We had an excellent stay at Le Parisis and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely perfect — only around a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. We also drove to Paris, and the hotel’s underground car park was a huge bonus. You do need to reserve a parking space in advance, but it was definitely worth it. The spaces are nice and big, which made parking much easier, and the secure underground car park gave us peace of mind. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely perfect. If you’re booking, try to get Room 64 — the view is fantastic and really made our stay extra special. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Great location, lovely room, convenient and secure parking, and a beautiful view of Paris. We’d happily stay at Le Parisis again! 🇫🇷🗼

Nein, damit bin ich nicht einverstanden. Ich werde die Angelegenheit nun einem Anwalt übergeben und rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Wir haben keine einzige Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht. Uns wurde ausdrücklich zugesagt, dass der vollständige Betrag zurücküberwiesen wird. Eine lediglich teilweise Rückerstattung akzeptiere ich daher nicht. Gerade auch im Hinblick darauf, dass ich bereits zahlreiche Buchungen über Sie durchgeführt habe, bin ich von diesem Umgang mit der Angelegenheit sehr enttäuscht. Sollte der vollständige Betrag nicht wie zugesagt zurückerstattet werden, werde ich die Forderung über meine Rechtsschutzversicherung anwaltlich geltend machen und gegebenenfalls einklagen.

We were touched by the hotel’s warm welcome with some macaroons and a personalized hand written welcome note in a table with the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower by the window. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and the staff is pleasantly nice.

Breakfast is fine but the same everyday.

Lovely location and nice atmosphere

Felt really overpriced for what it was and the level of quality. Sauna was the reason we booked, and twice this wasn’t properly setup by the staff when we booked to use it. Very disappointed considering they had assured us on the first failed attempt they were sorry and would ensure it was ready. We therefore had to abandon using it at all. Breakfast also felt basic and not enough tables for people to sit, considering the price per night. Service was also poor (clearing tables etc)

It is in a great location - walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. A free gym and sauna which can be booked for private use. Room service is also included.

Great hotel in a brilliant location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower, with the metro right next to it. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was top notch. There is limited parking, but if you book in advance it shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, a really good hotel at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again

The only small thing I’d pick on was the Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t very strong, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund bekam ein extra liebevolles personalisiertes Willkommenspaket. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, die nur über einen Autoaufzug erreichbar ist. Mit Dachbox war dies kein Problem (Max. Höhe 1,90m). Unsere Suite hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Eiffelturm. Absolut empfehlenswert!

L’accueil, les petites attentions comme l’eau et le café, la vue sur la Tour Eiffel, le confort du lit et plutôt calme si les voisins sont aussi respectueux.

Very clean and very helpful staff

The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location was great - we had a lovely view of the Eiffel tower as shown in the pictures. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable.

The fridge in the room could be a little bigger.

This was one of the nicest hotels Ive ever stayed at. Staff was friendly and attentive from the moment of arrival. Cool view of the Eiffel Tower.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were there for two nights in July and really enjoyed our stay. There were some lovely touches including a small plate of macrons to welcome us on their Independence Day and the following day we returned to find some refreshing foot and leg gel both accompanied with lovely hand written notes. The breakfast buffet was a lovely spread with a wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel was very comfortable and felt “homely” in the best sense of the word whilst still maintaining a clean professional environment. The staff were polite and helpful if approached but otherwise unobtrusive and efficient. We will happily stay again if we are in Paris.

stairs going down into hotel was difficult to manage with luggage (senior 70 yo) however staff did assist and got luggage into room for us upon arrival. Just not on exit, however we did not ask for assistance either.

Really lovely views of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent breakfast, with nice variety of choices. Staff was lovely and spoke really great English.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive. They even surprised me for my birthday with a balloon and a lovely card at my room door. Such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay extra special. Highly recommended!

This hotel was perfectly placed for us in the Eiffel district, the room was quiet despite over looking the main street and train line. The room was very clean with comfortable bed and good amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke reasonably English. It was ideal to see the Eiffel Tower from our room.

