All the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and presentable throughout. Our room had a nice terrace and beautiful view of the marina. We all enjoyed an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant.

We got an upgrade and a huge balcony! Apartment was spacious and nice. Restaurant was nice. 850 m beach is ok, better to have a taxi and go to near beaches, about 6 km from the hotel. Eleonora from reception was nice.

Lovely family holiday here. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was great and the bar/restaurant was good too. Our room was very clean, excellent aircon and had a lovely balcony. Access to the gym was lovely too. Perfectly located for what we wanted. A quiet holiday with a beach, restaurants and a friendly vibe.

The staff were all incredible especially with the children - Rafa, Reuben, imanol, Antonia, Jairo. Great check in and out at reception with sprays and eleonora. Let us have use of shower room before we left. Our room was amazing 2 bedroom apartment with harbour views could get lovely pictures so clean and tidy. Food & drinks in restaurant were lovely and reasonable prices. The breakfast was also better than all the places around and good value for money. Overall I would definitely come back to this place. They could do with some extra sun beds around the pool even though we got some everyday as you couldn’t reserve which is good so no having to get up early. The lady lifeguard was a bit of a jobsworth. The Man lifeguard was really nice. The location is ideal five minute walk to the beach shops of a restaurant’s.

Great hotel in a great location. We were in the annex building & had a top floor room with uninterrupted views of the port which were stunning. The hotel restaurant is defo worth a visit, we were given a 15% discount when we checked it. The pool looses sun at around 1700 as mentioned in other reviews, game changer for some. There is also very few sunbeds (c~45 for a hotel with 75+ rooms, not even one per room) so there is often a Que at 10am to secure a bed…… Would stay again but avoid the busier months.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les locaux sont très propres, le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant, l’appartement est grand et fonctionnel avec une vaste terrasse bien équipée donnant sur le port. La cuisine est propre, il ne manque rien, grand frigo et congélateur. Double vasque dans la salle de bain. Excellente literie. Grande piscine avec transats. Nous recommandons !

Quelques équipements à re-fixer dans la piscine (grille d’aération au fond et lampe sur les parois). Les joints de la piscine pourraient être mieux entretenus (présence d’algues par endroit).

This was a great hotel, well located with good views of the marina (if paid for). It is located well for the caves that are 5 mins around the corner and beach is a 5-10 min walk through town. Plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within the same walking time. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Pool is small but functional, we didn't use it much as preferred heading to the beach. I have knocked off a star due to our room not being ready (due a technical issue) when we arrived at 1am in the morning and we were placed in a smaller room for one night. I wasn't prepared to argue the toss as it had been a long day with a night flight. We were put in a room next door to the one we should have been in and when I looked over the balcony I could see beach towels on the sunbeds which makes me think the room was double-booked rather than had a technical issue. I would still recommend the hotel and Porto Cristo for a family holiday. P.S. If you choose to go to Palma catch the local bus, fraction of the cost of going on a tour operators excursion.

Yaz ayında 40 derece olan bir yer Mallorca ve bu otelin restoranında 1 klima var ve sadece yemeklerin üstüne vuruyor içerisi 30 derece. Kan ter içind ekahvaltı ediyorsunuz. Duşarıda oturup yiyemiyorsunuz sıcaktan zaten. Dışarıdaki restoranına pervane bile koymamışlar. Konforsuz sıcak çok kötüydü.

