Il posto è davvero bellissimo e la posizione è molto piacevole. Le pulizie sono accettabili, ma purtroppo il servizio ristorazione lascia molto a desiderare. La colazione è praticamente sempre la stessa, con pochissima scelta: spesso ci sono solo due cose disponibili e, se finiscono, la risposta è semplicemente “domani”. Sconsiglio assolutamente l’All Inclusive, perché secondo la mia esperienza non vale quello che si paga. Se invece si ordina alla carta, la situazione cambia completamente: il cibo è di qualità decisamente migliore, ma bisogna aspettare davvero tantissimo prima che arrivi. Per tutti questi motivi do 3 stelle. Personalmente non lo considero un hotel da 4 stelle come viene presentato: per me, 3 stelle sono già tante. Peccato, perché il posto è davvero bellissimo e con un servizio migliore potrebbe essere un’esperienza molto più piacevole.

I camerieri molto sporchi senza una divisa, e mettevo dei affettati con un colore non piacevole.

Staff members were super kind and helpful, they make guests feel like home:) The hotel is located right above the port and the sunset views are just breathtaking. There is spacious, not that crowded beach right beside the hotel. Food was delicious. Rooms were also very nice including cleaning service everyday.

The property should have say prior to booking about Marina building works opposite entrance and Marina . The rooms are nice but over priced for the location and facilities . The manager was very doc and Nicky who worked there also very helpful , sadly the lack of facilities /restaurant and bar let them down. I think in a few years once the marina has been finished and more restaurants and shops if will be fabulous location

Great view or the marina, you can watch the sunset and the boats coming in right from the patio of your room

The location is very good, as you can visit all the most famous beaches, the view from the room is marvellous. They clean the room and the hotel facilities everyday.

The furniture and style are very dated and need renovation. Also, there was a smell of sewer in the bathroom; I think it is again because of the age of the building and the pipes.

Le personnel est formidable. L’accueil est très convivial. Ils nous ont toujours bien conseillé et renseigné en étant très patients car notre anglais est approximatif mais malgré tout toujours souriants et aux petits soins

La struttura in generale. Nel mio caso avevo una suite con piscina privata. La colazione buona ed abbondante . Camere spaziose ed il personale disponibile e cordiale.

Migliorare un pochino il menù che riguarda chi prenota la mezza pensione come nel mio caso.

L'hotel sarebbe anche in una buona posizione proprio a due passi dalla spiaggia e al porticciolo. La piscina vicino alla terrazza principale è molto bella. La colazione è abbastanza abbondante anche se non varia.

Struttura con poca manutenzione (legno di ingresso alla camera rovinato e sverniciato). Nel bagno c'era puzza di fogna proveniente dalla piletta di scarico. Presenza di molte scale dal parcheggio per raggiungere la stanza. Piscina privata non riscaldata e con acqua non pulita (non sembrava esservi cloro). Presenza di pesanti lavori di rifacimento del porto con ruspe e camion che oltre al rumore pregiudicavano il riposo e la bellezza del soggiorno.

La struttura dalle foto sembrava un vero 4 stelle, in realtà è un affittacamere con colazione e servizi. Niente di eccezionale . Colazione mediocre

Struttura accogliente e a due passi dal mare dove si può optare sia per lidi attrezzati che per spiagge libere. Zona ventilata e silenziosa, perfetta per chi ama rilassarsi e preferisce posti tranquilli e non affollati. Camere confortevoli e ristorante con menù tipico greco e con tanta varietà. Torneremo sicuramente!

Se si sceglie la mezza pensione, il menù non è troppo vario e si basa prevalentemente su carne.

El hotel se encuentra cerca de la playa y del Puerto Viejo, desde donde parten numerosos barcos y catamaranes que ofrecen excursiones para descubrir la isla y disfrutar de la costa desde el mar.

Las instalaciones del hotel no se corresponden con lo que muestran las fotografías. Da la impresión de que las imágenes fueron tomadas hace muchos años y no reflejan el estado actual del establecimiento. El desayuno era muy escaso y ofrecía poca variedad. Además, el hotel estaba bastante lleno y, en varias ocasiones, no había suficiente cantidad de comida para todos los huéspedes. Además tuvimos que alquilar un coche ya que el alojamiento esta a bastante distancia de las zonas de interés y con escasa posibilidad de conexión en transporte público.

Las vistas al pequeño puerto. Muy buenas habitaciones (la nuestra con una pequeña terraza). La calma y la tranquilidad. Cercanía a una playa muy agradable, a la que llegas caminando. La atención en la playa, excelente también.

Queda un poco apartado del resto de la isla.

