Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Our check-in time was 3:00 PM. When we arrived at the apartment at 3:00 PM, the cleaning staff had only just started cleaning it. We had to wait for an hour with our two children for the cleaning to be completed, wasting one precious hour of our only day in Málaga. In addition, the cleaning standards were very poor. The cleaner used the same cloth to clean the toilet, the sink, the faucet, and the shower. I believe the same cloth was also used in the kitchen. Even after we pointed this out, nothing was changed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Bad im gesamten Zustand renovierungsbedürftig! Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft mangelhaft. Die gesamte Wohnung war verstaubt . Im Bett lagen vereinzelt Haare. Klimaanlage muss unbedingt gereinigt werden - beim anschalten fiel der Dreck direkt ins Bett. Kaffeetassen noch mit Rückständen vom letzten Kaffeekränzchen. Stühle teilweise stark verschmutzt,abgenutzt. Ausstattung lässt leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Schade Hatten uns für den Preis mehr erhofft.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Naprosto dokonalá poloha přímo v historickém centru. Všechno (restaurace, tržnice, památky i pláž) bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti, což bylo s dětmi obrovské plus. Apartmán byl moderně a vkusně zařízený, velmi čistý a perfektně vybavený vším, co člověk na týdenní pobyt potřebuje (včetně plně funkční kuchyně a také pračky). Hostitel byl moc milý, reagoval rychle a předání kódů/check-in proběhl úplně bez problému. Pohodlné postele a příjemná atmosféra, kde jsme se po celém dni chození po městě cítili jako doma.
Jednotka klimatizace sice bez problému chladila, ale byla o něco hlučnější a po zapnutí z ní byl mírně cítit zápach (zasloužila by vyčištění/servis filtrů). Jelikož jde o ubytování v samotném centru města, je potřeba počítat s mírným městským ruchem z ulice (což je ale pro živou Málagu typické a s zavřenými okny to nebylo nic hrozného).

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé l’emplacement. Il est idéalement situé, très proche de toutes les commodités et des principaux points d’intérêt. C’est un excellent choix pour profiter pleinement de la ville.
Malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. À notre arrivée, il y avait une forte odeur d’égouts à l’entrée du studio. Les oreillers n’étaient pas propres et dégageaient une odeur de transpiration, ce qui était très désagréable. J’ai également eu l’impression que les réservations effectuées via Booking.com étaient attribuées aux studios les moins bien situés, sans vue et moins agréables. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que le personnel a été très réactif. Après leur avoir expliqué les problèmes rencontrés, ils ont proposé de faire le ménage chaque jour, ce qui a amélioré la situation. Malgré leurs efforts, la première nuit a été vraiment catastrophique

La atención tiene mucho por mejorar. No se comunicaron previamente con nosotros, y demoraron mucho en contestar nuestros mensajes (tanto por booking, como por llamada, como por WhatsApp). El único mensaje que nos enviaron previamente se encontraba incompleto y sin la información necesaria para nuestra llegada. Los códigos no estaban activos para nuestro arribo, lo cual implicó demoras y esperas, y la recepción no se disculpó con nosotros.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Apartament w bardzo wysokim standardzie! Świetna lokalizacja - blisko wszystkich atrakcji, a na promenadę można dojść w około 15 minut. Mieliśmy pokój z oknem od strony ulicy, co dobrze tłumiło hałas osób siedzących w barach pod budynkiem. Zdecydowanie polecam!
wszystko było ok -jeśli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to łóżko mogłoby byc trochę większe ;)

Reviewed May 24, 2026Esse apartamento fica na praça das Mercedes. Uma praça central e próximo das atrações principais de Málaga. A sala do apartamento é bem grande, espaçosa e a vista é ampla pra praça. As toalhas e roupa de cama são de boa qualidade e as cortinas estavam bem limpas.
O quarto e a cama de casal são extremamente pequenos. Tem um armário no quarto que você não consegue usar porque não tem espaço entre ele e cama. Falta limpeza do sistema de exaustão do banheiro, o sofá e as almofadas estão precisando ser limpos também. O banheiro tem um cheiro muito ruim então você tem que deixar o exaustor ligado 100% do tempo, além de deixar o ralo da pia tampado.

The entry smelled intensely of cigarettes. The pull out bed was crippling. I moved the mattress to the floor and was blissful. They’re never good though in all my experience! Overall I liked the place!

Our apartment was on the 4th floor and at the side of the building so was quiet however I can imagine lower floors at the front would be noisy . Overall we loved it and would stay again at this apartment
It was a little impersonal as there wasn’t always someone on reception . Staff when there were lovely and very accommodating . On the checkout day I was given Teresa’s WhatsApp number so I could get back into the building to collect luggage as we had a late flight . This was no problem. However I did not have her number until I asked which would have been useful to know .

Der manglede en opvakse børste og så blev der slet ikke tømt skrald under opholdet. Der kunne godt have været 1 eller 2 besøg af personalet i løbet af opholdet. Så man kan få tømt skrald og fyldt op i toiletpapir.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Entry was no fuss and it was easy to find with a little forethought. The Plaza outside was delightful and it was SO close to the palace and fort entrances which is great for an early start to beat the heat and the crowds. We were at the back of the building away from the Plaza so we didn't have any views but the apartment itself felt historic and stylish. We didn't cook but everything was there had we wanted to. Shower was great and bed comfy. Basic kitchen sink supplies are provided in a pouch, and toiletries in wall-mounted containers. We hardly saw or heard a soul in the building the 4 days we were there.
Saturday night was a bit rowdy with 2 young blokes having a prolonged and heated argument on the adjacent Victoria Street in the small hours which woke us and kept us awake. Other than that there was some traffic noise at all times from Victoria Street so you would want to keep the windows shut and the a/c on at night.

The apartment is clean and homely and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay in Malaga. The service provided by Teresa was fantastic. She was super responsive and so helpful with everything, both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Malaga. Die Lage ist absolut grossartig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgestattet und geräumig. Sieht genau aus, wie auf den Bildern. Extrem sauber.
War alles super. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit bewohnt. Für 4 Erwachsene hätte das Bettsofa genutzt werden müssen.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Location was perfect with may shops near by and most attractions within walking distance. Kitchen facilities we great and washing machine available also. Water supplied on arrival.
Noisy at night, no bed linen or pillows available for the fold out bed, door locking system for the apartment seems insecure in my opinion. The shower in the living room bathroom had no water pressure and was unusable. Sliding doors were unable to be locked also on one bathroom and bedroom. No cleaning done over the duration of our stay and no on site reception.