Going abroad as a single mum is always a big deal. I can't praise this hotel enough! It was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The aircon was a must in the heatwave Europe is experiencing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view (I paid extra for the marina view) was stunning. Definitely worth the little extra I paid. We arrived a few hours before check in but we were told the room was ready and we were able to go straight to it. The cleaners were such hard workers and also, like all the other staff at the hotel, very friendly. Porto Cristo is wonderful. I was a little concerned some of the reviews said it was a little quiet. It was absolutely my kind of resort! Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops without any loud thumping music or crowds of british tourists overindulging. We had some amazing dinners all week and it made my very picky teens try some foods they would never have dreamed of before. Loved it! The ice cream and frozen yoghurt cafes were by far their favourites though. Vintasty, Fussio, Tacoffee (mexican) were also loved. A supermarket is close by. If you walk out the rear entrance of the hotel and turn right, it is a couple of mins walk. Only very slight negative is the pool area is fairly small. So not always enough sun beds. The hotel doesn't open the pool until 10, (which is perfect and civilised time) and you'd need to get there at 10 to secure a bed. This wasn't a problem until the last couple of days. Most people were not reserving beds so there was enough to go around when people arrived later in the day. But the last couple of days, the beds were all reserved by 10.15 and frustratingly, most would then be left with just a towel on for a few hours before the owner finally arrived. Thankfully, this was only the very end of our stay when different guests had arrived. I was very happy to see the lifeguard remove some towels for one family. The beach was gorgeous for a change. Very clean, toilets too. Really safe gentle slope into sea and also a group of lifeguards patrolling. I thought it seemed a very safe resort. I didn't see any pickpocketing that's been mentioned in another review. All the shop and restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. Many multilingual (the lovely lady in the ice cream bar over the way from the hotel I heard speak at least 4 languages). We would definitely go back. I'm fact, we are talking about booking again already. All three of us had the best time

Lovely Hotel but Porto Cristo is full of Pickpockets. I was pickpocketed the first day I was there and heard of various other pickpocket experiences, You are not warned about this at the Hotel, which would have been helpfull. One couple was approached by a man at front of the Hotel, he was holding an open map with a 2 euro coin on it and started chatting to them whilst with his free hand underneath the map, tried to get into the husband,s bag, luckily his wife seen this and shouted pickpocket and the man hurried away.

The location was fantastic, with a lovely view of the harbour. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially those in the restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent, making for a very enjoyable dining experience.

The room was spacious but felt a little worn and could benefit from some updating. Housekeeping came very early each morning, often while we were still in the room. As a result, on most days they simply exchanged the towels and emptied the rubbish. On one occasion, we asked if they could return later so the room could be properly cleaned. Although they agreed, they never came back, which was disappointing.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet appart hôtel. J’ai l’habitude de voyager mais là j’avoue que c’est un endroit qui m’a étonné tellement tout est super. Mention spéciale pour le personnel d’une gentillesse rare, la propreté parfaite, la localisation car tout se fait à pied, la mer étant à 10 mn environ. Les équipements sont nombreux avec piscine, salle de sport, prêt de parasol et serviettes de piscine. Au top !!!

Absolutely incredible staff, we could not have asked for better. They genuinely wanted to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable which was so lovely. The facilities were beautiful and the views were outstanding. It was perfectly located on the marina. We were there during the porto cristo festival and the staff were reallt keen to tell us about all the free activities so we could experience the local culture. The gym is well equipped and the pool well maintained. Overall, a lovely aparthotel.

The town itself was a little quiet compared to bigger cities but that was actually something that grew on us in the end as it allowed us to experience more of the local culture.

It is a nice place right in the port of the town, about 15 minutes to two beaches, 10 minute to the town center. The view was great, the rooms were modern, overall we liked it, it was .. fine, the windows blocked out the sounds from the port.

We had someone come into our room when the do not disturb sign was out. I reported this to the management multiple times, nothing happened! When I asked for little things, like let us stay for an hour more in our room after a 7 stay, they wanted to charge another hundred euros and give us another room. We had to pay for parking in advance, just to see on the next day, that there was ample free parking outside. Daily noise from the port is terrible, you have to close the terrace doors and windows. We saw trash on the floor after cleaning, like toilet rolls in the bedroom, etc .. These things add up.