The room wasn’t available for suggested 3pm check in, we had to wait about 20 mins for it to be ready. They did provide a complimentary drink and lounge seating as assistance.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was truly exceptional. They gave me a warm welcome when I arrived early in the morning and even went out of their way to arrange an early check-in. It is also very conveniently located, only a 2-minute walk from Dupleix Station on Metro Line 6. The breakfast was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris!

The staff were so friendly, they were thoughtful in that they left a gel on our bed to help our feet and legs after all the walking. The view of Eiffel Tower was amazing. And it was close to metros for getting around too

A very pleasant stay with anice small hotel atmosphere. All the staff was very friendly. We had a view for the Eiffel and originally we were concerned if "the view would not be sufficient" - we were pleasantly mistaken ☺️ Nice small touches, that big hotel brands lack - like small daily handwritten notes by the staff were very appreciated.

It has a very beautiful eating area for breakfast. The staff was very nice, and they tried their best to be accommodating.

Although, everyone is nice, the property seems to be slightly short staffed, so it took a long time to get some things that we needed.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een fijne kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren.

The location is perfect! It’s a 1 minute walk away from the metro whoch is amazing and a good walk away from the Eiffel tower. Atmosphere was very calm. The rooms are really nice. I got the room on the 6th floor it was lovely. The value was also perfect for everything i was getting. And it was quite clean. So overall an enjoyable stay. The reception is really nice poeple. Thank you for a nice stay.

While celebrating my birthday weekend in Paris and attending the Bad Bunny Concert, I stayed at the Le Parisis Hotel. It was perfectly located near the Eiffel Tower and many eating locations. The Seine River is just a 7-minute walk. The hotel was boutique-style and was just right. My room had a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was helpful with info and always accessible.

Location

The hotel offers an underground parking garage, but don’t expect a conventional entrance. Access is via a car elevator, which felt quite small and did not inspire confidence, so I chose not to use it. Finding street parking in the surrounding area is also extremely difficult, so the hotel is better suited for guests traveling without a car.

It’s very welcoming, clean and tidy, nice bar and breakfast area, very good selection for breakfast.

The lift was a bit hit and miss.

The property is centrally located and you can see the Eiffel owner from the room. 2 train stations less then 500 metres away

What the reviews do tell you is that the hotel is next to a train station meaning the beautiful Eiffel town view comes with a price of morning sunshine through the curtains and noise from the training.

Booked Le Parisis for a 4 night stay in Paris, as we knew the area and wanted somewhere reasonably priced and close to the river and the main museums and of course the Eiffel Tower! We got upgraded to a Tower view room which was a bonus. All the staff we met during our 5 days there were really lovely and so friendly and helpful. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries too. The elevated metro track in front of the hotel didn't disturb us at all as the windows are quite sound proof and if you want a view of the Eiffel Tower, then the train track and any muffled noise from it, comes with that view! We would definitely stay at this hotel again for our next visit, mainly for it's super convenient location and the lovely staff.

مكان لا يصلح ان يكون فندق غرف صغيرة جدا وممرات صغيرة احساس بالضيق فى كل مكان لا ينطبق علية فندق اربع نجوم هو اقل من شقة مفروشة ولا اعرف كيف هناك تقيمات 9 درجات لهذا المكان الغير جيد وانصح اى انسان يقوم بالتقيم ان يتقى الله فى ارائة لانها سبب لجلب السؤ للاخرين

The hotel was very clean and the personal touches were appreciated. From handwritten notes from the room service staff to complimentary robes, slippers, television welcome screen, coffee and water. The biggest praise has to go to Jonathan who worked the night shift. He was accommodating and extremely friendly, taking pictures of us, helping select the right drinks and making a mocktail for my daughter. Thank you Jonathan for making our stay extra special.

We had a lovely stay. Will certainly return to this hotel. Excellent location. Spacious room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. View of Eiffle Tower from the room was spectacular. Very welcoming & friendly staff. Regular & timely communication. Room was always very clean. The unexpected foot & leg relief at the end of a long day walking in DLP was amazing.