Ich habe im Notos zu Beginn und Ende eines Segeltörns je eine Übernachtung gemacht und habe mich dort wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Service war von der Rezeption über die Gepäckträger bis zur Poolbar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts (Juni 2026) in unmittelbarer Nähe der Hafen ausgebaut, wodurch es zu Staub- und Lärmbelästigung kam. Das lag jedoch nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels und ist sicherlich nur vorübergehend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des environs. Je tiens surtout à remercier Georges, qui travaille en cuisine. Il a toujours été disponible, souriant, agréable et très attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci également à Michel, au bar, pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son accueil toujours chaleureux. Le seul petit bémol concerne le port, qui était malheureusement en travaux durant notre séjour. La présence des engins de chantier et les nuisances visuelles étaient un peu désagréables. Bien entendu, cela est indépendant de l’hôtel. Mis à part ce point, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir.

Wonderful hotel with everything you could ask for. The staff are incredible—friendly, attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The views are outstanding, and the pool is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, and the drinks are just as good. All the food was amazing, and we even came away with a few new recipes. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach, so you can enjoy the sea from your balcony as well as the most beautiful sunsets. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Notos Therme & Spa by Mr and Mrs White to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday. We would definitely love to return!

Egyedül az volt a furcsa, hogy a vacsora nem választható. Ami egyébként nem baj mert a szakács nagyon jól főz, és ha nem tetszik az aktuális vacsora, bármit elkészít, hogy a kedvedben járjon!

El tema de la comida el desayuno Buffett ok pero para comer o cenar es lo que hay y una ensalada en medio y un plato si que es verdad que un día le dieron otra opción pero los demás días mi hija ya no se atrevía y el novio que come mucho se quedaba con hambre

The hotel was really great. The location was perfect and very close to the city center. What impressed me the most was how clean everything was. Honestly, it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, and you couldn’t find a single piece of trash or dust anywhere. The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wellicht zou er in kamer een koffiezetapparaat kunnen komen incl. kopjes en koffie. Dat maakt de kamer ook net wat aantrekkelijker. Ook zie je dat het hotel al wat ouder aan het worden is. De douchekop en kranen bijvoorbeeld hebben veel kalkafzetting.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk.

I loved having my own porch to sun bathe on and watch the sunset with my spouse. I also love the dinner that was provided for us. Every dish was made deliciously.

I wished there’s more drink options. The personal pool and the spa pools were cold.

The staff were amazing and friendly, especially Nicole, Eva and Steven. They really made the vacation amazing and welcoming. The balcony view was the best, got to see the sunset from the balcony with a nice sea view. The plunge pool was a bonus, couldn’t have asked for a better private pool. Thought it was gonna be the size of a hot tub but it was large.

Nothing about the property but which there was more shops nearby.

Un séjour parfait, bien au-delà de nos attentes ! Franchement, certains commentaires négatifs ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité — les gens se plaignent pour rien. L’hôtel est superbe, avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent. La vue est incroyable ! Les piscines, aussi bien la privée que celle de l’hôtel, sont superbes. Accès gratuit au spa et au jacuzzi : un vrai plus ! Les repas du all inclusive étaient vraiment délicieux. Pas de buffet (sauf pour le petit-déjeuner), mais des plats servis à table, dignes d’un bon restaurant, avec plusieurs spécialités locales à découvrir. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et très attentif à chaque besoin. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste en face de la mer et d’un petit port très charmant. Chambre propre, nettoyée tous les jours, climatisée, avec un balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous avons aussi fait une excursion en bateau avec barbecue au départ du port : un moment magique ! Séjour en amoureux, hors saison, donc pas trop de monde — exactement ce qu’on recherchait. Loin des zones trop touristiques, calme et romantique. Je recommande à 100 % !

Wir bekamen ein sehr schönes, grosses Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Strand von Vlychada.

Wenn es regnet ist es auf der gefliesten Terasse und den vielen Treppenstufen sehr rutschig.

It was quiet and relaxing and a bit away from the crowded places

The place had much more potential if it got a bit more love: The cushions at the pool were dirty and the rooms would be better with a kettle to boils some tea and a coffee machine would be awesome etc.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel in a calm port with amazing views from balcony of basically any room. It is a perfect choice for calm and romantic vacation but if you want a little taste of night life there is a vacation train that departs every hour which will take you to the nearby city with amazing promenade full of restaurants and bars. But what made this stay stand out the most is the staff of this hotel, especially the reception, Eva and Nicole. I had most interactions with Eva and she is absolutely amazing, she went over and beyond what is expected. She delivered the best possible customer service while always being genuinely kind and caring, it was trully a unique experience and I appreciate it a lot.

