Asunto ei ollut sisutettu viihtyisäksi. Kahvinkeitin piti pestä perusteellisesti ennen käyttöä. Roskien vienti ei onnistunut ovikoodi ei toiminut. Asunto oli pölyinen. Vaihtakaa tyynyt.

Todella siisti ja rauhallinen alue, majoituspaikkana puhdas ja hiljainen talo. Sijainti oli loistava!

Siisti asunto

Huono sänky, sänky oli liian pieni. Äitini putosi yöllä sängystä nukkuessaan. eikä parkkipaikkaa ole. Asiakaspalvelu ei vastaa puhelimeen iltaisin. Yritimme etsiä parkkipaikkaa yli tunnin yöllä. En ymmärrä, miksi omistaja ei voi järjestää tai vuokrata parkkipaikkaa vieraille. Asunnon lähellä on paljon pakolaisia, joten kadulla käveleminen yöllä tuntuu turvattomalta. Ne nuoret ihmiset myös vaeltelevat alueella keskellä yötä ja huutelevat kovaan ääneen, mikä saa olon tuntumaan erittäin turvattomalta. Uloskirjautumisen jälkeen meille soitettiin ja kerrottiin, että olimme muka unohtaneet tavaroita majoituspaikkaan. Lähdimme heti ajamaan takaisin tarkistamaan asian, mutta perille päästyämme kävi ilmi, että majoittaja oli sekoittanut asunnot keskenään. Emme olleet unohtaneet sinne mitään.

1) En tiedä mistä roskalavalta sängyt on haettu, kun ne on eri paria ja jouset ihan hajalla. Näissä oli tosi paha nukkua ja vaikutti negatiivisesti lomaan. 2) Lähetimme pyynnön check-outin siirtämisestä myöhempään, mistä oli maininta sivuilla, mutta siihen vastattiin vasta lähtöpäivän iltapäivänä kun olimme jo lähteneet tunteja sitten

Asunto oli todella kuuma, ei pystynyt nukkumaan ollenkaan. Lisäksi sängyt olivat huonot ja todella kapeat.

I needed a place for my family in the area and we have so far used these apartments twice - with great success. The check in is super easy, the check out as well, everything is electronic, clean, well maintained. Overall love it.

The small studio apartment we were at had the smoke detection alarm on top of the stove. As a result, even opening the oven for a tiny bit would trigger it. Not the end of the world but hardly great.

Климат не работал. 5. Персонал. Стоял и ждал пока мы покинем номер (не удобно). 6. Аура 7. Высокая цена 8. Далеко до Хельсинки

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos. It was very close to the train station, a huge supermarket (actually two supermarkets), and several restaurants, so the location was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed, and there were also towels provided for the stay, which was very convenient.

What I did not like about the accommodation was that there were several issues, and the owners were not reachable even after I sent multiple messages. The lamp was broken, and the blinds/shutters on the windows were damaged, so I always had to use the curtain to make the room dark. One of the power sockets came completely out of the wall. The couch was very dirty, should have been replaced a long time ago, and was full of hair from previous guests. The towels are never replaced, even for longer stays, which is not very comfortable. In addition, the access with the code was not very clear. It was easy to get into the building, but finding the right way into the apartment itself was confusing, and I had to search through the messages to understand it. So there are definitely some points that could be improved.

Nice apartment and easy access to the Railway and Bus Station.

The host kept me awaiting for the digital key one hour after the planned check-in time. I was messaging them, but received only auto-replies in return. I called but no one answered. I did not know what to do in the unknown city. I could not book anything else instead, as everything was booked. Only when I contacted booking help centre, I finally received a digital key for check-in. This was very unpleasant experience and irresponsible approach. All my plans for the day were ruined.

Clean

It is an apartment that is very clean, with some amenities, free wifi.. and very roomy. Shopping mall with some restaurants and grocery stores near by. Very quiet area...

There were two little twin beds, not a huge issue. I missed that when booking. If you are a happy couple, I guess you could move them together. Parking on the street is limited and maxed at 4 hours between 0800 and 1800, so you have to get lucky.

A super clean, confortable and brand new studio. I didn't see any staff, but I knew everything I need it. The metro station and bus stop are near by. It's a quite and beautiful neighborhood. I'd book this studio again. Totally recommended

Very comfortable and nice apartment, close to the shopping center. I feel at home, comfortable.

Trouble free, Well stocked and wasn't left wanting for anything. Most certain will come again.

2nd time I have stayed at this appartment ( Different room in different building) Compared to my first room the bathroom was a bit stuffy and noticably there was presence of mould growth in the grouts of tiling in some areas. Better cleaning process especially between tiles will make it stellar.

The couch in the living room serving as an extra bed not all that comfortable. The neigbourhood not very exciting.

We booked 2 apartments. There was an unpleasant smell in one of the units. We contacted customer support. Our problem was solved very quickly - they changed the room and it turned out to be even better. Everything was very clean, it was comfortable to sleep. Thank you! I recommend it!

It was clear

The coach was broken and we couldn’t get enough rest and the inside temperature at our arrival was 19 degree!

There is NO separate bedroom, despite it was mentioned in the information. The sofa's bed function was broken as well.

I have no plans to stay at any "Spot" property again.

Very Impersonal approach towards customer service, slow responses and they do not even respond on the weekend, so be cautious about booking with them. They represent your typical commercial business out to make money with little regard for anything else.

I enjoyed the apartment and facilities. But unfortunately I got a parking ticket because the apartment didn't have parking space for customers. In general I enjoyed the experience

Clean. Nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out. I checked in 2 am and checked out 8 am (6 hours stay only). Extra bedspread…

The property would be even better if they offer shampoo and shower gel.

The position was ideal to reach the place we needed to be every day. The supermarket and the train station are just few minutes away on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet.

Very aseptic place. The description of the studio flat said clearly "separate bedroom", but in fact the two beds were in the same room as the kitchen, sitting and dining areas. Not ideal if you are traveling with a colleague. Three of everything: three forks, three knives, three plates, three glasses. No complimentary coffee/tea, no general info brochures, no salt or sugar or anything else. It would make a big difference, just with a very small effort.

Great value for the money, apartment like hotel

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet area. I only spent one night there. Living conditions at a high level. Unfortunately, contact with the staff was difficult, and the cleaning lady could not speak a single word in English. I got access to the room with an hour delay, and they also refused to allow me to stay an hour longer the next day.
