Reviewed Aug 30, 2026First of all, the hotel staff specially the receptionist were really accommodating, friendly, and professional in dealing with us. They even replied on our message to them through booking.com. The parking lot is spacious, from basement 1 down to basement 2. With plenty of elevators available. The location is near to kudai parking. We booked 2 BHK rooms. The biggest / spacious hotel rooms we ever stayed in makkah for Umrah. Each rooms have 4 beds with own toilet, a spacious living room and kitchen. Bonus part was, the staff let us borrow their washing machine. Jazahumullahu khayr. Such a big help for us with 5 children. Will surely stay for our next visit.