Our suite had a balcony and kitchen area , it was very spacious with a view of the pretty marina . There is plenty of parking outside and private parking if required. You can walk within minutes to restaurants and bars and the local beach . The pool at the hotel is large in terms of hotel pools . We used the hotel as a base to explore surrounding areas which was easy to achieve

Hab nichts zu beanstanden

Väldigt trevligt läge i marinan, mysigt med båthamnen och nära till restauranger och stranden. Alla i personalen var väldigt vänliga och trevliga. Hjälpsamma kring taxi och hyrbil. Litet men bra poolområde med lugn atmosfär jämfört med många andra hotell. Dessutom ett av få hotell där vi (4 personer i familjen) fått en solstol alla dagar vi önskat, inte något paxande av solsängar kl 7 på morgonen (!). Bra frukost jämförelsevis. Bra att restaurangen var öppen hela dagen/kvällen. Helt okej rum med plus för så stor balkong med solsängar.

Det var inte toppen för barnen med bäddsoffan, det är ingen bra säng för många nätter. Okej städning men inte mer, det städades inte ordentligt utan verkade mest bäddas. Blev ej rengjort i badrum eller golv. Lite snårigt att ta sig från entré till rummet med flera (långsamma) hissar alternativt många trappor och passager till annan byggnad. Funkade okej för oss men är nog lite jobbigt för gamla eller småbarnsfamiljer.

Just returned from a 3 night stay here with my two teenage daughters. My honest opinion Pros * Very friendly staff * Really clean * Lovely pool area * good location - a walk away from beach & restaurants. But it is not for the immobile as the hotel is on a steep hill. Cons *Unfortunately we were out in a room that had an adjoining door to another room (obviously locked) but it meant that o heard everything from the other occupants (and I mean everything!) like they were in our room. It woke me constantly. Felt like they were in our room. * part of view was lovely but turn to your right & unfortunately it was so scruffy & unkept. Obviously I just kept looking left!! * at no point we were ever told that we couldn’t check in until after 2pm. We arrived early after travelling through the night. Obviously when we got to the hotel after a very long journey exhausted all I wanted was a shower & to take a nap etc. - the hotel were lovely & let us use the pool until we could get into our room etc but I just wish I knew this before hand. * only ate at the pool bar once & ordered a Pizza but it almost inedible. Almost put me off pizza for life!!! We didn’t eat there again. Overall we liked the hotel - but didn’t love it. My sleep quality was poor which really makes a difference especially when it was only a short break & I badly needed a rest after a really stressful time at home, The staff are a credit.

Great apartment- we stayed 2 nights - very clean, nice bathroom friendly helpful staff. Really nice restaurant attached. I had the best goats cheese salad! Superb location for shops restaurants bars - short walk to the beach. Our room had a fantastic view of the harbour.

We were staying in the room 406. There was a bad smell in the room, something like fresh paint. The sheets were also not clean. So, we asked at reception to change room. But all we got was air refreshener, fresh sheets and complimentary drinks at the bar. Later we figured that the smell was comming from the bathroom, so we kept the bathroom door closed and it was managable. However, the stay was not very pleasant.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Hafenblick gebucht und der Ausblick vom Balkon war richtig toll. Balkon war richtig groß und mit zwei Liegen, einem Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Lage am Hafen ist sehr zentral und man kommt fußläufig schnell ins Zentrum, wo man gut etwas essen und einkaufen kann. Außerdem kommt man, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat schnell zu sehr schönen Buchten die in der Nähe gelegen sind. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche. Die Küche ist recht klein gehalten, obwohl das Zimmer so groß war aber leider wurde der Platz nicht richtig genutzt. Man hatte in der Küche nicht einmal richtig Platz zum Kochen, da nicht genügend Arbeitsfläche vorhanden war. Außerdem könnte die Ausstattung besser sein. Generell könnte die Sauberkeit im gesamten Zimmer besser sein. Wir verstehen die ganzen positiven Bewertungen bzgl. des Frühstücks nicht. Es ist relativ klein, was nicht schlimm ist, allerdings gibt es kaum Auswahl und das was da ist schmeckt nicht gut. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Fitnessstudio war eine pure Enttäuschung. Wenige und alte Geräte, sodass man kein richtiges Training machen konnte. Leider kein Wasserspender vorhanden.

