Lage am Strand ist schön

wir haben ein Doppelbett gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein französisches Bett mit 1,40 m Breite und eine Decke für 2. Das verstehen sie nicht, dass man 2 Einzeldecken haben will. das Zimmer war sehr nahe dem Parkplatz und die vorbeigehenden konnten in unser zimmer sehen. Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel, aber ein so schlechtes zimmer hatten wir noch nie. Wenn man über booking bucht, bekommt man scheinbar das schlechteste zimmer. Wahhrscheinlich ist es doch besser, wenn man direkt im hotel bucht, besonders wenn man schon öfters dort war mfg clemens unger

On the patio outside the main bar walking down the long walkway to the oceanI, at night I tripped up a step only hours after arriving. I consider it was very poorly lit and just didn't see the single step. It just merged with the whole decking area and I fell very badly and pulled a thigh muscle, it was extremely painful and took the week to recover, it could have been much worse if I had torn the muscle . I made an incident report at the customer relations deak on 8 Sept. Other gusets also commented on the step TV was not much use, considering the number of UK guests relative to other countries the offer is very poor A very trivial comment but thought you ought to know the cruet sets are fairly useless. Single hole for pepper and 3 for salt shoiuld be the other way round, Holes too smalkl they just didnt work I didnt give the room size '"max" marks as have has bigger elsewhere but it was perfectly adequate

An exceptional hotel! Everything was of the highest standard, with a perfect blend of elegance, class, and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and truly exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and enjoyable stay that it’s honestly hard to leave. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended!

We loved the amazing room we had on the beach with our own private pool! It was perfect lead up to our wedding! The restaurants were all stunning!! Some of the best meals we’ve had was at kontakali bay! Loved all the al la carte! 100% worth booking it.

The morning Buffett breakfast was like a zoo- too many people trying to eat at the same time. They should do a booking system. It’s very stressful and chaotic

Our stay was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The resort is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, the food is very good, and the private beach is simply wonderful.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Everything was so well taken care of that we honestly have nothing negative to point out.

Our second visit here, a great hotel with beautiful views. Good location near to a few good restaurants, lovely facilities, staff fantastic. Sandy beach with clear water to swim in, nice salt water pool.

The only thing was that unless you woke up very early there was no chance of getting a sunbed by the pool! Also extremely busy all day by the pool. I visited the same time 2 summers ago and it wasn’t like that so not sure why it’s changed. However there were always available loungers on the beach.

ארוחת בוקר מטורפת מבחינת גיוון, יש הכל, מאד עשיר. יש ירקות חתוכים, פירות, גבינות , דגים חביתות, פנקייקים, יוגורטים , קישים, לחמים ומאפים טריים, דייסות, וכמובן את כל המבושלים... ישנה גם מסעדה על הים עם ארוחת בוקר יוונית- הרבה יותר דל ולא התאים לנו. מיקום המלון - לנו היה נוח, היינו עם רכב , 20 דק מהעיר העתיקה, מקסימום 40-50 דק, מכל החופים ונקודות העניין

Que por la noche está bastante muerto y lejos de todo. Que Corfu es una isla bonita pero algo descuidada y mezcla lo antiguo con construcciones nuevas poco bonitas y hay que coger coche para todo. El palacio de Achuleon muy descuidado una pena.

Truly wonderful - beautiful rooms (we had a bungalow with a sea view), excellent food, the beach and swimming pool are great too. Customer service is exceptional - a special shout out to Elena who welcomed every request with a smile and addressed it with precision and speed.

We would have loved more frequent shuttle service to Corfu Town, especially in the late afternoon and evenings, as taxis are hard to book and incredibly expensive. The hotel has one service a day at 9:30am.

ממש אהבנו הכל. ממליצים לבחור בחדר האוכל החיצוני (על שפת המים) לטובת ארוחת הבוקר (פחות עמוס)

Great staff. always helping and with a smile. Great location. only 10 min from old town. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Beach front hotel with nice beach and pool.

I would expect from a 5 stars hotel (who isn't cheap) to have more shuttles from/to the old town of Corfu which is 10 min ride. Currently only 1 shuttle at 9 am and back to the hotel at 1pm. Most people going out to town during evening to grab a drink, walk around and eat dinner. Uber and Taxi from hotel to old town is very expensive and I missing a shuttle service for more then once a day in the morning. I would expect for several ones every couple of hours and especially during evening hours.

Piękny widok na Zatokę, basen, pyszne i bogate śniadania, prywatna plaża była bardzo komfortowa, obsługa i czystość w hotelu.

W hotelu o takim standardzie nie powinno być kamienia w łazience, butelki proponuję w szkle, a nie leżące w plastikowych zgrzewkach pod krzakiem w 30 stopniach.. ręczniki na basenie powinny być ładnie ułożone, a były rzucone w foliowym opakowaniu, na śniadaniu był chaos i sama musiałam prosić o kawę, byłam wcześniej w 5* na Malcie i tam obsługa sali działała zupełnie inaczej więc mam po prostu porównanie. Ale nie był to problem jako taki, po prostu spodziewałam się podobnej obsługi. Poza tym było super

היינו שמחים לעוד ווים למגבות, תאורה בארון, מראת גוף, ורשתות נגד חרקים בחלונות.

