Condizioni igienico-sanitarie inaccettabili: il bagno è un disastro L'esperienza in questa struttura è stata pessima, in particolare per lo stato del bagno, che si è presentato in condizioni davvero inguardabili e ai limiti dell'agibilità. Muffa e degrado: Presenza evidente di muffa scura sulle pareti e una porta rovinata con ruggine a vista. Sicurezza a rischio: Cavi elettrici scoverti e in vista, una gravissima negligenza soprattutto in un ambiente umido, unitamente a diverse luci rotte e non funzionanti. Allagamento costante: Bastava aprire l'acqua per farsi una semplice doccia e l'intero pavimento del bagno si allagava completamente, rendendolo inutilizzabile e pericoloso.

There really was nothing to like, location was awful (not in Agadir, rather about 1 hour away from Agadir in a village with no restaurants or shops). The property itself was rundown, dirty, and could do with renovations (the riads in the Medina were better maintained). Housekeeping was non existent

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Het hotel was prima. Mijn kamer was voorzien van alle basis faciliteiten, het had een goed werkende airco. Beneden kan je koffie, thee en andere (warm) drinken bestellen. Ook kan je lichte maaltijden nuttigen. Het grootste pluspunt zijn de medewerkers. Zo gastvrij en behulpzaam met alles. Ik zou zeker weer boeken.

Veel geluidsoverlast van het verkeer ondanks dat ramen dicht waren. Handen die stonken. Geen parkeerplaats van het hotel terwijl wel op Booking aangegeven was. De douche was niet warm. Zachte straal.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De locatie was best goed, als je dicht bij taghazout wilt zijn. Het hotel heeft geen eigen parkeerplaats. Zoals andere gasten zeggen, warm water is een wonder om te krijgen, duurt lang en de waterstroom is zacht. Hygiëne is niet goed. Lakens en handdoeken zagen en roken er niet schoon uit. Al zag ik wel dat bij het uitchecken van andere kamers allemaal wordt verwijderd. Het personeel doet echt zijn best, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is goed als je niet zo op hygiëne let. Ik hoop dat de eigenaar verbeteringen gaat aanpassen. Wij zijn ook een nacht eerder vertrokken.

The hotel rate is good value for money.We highly recommend it. The location is very central to the beach , bus stop and restaurants and local shops in Aourir and Tamraght.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Ich bin Gehbehindert, mit Rollator, der Zugang ins Zimmer befand sich auf der untersten Etage und war ebenerdig, daher für mich sehr komfortabel. Nur eine kleine Stufe am Eingang. Das Bad ist einwandfrei, sie brachten mir einen Duschstuhl... das Zimmer ist geräumig. WLAN hat gut funktioniert.
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, ansonsten alles tiptop

Bonjour ,je vient souvent au Maroc rarement dessus par les gens résident ,la par contre je signal aux vacanciers si ils veulent aller dans cet hôtel ce sera les bienvenu a un accueil très peu chaleureux qui est rare au Maroc désagréable le directeur ont Nen parle pas. tourne dans l'établissement sen trouver une solution pour le client ZERO . le problématique chambre brouillant ,la literie set exagérer matelas dur comme du mouton sauf si vous aimez du dur dur. donc me présentent au Contoire pour trouver une solution de changer de chambre problématique bla bla y a rien. grave dessus avec ma petite fille je décide de rester calme et puis j'oublie le petit déjeuner aller le prendre ailleurs car pour le prix vous manger mieux surtout pas entourer que d'hommes fumeurs. .après sa dépend ce que vous rechercher .en résume hôtel sen restaurant. cote positif géographiquement bien placé. voila je tenais de le signaler .j ai fuit de l'hôtel le deuxième jour pour un parcours meilleur bonne vacances a vous .

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The hotel is in a good location if you want to travel in a northerly direction. After about 15 minutes there is no more traffic. Hotel staff is excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Won't find much better. If you travel on a motorcycle you can park your bike in the private and locked courtyard. Staff even helped with taking luggage upstairs.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Hotel ma swoje lata i to widać. Pokoje są w gorszym stanie niż na zdjęciach. Natomiast jest w miarę czysto i wygodnie. Personel bardzo i miły i pomocny. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu, ale bez problemu można zaparkować wzdłuż ulicy. Śniadanie raczej skromne ale smaczne.

الغرف ملوته الفراش قديم جدا فيه بق الفراش سبب لي ارتيكاريا لي ولابني وعندي شواهد طبيه تتبت الحاله مجرد ماتاماتل للشفاء سابلغ وزاره السياحه بحجج السواهد والتحاليل التي اتبت ان الارتيكاريا من الفراش عندهم
