Great stay close to the airport

Great place, very convenient and close to the airport

Spacious room, large fridge, mini split air conditioner, later check out time, & flexible check in time (I arrived after 1am).

Aircon turns off when you leave so the room is warmer & will have to cool back down when you get back which I was not that bothered by but something to be aware of. Hot water also takes a while.

Good location close to the airport, free one-way shuttle included (this is just a Grab car paid for you), comfortable bed, rooms have TV with Netflix, drinking water dispenser in every room, price is good.

Rooms have been renovated, but they're located in an old building that has maintenance issues like broken windows in the halls. The first room they gave us had a strange smell, so they moved us to another room but it also smelled. The smell was coming from the sink, so we used a bowl to cover the drain and that made it better. The staff brought towels to the room, but they were damp.

Komfort bardzo dobry, wszystko zrobione na wysoki standard. Bardzo fajnym pomysłem są kontakty z gniazdami USB, ci też powoduje że wystarczy sam kabel aby naładowac telefon, kamerę, e-papierosy, tablet, I praktycznie każdy sprzęt. Oświetlenie ledowe, do tego sterowanie różnymi poczyni światłami. Duże tv, by puścić dzieciakom coś na dobranoc, i klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Na deser wanna z hydromasażem w łazience.

The room amenities were top notch and well-maintained. I hope the price stays at the same range as well. Excellent!

We had a lovely stay! The location was excellent—very close to shopping malls and conveniently near the airport. We only stayed for one night, but the unit was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Everything felt updated and thoughtfully prepared

Just a few small things that could be improved: there was no kitchen table cloth or cleaning cloth available for wiping the table, and the dishwashing liquid was not sufficiently replenished for washing the dishes. It would be helpful to have these basic supplies readily available for guests. Other than that, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would consider staying again.

Spacious and clean rooms with a kitchenette. Super convenient for airport access.

The room itself was really nice and comfortable for a self contained unit. The bed was amazing. They also organised a complimentary shuttle to the airport which eas very appreciated.

The location itself was pretty urban but we specifically booked for convenience and proximity to the airport and this was perfect.

Management knew about the water leaking from the roof constantly but still had me stay here. And the long-term resident above would stomp on the floor at all times of tue night !! I will not return

The location was ok, short walk to amenities and the restaurant in the hotel was good value for money Apartment was clean.

The pool was drained for repairs and the internet was spotty. The elevator worked intermittently.

Wasn't their fault, but there was a brown-out both nights for at least a couple of hours. It's the area in which it is located. Hopefully Lapu-Lapu will get its act together in regards to zoning/electrical

Unfortunately, there was a loud flushing sound and recharging pump that kept me awake all night. I think there was a leaking toilet in the room above which kept making the pump kick in... I did ask to move rooms but unfortunately they were full. Nice staff though. It was just unfortunate.... I would stay again to give it another try

Second time staying here but for some reason our narrative didn’t upload the first time - Booked this hotel not really thinking anything about it, just purely booked it as it was located near the airport as we had a late flight into Cebu and an early flight out the day morning. When we walked into the room, we literally said WOW. The space was huge, we had a living room and a kitchen and then also a bedroom and bathroom. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we had such a good sleep. The shower had a really good pressure. Included in the kitchen was a water fountain, which was a really nice touch. There was no outside noise in the room, you wouldn’t even know you’re near the airport. Staff at reception were also great. We cannot fault this place, would definitely recommend for easy access to/from the airport. We also connected quickly and easily to a Grab when we left the property so getting to the airport wasn’t an issue.

You are 30 minutes cab about from Cebu city so don’t stay here if you want to explore the city :)

Ik verwachtte een eenvoudige kamer, maar die was meer dan comfortabel en luxueus. Voor de prijs kan ik me niet voorstellen hoe dit mogelijk was. Fantastisch.

Everything was fantastic, room was way better than I expected or even hoped for staff was very friendly and helpful.

Late night snack availability for late arrivals would be the only thing that could have been better.

I like that the room looked exactly like the picture and it's proximity to the airport

The wifi is horrible, it kept going out. The toilets do not flush well and you need a plunger each time you have a bowel movement. There are roaches in the halls. The bed was very uncomfortable. And we believe there is a possibility the room may be haunted. The TV goes on when you turn it off. It goes off when you turn it on. When you're watching something it stops what you are watching and starts scrolling. It would remove us from our profile on Netflix and seemed to like the CWO profile and Apple TV and you could see it scrolling across and up and down as though looking for something in particular. Also the pool was filthy.

Excellent and located near the Mactan airport. We used it as a resting point for a six hour lay-over from an international to a domestic flight. It was fit for that purpose. Note that we did not sleep in this property. Just used it at dawn to early morning.

The place is very nice and clean. Don't let the outside fool you. Shower is hot and water pressure good. Tub works nice as well. Bed is conformable. No complaints.

De kamer zelf is ruim en het bed comfortabel. Het bad was een fijne bonus. Er zit een goede masseur en lekkere pizzeria naast de accommodatie.

Het zwembad is oud en voelde wat vies aan.

Everything was good although idk if security is tight enough because someone kept ringing our door bell and someone tried to enter our room 😐 other than that place is good especially the restaurant

Mix of Mayan and industrial style. Difficult to comprehend. The room had everything you needed. Not in the best of areas but only one night.

There was a locked closet in the room which had done sort of apysbxebinsude which made a noise constantly. Only noticed it when we can’t back late and went to bed. Disrupted sleep all night. Not good. .

Convenience to the airport (~150php grab). Very clean. Used as a stopover hotel for only about 6 hours and it was great. Restaurant downstairs too.

Hot water was hit and miss but that could have been user error.

Das Appartment ist super, das Bett mega bequem! Sehr sauber, hat sogar eigene Küche Kühlschrank Wasserspender ect. Die Lage ist gut zum Airport aber auch zum nächsten Shoppingcenter für Früchte oä.

Den Eingang bzw die Reception zu finden ist bisschen schwierig. Das mit den Airportshuttle ist bisschen übertrieben. 1 Weg ist dabei (also der von der Unterkunft zum Airport) aber sie bestellen dir ein Taxi über die App (und man muss beweisen, dass bei Booking Gästen das dabei ist....

The room was spacious and check in was very easy. The location was easy to find, tucked away on a quieter street. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed there wasn’t transfer from the airport (only TO the airport). This could be made more clear in the property listing. Still, I was very pleased with the rental and would stay again.

The decor was fantastic. Well designed and homely.

Water pump turned on intermittently. Quite loud. Ended up pulling the card out of the receiver and therefore cutting power supply to the whole unit and the water pump.

Geweldige complete kamer met balkon aan de straatkant, noord-west zijde waardoor de zon pas laat in de middag naar binnen komt. Daardoor zeer comfortabel op het balkon en ramen open met airconditioning uitgeschakeld.

Niets viel mij tegen. Mijn vriendin bevestigde dat de buurt niet zo goed is.

2 chambres en enfilade sans fenêtre, des vitres sans teint partout qui confèrent à l’endroit une atmosphère étrange.. Salle de bain : équipements qui laissent à désirer - douche qui tombe en décrépitude et bouchée - évier qui coule au niveau de l’évacuation L’immeuble est vraiment vieillissant…! Mais alors surtout.. des cafards ! Nous en avons tué 2 en arrivant, je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit à l’idée de les ramener chez moi..!
