Прекрасное место, в котором действительно хочется остаться подольше. Безумно чисто, очень атмосферно и невероятно комфортно. Особенно понравилась архитектура и общий стиль — сдержанный, минималистичный, с красивой скандинавской эстетикой. Здесь всё продумано для комфортного отдыха, а атмосфера располагает к полному расслаблению. И отдельная любовь — завтраки! Пожалуй, самые вкусные за всю нашу поездку: всё было настолько свежим, разнообразным и красиво приготовленным. Однозначно одно из тех мест, которые хочется рекомендовать и куда с удовольствием вернёшься.

The view of the back of the mountain, Hout bat, well-curated comfortable charming room. Also, the breakfast was amazing, everything was so fresh and delicious. Stuff service was very friendly and thoughtful. We really love the hotel and would love to come back! Everything was just out standing. We did optional massage as well. Suzi was just so great!

It’s not complain but it was sad the pool was not working.Since it was stated heated pool, I thought we would be able to get in the water despite the winter time in Capetown. But there was some issues with electricity.

Exceeded expectations all round. The location, the view from the restaurant, the staff, the design of the room - everything felt boutique and of a high quality. Loved the log burner in the living room!

Die Unterkunft war toll! Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafräumen, 2 Bädern und einem Wohn-Essbereich. Weiters gab es eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank / Minibar mit guter Auswahl und wirklich günstigen Preisen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit großer Auswahl! Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Architektur der Unterkunft möchte ich auch noch besonders hervorheben!

Top Lage, wenige Autofahrtminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Blick auf die Bucht aus dem Zimmer einfach traumhaft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück war superlecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Arrivé fin avril, il ne fait pas forcément chaud au Cap et pas de chauffage (a minima le sèche serviettes aurait été apprécié)... sinon un endroit que je recommande plus que vivement.

Fotos entsprechen der Unterkunft und das Personal ist sehr nett. Frühstück wird individuell frisch für jeden Gast gemacht und somit absolut in Ordnung. Besonders gut haben uns die Zimmer gefallen. Luftig gebaut und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Fazit: Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen!

From arrival to departure. Everything was great. We were met by the night staff luqman. Very friendly and polite. He took us through the whole place and then showed us to our room which was really great. Breakfast was also good. All the staff we met were friendly and polite. . Thank you umoya for the great stay

Groot huisje, mooi en stijlvol ingericht! Personeel heel vriendelijk, Liam onze gastheer in de ochtend ( ontbijt)was ontzettend aardig. We kijken met een warm gevoel terug. We hadden de eerste dagen wat pech met het weer, maar personeel zorgde dat er genoeg hout lag en stak zelfs de openhaard aan toen we aankwamen, zodat het binnen heerlijk warm was, super welkom!

De woonkamer was een klein beetje gehorig, maar de slaapkamers die aan de andere kant lagen niet. Rustig kunnen slapen.

The location is beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy a great sunrise. The staff was super kind and attentive during our stay. Definitely would like to comeback and encourage everyone to stay here.

The property is beautiful and has all the amenities we needed. The staff were amazing and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended - we will stay here again when we return to Cape Town!

Beautiful spot nestled away in the hills with a beautiful view of tabletop from our room. It was a great spot to escape the hustle and bustle of Cape Town during our stay there without going to far (it was about a twenty minute trip from the waterfront). Huge room, great breakfast and AMAZING night sky viewing.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Anlage war super. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es war ein bisschen außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto oder einem Uber gut erreichbar.

Schönes Design. Geeignet hauptsächlich für Eltern mit Kindern.

Personal, im speziellen Managerin war äusserst unfreundlich und unprofessionell! Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer. Die Managerin war nicht offen für unser Anliegen und hat kurzerhand den Hörer aufgelegt. Als sie erneut angerufen wurde hat sie dies erneut gemacht. Unser Zimmer lag direkt zum Parkplatz, ohne jegliche Privatsphäre. Wir mussten das Frühstück am Vorabend für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit bestellen. Am Morgen mussten wir dann trotzdem 20 Minuten warten. Zur bestellten Omelette gab es 1 Stück Toast. Butter musste separat bestellt werden. Dazu sollte es ein Buffet geben. Dieses sah Erbärmlich aus (siehe Bild).

Het resort is prachtig. Ook qua liging en uitzicht. Nog vrij nieuw.

