Un gros hôtel sur le port. Idéal pour une nuit ou deux de transition, car il est au cœur du quartier vivant de la ville. Hyper bien équipé et à seulement 10 minutes à pied du port parfait pour un stop après une croisière dans les îles Komodo. Le petit déjeuner est INCROYABLE !! au moins 50 mètres linéaire de nourriture et de boissons! La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport est très appréciable.

C'est un gros hotel. Il y a un peu moins d'âme et même si le service est à la hauteur, c'est globalement un peu plus lent qu'ailleurs.

First of all, location is awesome. I don't think there could be a better place to stay as far as a view. We stayed here before and after our Komodo liveaboard trip. The first night at Menuroah a bit weird. I did not pay attention to the booking and just booked the cheapest room. Well, it faced the city and was loud (calls to prayer) and just a strangely arranged room. I also didn't book the breakfast and then faced how much they were charging for it which was disappointing. When we got back from the trip we had a water facing room that included breakfast. What a difference in the experience and much quieter. Breakfast had a wide range of choices. We also ate dinner here which was good and had entertainment.

They need more pool loungers. I'm not sure how to accomplish that, maybe a new deck area, but it's crazy to have 7 loungers for a hotel this size.

Tutto, camera per 2 ed era comunque spaziosa, non la solita da 15m2 per intenderci. Piscina al 6 piano stupenda con vista sulla baia. Colazione ultra abbondante, forse tra le più ricche che abbiamo mai provato nei nostri viaggi. Offrono un servizio di noleggio scooter molto comodo!

It’s a 5 star hotel, so maybe it’s expected to get greetings from the staff when coming in and out of the structure. Also I think the check in and check out process was a bit long

Minor Check-in/Check-out Wait: There was a slight wait during check-in and check-out due to peak activity, but it was minor and hardly detracted from the overall experience.

Room was tired, smelly and old. Air was stale and the linen+bedsheets were well used and need replacing. Surfaces, including floor were unclean with dirt and markings present Sink tap was broken. Would often switch off and not keep open Outside was noisy with loudspeaker tannoy and clubbing music (subwoofer) heard throughout the night (hence the reason they give you earplugs in the room) Checking and checkout were highly inefficient with several guests waiting around. No designated queuing or acknowledgement by staff

Gorgeous location by the sea.

The food and drink are terrible. A wine glass served has less than 80ml. A seafood dish had 2 prawns. A beef dish had one spoonful of beef. Overpriced and poorly done.

About the breakfast buffet, the pastry/bread section could do better, everything else was great. Has several live stations. Loved that the roof can be retracted (in good weather) for amazing views as you have your breakfast. I would have sat there soaking up the views for a few hours if i wasn't rushing off for planned activities. Great sunset view (sea view room). Friendly staff. Loved that the seafood place is just beside the hotel!

Please note that getting around is by grab/gojek motorbike. If you need a car option, its better to book a whole/half day, otherwise location to location is abt IDK100k onwards.

We had a great view over the Marina. (Sometimes noisy at night, but they do provide earplugs). Position was great. Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Overall excellent, would stay again.

The fridge in room doesn't cool well enough for a warm climate. When we asked for ice bucket, they couldn't provide. For 5 star accomodation, few things missing eg. Hand towel, flannel, lotion. Smoking at breakfast wasn't very pleasant.

The room smelt of drains. Ordering in the restaurant or bar often took too long. Quite often orders were confused.

The property is stunning lovely area but that is where the positive review stops.

Firstly we waited 2 hours to check in. Promised a WhatsApp to let us know. Two hours later no message. Went to the desk given a key. A key to a room we did not book. We were given two single when ordered a double. Rung down. Room to be swapped. Told to wait in room (that was wrong) while new room being set up. 20 mins later staff turn up to make this room the correct room. We sent them away. Finally got the room we wanted. Waited 20 mins for luggage. Got to new room, no towels. By this time 4 hours had passed since arrival. Finally got towels they were damp and had brown (looked like poo) stains on them. Not what you expect from A 5 star. By this time we had enough. Hotel offered a free dinner we declined as the service so far had been shocking. Asked for a partial refund told no. But got a meeting with manager at 10:30 pm. Had a meeting and they said we had to through booking.com to get refund. They said they would issue refund if we go via that channel. If we wanted a letter to say they would refund we would have to leave now kicking us out on the street just after an earthquake! Please save your money and avoid!! A hotel that only cares about money not the customer. Ruined the start to my husbands money. To my (not surprise) they refused the refund via booking.com

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Dir Hauptstrasse liegt direkt vor der Nase. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und wir waren auch mit der Massage zufrieden. Das Personal war - wie üblich in Indonesien, sehr freundlich.

Die Preis/Leistung war zufriedenstellend aber ich mövhte explizit den Pool Bereich bemängeln. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel ist es nicht zufriedenstellend. Es hat viel zu wenig Liegeplätze und diese waren immer besetzt. Auch die Sky Bar im obersten Stock war dürftig. Es gibt eine schöne Aussicht aber es ist nichts sprzirlles obwohl es als Premium angepriesen wird - das ist aber Geschmackssache und mein persönliches Empfinden.

