観光地にあるので、出て少し歩けば簡単にplaza mayorやmercado de San Miguelなどマドリード観光抑えるべきところ全て回れるほど立地が良かった。 館内も綺麗でトイレ（男女別）やシャワー、洗面台も２つずつあった為、待たなくても済んだし、毎日とても綺麗に掃除されていた。 またマドリードで泊まることがあればまた利用したいし、友達にも勧めたいと思う。

宿泊施設側に悪い点は無かった。 4日間宿泊したが、周りの宿泊者は自己中な人が多かった。 男女混合の部屋であること色んな人が変わる変わる泊まる為、日によっては静かに寝れない事、部屋の温度等で楽に過ごせない事もあるし、私の場合では中国人の男の人が長く滞在している方で、部屋に１つだけ机と椅子があるのですが、そこを自分で手洗いした洗濯物を干したりだの色々と独占して使われていて、私も机を使いたかったが一度も使えることは無かった。 代わりにキッチンルームの机を使った。飲食しながら書き物も出来たのでそれで良かったかも知れないです。

We stayed in a family room for four, travelling with our children aged 10 and 14, and honestly this was one of our best stays. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the room itself was very spacious, with a huge bathroom. Everything was very clean and the room was cleaned every day. The location was incredible. At first we could hardly believe how central it was — literally just a few steps from Puerta del Sol, with a huge choice of shops, restaurants and places to eat all around us. It made exploring Madrid on foot incredibly easy. The hostel itself was very welcoming and had a lovely atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, clean and well looked after, even down to the pleasant scent throughout the property. The staff were fantastic from the very first contact at reception. The breakfast staff, cleaning staff and everyone we met were genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good — nothing fancy, but fresh, clean and served in a really pleasant atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We would definitely recommend this place to families with children who enjoy travelling, exploring and walking around a city. It is ideal for people who are not looking for unnecessary luxury, but who really appreciate quality, cleanliness, friendliness, a brilliant location and good value. A lovely stay and somewhere we would happily return to.

Un gros manque d’intimité. Encore l’absence de rideau passe encore mais la porte vitrée pour la douche dans des dortoirs mixtes est vraiment dérangeante. Je ne suis restée qu’une nuit mais je ne me verrai pas rester plus longtemps pour cette raison. La douche est directement dans la salle pour se changer avant ou laisser des affaires. Tout le monde qui passe peut entrevoir à travers la porte vitrée.

Adorei a localização, era perto do centro e perto de vários outros comércios. A limpeza deles é muito boa, todos os dias estão limpando os quartos e os banheiros. A cama tbm bem confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Eu gostei do fato do quarto feminino ter a área das camas e a área do banheiro tbm separadas. Muito bom, recomendo dms.

O hostel deixou a desejar somente no café. Achei que ia ter mais opções de comida e tbm ter mais temp pra comer. Mas é um bom café da manhã.

Es handelt sich um ein fantastisches Hostel in 100 % zentraler Lage in Madrid. Vom Flughafen aus ist es perfekt mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Madrid ist gleichfalls perfekt mit der U-Bahn angebunden. Das Hostel ist tipptopp sauber. Bemerkenswert ist, dass die Mehrbettzimmer eigene Sanitärbereiche haben. Das bedeutet, dass zum Beispiel acht Personen, sich eine Dusche, mehrere Waschbecken und Toiletten (geschlechtergetrennt) teilen. Es gibt einen ausgesprochen schmucken Aufenthaltsbereich mit Küche (habe ich nicht genutzt), indem man sein eigenes Essen verzehren kann. Gleichfalls gibt es dort aber auch eine Bar, die zu abendlichen Zeiten einen Ausschank von üblichen Getränken betreibt. Wer möchte, kann ein Frühstück kaufen (habe ich nicht gemacht). Die Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen hilfreich. Bemerkenswert (liegt aber nicht am Hostel), fand ich die ausgesprochene Höflichkeit und Manierlichkeitkeit meiner „ Mitbewohner“, die ein Muster an Rücksichtnahme waren. Alles in allem hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Es war klasse.

Mi experiencia en general fue excelente. La ubicación inmejorable, la atención del personal un 10, la higiene y limpieza en general, la cama con cierta estructura que deja privacidad, un locker de tamaño considerable, la cocina muy completa, el wifi, los espacios comunes muy cuidados y confortables para relajarse, trabajar o hacer sociales y un largo etcétera que lo convierten en una excelente opción.