The hotel has excellent service, a wonderful breakfast, plentiful and varied. The staff is very friendly. There was a show every evening. I liked almost everything. I recommend it.

I liked almost everything about the resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and guided us inside. They were polite, welcoming, and genuinely interested in speaking with us. We arrived early, and our room was not ready yet, but we were served welcome drinks and our luggage was taken care of. We were also given a map and a helpful overview of the resort, so we could stroll around comfortably while waiting. The resort had small beaches with enough sun-bathing chairs, and the beach access was very easy. The room was also good. We had booked a bay-view room, but I think I may have also requested a quiet room. I do not clearly remember what I requested, and I am also not sure whether our room was changed because of that request. In the end, we were very happy with the ground-floor room, as it gave us very easy access to the beach, swimming pool, and other areas. We never asked about the reason for the room allocation, and no one informed us separately, but overall, it worked very well for us.

Options for vegetarian / vegan food In the main restaurant, dinner cost €40 per person, but there were very limited vegetarian or vegan food options. We are happy to pay when there are enough suitable options, but in this case, we felt a bit pushed into paying for dinner there because the other restaurants were closed. One suggestion: the room service menu actually had more vegetarian options than the restaurant menu. Also, the lady who took our order over the phone was WONDERFUL. She was very kind and even offered to prepare something outside the menu for our child.

Ottima posizione, molto vicina a Corfù. Pulizia ottima della camera e della struttura in generale. Buffet super rifornito nel quale è impossibile non trovare piatti dí proprio gradimento. Spiaggia privata sabbiosa e con mare molto bello.

La cosa peggiore è stata l’impossibilità di riposare al mattino in quanto i carrelli delle donne delle pulizie iniziano a girare rumorosi come vagoni di un treno, già alle 7 del mattino!

המלון ממוקם במיקום מעולה עם חוף פרטי צמוד , בריכה וספא. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. 3 מסעדות מצוינות לארוחת ערב במחירים סבירים בהחלט. אכלנו ארוחה בכל אחת משלושת המסעדות וכולן היו מצוינות. השרות ויחס של אנשי הצוות ללא דופי, מסבירי פנים ועם רצון לסייע בכל דבר ועניין. המלון והחדרים נקיים ומתוחזקים בצורה טובה. כל בקשה מהקבלה נענית בזמן קצר ביותר.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Hotel-Anlage mit hervorragendem Service auf allen Ebenen. Besonders angenehm fanden wir es, das man die Wahl hatte auch draussen am Wasser zu frühstücken. Kleinere Buffett-Auswahl, dafür mit herrlichem Blick und frischer Luft. Dort auch u.a. frischer Fisch vom Grill zum Lunch. Gutes Entertainment am Abend. Üppiges und leckeres Buffett-morgens wie abends. Wir empfehlen die A la carte Restaurants. Der Service dort ist sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Oder die zahlreichen Tavernen auf Korfu zu besuchen. Gute Strandliegen, schönes klares Wasser. Nahezu barrierefreie Anlage. Nur 10-15 Minuten bis nach Korfu-Stadt mit dem Mietauto. (zu empfehlen). Oder Taxi (25 Euro)

Das Ambiente/Bestuhlung in der Bar (innen) hat nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen. Dafür ist es aussen im Barbereich umso schöner. Ein Shuttle-Bus mehr am Tag (und später) nach Korfu-Stadt wäre schön.

We have been here 6 times. We like everything: polite, friendly staff; excellent service; very tasty and varied food in all 3 restaurants and in the cafe on the beach. Excellent outdoor pool, magnificent sandy beach. Very well equipped SPA with good professional staff. The SPA also has a small gym, indoor heated pool, pool with hydromassage and sauna.

We absolutely loved our stay! The resort was beautiful and went above and beyond our expectations. It had a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere, the staff were incredibly friendly, and facilities was of excellent quality. The intercontinental breakfast had lots of variety. I will highly recommend to friends and family.

Das Frühstück war phänomenal. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Hervorragende Lage für Ausflüge in jede Richtung. Es gibt sogar einen Shuttle nach Korfu Stadt rein. Es gibt einen Tennisplatz, der Spa macht einen guten Eindruck. Das Fitness Center bietet leider sehr wenig Geräte und mehr Freihantelbereich. Das Essen im Strand Restaurant war sehr gut. Zu empfehlen ist, ein Boot auszuleihen und die Küste entlang zu fahren. Sehr netter Bootsverleih zu anständigen Preisen.

Grundsätzlich ein nettes Hotel mit ein paar Einschränkungen. Wir hatten ein Gartenzimmer. Leider ziemlich dunkel und im Oktober auch recht feucht und kühl. Was wir überhaupt nicht verstehen konnten, ist, dass das Schlafzimmer zwar riesig ist - das Doppel-Bett aber nur 1,40 m breit ist. Ein Witz für das große Zimmer und so ein gutes Hotel. Einer von uns ist dann tatsächlich auf ein Beistellbett/ Klappsofa ausgewichen. wenn man keine Halbpension gebucht hat, ist das Abendessen sehr teuer. 45€ pro Person, auch für einen Teenager.
