Riad with 3 Swimming Pools

Great location. Around 20min walk to the main medina. Very clean property. There were a few restaurants on site which did lovely traditional Moroccan breakfasts. The pizzas in one of them were very good! There is also a shop and it’s open very late. Taxi very easy to come by and there was always someone there. Cost around 80-100MAD. One thing I would mention is that local taxi drivers weren’t sure on the address. We took a picture of the sign to the entrance which when we showed taxi drivers they knew exactly where to go. Very chilled environment which we were thankful for after a busy day exploring. Would definitely recommend here. There was a hairdryer but we couldn’t get it to work as it wasn’t a European plug. Not a problem but maybe bring one if you visit. There are lots of cats aswell! We loved them! Very cute and we’re no problem!

The swimming pool is very very busy! We visited in the height of the summer and it’s not open on Fridays which we already knew about. There are 3 pools. 1 which is shallower for smaller kids. 1 that is for bigger kids and 1 for adults only. Very few sunbeds. It wasn’t very relaxing and only used 3 times during our week stay. The local children were very wild with lots of splashing and jumping in aggressively which is fine but there were still smaller children in the pool. Lifeguards didn’t seem too bothered with them behaving like they did. Children weren’t allowed in the adult pool at all even if they just sat on the side which was a shame.

Beautiful authentic Moroccan style, clean and well equipped we had a great base for a Marrakesh adventure

The property itself its faultless the only thing I would forwarn guest about is that there are residential homes near by, we came for a girls trip and didn’t feel like it was appropriate for loud parties, late nights and had to cover up whilst walking around which is fair enough as it is an Islamic country anyway

Het was een heerlijk groot en schoon huis, net buiten de Medina. Je kan het lopen maar als het warm is is een taxi fijner.

De zwembaden zijn heel lekker, alleen wel druk en niet echt bedjes om te liggen. Maar prima om even af te koelen na een bezoek aan de medina.

The property is lovely, great size, comfortable, well decorated and clean.

The location was further that expected and the big disappointment was the pools that were more like neighbourhoods pool with lots of screaming children and metal Sun loungers in the shade. Couldn’t use the pool as it was really not a relaxing space. Missing a few basics like hairdryer.

Le manque d’information à l’arrivée par la propriétaire! Elle est juste passée récupérer les frais de séjour sans nous dire où se trouvait les équipements que je n’ai pas trouvé par la suite. Simplement dire au client ou se trouve les chose prend 10mn .

Het ontbijt was prima, de accommodatie was heel goed en op een goede plek in Marrakesh, Veel dingen van die we hebben gezien was op loopafstand. De taxi's zijn niet duur.

Als je met een gids gaat spreek dan goed van tevoren af wat je gaat doen.

Le lavabo très petit sinon tout est magnifique

Perfect voor een gezin. Drie badkamers en de Riad is heel mooi ingericht. Heerlijk afkoelen en bijkomen in de zwembaden die ik korte afstand van het huis liggen. Een rustpunt in het mooie en drukke Marakech. Een heerlijk ontbijt serveren ze voor een klein bedrag.

Beautiful interior, great location with useful shops and cafes within the compound. It felt very safe and easy going.

The kitchen was basic and didn't have many utensils. It was fine for preparing a basic breakfast or snacks but cooking more involved meals wouldn't be possible. It wasn't a problem for us as we ate in the cafe's.

Beautiful interior, the riad is located in a gated community with plenty of places to buy groceries and enjoy a meal. There was a small family owned restaurant just around the corner which had amazing traditional food.

Beautiful stay, exactly like pictures.

Gorgeous. Comfortable. A real gem. Was so relaxing. Such a safe neighborhood. Had everything you needed nearby. The hose arranged for locally home-cooked meals for dinner which were such a treat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Quite a large and spacious apartment, each room on its own floor. There is a small kitchenette, I would just like local tea in the apartments. Quiet complex with shops and restaurants. Taxis are in the complex itself. Close to the old town. Communication with the owners is fast and pleasant.

Very cold pools even when it's +29 outside. There's nowhere to sit or lie down by the pools.

Property is on good & secure location.

I didn’t feel any negative about the property. Everything was to my expectation.

The neighbor is secured by entrance control. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and barbers etc. It's better than Medina where can be chaos and expensive. My kids love the new born kitties in the neighborhood.

The 1st line lady doesn't speak English and is not eager to help us. This is different from our previous Booking.com experience. The 1st night was terrible. Somebody else was asked to lead us in, but he doesn't know the house. We had to look for the items and can't get immediate help. Out of hot water, no usable hairdryer, laundry all over the place because the rack is missing. After figuring out a lot by ourselves the rest of the days were better. Concrete suggestions: rack for drying clothes (you said you have), bags for trash can, detergent--these are all small investments that can improve customer experience. Also don't come before the notified leaving time--this makes people feel you want them to go.