Apartamento amplio, bien decorado y con menaje suficiente para hacer alguna comida ligera. Baño completo bastante grande. Camas con colchones cómodos, almohadas un poco blandas. Terraza espectacular con vistas al canal. Personal muy amable. Desayuno correcto en terraza con vistas. Aparcamiento privado, en las inmediaciones es difícil aparcar. Ubicación buena, puedes ir andando a la zona de restauración. Muy cerca en coche de playas increíblemente bonitas.

Wonderful views of the harbour, unfailingly friendly and helpful staff (those we encountered at least, although we weren't thrilled that someone had allocated us room 101 - see below). Decent pool, well-maintained, small gym. Genuinely good hotel restaurant. Town centre and beach a short walk away. The apartment: comfortable beds, quiet, unobtrusive aircon, lots of wardrobe space and a big bathroom with two basins and a decent shower, cleaned very thoroughly every day. Overall good value.

A fair bit of kitchen cupboard space wasted - one larger cupboard door opened onto a blank white board with no storage space at all, another onto a rack designed to hold crockery, but which had rusted badly, to the point where most of the plates and bowls were instead placed rather unsuitably in a drawer, the remainder being squeezed into less convenient top-level cupboards. Almost no basic supplies were provided. Other than standard utensils and tableware, there was a small tea towel, a small cloth and a tiny bottle of washing up liquid. And that was it. Beds were in a space where a bedside table could only be fitted on one side. And, although the side without a table had a power socket, the other did not. Given the amount of space overall, this failure to provide these basic facilities on both sides was a pity. Worst of all, despite staying for 8 nights, we were given Room 101. It wasn't quite as bad as a reading of Orwell might suggest, but it was a bit of a disappointment. It was at the lowest of the four levels where rooms in our category can be situated, we discovered later. Furthermore, our balcony looked directly out over the restaurant dining area, one floor below. And a flight of stairs between the restaurant and reception passed so close that we could clearly see and could almost reach out and touch everybody walking up and down when we were sitting on our balcony, and if they looked up only slightly, they could look straight at us. Since this is one of the main routes through the hotel, there was sometimes a constant stream of uninvited visitors of this kind. We still had a great view of the harbour but our enjoyment of it was a bit tarnished.

I really wanted to give Porto Drach 5 stars. Overall, it is a lovely, comfortable place to stay, offering wonderful views of the harbour, and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. There is also a decent pool, a well-maintained, if small, gym and a good hotel restaurant, and the town centre and beach are only a short walk away. However, basing the review on our personal experience of staying in the room we were allocated, I can't go beyond 4/5. We stayed 8 nights in a studio apartment with balcony and harbour view. It was large enough, and mostly reasonably well-equipped. The basics mostly worked well - comfortable beds, quiet, unobtrusive aircon, lots of wardrobe space and a big bathroom with two basins and a decent shower. And it was cleaned very thoroughly every day. However, we did have a few issues. At first glance the kitchen appeared to have good cupboard space, but in fact a fair bit of it was wasted. And we weren't quite bothered enough at the time to put ourselves to the trouble of trying to negotiate a better room, and then - if we succeeded - of repacking and re-unpacking all our things. All that said, I still find it disappointing that, as guests who'd booked a relatively long stay - at least we thought it was, but maybe people typically stay here for longer? - we were given what felt like the lowliest room in our category. In the end, most of our experience here was positive: it was good value for the level of space, comfort and service provided, and we would consider coming back - but if we did, we would definitely request a better room when booking and be prepared to push for it on arrival too if necessary.

