Leider ist der Zimmerservice trotz des hohen Preises nicht ausreichend. Man muss sich die Utensilien wie z.B. Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier selbst beschaffen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice. Auch die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage funktionierte nicht gut. Erst nach mehrmaligen Eingeben der PIN öffnete das Tor. Das Frühstück war für gut, jedoch sehr teuer. Der online Service ist in englischer Sprache, das ist für ein Hotel in Deutschland nicht optimal.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Välplanerat. Vi hade sovrum med dusch och separat toalett, pentry, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och en rar balkong. Perfekt läge med tunnelbana ett stenkast bort (vilket vi planerat att nyttja maximalt de dagar vi var där), nära affär och restauranger. Vi ordnade lättare middagar och för det räckte pentryt. Hade inget behov av personal så det saknade vi inte. Frukosten skulle vi ha skippat, personalen var jättetrevlig men utbudet var riktigt knapert… Mysigt att kunna ta sin kopp kaffe med ut till den inbyggda trädgården på baksidan.
Fanns inget att ogilla eftersom allt fungerade. Dock så hade vi betalt parkering i garaget och jag med längsta bilen fick absolut minsta platsen i hörnet, det var riktigt besvärligt att komma in och ut (hade hjälp med, som tur var) men jag vet inte hur hotellet kunde organiserat det annorlunda med mindre att man fått ange det vid bokning (och kanske fått välja bort garage då)

La ducha se inundó, se reporto y se reporto y se reporto y al final hicieron caso, fueron a querer reparlo pero no se pudo, no me cambiaron a otra habitacion del mismo tipo, me quede en la misma habitación con el problema de la ducha. No recomiendo ese hotel porque la atención no fue la adecuada y a la fecha no he recibido el reembolso prometido por la administración del hotel.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026La posizione di fronte alla metro e a vari supermercati, la vista dal settimo piano sulla città, l’ampiezza delle stanze. La disponibilità di free refills per te, caffè, asciugamani e lenzuola nella utility room un plus.
Dalle foto non era percepibile l’ampiezza della terrazza che non consente di viverla, ad esempio con un tavolino. La doccia avrebbe bisogno di una revisione.

Wir kommen seit 6 Jahren jeden Sommer in das Hotel. Leider wird es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter. Bei einem früheren Aufenthalt war im Sommer die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Jetzt lief die Dusche nicht ab. Das Waschbecken gluckste, die Beleuchtung hat zum Teil nicht funktioniert und die Zwischentrennwand, zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer fehlte! Dafür ist das Hotel einfach zu teuer. Vor allem wenn man weiß, wie gut es mal war. Es muss sich einfach mehr gekümmert werden.

Alles Digital, nicht gerade sehr komfortabel.da mann immer wieder den 5 stellen Code eingeben muss an jeder Tür. Ich bevorzuge eine Karte und Personal in einem sogenannten Hotel. Abends stehen leicht bekleidete Damen an der Straße, nicht unbedingt Kinderfreundlich.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Top Lage am Nollendorfplatz. Einfacher Zugang über Türcodes. Schönes, helles Zimmer, schöner Balkon in der Morgensonne bzw. mit Aussicht auf den nachts hübsch regenbogenfarbenen U-Bahn-Hof. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher für Tee im Zimmer, ebeso Kühlschrank und ein kleiner Satz Geschirr, Besteck, Spüli, alles was man benötigt. Ich war für die Woche super aufgehoben und sehr begeistert.
Der Mülleimer wurde in den 7 Tagen, die ich dort war, nicht geleert, (aufgrund der hohen Temperatur hat es irgendwann etwas gerochen) jedoch konnte ich den super netten Zimmerservice auf dem Flur ansprechen und habe ihn abgeholt bekommen. Mülltüten, Klorollen usw. kann man sich nach Bedarf sowieso selbst aus dem Supply Closet holen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La posizione ottima, pochi passi e si trova la metro che porta in centro con poche fermate. L'appartamento moderno pulito accessoriato, caffetteria nespresso con capsule, the, bollitore. A pochi metri anche un supermercato aperto fino alle 22.Letti molto comodi.
La palestra è solo all'esterno , anche se in un piccolo giardino molto carino. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà di accesso con l'auto ma tramite l'assistenza WhatsApp abbiamo risolto Come già scritto in altre recensioni noi eravamo 4 e il bagno è solo in camera quindi poca privacy.

It all works with digital codes, without staff (except cleaners). When everything works well, this is no problem, but when things don't work well, you can communicate with an AI bot. You get polite replies, but they don't fix your issues. In my case the main door wouldn't open for me and several other guests. Luckily someone could open the door with the app. The wi-fi, which is very important to me, didn't work for SEVERAL DAYS. They just didn't fix it. The communcation via the bot was poor.

La localización del hotel es genial, tanto para llegar desde el aeropuerto como para moverse por Berlín. Aunque no hay recepción la comunicación es excelente ante cualquier duda o necesidad. El día que llegas te facilitan la clave y el acceso y todo es muy sencillo. Gracias 🪻🌷🪻

La douche est extra grande et très moderne! La localisation excellente aussi. Mes attentes ont été surpassées. Les lockers automatiques pour les bagages dans le hall pour une arrivée plus tôt et un départ tardif accessible dès 9h le jour de l’arrivée, et accessible jusqu’à 20h le jour du départ gratuitement est un service que j’ai particulièrement apprécié! Communication sur whatsapp excellente et fluide. Rien à redire vraiment!
Le petit déjeuner est trop cher! 19€ est excessif à mon goût. Mais je n’ai pas réservé pour le petit déjeuner de tout façon.