The sunbeds needed replacing

Buena ubicación, el lugar estaba limpio, es muy bonito, una habitación por planta con su propio baño( en la primera planta una habitación con camas, en la segunda otra habitación doble con aseo propio, tercera planta cama matrimonio con baño propio, una planta extra con azotea

La recepción, no estuvieron dando vueltas para llegar hasta el por qué el dueño tiene más de una vivienda ahí,nos mandaron a la primera vivienda la cual ya estaba alquilada,hablo con la mánager y no responde a lo que volvemos a la recepción y nos mandan a otra calle que sin más, cuando consigo hablar con la manager, nos recibe bien pero con cierta mala actitud como si fuera culpa nuestra que nos manden a pasear, en general un 8/10, por lo demás muy buena experiencia y recomendado

The property is equipped with basic necessities, there are cafes nearby, shops and pharmacy inside the villa which is very convenient. The host was very accommodating and responds to our concerns immediately.

A bit of a distance from tourist attractions, although we booked for a taxi to take us around who was very kind and friendly.

The Riad was lovely and spacious, each room had an en suite and air conditioner. Located reasonably close to the medina/center (50-100 MAD taxi). The area is gated so only approved traffic is allowed in which limits the free flow of cars and motorbikes reducing pollution and noise. A few local cafes and shops where you can buy essentials (eggs, water, fruit etc). Taxi drivers are usually waiting at the gate so it's easy to go anywhere. Many cats and kittens in the local area which my kids enjoyed.

The floors were a little dirty so we wore shoes inside. The lighting in the Riad is very dark so it's hard to read a book or cook in the kitchen. The pools are not heated so were quite cold even in 29 degree heat. It was quite noisy at night, the local cafe had their television blaring late into the night. We also had neighbors making noise through the night. The food at the local cafes was pretty bad so we needed to get a taxi to dinner every night.

Das Riad war über mehrere Etagen sehr großzügig und äußerst stilvoll gestaltet. Die kostenlose mögliche Nutzung der Poolanlage (nicht beheizt, als wir da waren) hinter dem Haus, war ein weiteres Highlight. Alles war sehr sauber, die Umgebung durch ein bewachtes Gelände sehr behütet. In der Nacht war es ruhig, die Betten waren sehr bequem. In die Medina konnte man bequem und sicher mit einem Taxi gefahren werden. (Preis verhandelbar!) Auf dem Gelände befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Cafés und kleine Läden für das Nötigste.

Les piscines sont pour des enfants qui habitent dans des appartements et jouent dedans. 3 piscines !!! C'est plus tôt pour attirer le monde. C'est une place pour rester 1-2 jours, ne pas évidant vivre longtemps.

Beautiful house, beautifully laid with roof terrace. All rooms ensuite. Supermarkets, shops and a range of cafes within residence area. Great pool. You need to take your security slip from arrival and a card to get in.

très bon petit déjeuner et très copieux. hôtesse très gentille et disponible, répondait instantanément. riad agréable. des restaurants et épiceries dans la résidence. on peut aussi commander ses excursions dans la résidence. piscines agréables et à proximité ( mieux vaut y aller le matin et fermeture le vendredi). excentré du centre donc prévoir de prendre les taxi pour se déplacer. prévoir un maximum d'espèces car peu de commerces acceptent la carte bleu. Très bonne expérience, à recommander.

revoir la connexion internet car n'avons pas pu profiter des plateformes telles netflix prévoir un grille pain et des lampes de chevet pour pouvoir lire le soir

The riad is very pretty, in a secure urbanisation and the manager, Khadija, is helpful and friendly.

All 3 bedrooms have Aircon but only 1 has a new unit that works properly, an LG unit. The other two barely function. The floor and the kitchen was dirty on our arrival. One bathroom window was broken, and hanging down open, so we had to cover the window with a towel when we showered so that the windows opposite were obscured. The urbanisation was OK - it's actually a residential complex so the pool was jammed every day with unsupervised children. 3 young boys also knocked on our door one evening begging for money.

About 10-15 minute drive to every thing.

Pool area was very busy with local children living in complex, no sun beds or area to sit.

Gorgeous spacious Riad. 5 middle age ladies had a fabulous time. Felt very safe, shops and cafes just a few metres away. ATM on site. Easy to get taxis and picked up for trips. Area is like a tourist village. Lovely pools and very friendly people. Had breakfast served in our Riad.

WiFi wasn’t the best but it didn’t really matter as we had data.

We chose this location and property for our last night so we could unwind from our long trip to the Atlas Mountains and mergouza desert. The property was spotless and simply breathtaking. The three pools were amazing, and the children loved it.

Absolutely beautiful Riad! We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy and there was good communication throughout. The beds were comfortable, it’s well air conditioned, and the rooftop is gorgeous at sunset.

The shower pressure was low and they could do with supplying more toilet paper and basic seasonings for the kitchen (salt). But these are all minimal things.

It's big with 3 level for 4 of us. I like the style too.

First, the staff couldn't understand English and I needed to wait for a long time for her reply. I needed to translate my message to French and sent to her and waited and waited. Finally got her reply, I needed to translate her messages to English by myself. Sometimes she replied English, but with errors. Second, the pillow case which I slept on is dirty with black marks. The toilet in our bedroom is quite noisy. All the toilets are a bit smelly. the bed and the bed linens are quite old.

