Location was great, staff were lovely. Reasonable price for a seaside location. We had a double deluxe sea-view room which had lots of storage and was a good size. Lovely little balcony overlooking the water.

Pre ordering breakfast. I understand to a certain extent having to pre order a cooked breakfast as the kitchen is very small but don’t see the need to pre order pastries, yoghurt or cold meats.

We stayed here four nights as a family of four and were in a family room. Although the room was small, space was used wisely, so we were comfortable, and the room was cute. Beds were a little hard. Air conditioning worked great. Towels were quality and replenished daily, though the eco-friendly aspect of the hotel was wonderful. Road noise was minimal. They offer free beach towels to use, which was convenient. The breakfast was a highlight of our entire trip and included organic pastries, yogurt, meat, cheese, eggs, bread, freshly made juices, etc. We often skipped lunch because breakfast was so filling. Parking was in a staffed lot about two blocks away. There are a few spots in front of the hotel, but it was easier to use the lot. One highlight was the staff. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We overslept one morning and missed our breakfast reservation by two hours. They readily accommodated us anyway. We also had a lovely welcome cocktail and snacks on the rooftop patio when we arrived. Everyone was obviously working hard. I'll try to address some of the questions I had before staying here. They provide soap and body wash/shampoo. The family room we were in was on the 1st floor (2nd floor to Americans). Yes, it was in front of a gas station. No, it didn't bother us in the least. The grapevines on the balcony were strategically placed to block anything unattractive. It provided a beautiful view of the sea. The entrance to the hotel itself does not face the sea. The beach is across the street. There are public beaches and lidos. The bus stop is across the street. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We took a fun boat cruise that left from Schiso, which was within walking distance.

Since the team was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, our initial impression (old looking building from outside) changed quickly. Also, we realized that, even though parking is 200 m away and not free, this was still a good solution, in an area like this where parking is a problem. Breakfast was very good, especially the open terrace. The sea in front of the hotel was very good. We loved it even more. than Isola Bella. They also allowed us to change room on the second day when we didn't like the initial one (they initially upgraded us to a more expensive family room, but smaller rooms worked better for us). Therefore, overall, our experience was very positive.

I think the building looks old from the outside, with no proper paint. Therefore, the first impression upon our arrival at night was not a good one. Also, we had to walk 200 m to the parking and pay 15 euros per day plus VAT looked not like a good solution at first.

Equipments vieillissants qui mériteraient d’être rénovés. Un peu bruyant le soir. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop long, une seule personne pour s’occuper de toutes les tables , en pleine saisons c’est inadmissible!

We were upgraded on arrival to the most beautiful room with a seaside balcony. The hotel is in a great location to explore Taormina and/or enjoy the beach!

The breakfast system is odd. Based on other reviews it seems like they are trying to prevent food waste but it stinks to have to choose your food in advance when there are many local items I’m not familiar with and would have liked to try once I could see for myself. Also they ask for a time and then the food / coffee still takes a while to come even when you’re on time

Tra i lati positivi spicca la posizione eccellente: l'hotel è a due passi dalla spiaggia (basta attraversare la strada) e vicinissimo alla fermata del bus, ideale per raggiungere Taormina in soli 15 minuti. Il personale della reception è molto disponibile, gentile e pronto a supportare gli ospiti. Camera pulita. La colazione offre una vista meravigliosa, anche se la formula che prevede la scelta dell'ordine il giorno precedente risulta un po' rigida.

La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale, ma purtroppo alcuni aspetti hanno penalizzato il soggiorno. Il materasso della camera era a dir poco scomodo, si sentivano le molle; il personale ha cercato gentilmente di risolvere il problema, ma è proprio un elemento da sostituire (chi va in vacanza vuole prima di tutto riposare bene). Inoltre l'insonorizzazione è debole e si percepiscono i rumori esterni, aspetto da considerare se si ha il sonno leggero. In generale servirebbe più cura per i dettagli: la terrazza della colazione e le stoviglie non erano sempre pulitissime, così come le sedie sul balcone della camera. Basterebbero davvero pochi accorgimenti per fare un salto di qualità

Absolute nightmare. Do not stay here, you've been warned. Would give negative stars is possible. We were willing to look past the dated rooms, but when there was a sewer back up making our room literally uninhabitable; how the proprietor treated us and the situation was vile. The proprietor is more concerned about her profit than her guests. The hotel quite literally had a sewage backup, the room was uninhabitable; when we complained the staff came to our room and was gagging alongside us. They called the city to pump it out and put some air fresheners as a temporary fix; which it obviously was not. We asked for another room but they didn't have one and just shrugged, we asked if they could book us another room at a different hotel nearby and they also said no. We said fine, we have to leave, and demanded a refund. The owner refused, "I won't have time to get another booking" - what does that have to do with anything? The city literally had to be called to pump out the sewage. Owner's name is Valentino and despite it all, she refused to provide a refund claiming she won't make as much money. We're filing a complaint with the municipality and the tourism center and everything else; she shouldn't be in business at all if that's her mentality. She also said, "I had to pay 400 EUROS to pump it out because of you guys" - as though it's our fault the run down hotel had a backup? Absolutely unacceptable.

