Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms

Mooie grote kamer en nette badkamer, heerlijke bedden airco werkte goed, vriendelijk personeel. fijn hotel om te overnachten als je de niagara falls wilt bezoeken met 40 minuten ben je er. Er is voldoende parkeer gelegenheid en een grote Top super markt aan de overkant

Het ontbijt op papieren bordjes plastick bestek, een bejaarde meneer die het ontbijt moest verzorgen deed zijn best maar kwam je na 9,30 dan had hij er niet zo veel zin meer in. Al het beleg bij het ontbijt is zoet geen kaas of vleeswaren. Wat ik echt slecht vond dat wij hier 3 nachten verbleven en de kamer nooit is schoon gemaakt we hebben dit aangegeven en zelf maar om schone handdoeken gevraagd en op gehaald.

Breakfast was pretty good. We only stayed to sleep and weren't there during the day. The room location was good, ground level and at the end of the hall, so with a baby, we didn't want to move rooms and bother others.

I booked this because it had a pool, did not know until I got there that the pool was under construction and not open. The room smelled bad (musky) and there was some small amounts of blood splatter on the wall near the door (inside the room).

The staff was very congenial and helpful. Our room was located on the ground floor as was desired due to mobility issues and the room was perfect for our needs.The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel location was awesome! We are originally from the Western NY area and needed a central location in the Buffalo area with easy access to I-90 to travel to various destinations to visit friends & family.

1-2 firmer bed pillows in addition to the very soft pillows would be nice. Make sure the guests are aware that black-out curtains are present on a ceiling track behind the sheer and side drape panels to block the parking lot lights and to provide more privacy.

Ran out of hot water when wanting to shower, staff made us wait to check in, to print out a sign. Thought checking in was priority.

The pool looked kind of gross, the coffee maker in our room didn’t work, no radio/alarm clock, some of the staff were rude during breakfast time. And please upgrade to smart tvs! Overall these things were not a big deal tho

One tv didn’t work at all in sofa couch room. Remote to BR tv worked on and off for the volume. Walls in all the rooms were disgusting. The bed was lopsided and looked unchanged from last guest as well as the bed skirt was hanging off the side too large.The bathroom door from both sides looked like termites had eaten on it and or animal. The bathroom floor was dirty. Our first night there there was no parking available we had to park at a nearby hotel. Could not open curtain all the way window had huge spider web and was filthy. Lastly an elderly lady walked right in our room with her room key. She did apologize and said we were listed as checked out already it was between 10 and 11. Check out was noon. I did go to the front desk three times to complain and they did not offer to change room. If I could rate a zero I certainly would have. I do have some photos.

When I got into my room there was so much mold in the shower they had to switch us to another room which had the same finally the third room they put us in after we got in the room we found six light bulbs that were burnt right out there a bathroom and holes in the ceiling the countertop in the bathroom the caulking and the countertop we're eating terribly and one remote control for the TV was not working

We had our dog & they gave us a room with a sliding door & patio. We were able to take our dog right out of the room to the grass. The bed was very comfortable!

The room could have been a little cleaner. The price was a little to high for the area.

The room smelled awful, the beds were very uncomfortable, there were cobwebs up in the corners of the room. It was all very outdated and the breakfast was very disappointing!

It was located off the highway. Good for travelers. The bed was comfortable.

The lobby and elevator area needed a good cleaning. Esp the elevator. There should have been more fruit and plain yogurt choices for breakfast.

Hotel was clean and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent and service first class.

There is black mold in room 223. Thankfully they let me move rooms. But none of the windows open up, so both rooms reek of stale B.O. air. The highway is pretty loud too

It was a handicapped room with a motion sensitive light that wouldn't stay OFF, especially during the night.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, comfortable (and large) rooms.

There were some cleaning issues. My mom found some stains on her sheets that could probably have been bleached out, implying this hadn’t been done. I also found a rag hanging on the shower curtain when i went to shower that had been missed by the cleaning crew. This was disappointing but I’d still stay here again because of how pleasant everything else was!

How close it was to the purpose of my visit.

No shuttle and lack of any signage to inform guests of pool closure besides the one on the actual pool door.

The room smelled damp and felt damp, ot was humid and the AC fan even when high seemed low. There were spider webs around sleeping area and beds as well in washroom.

Pool is always out of service. Exterior door to patio area is open and not secure.

The staff were professional. The rooms were clean and stocked. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety of things to choose from.

The room was damp and musty. Floor by the AC was soaking wet and the furniture was damp.