It's beautiful and so spacious.

I specifically asked the owner if the swimming pools would be open and I was told yes and they weren't. This is one of the main reasons I booked this accomodation so that was very disappointing.

Property was well presented.

The name of the property is deceiving. The property is in a big complex and the complex has a swimming pool on the other side. Need atleast two keys. Language was a problem as the person who did the check-in could only speak French.

We booked A 3 floor house with a room in every floor and a living room in the ground floor. The site was a bit far from the Madina and around 9 minutes away on a taxi. The village itself have all the required amenities: grocery, pools, basic restaurants and even a salon. I loved how spacious the house was and the price was fair

We needed to wait quite awhile to get a permit for entering the village. If you pay at the property have the money in cash as they don’t accept card. There is a nearby ATM inside the village

The safety

Very spacious, stylish and clean. Located on a secure compound with security, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Not much other than that it’s a little far from the medina - 30 min walk or a 10/15 min taxi.

My stay at this accommodation was truly fantastic! The space was even more beautiful and charming than in the photos – such a pleasant surprise! It is located in a well-secured residential complex, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The peace and privacy were perfectly balanced. An extra delightful surprise was the cats that often sat by the door. As a cat lover, I found this to be an adorable and cozy touch! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to others.

The house was very clean and accessible. We also loved the Moroccan aesthetic of it without mention that the swimming pools it was just 5mnts far 😊.

We had.a wonderful experience at this Riad and can't wait to go back. It is the ideal home away from home. The owner made every effort to upgrade the facility to gorgeous high Moroccan design standards. The place was very clean and welcoming. Many thanks to the great staff! Also, it is located in a beautiful compound offering excursion services, cafes and other shops for basics, and has a high spirited welcoming community of locals and international residents and visitors.

The riad was in an immaculate condition, with ample space and well-maintained facilities. Situated in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it offers a tranquil environment for relaxation. The complex is surrounded by friendly locals, and there are shops and cafes just a few meters away. Additionally, a masjid is conveniently located nearby, allowing for easy access to religious services. The complex provides excellent security and ample parking space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and all rooms were equipped with efficient air conditioning systems.

Big modern riad in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood. Nicely decorated, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Very good value for money. Restaurants, cafes and mini markets close to the property.

The access to the communal swimming pools was one of the main reasons for choosing this property, to keep our kids entertained between visits in the busy medina. When we arrived we found out that the pools were actually closed because of ramadan - which makes sense - but we would have expected to be told at the time of booking. Disappointing!

The apartment is stunning, in a wonderful area and a secure compound with shops and restaurants. You can boom excursions from the compound or on the Internet. The rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Lounge area is huge and the coffee machine was used alot lol. Staff were so helpful

Honestly this place was more than what we needed

It was accessible and convenient with shops and restaurants at the premises. The place was beautiful and very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The house is in a secure complex which has a shop, a couple of restaurants, a hair dresser I think, and some other services. Which is very convenient. The pools are a couple of mins walk away and we had a pool to ourselves. Everything in the complex was cash only from what I could tell and there is no ATM. Euro is happily accepted everywhere so bring that to get you through the first day and pay for the airport transfer but you do need to plan around the fact that the nearest ATM is about 10 mins walk away. The restaurants in the complex are cheap and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The house itself is as described. All good. The WiFi isn’t the best if you need to do anything serious but tbh I didn’t expect anything else. The Medina is about 20 mins walk away with an ATM on the way. The major restaurants in there take credit card. In summary we stayed in a nice house in a quiet and secure area with an easy walk into the Medina for all the madness that goes with that. The host organised airport transfer so it was all easy.

Interesting type of house with ample space and privacy, every bedroom has it’s bathroom, washing machine is provided. There are few small restaurants and grocery shops near the apartment. Complex has security at the gate, we feel safe there

The riad was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The host and the manager of the riad answered to all our needs straight away and even messaged before our arrival! The communication was amazing!

The property was great had a great and comfortable stay but the wifi was really slow.

the property was very nice and cute. it was clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. the manager was nice however there was a language barrier as she didn’t speak English but contacted her daughter to explain everything to us. Youssef the owner was very helpful whenever I messaged him about anything he replied straight away.

I thought the swimming pool was on the roof or in the back garden but it’s not and you have to walk away from the property to get to the pools. Also on the first night we were told by the neighbours not to make noise as we didn’t realise locals live in the neighbourhood and they are not all holiday makers.

Just such a lovely home! We had everything we needed and hosts were always willing to answer our questions via WhatsApp.

Really nice riad in a quiet community with security guards a short walk away from the bustle of the medina. Very clean, very pleasant place, lots of space in communal areas as well as 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Roof terrace seemed nice but it was winter when we visited. Some convenience stores and places for food within the compound. Would not be put off by lack of reviews as this property is also available on airbnb where there are more reviews.