Todo muy digital, tanto que únicamente tuve una conexión decente el primer día, los 2 siguientes 0 conexión 0 WiFi, pensé que estaba en una aldea de Tanzania con todos mis respetos, comunique el problema y es todo tan digital que creo, se pierden. Otra cosa muy graciosa, pedí un cambio de toallas al personal de limpieza, le entregue las usadas y nunca me entregó limpias, al final me volví a comunicar y me dijeron que había un cuarto en el piso superior donde puedes surtirte, o sea ADIVINA. La verdad una experiencia de las peores. Buscando WiFi en bares y demás, iba a reunirme con unos amigos y me costó la vida GRACIAS NUMA

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Просторный, светлый номер, напоминающий квартиру. Для нас не стало проблемой, что туалет и душ находятся в спальной комнате. Приятным плюсом был балкон и вид на город с 8 этажа. Само месторасположение является достопримечательностью. В душе есть шампунь, гель для душа и кондиционер для волос, теловый крем и мыло. Likte fleksibiliteten m mulighet for vasking av klær, lading av bil og mulighet til å bytte håndklær ved behov. God frokost. Bra m lite utendørs treningssenter, men litt for langt å gå til innendørs studio.

Kein Personal vor Ort, was sich Problemen kompetent annimmt. Autoaufzug aus der Tiefgarage war am Abreisetag außer Betrieb und das Problem konnte erst nach ca. 6 Stunden behoben werden. Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr geringer Auswahl und kalten Spiegeleiern. Erreichbarkeit der Servicemitarbeiter per WhatsApp und telefonisch nur auf Englisch möglich.

Hotline keiner erreichbar. Die Einfahrt zu PARKEN ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Zu Straße die Zimmer sind sehr laut. Die Türen knallen nur so wenn jemand aus dem Zimmer geht. In allem keine Empfehlungen.

Did not know whether we had to pay for items in the fridge. Could not work tv - no manual. Sink is dual bathroom and kitchen - poor design for washing and plug did not work. Would have been nice to have a guide to immediate locale facilities and services.

Arrived to find evidence of a potential bed bug infestation (bug casing on the floor, live bug on the bed. I had photo evidence). I refused to enter the room fully, left immediately, and reported it to staff. What followed was five hours of circular WhatsApp messages, non-answers, and stalling. No front desk. No urgency. No accountability. They refused to let me change rooms, despite the fact rooms were available at the property. Their eventual solution? That I sleep in the room anyway and they'd "send someone to look tomorrow." As a solo female traveller, being told to spend the night in a potentially infested room is absolute madness. It was one of the worst responses to a legitimate concern I have ever encountered from any accommodation, anywhere. Do not trust this company with your wellbeing. Thankfully, Booking resolved this for me, absolutely no thanks to the hotel.

Das gebuchte Apartment war nicht verfügbar. Auf meinen Widerspruch gab es dann einen Preisnachlass auf das verfügbare Ein Raum Apartment. Das Apartment war dann zwar sehr schön und angenehm, ob ich aber noch einmal bei Numa buchen werde, weiß ich nicht. Schade

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Hele goede locatie voor een eerste bezoek aan Berlijn. Zeer dichtbij Nollendorfplatz wat echt een Metro en OV knooppunt is. Kamer was zeer fijn, lekker koel ondanks de hitte waarschijnlijk door de hoogte van de kamer. Inchecken en communicatie met de app verliep soepel.
Leeslampjes ontbraken, maar gelukkig kwam ik niet veel aan lezen toe. Veel te veel te doen in deze mooie en levendige stad.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly during our stay so it was difficult to cool down the room, especially as our stay was during a very warm weekend.

For the price we paid, you would expect warmer food at least, with bigger plates too (struggled to fit everything on them). The range wasn’t diverse and there could generally have been more hot food, the quality of food could have been better too. For example, the pretzels were not warm and it was overall disappointing. Very nice member of staff helping though. The room was beautiful with nice mirrors, and the shower was nice - liked the body wash’s fragrance.
Breakfast (see above), impersonal welcome due to codes required for all access. Outside gym looked okay.

Wir konnten bei der Buchung nicht herauslesen, dass die Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt werden und kein Ansprechspartner/in vor Ort war. Das erste Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, in der Dusche kam eine braune Masse aus dem Ablauf und der Brauseschlach war undicht. Die Abdeckung beim Spühlkasten war defekt und nicht brauchbar. Die Kommunikation mit einem Onlineansprechpartner/in war anfänglich sehr schwierig, vor allem immer in englsich und wir brauchten einen ganzen Tag, bis wir schlussendlich einigermassen ein zufriedenstellendes Resultat bekamen. Auch im zweiten Zimmer, das wir am Abend beziehen konnten, waren die Fugen der Dusche schwarz und unhygienisch. Randständige Personen konnten sich ungehindert in den Garten begeben und sich an den Sportgeräten oder was auch immer bedienen, dies trotzt Absicherung per Code!!!!

Staff was generally rude. Constant daily or hourly emails and reminders about check in and check out , quiet period etc is super annoying during a busy week attending a conference. No cleaning or changing of bed linen, towels etc over a four day stay. I requested a change of towels they refused. Overcharging, had an issue with card which I corrected, booking was cancelled and when I rebooked I paid 200e extra for exactly same room and same dates!
