La ubicación teniendo en cuenta que quería algo cerca de la 85. La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda, sin embargo, las escaleras se me hicieron incómodas.

Las escaleras del edificio se me hacen peligrosas.

There is major construction taking place directly in front of the hotel. The noise in the room was extremely loud, it felt as if there were no windows or walls, as the sound passed straight through. When we asked the property staff about it, they said the construction was from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is not an acceptable explanation, as it meant we could not rest during those hours despite having booked the room for the entire day. In addition, machines were running throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. We were later told that the construction started over a year ago, yet the property failed to inform us in advance. As a result, we had to change hotels and submitted a complaint, but we are still waiting for an official response from the property manager. I would not recommend booking this property.

Ha cambiado la persona encargada. Compré en Booking una habitación grande con cocina. Al llegar me dieron una pequeña son cocina. Me costó una discusión muy desagradable conseguir que me dieran la habitación que había pagado. Voy a menudo a Bogotá y siempre me quedaba en este hotel. No voy a volver.

No microwave / air fryer. One or the other to heat food would be nice. No decent knife to cut stuff with. Price is pretty high to not have those two accessories. And this isn’t their fault, but there is a massive construction project 20 feet from the building. You need ear plugs if you don’t wake up by 0730. This should’ve reduced the price significantly during the construction. I stayed for a month and was mostly satisfied. Good people.

No staff at premises. Everything I needed to communicate by phone, internet,WhatsApp to speak to customer service. Very hard to do check in for elderly and no chance to check in a little earlier when the room is available, like in my case. Imagine someone who doesn’t have access to internet or doesn’t know how to use it it’s horrible.

Nice room and bathroom, comfortable, friendly staff

Ask for the code for the door in advance, we waited at the door since no one was there. Luckily not too long!

La atención de la señora que nos recibió fue excelente, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia y el lugar muy bien ubicado.

La hora de la salida es a las 11:00 a.m y en la mayoría de hosspedajes es hasta las 12 o 1 ....muy mal y si deseas o necesitas quedarte hasta mas tarde te cobran adicional.

Ce n'est pas un Hotel mais une mise a disposition de chambre dans un batiment, il n'y a pas de réception et de service associé, l'acces aux chambres se fait par des dispositifs à code et reconnaissance faciale. La chambre n'avait pas de vue: petites fenetres situées trés en hauteur et donnant sur d'autres batiments. Pas d'ascenceur.

Al ser habitación en el último piso, en la noche se escucha ruidos al parecer denll techo. El proceso de chek in, es importante conocer alguna instrucciones anttes de la llegada, entonces dejar mas claro el canal de comunicación

La habitacion excelente, la verdad me he quedado en hoteles del sector un poco mas costosos y otros mas económicos, pero este tiene una privacidad especial, me encantó, la habitación es grande, cómoda y limpia, super recomendado.

La ubicacion es just amazing se puede caminar y es seguro. 100% se los recomiendo.

Walking distance to many restaurants. Clean inside . Maid did a very good job.

No wash clothes to clean your body only towels . The towels were very small . No shampoo and the soap was very cheap . No microwave and no oven. No staff on site . The cleaning person is the only one you see once a day . Checking in is awkward . The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the bathroom was pretty small . There are some homeless people kind of hanging around the outside of the property sometimes .

It is a good size apartment in a very good location, walkable to andino centre and all the restaurants around there. Bed was comfortable and there was a tv.

I had booked the apartment expecting to have a kitchen, obviously I had booked a room which didn’t include this which was frustrating. There were some hairs on the floor/ bedding from a previous guest. It feels a bit boxed in with only small windows. Noise from the local exercise class is very loud.

The location is absolutely perfect. You stay in the upscale part of the city with shopping malls with all the exclusive brands and lots of nice restaurants, shops, cafe’s and buzzing nightlife. The place was clean and everything was great. The host is super nice and answer quickly if you have any questions.

Rooms can be noisy, both from external Ouse and noise between rooms. The beds are very firm and everything such as checkin, questions done via phone.

Location was great. I booked it and checked in on very short notice after missing my flight, which was quick and easy.

The location was pretty good, and the check-in system was modern. The room was comfortable and clean.

The shower was not working well, I did not have enough water the first night and it was super cold. Next day, I had some more water and that was good. Also, the walls were thin, and I could hear the noise on the street and some neighbors. And, I had to pay a fee for being Colombian. I would like for next time; they show the list of nationalities that should pay that fee.

People in another room were loud late at night and I had to tell them to turn down music. Communication was not good before checking in and about ride to airport. When I did reach the boss he was very helpful and sent people to help.

Comfortable bed and clean room in a good location near to Zona Rosa

Poor communication from owner. We sent our estimated arrival time in the booking dot com app and when we got there we had to register via a web link to get facial recognition for access to the property as there's no staff there. These details could have been sent 24-48 hours before so we could deal with it at home and not stood outside in the rain waiting for the owner to send the links via WhatsApp. Additionally, Bogota has 9 districts and each day one of the districts has the water cut off so there's no water to shower or flush the toilet and we didn't know about this till 21:45pm the evening before it was being cut off at 08:00am the next day. It would have been useful to know this in advance so that we could plan alternative accommodation. Finally, we spent 3 nights at the accommodation and the owner didn't make any attempt to organize payment so I thought it would all be contactless and payment made using the card details put into booking dot com like our other accommodation in Colombia did. We checked out, flew to our next destination and it was only after lunch time on check out day that the owner asked if we were going to pay by cash or card. Given we had already flown to Medellin it would have to be card and thankfully he was able to send us a link to do so.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable enough. It was easy to check in even late. The personnel very nice, helpful, and friendly. Good location close to restaurants and in a safe area and quiet at night.

The bathroom was tiny. The door of the room would not hold any sound. You could hear people talking, the sound of the doors unlocking etc. Not easy for those with light sleep.

The location is great and the host was very nice, we had to wait an hour to be able to check in because no one was there, then the host upgraded us to a better room. Everything was clean and they provided room service every day. I think is a good value for the money you pay, don’t expect luxury accommodation

I didn't like that there was one glass in a bedroom for 2 people I didn't like that there was no interaction one to one with the staff. Meaning in person.

Great location, clean and polite people

We had a problem with the door of our bathroom but the staff was very helpful in providing a solution. Staff was also very responsive and flexible concerning leaving luggage and flexible checkout. Great location, close to zona T, parque virrey and not to far from parque 63.
