Es un edificio precioso, super buen gusto para la decoración. En un lugar super tranquilo. Ha sido una experiencia super agradable, todo el personal encantador y el desayuno en la terraza es un lujo. Sin duda para repetir.

Les parties communes de l'hôtel situées dans un ancien palais ont un charme fou, le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix est excellent, copieux et varié, on peut le prendre sur la charmante terrasse couverte. Notre chambre donnant sur le jardin, avec clim et mini réfrigérateur, était très calme. Tout le personnel est très sympathique. Bref, c'est un hôtel où on a envie de rester plusieurs jours.

La voiture est indispensable car il n'y a aucun commerce proche.

Amazing looking palace! We really enjoyed our stay, but it was mostly due to great recommendations by the hotel lobby staff. We used the place only to sleep and were not for there for the majority of the day, but the little time we did spend, it met our needs. Comfy, clean, friendly staff.

Hotel met karakter en sfeer. Uitstekende service en een leuke locatie

Als ik dan iets moet noemen was het bed voor mijn rug minder aangenaam. Dit is wel omdat ik rugklachten heb, bijna geen enkel bed is nu aangenaam.

The hotel is a beautiful old building. There is great parking and a nice little courtyard with a pool. The breakfast is amazing, with a beautiful sheltered outside to eat at. The staff at the property was extremely kind and helpful.

We were here during the heatwave (7 days of 37 degrees) and choose the hotel because they advertised having air-conditioning. The first room we get the air-conditioning only worked at 20% and couldn't be changed. The room was uncomfortably warm so we asked for a new room. We got it, but here the air-conditioning was installed the wrong way around, like a radiator on floor level. This also couldn't keep the room cool. We ended up buying our own fan in town to be able to sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Novello in Montichiari. Everything was perfect! The room was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and beautifully kept. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and everything we could have wished for. The receptionist and the entire staff were also very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Palazzo Novello to others!

Hotel in posizione molto comoda per visitare Brescia e tutte le zone del lago di Garda. Antica villa molto ben tenuta ,camera molto curata ampia e bagno con tutto ciò che si necessita . Colazione ottima sia salta che dolce . Personale molto gentile e disponibile . Grande parcheggio gratuito. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

Schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Montichiari in diesem Hotel - und bestimmt nicht der Letzte! Hier passt einfach alles. Gut, es ist kein Grand Hotel, aber ein sehr gepflegtes, gediegenes und sehr außergewöhnliches Hotel mit viel Stil und wunderschönen Zimmern. Besonders schön: dass es in einem komplett renovierten Palazzo ist, mit großzügigen Zimmern. Unseres hatte noch die originalen (restaurierten) Wandmalereien. Und die Betten sind superbequem! Schönes Badezimmer mit wirklich heißem Wasser (was man auch nicht mehr überall findet) und eine wirklich gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war wunderbar! Auch gut ist der im Innenhof liegende Parkplatz, der nachts mit einem riesigen schweren Portal verschlossen wird. Man erhält einen Code, mit dem das Tor elektrisch öffnet. Das Auto steht somit sicher! Alles in allem: ein wunderschönes Hotel!

Da gibt es wirklich nichts zu bemängeln!

Un antico palazzo, un tuffo nel passato, un Honesty-Bar dove ci si serve da soli e si segna cosa si è preso, un gazebo illuminato la sera da mille lucine, una piscina lunga e stretta, un'ottima colazione, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e personale molto gentile....cosa chiedere di più?

De entree van het hotel was al zeer mooi! Je hebt privé parkeerplekken binnen een mooie historische poort. Uit de auto gestapt werd alles nog mooier. Het hotel is net een kasteeltje uit een sprookje. Alsof je voor een dag een prins of prinses bent. Van binnen is het hotel net een museum. Mooie muurbeschilderingen, de inrichting, alles klopt! Personeel is super lief. Het ontbijt was uitmuntend goed. De manier van opdienen, de keuze, versgebakken broodjes en taartjes. We gingen het heen 10, maar een 11. Zeker een aanrader om terug te komen!

War alles perfekt,vom freundlichen empfang bis hin zum sauberen zimmer das alles hatte was es braucht.Es ist echt ein wahrhaft wunderbares Anwesen.Und die lage ist ausgezrichnet.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden,auch mit dem Frühstück.