The room was very clean, the best very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, right next to the bus stop that takes you to Taormina and back.

Lage zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße, die auch Uferstraße ist. Parken für 15 €/Tag im ca. 200 m entfernten Parkplatz Naxos. Frühstück kann man sich am Vortag auswählen mit sehr viel Auswahl und liebevoll gekocht. Frühstücksterrasse herrlich. Zimmer zweckmäßig, alles sehr sauber.

Typical of a 3star Italian hotel… some rooms I think have been renovated..we were in a very small original room so rather worn out.. but the Staff were amazing and Location was fantastic near the beach and bus stop to go to Taormina.Lots of food options close by. Breakfast was a treat on the terrace with lots of options.

Didn’t like much about this property at all it’s very old and needs modernising , appears not to have been decorated in decades .

The lift only fit one person with luggage . The staff unfriendly and unhelpful and English poor. The vibe of the place poor was like being back in 60s. No staff on reception in morning for a hr guests complaining . Unable check in earlier than 2pm was made to wait to on the dot. Went to terrace for drink no one there to serve staff sat talking . Paintwork gory and shabby. Breakfast got to be ordered day before at set time you have to stipulate. We paid delux room not delux at all was more expensive than a lovely accommodation we had left in Taormina with breakfast , Bathroom not enough soap . Coffee machine water dispenser was scummy . Position is not central .

Posizione ottima... Vicino alla spiaggetta e ad un ristorantino dove si mangiava benissimo. Circa 15 min da Taormina. Lungomare carino, con tanti localini. Vista mare dalla camera, con balconcino. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile che ci ha aiutato anche per il paracheggio.

Colazione abb buona ma ripetitiva. Poca frutta. Dolci buoni. Personale di sala gentile. Ma poco assortimento.

We had some issues with our room on our first night, but the entire staff did everything they could to help us out. They really care about people and they all seem to enjoy working there. If we ever go back to that part of Sicily, we'll definitely book this place again.

Hotel przy plaży, smaczne śniadania, czysta łazienka.

Hotel przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, to przeszkadzało i budziło w nocy. Przed oknami stacja benzynowa-po otworzeniu okien czasem śmierdziało paliwami. Zachęcona pozytywnymi opiniami wykupiłam pobyt w największym apartamencie w tym hotelu, mieszczącym 6 osób. Podobno apartament ten w ofercie jest niedługo, wcześniej nie był wynajmowany. W mieszkaniu bardzo śmierdziało, syn z alergią m.in na roztocza kurzu domowego miał nad ranem duszność i wymagał sterydowych leków wziewnych. Szafy w apartamencie były zapełnione starymi ksiażkami, dokumentami, materiałami itd. 3 dodatkowe pomieszczenia zamknięte były na klucz, nie wiem co tam było przechowywane. Meble były bardzo stare, również wydawały nieprzyjemny zapach. Nie polecam. Próbowałam po 1-2 dniach prosić o zwrot pieniędzy żeby się przenieść do innego apartamentu mieszczącego 6 osób ( w tym hotelu nie było takiego, a nie chcielismy 2 osobnych mniejszych), ale poinformowano mnie że wykupiłam ofertę bezzwrotną i nie przyjmowano do wiadomości, że chcemy zrezygnować ze względu na odór w mieszkaniu. Nigdy więcej do tego apartamentu nie przyjechałabym.

The room was a nice size and so was the bathroom. They were both very clean. It was busy on the street but the noise was minimal. It was close to everything.

The lack of parking but there was a lot nearby for a fee. When we parked at the lot the attendant had us park in weeds and some of it looked like poison ivy. There were other open spaces that were clear so ??

Beautiful, oceanfront location with a bus stop 3 minutes away to Taormina. Clean and comfortable room with good breakfast. The lovely Peruvian girl at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She helped us with everything: calling restaurants, booking tours, mapping out sites and driving directions.

We stayed here at end of March in a room with sea view. Watching the sunrise over the sea from the balcony was amazing. We had some problem with the rental car and the guy at the reception was extreme kind and helpful. We also liked the idea very much, that we could order the components of the breakfast from a list the day before, so we could enjoy the variety of a buffet breakfast without food wasting. There were good restaurants within walking distance, I really recommend Capitano Uncino.

L'hôtel est très facile à trouver, idéale pour séjourner tranquillement en bas de Taormine, de plus la navette qui monte en centre ville dispose d'un arrêt à quelques pas dans la rue. Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis notre chambre, qui était jolie, confortable et propre. La communication avec le staff est top, tout le monde à été adorable avec nous. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et copieux avec beaucoup de choix. si nous avions pu, nous serions restées plus longtemps !! Je recommande sans hésiter.
