Accueil très agréable en français et de bons conseils pour le séjour .Facilité de stationnement en ville avec l’hôtel.

Un peu déçu par le décor et les équipements par rapport aux photos de présentation sur le site .

We immediately felt completely at home in this beautiful, romantic Art Nouveau-style hotel. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and our room was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything we needed. In the mornings, on our way to the breakfast room, we would often meet the owner, who always greeted us warmly. This added to the personal and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. For just €8.00 per person, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The breakfast buffet was very well presented, and the friendly staff made sure that everything was replenished promptly whenever needed. The hotel’s location is ideal as well. Montecatini Centro train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making the hotel the perfect base for exploring cities such as Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Viareggio. As we were also visiting family in the town during our stay, this hotel offered us the perfect combination of comfort, hospitality and a convenient location. We will certainly choose this hotel again when we return to visit our family!

Hemos estado de viaje por la Toscana un grupo de dos matrimonios con 3 adolescentes cada uno y tener el centro neurálgico en Montecatini Terme ha sido de gran ayuda ya que no contábamos con coches y nos hemos trasladado en trenes. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación y desde esta estación (Montecatini centro) nos vemos movido por muchas ciudades, Milan, Florencia, la Spezia, Cinque Terre, Bolonia.... El hotel está realmente bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. El personal es amable y hacen todo lo posible por hacerte la estancia agradable. Nos pilló allí el festivo 15 de agosto y el hotel hizo para sus huéspedes una pequeña fiesta con música en directo, aperitivos y bebidas gratis, fue una experiencia muy buena. Recomiendo este hotel 100%

Me hubiera gustado que en el precio, teniendo 4 habitaciones, dos dobles y dos triples durante 6 días, hubiese estado incluido el desayuno la verdad, pero bueno...

Tutto, ottima posizione e lo staff gentilissimo

L’unica pecca è che la sera sul tardi quando siamo tornati abbiamo fatto un giro lunghissimo per rientrare nella via e non sapevamo se ci avrebbero fatto la multa perché è zona traffico limitato.

L’albergo vanta una posizione davvero fantastica, comoda e perfetta spostarsi. Molto piacevole la prima colazione, di buona qualità, con il grande valore aggiunto di poterla gustare nello spazio esterno.

Nota dolente le camere: la struttura è piuttosto vetusta l’arredamento sente il peso degli anni. Considerate le dimensioni ristrette delle stanze e lo stile un po’ datato il prezzo risulta complessivamente un po’ alto un rinnovamento degli ambienti e degli arredi valorizzerebbe tantissimo l’esperienza di soggiorno

The staff at the desk were amazing they organised a parking permit and paid then and then that saves a lot of hassle. The hotel has a good idea rather than room make up every day skipping has a reward of free drink The young barman was very professional and the restaurant excellent. Hotel is very central and well run. The lounge area is beautiful and very comfortable. Rooms were very quiet.

Charming hotel Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and sufficient Breakfast is outstanding The restaurant for dinner is also outstanding. You will find the owner of the property sometimes here and she is lovely and social. Hotel Location is a short walk from the train station - GREAT! so you can take a trip to Luca or back to Florence in a jiffy Cute Town Shops and restaurants walkable from hotel Overall a wonderful experience

The only thing that was difficult was the Safe , AC unit and the lights in the room. The directions in the room told you what to do but still wasn't user friendly enough. The key card has to remain in the light wall fixture. if you take it out it is on a timer and will shut off. After a grueling trip on the train after traveling since early morning i was too exhausted to deal with it. The hotel was very happy to help me LOL they came straight away. I would stay again regardless.

The hotel was right in the centre of Monticatini. It is a family run hotel and from the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and explained everything to us. The owner introduced herself to us and asked each day if everything was ok. Our standard room was on the second floor, it was basic and the shower was a bit small but had everything we needed. The room was cleaned each day, if we wanted it to be and if we didn’t want our room cleaned, we were given a card for a free drink at the bar. The bar on the ground floor sold beers, spirits and also cocktails and the bar person was friendly and very good at his job. There is also a courtyard outside with comfortable seating we’re you could have a drink in the evening and relax. This hotel was central to everything, lots of shops, restaurants and 5 minutes to the train station. This is a charming hotel and if we were visiting Monticatini in the future I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από το ξενοδοχείο και το προσωπικό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Είχε κ κοντά χώρο για παρκάρισμα. Το πρωινό δεν ήταν στην τιμή που κλείσαμε, αλλά πήγα, πλήρωσα επιπλέον και ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό.

Sem tomadas próximas às cabeceiras da cama. É um pouco antigo. Mereceria uma modernização.

