Great villa with great service and food

Location is nice. Staff is helpful. Villa is spacious. All in all..a very good stay

This is my 2nd stay (aftet 11 yrs since the first stay) understandbly the villa feels a bit old. Still very clean

Pool size was great, the staff were friendly, bottled water provided along with a turndown service. Security guard at the entrance. Communication was easy. The location is about 25minute walk. You have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to a restaurant/ sports bar. Massage place about 10 minute walk nearby, circle K and laundry about 5 minute walk. I liked the traditional look of the villa. Very quiet area. Mattress felt old and very firm but did the job.

Food wasn’t the greatest, mould all in the bathroom and the shower smelt really bad. No microwave. Probably paid too much for how old and mouldy the villa was.

The property was very quick to respond to messages and there was no language barrier either. The staff are very friendly and the overall experience is very positive.

A couple of suggestions based on our stay in villa 17. (i) The private pool could do with some form of a hand support for users to get into and out of the pool. The current design appears to assume that all users will jump into the pool. (ii) A set of blinds for the living/dining area would be helpful for the area to be used in the morning since it is directly in the line of the morning sun.

The pool was private, the ac was great, staff attend was very professional and welcoming. There was shataf. Clean pool

The layout of the villa is nice and quaint for a couple. A small getaway in the heart of the city

The property is a little old. It could use some new mattresses for sure since they were hard and sunken at some points. Also there is no weighing scale to weigh your luggage. Didn’t like the breakfast. It was poor in quality

The service was really good. If there was something, it was done fast. Breakfast was good too

It was really just a minor issue. Because of the plants and trees, the pool drain would often get clogged, causing it to overflow, so you had to be careful not to slip.

Everything you need. Clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine came super hot. Reasonable choices. I choose because the lounge was not open and had air con as well as in bedroom. Different to get head round the way you walk between living areas and bedroom but fairly normal for villas. Nice pool. Lovely to have the privacy. Round corner from supermarket and shops, 20 min walk to beach.

Nice size pool

Bed to hard.

Location is great, 2 min walk from Legian Street probs, 5/10 min walk from the beach. Very quiet and relaxing. Staff were always on standby and willing to help out, even at late hrs. Very comfortable and quiet, amenities were great as well. We stayed during an unexpectedly strong rainy season, which left some areas a bit damp, but the water never came in. They were quick to bring extra towels just in case and even offered to switch villas if we wanted.

Not really a negative, we needed a multiplug, and they did not have one, walked for a minute to the supermarket and got one, no big deal at all. They do offer adapters upon request. One thing that can get a bit annoying is having to select your breakfast the night before every day and set a time for it. This, however, isn't unique to this villa; it's the general trend in places like this in Bali. They do, however, make it incredibly easy, giving you until 9:00 / 9:30 pm to decide. This is also facilitated through WhatsApp, so you don't have to go to the front desk or anything. Most communication happened through WhatsApp, as our villa at least did not have a phone.

Mukava henkilökunta. Hyvä sijainti, mutta silti rauhallinen. Uima-allas oli riittävän suuri. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja paljon vaihtoehtoja. Huoneet olivat siistit ja ihan hyvässä kunnossa. Ilmastointi oli riittävä.

Excellent service and a big pool. Also offered to move our luggages on a rainy day during our last day of stay. Responses are really prompt and counter staff directed us to a good clinic when we needed one. Hospitality at its best.

One tiny complaint on the aircon working condition during the first night. We were quickly assigned to another villa the next day.

The Privacy, the service, the response , the villa layout, swimming pool is faily large and the mosquito treatment everyday at 6 PM. The experience was great and i highly recommend it for the price and location

Nothing major, like The bed mattress is Hard, expected to be little soft, and they dont provide cotton pads, shower caps, etc.. So recommend to bring your own shampoo and conditioner

Great private villas. The pool is fabulous although it's difficult getting in and out with a large step. The walls could use some care but this doesn't affect your stay. The bathroom was fabulous. Staff ten out of ten, especially the reception girls who were fantastic and taught me more Balinese language. At $150 aud a night it's a little expensive but overall a wonderful experience. Bed was so comfortable with incredible pillows and lounge furniture was comfortable too.

This villa is excellent. The entire private little hideaway is so nicely planned. The facilities are superb. Bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is extremely well done with fantastic facilities including a bathtub and nice soaps, a fantastic shower with big fluffy towels. The lounge area is great as is the pool and day bed. Beautiful gardens. Staff are number one who also come around every evening to place mosquito coils throughout the gardens. Rooms are serviced everyday. I'd recommend this place 👌

The walls needed a little upgrade with peeling paint in a few places but it doesn't affect the stay. The price could be slightly lower.

