estada de relax. El tracte del personal ha estat excepcional i fa sentir-se com a casa. Cuidat esmorzar, molt complet i variat. La casa esta a la part alta del poble a 5-10mn caminant fins al centre del mateix.

What an amazing stay! The staff were excellent and kind, giving my girlfriend and I a warm welcome. Checking in was very easy, they contacted me to ask for my E.T.A the day of check in to ensure all was okay. The two ladies at the property (sorry I didn’t catch your names) helped us settle in and feel at home, they even showed us to our room. The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The bed was very comfortable and slept really well there, we had a great view too. Breakfast - WOW! it was both well presented and delicious (with new fruit every morning). French hostess was exceptional and treated us really well Hotel is overall was quiet and beautiful, with rooms that you can just relax and read a book if needing a quiet place. The pool/ pool area was stunning and clean, not busy at all, it’s even as stunning at night too. Having breakfast outside was beautiful and a highlight for us. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent boutique hotel in Sant Pere de Ribes! The common areas and pool/garden are stunning and the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is also extremely friendly. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The only thing that was missing is food/drink options in the hotel. Even some snacks and wine service would go a long way.

Bed was very comfortable. Pool was nice. Parking available although hard to park in the street.

Cada vez que sales de la habitación la luz se va.., ya que tienen una llave que te obliga a quitarla al salir, lo que te impide por ejemplo cargar el ordenador si te vas

Nice big room with a comfortable bed

They have old freestyle bath and not shower whose was not comfortable at all plus the noise for whole night was acceptable every time somebody for the next room or upstairs room they have to use the bathroom. I could hear in the middle of the night as the worst part 8 o’clock in the morning the cleaners they make so much noise to relax and sleep more unfortunately with no good experience at all

Établissement de charme, très bien agencé. Un plaisir pour les yeux. J'ai eu une chambre au deuxième étage avec ascenseur donnant sur l'arrière (côté piscine), lors de ma nuit l'environnement était très calme. A distance à pied du centre vivant du village avec restaurants et superettes. A 35 minutes de l'aéroport de Barcelone. L'accueil ferme tôt, j'ai séjourné sans croiser le personnel mais j'avais toutes les instructions pour prendre le logement et le parking.

Pas facile de se garer autour de l'hôtel, c'est un vieux quartier avec des rues assez étroites et déjà très occupé par les voitures des locaux. J'ai pris une place dans le parking proposé par l'hôtel à 10€/nuit. La fenêtre de la chambre ne pouvait pas bien se fermer et est en simple vitrage.

Un hotel très charmant et agréable, de petite capacité donc à taille humaine. Un bel espace extérieur avec piscine et transats c'est très bien. Chambre vraiment au calme et spacieuse. Nous recommandons cet hotel vivement!

Il est un peu difficile de se garer dans la ville

Ein wunderschönes grosses Zimmer hatten wir. Die Fahrräder konnten wir gut im Hotelinnern abstellen. DasHotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Es war April und wir konnten sogar den Pool benutzen. Nur empfehlenswert.

Actualmente este hotel ha desmejorado considerablemente, habitación sin armario, instalaciones no cuidadas ,y no realizaron ni limpieza ni cambio de toallas de la habitación tras estancia de la primera noche! No corresponde su relación precio calidad!!!!

El hotel es bonito, una casa antigua bien conservada. La situación en el pueblo es buena, puedes ir andando al centro. Ahora faltan muchas detalles, por ejemplo los baños, bañera muy anticuada, difícil para personas mayores, no hay colgadores de toallas ni perchas para colgar nada, tampoco hay estanterías o espacio para colocar productos de aseo personales. El salón de estar y en general en todo el hotel la temperatura es algo fría. El desayuno no es gran cosa y además no lo sirven hsta la 8,30 h, algo tarde. Las personas que atienden son muy agradables, eso sí. A partir de las 20 h y hasta la mañana siguiente no hay nadie en recepción, un teléfono de contacto por si hace falta. En general la relación calidad precio no está muy compensada. Podrían mejorar bastante con muy poca inversión, tampoco hay muchas opciones en el pueblo, eso es verdad.

Un petit hôtel niché dans une ancienne demeure d'habitation ayant conservé tout son charme d'époque. Un petit retour dans le passé tout en profitant des équipements modernes, du calme de l'établissement et de l'excellent accueil. A recommander

La tranquilidad, bien situado

La habitación en sí, con una buena cama, aunque un tanto ruidosa, sin hacer un "uso intensivo", solo dormir. Por lo demás muy espaciosa y agradable

La bañera de hidromasaje, que supuestamente se había averiado esta semana, y "el técnico no venía hasta el lunes", y el tapón roto tampoco retenía el agua

Un hotel simpático y una habitación cómoda y agradable. Una recepcionista encantadora.