Very elegant hotel in an antique building that has been refurbished to accomodate hotel guests. We were upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. The room also has a sauna, walk in small closet and very well kept facilities. The hotel also had a very nice concept. Its a lounge where you can serve yourself drinks and bites and assign it to the room bill. The hotel also has a nice car park, a lovely garden and breakfast lounge.

The hotel has a 10:30am checkout time which is very strict however they can accomodate later checkouts depending on availability. If your visiting the lake the location is not bad but it is 20/25min away.

O hotel gentilmente fez um upgrade do quarto porque eu estava celebrando o meu aniversário. O quarto era maravilhoso, tinha inclusive uma sauna seca privada e hidro. Tudo Limpo, perfumado e na temperatura ideal. Cuidado em cada detalhe.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo.

We were put into rooms 101 & 102 wich are the rooms close to the kitchen/bfast area so our three year old was woken up at 6:30 am with loud banging noise. Unfortunally the only drawback to our stay but everything else was perfect !

Very nice accomodation, nice room, very authentic architecture. Also the breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. There was a celebration in the city the day we arrived so we went to that.

Radiator in shower is a bad idea...rusty... pool outside a bit small.

Staying in a historic castle was a unique and memorable experience. The building, decorations, and atmosphere were beautiful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast despite its simplicity

The air conditioning in the larger rooms was too weak and couldn’t cool the room properly. It would also be helpful to provide a kettle in every room, and unfortunately the coffee machine was out of service during our stay, leaving us without an easy option for hot drinks.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette bâtisse ancienne et notre chambre très calme et pleine de charme. La présence d’un parking (gratuit)dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner était top avec de bons produits. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Le lieu porte magnifiquement son nom: Palace. Lieu vraiment hors du commun. Au calme, tout y est de style. La photo visible ci-dessus correspond à l’escalier d’entrée.

El hotel está ubicado en una antigua casa/palacio reformado y el lugar impresiona mucho por la arquitectura y el ambiente. El interior mantiene muy bien la estética histórica y tiene mucho encanto. El desayuno es completo, variado y de buena calidad. También valoramos mucho que el hotel disponga de parking propio, algo muy cómodo en la zona. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Las duchas están con muy buena presión y temperatura del agua, y las toallas son grandes y de buena calidad. La cama doble también resultó cómoda.

Hay que tener en cuenta que el pueblo está situado en una zona bastante industrial y el hotel se encuentra cerca de la entrada desde la carretera principal. Aunque el ruido no es excesivo, sí se percibe el tráfico. Nosotros habíamos solicitado dos habitaciones dobles juntas, con vistas y alejadas del ruido. Las habitaciones que nos tocaron estaban en la última planta (ático), a la que hay que subir con maletas, ya que el hotel no dispone de ascensor. Aunque las habitaciones eran espaciosas, al estar bajo el tejado tenían ventanas muy pequeñas y prácticamente sin vistas. Por eso, no todas las habitaciones ofrecen la misma sensación de amplitud y luminosidad que las zonas comunes del hotel. Las camas individuales de nuestros hijos resultaron bastante incómodas.

Pidimme kovasti tästä hotellista. Rakennus on vanha ja vaikuttava sisältäen paljon hienoja yksityiskohtia. Puutarha oli kivasti laitettu ja sisäpihalla oli tilava parkkialue autolle. Huoneemme oli erikoisen muotoinen, mutta viihtyisä. Huoneesta löytyi jääkaappi, ilmastointi ja moderni TV (jota harvoin näillä kulmilla näkee). Henkiökunta oli mukavaa ja ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli yksi parhaista, mitä viikon mittaisella Italian kierroksella saimme. Kaupunki vieressä oli katsomisen arvoinen. Miten näin pienessä kylässä voikin olla niin hieno katedraali.

Ei valittamista minkään suhteen. Huonetta 402 ei voi suositella huonojalkaiselle vanhan palatsin tiukkojen kiviportaiden vuoksi. Isojen ja painavien laukkujen roudaaminen huoneeseen vaatii kohtalaista kuntoa.