The Villa looked just like the photos. Nice bathroom with rain shower. The bed was firm and that's just how we like it! Great pool and good relaxing area. Good security,and best of all are the two lovely ladies at reception. Would definitly stay here again and thoroughly recommend.

هدوء بعض الشي رش الزرع مبيدات حشريه و وضع دخان للناموس يسألون بشكل يومي إذا تبغى تنظف الفيلا او لا 4 قوارير ماء حجم 600 مل و 2 قارورة ماء حجم 300 مل

مكيف الصالة صغير و لا يكفي لتبريد الصالة و كأنه لا يعمل و الصالة مكشوفه ب أبواب زجاج و الشمس تدخلها من كل جهه ما تنفع للي عنده أطفال باب الفيلا الخارجي يتقفل بزرفال خشب من الداخل و من برا بقفل السرير صغير (180X160) و ليس كما هو موضح انه سرير كبير جدا الحمام داخل غرفة النوم و مافيه خصوصية من ناحية الأصوات وباب الحمام سحب و الشامبو و صابون الجسم و البلسم (معبأة في علب) وليست مغلفه و جديدة من المصنع و حذاء الحمام كان مستعمل المسبح قديم و حواف المسبح حادة ممكن تسبب مشاكل في حال سقوط شخص ما لاسمح الله و مافيه مساحة كافيه للمشي حول المسبح بالطول من الجهتين يوجد زر كثير في المدخل و بجوار المسبح يجمع الحشرات و الوزغ وجبة الإفطار يحضروها عندك في مطبخ الفيلا و تكون مجبور لترك باب الفيلا و باب الصالة مفتوح عشان الطاقم يدخل و يجهز لك الفطور (يعني قبل ما تنام تخلي باب الفيلا مفتوح و مع الهواء يفتح على كامل) و كامل اغراضك تخليها بغرفة النوم لان الصالة بتكون مفتوحة ايضاً و البطاطس في وجبة الإفطار ليس ناضج لا يضعون سكر حبيبات مع الشاي بل يضعون (سكر سائل) مساحة غرفة النوم صغيره الاثاث قديم و بعضه متسخ الشاشات في غرفة النوم و الصالة صغيره بحجم 35 بوصة تقريباً و مثبته في أماكن سيئة (شاشة الصالة مثبته جهة المطبخ و طاولة الطعام) بلاط المسبح (منزوع) و منظر المسبح من الداخل غير مريح لا يمكنك الجلوس امام المسبح الا على الاريكة و يكون وقت الجلوس من بعد الساعه 5 مساء عشان الشمس ما تصفق براسك فلتر المسبح يطفي في فترات متقطعه من الساعه 7 صباحاً حتى الساعه 22:30 مساءً إضاءة الحوش ما تقدر تتحكم فيها من داخل الفيلا الوزغ يدخل في مداخل أبواب السحب جدران الغرفة متسخه بعض الشي و الإضاءة سيئة الواقع غير الصور في الموقع هذه مواصفات فيلا رقم 12

The property was at an ideal location for us — close to shops, bars, local restaurants, and a large supermarket. At the same time, it’s on a quiet street and you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere — peaceful and serene. Staff are very friendly and really attentive. The villa exceeded our expectations - it was pristine clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic.

My dislikes are minor and wouldn’t impact my decision to stay there again: - The breakfast is not nice — it resembles more what one can get on a plane than in a hotel - The TVs aren’t connected to an antenna — there are no channels. They are smart, so you can stream Netflix, YouTube, etc. - The pool needs better access — there’s just one massive step going into it — jumping out of it is not easy

The location was great, a 10 minute walk into the main area for shopping and food or a 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool was perfect, we spent a lot of time enjoying the space and the pool.

Could have been a bit cleaner, particularly the outside day bed which needed a deep clean, but the bedroom/bathroom/dining areas were tidy.

Gürültü olmadı caddedeye uzaklığı güzeldi. Personel ilgiliydi ve whatsapp üzerinden anlık her soruya cevap veriyorlar. Booking.com da gördüğümüz odayla aynıydı beklentiyle uyumluydu

Villaların kişiye özel mahremiyet sunması çok güzel. Çalışanlar gerçekte çok ilgili ve yardımcı olma niyetinde, ekstra özel bir dış kullanım alanının olması çok avantaj sağlıyor. Banyo alanı odadan ayrılmış şekilde bu çok iyi olmuş.