Check-in process was smooth, front desk staff were very helpful. Wi-Fi worked great, strong signal was able to meet a midnight deadline. Loved the outdoor fireplace and rocking chairs. Great choices for breakfast. Felt very comfortable in the surrounding area. Loved the contact-less check out.

I wasn't able to switch the A/C to the heat function. However, I got pretty toasty in front of the outdoor fireplace. Slept like a baby.

It was clean.

It was very worn. Curtains were thread born. Pillow cases were worn. The bathtub had deep scratches in it. The door was very difficult to open even after 2 sets of keys. The room had a musty smell.

First of all the check in, as first impressions are everything. The room was spacious, the breakfast and the cookies during our visit. The laundry room.

For our grandson, the pool was not available for use.

Booking and check-in were easy. Size of room and the accommodations therein exceeded our expectations. Comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the text that came after check-in inviting us to contact staff if we needed anything. Also appreciated the text just prior to check-out time alerting us to contactless check-out. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

The sheets and pillow cases were 5 star quality. The room was larger than a typical hotel rooms.

Room had a slight musty smell. Could be from air conditioner or carpet. A plug in deodorizer would help.

My room was dirty and smelled of mildew , the pool was also down and they were not willing to give any discount for that , as that was the only reason we choose that hotel

The managers and front desk staff were helpful. Specifically Brian Washington, the general manager was very understanding and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Old dirty sheets on bed when I arrived. When I asked for a replacement set, they were the same or worse. Even the mattress cover was dirty. In the morning I asked housecleaning to reclean my room, emphasizing my desire for relatively new, clean sheets. Packed all my stuff in back into my car so housecleaning could retry. When I returned, I noticed that my sheets were new, as in fresh out of the package and still creased new. When I brought this to the general managers attention, I brought him through the room and pointed out all the other things: coffee stains on the walls, unvacuumed living room, dirty counters; all things I would normally ignore except, once you see something as essential as sheets being dirty, the rest just start popping out. I only stayed 2/4 nights of my stay and found other accommodations.

We were upgraded when told it was a birthday getaway.

It was convenient to what we were in Buffalo for. It was in between the funeral home and church for the funeral.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms. The beds were so comfortable and everything was spotless.

The room wasnt as clean as it should have been, we brought an Xbox to make the tv a smart tv and the staff couldn't help us set it up. During breakfast they were very strange about eating honestly it was like they didn't want you to have much. It was a little expensive for what we got

Unfortunately was booked to stay here for work. Absolutely disgusting hotel, run down and SMELLS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It’s musty, and not maintained. The furniture is all scratched up and dirty. The vents for ac and the shower are filthy. The bedding was worn out and torn up. Could no pay me any amount of money to stay here. It’s absolutely disgusting and hard to breathe. Run from this hotel, it’s a nightmare. The customer service was nice at least to try and swap rooms, but this whole hotel should be condemned it’s terrible.

I REALIZE IIT WAS A SNOWY DAY BUT THE FRONT HALL, LOBBY AREA AND HALL TO THE ELEVATOR WAS WET, PUDDLED UP, DIRTY AND NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING TO IMPROVE IT ALL NIGHT. IT HAD BEEN MOPPED WHEN WE CAM DOWN AT 7:00 AM. THE TILED AREAS WERE VERY SLIPPERY!

They didn't plow the snow out of the parking lot. The snow was there for at least a week. Just a mess. You think for liability reasons they would have done it! Next time in the area I'll stay at another place.

When I left!

There wasn't a single good thing about my stay except leaving.My room was absolutely filthy,paint coming off the walls,dust was a quarter inch thick,the curtains were torn up,the tv,microwave were 20 years old,mold on.walls in.the bathroom,stains on the floor because it wasn't mopped for weeks and it showed,the sink was clogged,the toilet was clogged and didnt glush,I opened the back,completely covered in mold.They put me in a joined room I definitely didnt ask for,the neighbor was blasting his music with the bass all the way up,took the desk 5 times of asking before that ended.Sheets,pillow cases and towels were all stained,railing at pool was broken,pool was freezing,room smelled like mildew.At midnight,the same neighbor had someone pounding on his door do hard,the entire floor was looking out of there rooms because we thought it was the police and then it happened again at 4am and again.at 7 am.probably had 15 different people show up and leave,it was awsome being next to a drug dealer..was there 3 nights unfortunately and it costed 560.00 for the worst stay ive ever experienced anywhere and I travel for work.ive stayed in over 30 hotels and this place was hands down the worst.THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO STAY OPEN!!! P.S,dont look inside the room heater,completely infested with dirt and mold..