The location and views from the hotel in Santorini are absolutely stunning one of the best spots to enjoy the magical sunset. The calm and peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the island. The hotel is located directly by the beach, which makes it even more special and convenient for a refreshing walk or a quiet moment by the sea. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was excellent ,towels and bedsheets were fresh and clean every day, and the floor was mopped daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even on warm days. The spa service was very good and added an extra touch of comfort and relaxation to the stay. The swimming pool was wonderful, with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea ,an ideal place to unwind and soak up the Santorini charm. Although the hotel is a little far from the city and there’s no public transportation nearby, the quiet location offers the perfect escape from the crowds. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience ,peaceful, scenic, and unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm getaway with stunning views, beach access, and the true charm of Santorini

The hotel is located a bit far from the city, and unfortunately, there is no public transportation available nearby, which can make it slightly difficult for guests without a car. It would be great if the hotel could offer a shuttle service or at least provide clear transport options for guests. It would also be nice if free drinking water was provided in the rooms, especially since the weather in Santorini can be quite warm and guests need to stay hydrated. The breakfast was good but almost the same every day, a bit more variety would make it more enjoyable for guests staying several days. In addition, it would be very convenient if each room had a small water heater or kettle for making tea or coffee, especially for guests who prefer to relax in their rooms in the evenings. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but with a few small improvements like better transport access, more breakfast variety, and small room amenities such as a water heater, the experience could be even better.

The hotel was really nice and the views are amazing, but it could definitely do with a bit of investment. The sunbeds were worn and stained, and the bathrooms were showing their age. It seems that some of the hotel photos were taken quite a while ago and by a professional. If you're expecting exactly what you see in the pictures, you might end up a bit disappointed

Excellent location, offering: 1. a unique view and spectacle, with a very short distance from the harbor, where catamarans/skyboats can be rented; 2. easy transportation (including by bus) to points of tourist interest (in particular to FIRA and OIA, dream destinations); 3. the breakfast area and the location of the swimming pool, absolutely "charming" 4. all the staff, very attentive and friendly with tourists. Thanks to NICOLLE, who showed great kindness and total availability in dealing with our requests. We will be back, with love the Andrei family

Quarto , pequeno almoço , Limpesa do quarto é espetacular , chegamos ao quarto com tudo arrumado limpo e a cheirar bem parece que sempre que regressamos ao quarto e o primeiro dia , o pôr do sol junto ao hotel é espetacular

Fazerem Limpesa da nossa piscina particular sem aviso pois entravam pela manhã pulando a varanda sem se importar se está alguém nu no quarto , pois se estivesse e as cortinas estivessem em cima dava para ver tudo o que se passava dentro do quarto , e também não gostei da simpatia da rapariga da recepção de cabelo preto comprido ela tem dias que não devia vir trabalhar de resto todo pessoal super mas super atencioso com a gente

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – besonders Eva und Steve waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Täglicher Zimmerservice

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privatpool gebucht. Leider war der Pool sehr kalt und nicht besonders sauber. Gereinigt wurde er nur oberflächlich mit einem Sieb, die Liegen am Balkon und Pool waren fleckig und wirkten ungepflegt. Auch die Befestigung der Leiter am Holzsteg war instabil und machte keinen sicheren Eindruck. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung, wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Allerdings bröckelte die Wand im Bad stellenweise ab. Der allgemeine Poolbereich war okay, aber auch hier waren die Liegen stark verschmutzt und wurden offenbar nie gereinigt. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts Besonderes. An manchen Tagen war das Rührei oder die Spiegeleier leider kalt, da der Wärmebehälter nicht eingeschaltet war. Der Wellnessbereich war nur gegen zusätzliche Bezahlung und zeitlich begrenzt nutzbar, was wir schade fanden. Die Massagen waren extrem teuer, deshalb haben wir den Bereich gar nicht genutzt. Insgesamt ein gemischter Eindruck: Für ein paar Tage in Ordnung, aber es gibt deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Preis-Leistung im Wellnessbereich.

Jolie hôtel situé face à la mer, avec une vue incroyable sur le coucher du soleil. Par contre véhicule obligatoire Nous avions loué un quad et très pratique pour faire le tour de l'île que je recommande fortement

Nous avions une formule demi pension avec petit déjeuner et dîner mais pas trop de choix pour le dîner surtout si vous avez des contraintes alimentaires, je vous conseille de dîner à l'extérieur il y a tellement de bons restaurants et la cuisine locale délicieuse.

The hotel was amazing with kind and caring staff. Nicole and Eva were always so attentive and special mention for the lovely men who took our bags up and down the stairs. Close by there are restaurants and a convenience store to get what you need. The pool was perfect for our stay and the breakfast was great for our stay. It is at least 20 mins away from the main town of Fira and taxis are very expensive, so just something to consider. Highly recommend booking in a cruise, we didn’t do this through the hotel but they had options available. We did a sunset cruise and it leaves out of the front of the hotel! Loved our stay here.