Het ontvangst, het personeel..en het geheel miste warmte een ziel. Er was een grote zaal, die mooi is ingericht, maar toch erg hol klonk. Tip..zet er een paar grote plantenbin, een roomdivider en maak het adults only. Zet er een warme manager in die het de gasten echt naar hun zin maakt. En de mensen bij naam kent. Een kleine bar, en snacks zal meer levendigheid geven..het heeft enorm veel potentie nml. Jammer maar voor ons was het voor nu 1 malig. We kregen ook helaas een kamer die uitkeek op de oprit waardoor er weinig privacy ontstond, en we moesten zacht doen voor de spa na ons..jammer.

This place is so peaceful. Beautiful location, lovely pool, wonderful staff and a very generous breakfast. We only managed to stay one night sadly, but would love to come back in the future.

Everything was perfect except one minor point - the rooms were too hot. There is no AC and our room didn't have any fans. As such, sleep could have been a bit better.

Stunning place, we loved our stay here and wish we had booked for longer. The staff are very helpful and professional. The rooms are designed beautifully and there is a peaceful vibe at the hotel. Easy access to the southern suburbs and camps bay. We recommend driving and it’s a very safe area.

Het is heerlijk om hier te verblijven. Het is rustig, je hebt een mooi uitzicht. De kamers zijn fijn. Het ontbijt maakt dat je lang blijft zitten. Het zwembad is niet al te groot,maar heerlijk om af te koelen.

This hotel is soooo charming, and is so underrated. The photos do not give it justice. It has won architectural awards for the design, and it is beyond beautiful. The details, the spacious room, the communal areas, everything was spectacular. The whole team were great, and very helpful especialliay Suzie, who took time to explain everything in the hotel, the area and beyond! Such a lovely lady. The rooms were very big, very charming, and the views are beautiful. The pool area, and parking on site are also wonderful. Will surely recommend to others, and stay there again. The bathroom was also beautiful, spacious, and with a big window with an amazing view. They also offered me early check in. They were just so nice! I wish I stayed for longer.

Breakfast ordering is a bit complicated, and you have to fill out a paper, which cheapens the feel a bit. The room did not have air-conditioning.

Set above Hout Bay this is the perfect escape. The surrounding views are dramatic and spectacular! We were greeted by Derek who gave us a lovely welcome. Umoya Residence is set on a mountain slope so the views from each apartment may vary, ours (Cinamon) was expansive over the bay and mountains. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, every detail has been considered with great storage, tea making facilities at the right height (!) and so much light and space. The apartment was immaculate including the bathroom which had great products and lovely natural touches. Breakfast is ordered the night before, it was perfectly cooked. A wonderful selection of nuts,seeds and honey as well as other breakfast items. The staff was attentive and friendly. All in all a great stay and very good value. There is also a wonderful swimming pool which was very peaceful.

No air conditioning but a fan was provided. There was a huge window which opened fully so air circulation was not an issue.

We had a great two bedroom unit that was beautifully fitted out. Spacious, new and lovely.

Nothing to dislike. Sound does travel through the walls/doors but that’s the only criticism.

Gebrek aan airco in de kamer, mensen in naburige kamers waren heel hoorbaar door gebrek aan isolatie (we stonden precies samen in dezelfde badkamer)

Очень красивая вилла с собственной кухней, столом и настоящим камином. Персонал очень быстро отвечал на все наши запросы, охрана и ресепшн работает 24/7. На машине 5 минут до ресторанов и очень безопасное и отличное место. Сделан хороший дизайнерский ремонт. Очень рекомендую. Утром вкусный завтрак по выбору из меню.

Прекрасный, стильный отель в красивом месте. Просторные, чистые номера.

Организация завтрака оставляет желать лучшего. Гостям выдают листки для предварительного заказа завтрака с выбором времени завтрака. В результате, заказанный нами на 8:30 завтрак нам принесли в 9:05. 35 минут мы сидели голодные и к нам даже никто не подошел! Какой смысл заполнять эти формы, если вы не соблюдаете время, указанное в них

Le petit déjeuner L’hébergement est grand et spacieux

Le personnel n’est pas très proactif, très long pour répondre aux messages sur booking. Si l’appartement est beau il souffre toutefois d’un manque d’isolation phonique car il est séparé uniquement par une simple porte de l’appartement mitoyen.

Nice location if you are visiting Hout Bay.

It was extremely difficult to communicate with the venue. We forgot a medicine at the hotel and called to no avail when we realised, the staff simply threw it - we had to fish it out of their main bins and they even asked if we really needed it. The staff displayed a rude attitude throughout which would make me not stay here again.