Biraz bakımsız, eski kaldığı için. Böyle böcek ve kertenkele tarzı canlıların yaşadığı bir coğrafyada kapıları kapatınca aralık kalması bir dezavantaj. Havuz sistemi her zaman veya isteğe bağlı çalışmıyor bu nedenle su durgunlaştığında kirlenebiliyor.

Absolutely stunning! Beautiful attention to detail. It felt like sheer luxury but on an affordable budget. We loved all the plants around the pool which was a really good size. The bed was super comfortable and the room was stunning. The staff also let us keep our luggage a day before we checked in as we went on a trip the day before. Super helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and a lovely touch to get to eat it in our villa. We wished we’d researched more to know we could have it floating in the pool.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful always greeting my friend and I and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Amenities were replenished and always looked after.

No issues, only that the mattress was a bit hard otherwise everything was great. I cant fault anything.

Poolen er ikke så ren, lyset er meget mørkt om aftenen. De tænder kul hver aften så der lugter slemt af kul alle steder for at få dyr væk. Morgenmaden er elendig, man kan smage at det ikke er frisk lavet, sort advocado, hvid omelet. Ingen variation. Man kan ikke lukke dørene helt til så der kan komme dyr ind på værelset.

It was very private. Staff were very efficient. Communication was via WhatsApp and response was almost instantaneous. Villa was beautiful. We spent most part of our trip lazing in the villa.

Kitchenware was limited and old. Few utensils. For some reason, it took us 30min to boil a pot of water to cook instant noodles.

The breakfast was amazing. Our villa was peaceful and private. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Lights in the courtyard, facing our bedroom, stayed on all night and made it hard to sleep. It would have been nice if they turned off at a certain time.

I liked the location, and mainly the staff were smiling and helpful.

The breakfast was repetitive although we have to select from a fixed menu. They added water to the juices and the cappuccino also tasted watery. Missing any way to heat food like microwave, oven , panini machine….

Beautiful private pool villas with amazing hotel service. We only had a two night stay after 6 days in a Nusa Dua resort, but I wish we would have stayed longer at Icon instead. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a larger pool which we appreciated. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful and called us the blue metered taxis whenever we needed them. A delicious breakfast to order is delivered direct to your villa. The free bikes were a nice touch and were well maintained. The location is great, it's on a quiet street but a short walk from the main shopping street and about 20 minute walk to Seminyak Square. I will definitely return, this time with no plans so I can relax and enjoy the beauty of the villa.

The bed was not that comfortable, but that won't stop me from returning.

Generous breakfast menu but as meal is prepared and brought to the Villa it felt like food was sitting out too long. Seems like a shame as the chef prepares plates beautifully. It may have been better if breakfast was served at the restaurant to enjoy freshly cooked.

The tv in the lounge was very small and outdated and definetly not a 5 star it is 4star and the room was almost attached to the pool which let to slippery and wet floors all over.

Comfortable, clean, great Staff, close walking distance to main area's in Seminyak. Bars/restaurants close by. Most of all, the photos you see on bookings.com are exactly what you walk into.

Great service from start to finish from very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room and the pool was great to have during the hot days. The stand out is the amazing breakfast included which was not only tasty but large and easily kept us going all day. The nightly mosquito service is very helpful :) While set back from the more touristy areas of Seminyak its walking distance to all you need including great restaurants and other experiences like chocolate and silver making.

This villa was spacious with a big private pool. The breakfast was delivered on time daily and there was a lot to choose from. The location was in walking distance from shops and restaurants. It felt very private and comfortable.

The property was further away from the beach than expected (about a 25-30 minute walk). Beware of renting the pool floatie in the photos. When my son accidentally broke the seam on the floatie and I offered to pay for a replacement, we were charged 900000 rupiah which was extortionate!

This place was great, located in a quieter street, there are a couple of small alley ways that lead into the main shopping areas so its easy to walk to shops and food places. The breakfast menu was extensive and everything was well prepared, the afternoon tea was such a great bonus. The staff were kind and responsive, even offering late check out and shower facilities given we had a late flight. Everything is spotlessly clean, the pool was a great size with lots of sun. The mattress was very firm and we had a long stay so the team put a mattress topper on which made a big difference. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it

The Bedroom and Bathroom are separate from the main living space, you have to walk outside to move between the 2 spaces - it's only a couple of steps so not a big deal but it is an unusual design.