The breakfast was very nice (fresh lemonades, different types of bread). Everyone could find something for himself. In the apartment was very comfortable and big bed, it has also big balcony. The towels were often changed. We also really liked the calm music played in the restaurant! We are very content from our stay :)

There were only tiny cups in the apartment, we had to buy larger mugs for tea.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit , einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf den Hafen. Eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sehr wahrgenommen als Urlauber . Das Hotel hat einen Charme den man in einem großen, wie die Hotels alle so üblich und gleich sind mit Rooftop und Pool auf dem Dach usw… nicht bieten können. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Dankeschön

Der Pool ist nicht besonderes aber man hat ja das Meer und den Strand um die Ecke . 😉 Der Pool für zu Sonnen und etwas mit Kindern zu planschen und zu spielen , abkühlen ist vollkommen okay 👍

The only slightly irritating thing was the shower battery , super sensitive and water was either too hot or too cold, needs a bit of time to get it right when you shower

This is a hidden gem of a resort and hotel.. fantastic location ..lovely staff.. great pool area..fantastic onsite restaraunt..great views and chilled vibe.. ..recommend Majorcan surf & Turf Paella... all on all will be definitley be coming back very soon

Superb location and views. We were staying on the 5th floor with the pool and port views and it was just stunning, the pool looks much better in person than in the photos. Lovely quiet area with loads of restaurants nearby. We paid €35 extra to check out at 3pm instead of 11am and there was an even later option, well worth the money if you have a later flight. We would definitely stay again but feel the price overall is steep for a few of the cons listed below.

Most of the reception + bar staff (not all) were lacking professionalism and customer service skills + seemed to be unaware that guests may know Spanish and understand them complaining. This hotel has so much potential to have a higher rating if money was invested in some upgrades such as painting and deep cleaning the rooms + improving the breakfast buffet.

叫Carol的员工非常不礼貌，他在闲的时候表示友善的方法是拉着别人没完没了的说话，甚至是在我表达了因为同行人身体原因我们需要快一点到房间之后，又拉着我们说了半小时的话才给我钥匙；忙的时候更是直接不礼貌地说“you should wait”，让所有人等，即使是他们的原因。 淋浴间设计非常不好，洗澡的话水会溅得到处都是。 房间里有蚂蚁，厨房水槽下面很臭，我们提出了换房间，他们让我们等了半个多小时才同意换，又等了将近一个小时也没准备好新房间。因为当天太晚了我打电话提出不换了，Carol居然什么都没回复直接挂断了电话，我从来没见过这么没礼貌的酒店前台人员。

I am utterly devastated with the terrible customer service received on my wedding day by this hotel. I have written a formal email of complaint of which they have took no accountability for their faults. One of our rooms had ants in the bed, they were crawling all over my sister when she woke in the night. Another room was booked for my wedding day, the staff were rude and unhelpful asking us to pay for ice, refusing to allow us champaigne glasses for the room, instructing the groom to get ready in the disabled toilets rather than a promised courtesy room. They ordered taxis and told us it ‘wasn’t their problem if I was late for my wedding’. I cannot believe how terribly I have been treated, it’s not a cheap hotel, far from it. The morning after the wedding the receptionist wanted me to explain my complaints and kept me at reception for ten-fifteen minutes only to tell me that I couldn’t have breakfast as it had finished 5 minutes before. I would have been 10 minutes early had she not asked me so many questions. There was no offer of a refund for the breakfast, she just told us to pay for food at the bar if we were hungry. I would not recommend anyone to stay there before their wedding. The reception desk booked taxis and told us to wait up the road on the curb. It turns out the receptionist hadn’t actually booked them! They didn’t even have the courtesy to walk down and tell me that no taxi was coming so I stood there for twenty minutes with my 75 year old mother waiting for a taxi. The response from the hotel… we appreciate your comments. No offer of compensation or a refund for the breakfast which they charged us for and yet didn’t provide. I have no words for how disappointed we were.