Красивое здание, красивая мебель , но все уже старое и требует ремонта. В комнатах обшарпанные стены. Если на это не обращать внимания, то в остальном все хорошо.

Cordialità e professionalità si fondono alla perfezione. Fin dal primo istante, ogni membro dello staff ci ha accolto con sorrisi autentici e un "benvenuto" sentito, mai banale. Ricordavano i nostri nomi, ci hanno consigliato ristoranti con passione e persino organizzato all'ultimo minuto una lezione di cucina. Niente era troppo faticoso – hanno incarnato quella rara ospitalità italiana che ti fa sentire in famiglia, non solo clienti. Mangiare qui è una celebrazione della Toscana. La colazione offre paste fresche, miele locale e cappuccini vellutati. La cena è pura magia: pici fatti a mano al ragù di cinghiale, ossobuco che si scioglie in bocca e ribollita che sa di tradizione in ogni cucchiaio. La carta dei vini include ottimi Chianti e Vernaccia. Ogni piatto esplode di sapori bagnati dal sole, e i piatti dello chef sono indimenticabili. I dolci – come la loro panna cotta con coulis di frutti di bosco – sono divini.

The hotel is within walking distance from both Montecatini Terme / Central station. It is also positioned on a side street off from the main road, which helps limit outdoor noise. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable.

Externally the hotel is pretty and well kept. Internally, although clean, the hotel is a little dated and could do with updating and some modernisation. There is no gym / pool. Although, there is air-conditioning in rooms, it is noisy and therefore disturbs your sleep. Breakfast is a little overpriced. There are cafes in the town that offer better value. Although close to the train station, trains are not overly frequent in Montecatini - this is something to consider when deciding whether Montecatini is a suitable base location for exploring.

Fantastically well placed and a really lovely, spacious property. Breakfast was amazing. We asked for a late check out because we were running the parkrun and they accommodated this without issue.

Location is good. Great service. Room size is good. Parking and ZTL handling is dond good. Nice bar and restaurant. Option to skip room cleaning for complementary drink.

Room was fully functional but notably outdated, broken tiles, rusty radiator. Nothing too critical or affecting function, but not the best first impression for 4 star hotel, especially if expectations are based on the images on Booking. The bathtub looks dirty although it is not, just damaged.

The hotel is charming, we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff who advised on where to park and gave a token for parking. They also advised on places to visit whilst there. It was incredibly hot whilst we were there and the lobby was beautifully cool and we really enjoyed drinks in the courtyard in the evening. The bar manager was great efficient and friendly. We had to leave early in the morning for our flight and they very kindly allowed us to have breakfast early. This is a lovely hotel with great staff and we would happily recommend.

Camera confortevole con quasi tutto le cortesie per l'ospite (Ah se ci fosse stato il Topper), personale cordiale e disponibile a qualsiasi esigenza. Una chicca per Montecatini.

Buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of choices and attentive staff. We had the set evening meal one night which was again delicious and excellent value for money. The hotel was quite grand with a slightly faded elegance about it. Drinks from the hotel bar a reasonable price. Excellent location for the train for Florence, Lucia and Pisa. Really good communication prior to arrival. We were lucky and there was a concert, a tribute if you like to the three tenors and we were able to get tickets.

A very minor wing, the glass chandelier in our room had elements missing or broken, in no way detracted from our stay but `I found my self trying to work out what was missing or misaligned. It was a shame as everything else was top notch.

het ontbijt was goed er was 1 minpuntje op dag 3 waren de broodjes al vroeg op en werden niet aangevuld omdat ze er niet meer waren de locatie was oke alleen wel vrij druk met verkeer en de bedden goed en de kamer zeer ruim de badkamer was oke alleen moest je altijd in het bad douchen wat voor oudere wel eens lastig kan zijn

The room was excellent, the breakfast was very good, the location was perfect, and the service throughout our stay was warm and professional. We truly enjoyed our time with you. Unfortunately there is no pool but there are many hotels in which you can swim for 9-20 euro

A pity that they don’t have a parking. You have to buy at the front desk a parking ticket from the city, 4 euros per day but that doesn’t mean you have a fixed parking spot. We’re lucky because someone in front of the hotel left so we could take his place. If not you have to drive around till you find a parking place

Mooie ruime kamer (superior), goed bed, lekker vers en afwisselend ontbijt en vriendelijke medewerkers. Goede locatie in centrum van Montecatini Terme en op 5 minuten loopafstand van station.

De douche is vrij laag voor lange Nederlanders en het kan vrij gehorig zijn maar dat is vaker in oudere gebouwen.
