Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Location of the property is close to Avenue Mohammed II. 10 minutes walk to High Street and popular restaurants.
Property was not like the photos place is old and rundown, corners of rooms had concrete showing and cracks. Witnessed cockroaches in the residence and in the staircase on occasions as well. Photos are enhanced to give luxury look however property is in a very poor condition. No bathmat was supplied in the toilet and there was not even a map to push the water down the drain until the cleaner came two days before we left. Power turns off every time key is removed to lock the door which is inconvenient when people are still in the property. The space is also quite cramped as well with no natural light in the living room.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Host was quick to respond, we were planning as we went, with a lot of children so it was very important to find places that didn't take a long time with directions. We received directions to check in very quickly, it was the first time we received a video of getting to the door was and that is brilliant! It took us a half hour to find the previous apartment LOL. We didn't know how to work the key for electricity and I heard from the landlord almost immediately. We were only a short walk from things we needed like a grocery store. Very impressed and appreciative, especially as we learned how important the holiday was that we had arrived in the middle of. Beds were great, a great set up and great price for such a large family traveling together. Wouldn't change a thing, except maybe the date we arrived so that everything wasn't closed😂