No es un hostel precisamente social, aunque tiene una linda area comun donde se puede descansar a pesar de estar en una zona muy densa de Madrid (es bueno)

Por decir algo las dimensiones de la habitación, pero entendemos que es la única manera de que entren 4 personas en ella, así que todo correcto, porque es la posibilidad de que una familia pueda ir junta en la misma habitación y dormir en cama de matrimonio que no todos los hosteles lo tienen. Además pedimos la habitación que queríamos y nos la pudieron ofrecer, así que genial, hablé con Miguel por teléfono y lo arregló todo antes de ir. Y el ascensor por decir algo también, es solo un ascensor para muchas personas, pero no cabe otro, así que no es una queja sino por poner algo más de sugerencias, pero que todo correctísimo y volveríamos sin duda!!! Gracias por todo!!! Hasta la próxima o hasta siempre, cuidaros mucho!!!!

Ubicado realmente en el centro de Madrid. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación de tamaño adecuado. Lo que más destaca es la amabilidad del personal de recepción y del chico del desayuno. Muchas gracias por ayudar a una agradable estadía.

everything was perfect: the family room with the clever layout, the location right in the center (we could do everything by foot), the breakfast, the helpful staff, the facilities (kitchen with fridge, lots of tables, and a billard table), and the wonderful design of the whole place!

Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που μείναμε σε hostel και πραγματικά δεν είχαμε κανένα παράπονο! Επειδή ήμασταν 4 άτομα, επιλέξαμε family room, το οποίο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ καλά οργανωμένο. Το πρωινό φαινόταν πλούσιο και είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία. Προσωπικά δεν το προτίμησα, αλλά οι φίλοι μου το απόλαυσαν πολύ! Ένα ιδιαίτερο ευχαριστώ στον Miguel, ο οποίος μας εξυπηρέτησε άψογα κατά την άφιξη μας και ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! 😊

A localização é ótima e o hostel é bonito esteticamente. Os funcionários também são muito educados e solicitos.

Acho inadmissível que em quarto misto a porta do box do chuveiro e do banheiro sejam de vidro fosco. É completamente desconfortável! Estávamos em um quarto antes que nem tranca o banheiro tinha! O que é um absurdo. Eu não indico que nenhuma mulher fique em quarto misto nesse hostel. Além disso, as camas não tem cortina, o que é outro fator que fez a experiência ser ruim - porque não dá o mínimo de privacidade - coisa que pra eles não tem qualquer importância pelo jeito.

This is the second time I've stayed here. This time was only for a few hours instead of a couple of nights. It was totally worth it for my short layover between flights. I booked the 8 person mixed dorm. The room was easy to find, very clean with the open design bathroom & showers in the front. The sheets and pillow were fresh and even though my bed was a top bunk without a curtain, I had everything I needed at my fingertips and slept well after a hot shower. The cubby provided was large enough to put my entire open suitcase in with ease.

The pocket door that separated the bedroom and bathroom was very hard to operate - it felt stuck and/or off of its casters. The hostel is a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. I wish I had checked the distance first to save money for transportation at the hours I was traveling. If you are staying longer than 5 hours in the middle of the night, this hostel is in the center of everything and is a fantastic location.

I like the facilities (cleanliness and functionality), check-out time (which is perfect), the staff, and location. It's my second time in this TOC! :)

El baño está fatal en privacidad y la puerta del baño ya casi se cae pero el problema es que es de vidrio,tiene una reparación pero está a punto de caerse.

El hostal cumple muy bien ! Precio calidad y ubicación maravilloso. Ya he alojado 2 veces . Si bien es un hostal y estoy clara que no puedo pedir que las personas tengan una buena higiene, realmente la última vez fue un asco convivir con gente que no respeta con lo básico . Es muy difícil regular la situación, de todas maneras podrían buscar alguna cláusula para poder mejorar . Además en la habitación había una pareja en la misma cama y el olor que había era un asco . Todo lo demás súper bien .

Parfaitement organisé et les personnes à l'accueil ou de service sont très attentionnées. Pour les petits budgets le fonctionnement auberge/dortoir est parfaitement adapté. De plus c'est calme et central.