It took a long time to provide us with the room keys and towels, even after the expected check-in time. During the night we could hear boats in the harbor, but we were provided with earplugs. The service at the restaurant was very slow

Location proximity to main sections of Labuan Bajo. Breakfast was exceptional with variety of choices & selections. Great views of Harbour and surrounding areas. Nice roomy layout in lobby with plenty of options for seating. Well ventilated aswell due to plenty of fresh and sea breezes blowing thru lobby area.

Pool area small for size of hotel with limited seating. Checkin process could be improved. Tad too slow with lots of waiting around. Our hotel room door had been left open after cleaning on 1 of the days.

Hotel e servizio non da 5 stelle. Check-in eccessivamente lento (più di 20 min) e alle 17 la camera non era ancora pronta. Una volta saliti in camera, mancavano ancora i bagagli e gli asciugami; questi ultimi sono stati portati dopo diversi solleciti e alcuni erano anche macchiati; le valigie ce le siamo dovuti andare a prendere in reception. In generale, manca organizzazione. Ho usufruito del servizio spa, massaggio ok ma lo staff non parlava bene inglese. Kit bagno molto misero per un 5 stelle

La falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Tuvimos que pedir que nos limpiaran la mampara de ducha llena de pelos largos negros del anterior cliente. Las toallas tardaron en llegar y estaban viejas y con hilos colgando. La habitación nos la dieron mucho tiempo después de la hora de check in porque no la tenían preparada. El desayuno bastante malo en calidad: zumo aguado, no tenían leche con chocolate para desayunar, comida fría…Es un hotel caro y no puede permitir este tipo de fallos. Una decepción muy grande de hotel. Solo vale su ubicación.

Prachtig hotel aan het water in Labuan Bajo. Alles was netjes verzorgd. Het zwembad met infinity pool was heerlijk. Als je wat nodig had werd je goed geholpen. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en probeerde het je echt naar de zin te maken. Kamer met zeezicht had het airportvervoer erbij in. Ook dat was super. Mijn dochter heeft een glutenallergie en is vegan en in het restaurant gingen ze daar goed mee om. Er werd steeds wat voor haar gemaakt.

Er waren wat weinig ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Maar goed, er is ook niet zo veel ruimte voor bedjes

The wall on the balcony blocking half the view is annoying. There is a fair bit of noise from events downstairs.

Very poor service throughout, dirty floors, overflowing bins, no shade at the pool, took an hour to bring the luggage to the room, no hot water, no towels. There are clearly not enough staff as the service was extremely slow.

This was my second stay here and this time they upgraded our room so it was a big improvement.

The service was still slow but the sea view room was a huge improvement on the street view room, which had no hot water, a dirty floors, no towels. The sea room view was lovely so it is worth paying the extra.

Location was fabulous, right on the harbour, great views to the sea. Just be aware higher priced rooms face the sea, lower priced rooms face a shopping strip wall. No view really unless you're on the higher floors. Shops all close by. At night select a fresh seafood to be cooked and served to your table at the fish markets for dinner for an authentic Labuan Bajo experience.

Breakfast was ok, food tepid to lukewarm, but they did heat up the waffles for me when I asked which made them piping hot and yummy. Yoghurt and fruit room temperature. Needs to be refrigerated not left in the sun. (Another Indo hotel had such things in the fridge and you took them from the fridge so tasted nice, cool and fresh)

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 3028 pour deux nuits. Pas de serviettes de toilette, un peignoir pour deux, pas de tapis de bain... Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 3038 pour une nuit au retour de la croisière Komodo... Toujours pas de serviettes, ni de tapis de bain, un seul peignoir... Une attente de 40 minutes sans aucune compensation... La salle de bain était limite niveau propreté...les vitres traces de main, moustiques écrasés....le meuble du mini bar dégradé... Les services ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles...la vue ne fait pas tout. L'accumulation d'erreur sur deux séjours indique une vraie problématique de gestion du personnel. Je pense que le manager devrait faire un point rapide avec ses équipes. Il n'est pas normal d'attendre 40 min, de ne pas avoir de serviettes de toilette de façon systématique et il n'est pas normal que la propreté ne soit pas impeccable dans un 5 étoiles. J'ai été particulièrement déçue de l'expérience alors que ça devait être "l'hôtel de notre voyage".

Oui pour l'emplacement et la vue si vous prenez une chambre avec vue sur la mer.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans deux chambres différentes car entre temps nous faisions une croisière Komodo de 3 jours et deux nuits. Dans les deux cas : pas de serviettes de bain, pas de tapis de bain, et un seul peignoir pour deux. Nous avons eu la chambre 3028 où la vue était parfaite et la chambre 3038 où la vue est un peu en décalée, mais un meuble un peu dégradé, une attente de 40 min pour avoir la chambre qui aurait dû être prête à 15h... Une propreté très moyenne, traces de main et doigts sur les vitres, moustiques écrasés, cheveux laissés dans la douche... Les services ne correspondent pas au prix et au classement 5 étoiles. C'est dommage car l'hôtel est parfaitement situé. Si l'organisation était mieux gérée cela serait un paradis. J'espère que le manager prendra la mesure que la propreté, la ponctualité, et les serviettes et tapis de bain ne se négocient pas à la baisse dans un établissement de luxe.