La posizione era perfetta, le stanze erano ok, le lenzuola erano incluse, l'aria condizionata era ok, si poteva chiudere tutto affinché di notte la stanza fosse completamente al buio, la colazione era abbastanza buona.

Mancano le tendine nei letti. Non ho capito a che ora pulissero i bagni, perché purtroppo tutte le volte che ci sono andato non erano molto puliti. Non forniscono il lucchetto per l'armadietto, ma bisogna portarlo da casa. L'asciugamano per la doccia si paga a parte (3 euro). Il deposito bagagli si paga a parte. Mancava qualcosa per poter appendere l'asciugamano bagnata, per farla asciugare dopo aver fatto la doccia.

Ayrıca mutfakta eşyalar için ikinci bir buzdolabı ya da daha geniş bir buzdolabı olsa daha iyi olurdu. Bir diğer konu her hostel de yaşadığım horlama sorunu. Online check-in veya booking.com üzerinden rezervasyon esnasında seçenek olarak "Horluyor musunuz" diye bir soru sorulabilir. Horlayanlar ayrı bir odaya alınabilir!

Roubaram meu tênis na habitação onde eu tava e ninguém me deu suporte ou ofereceu algum tipo de retratação. Após isso fiquei super aflita, não dormia com medo de pegarem minhas coisas e não podia deixar nada pra fora, nem o chinelo. Tudo tinha que ser trancado no armário ou na mala. Quarto pequeno e vaso sanitário no mesmo lugar que o chuveiro. No Bastardo Hostel tem duas duchas e o vaso é um comodo separado. Achei bem melhor.

The location is very convenient, and the hostel allows you to leave your luggage for free before check-in, which is particularly useful since check-in is quite late (3 PM). The hostel was clean and had an elevator. Unfortunately, these were pretty much the only positive things I can mention.

Unfortunately, the hostel had quite a few issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The rooms overlook the patio, but there are also many windows facing the rooms and the elevator, meaning that other guests can easily see into your room. As a result, you have to keep the curtains closed most of the time. There are no curtains around the beds either, so there is very little privacy. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, which sounds great in theory, but in practice it was quite uncomfortable. I understand that a lot depends on who you are sharing the room with, but it was difficult to feel comfortable when some people started showering and blow-drying their hair at 6 AM, as everything could be heard. At the same time, several people cannot really use the bathroom area at once because the toilet and shower doors do not close properly and are partially transparent. Since my bed was near the air conditioner, I could feel the air conditioning blowing directly on me, which unfortunately made me catch a cold. I also left a charger behind, but the hostel never replied to my message asking whether they had found it. Perhaps I was simply unlucky with my roommates and my bed, but the combination of constant noise, weird roommates, an uncomfortable bathroom, lack of privacy and the dirty shower made the stay quite unpleasant.

La ubicación era buenísima, muy central y se llega a todos lados caminando, es un barrio bastante central así que tiene mucho movimiento pero es seguro y en las noches no se siente ruido. Además el personal increíble, tuve un problema con mi candado y ellos me ayudaron a solucionarlo de inmediato con la mejor disposición. Las instalaciones en general son muy amplias y limpias, pero en específico la habitación era muy buen espacio: muy amplio, los lockers grandes (aunque un poco altos para alcanzar a guardar todo dentro en mi caso), muy seguro. El baño dentro de la habitación (de 6 personas) tenía 2 baños, 2 lavamanos y 2 duchas, todo por separado por lo que no era necesario esperar a que se desocupe un baño completo sino que podíamos ducharnos mientras otros se lavaban los dientes y así.

Se podría agregar una cortina en las camas para poder tener un poco de privacidad o evitar la luz de las otras camas o habitación, pero la verdad sin esto la habitación igual estaba perfecta

Zeer goed gelegen en comfortabel verblijf Perfecte ligging in het centrum van Madrid, waardoor alles gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar is. Ondanks de centrale ligging is het hostel toch rustig. De kamers zijn eenvoudig, maar proper en voorzien van voldoende comfort voor een verblijf in de stad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar zeker oké en voldoende om de dag goed te starten. Een fijne uitvalsbasis om Madrid te ontdekken. Zeker een aanrader!

Ik miste een mini frigo op de kamer.
