夜の食事屋さんを美味しいところを紹介してくれて、なおかつ車で送り迎えしていただきました。 お土産屋さんでお土産を買いたかったところ、また車でそういう場所に連れて行っていただき、迎えにも来ていただきました。本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。 お風呂もだいたい希望通りの時間に入れましたのでよかったです。

これと言って　ございませんでした。ありがとうございました。

有馬温泉駅まで行くのに車で送迎してくれるのがありがたかった。

３世代10人での宿泊でしたが、同じ部屋に寝泊り出来、朝食も、お部屋食で 部屋の露天風呂もさることながら、貸切風呂がたくさんあって、選び放題。 お部屋のドリンクも、マシーンの珈琲や、冷蔵庫のドリンクまで、ありがとうございますｸﾞﾋﾞｸﾞﾋﾞ🍺街中に行くのも、何度でも送迎していただいて助かりました。スタッフも元気ににこやかで気持ち良かったです。

お部屋の露天風呂のハシッコに、前泊の方かな？指に湿布巻いてたような？脱け殻が1個ありました(笑)(笑)(笑)

لقد كان فندق رائع أشكر طاقم العمل يتحدثون اللغه الانجليزيه وتعاملهم جدا راقي ويشعرك بالراحه نأتي للنقاط المميزه في الفندق وتوضيحها يقوم الفندق بارسال رساله توضح طرق التواصل معهم فتواصلت مع الفندق عندما وصلت لمحطة الباص وأرسلوا لي سياره توصلني للفندق مجانا وإن أردت بعد ذلك الذهاب للمطاعم لديهم خدمة التوصيل المجانيه ذهاب وعوده، لقد حجزت غرفه مع اونسن سيلفر تفجأت ان الموظفه تخبرني أنه يمكنني حجز اونسن داخلي او خارجي برايفت مجانا أحببنا ذلك، اللوبي يحتوي على مشروبات ساخنه وبارده وضيافه مجانيه إنه فندق جدا رائع أوصي بالحجز في هذا الفندق المميز فخامه وراحه كانت تجربه رائعه أشكر طاقم العمل على حسن التعامل

Great place to go take your parents. Stayed in a room that had our own private onsen bath and it was great. Shuttle bus service was nice bc you could shuttle to the city and you can text them when you're ready to go back. The ryokan is not walkable distance. The outdoor onsens did have bugs but that's expected bc it's open. Very quiet and good place to heal. The food was very healthy, a little too healthy for my taste.

It was impeccably clean and the service was outstanding. The eight reservable baths were gorgeous. The Japanese futons were very padded and comfortable. It was also so lovely that they had a shuttle service that was very accommodating.

The staff's willingness to help and make you feel at home. When we checked in we got asked whether we wanted to make a reservation for one of the private Onsen, so we did and had a really relaxing stay. I had room 311 with a private Onsen, it was very spacious, the beds really comfortable and the Onsen was filled and ready for our arrival. The view from the window was very relaxing and something very rare to come by in a hotel.

Truthfully i liked everything except for a few minor details regarding cleanliness, which bumps this place down for me from a perfect score to a great score. For a room that's 580 a night, i expected it to be spotless.

Lovely traditional location and exclusive, with very limited rooms.

The private dining special evening meal was fantastic although the actual room was like an old converted meeting room with no windows or natural light.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and had both western style beds and tatami mats, we enjoyed walking dressed in yukatas, provided by the hotel

The property was gorgeous. My only comment would be regarding the in-room massage experience. The massage itself was lovely, but unfortunately the atmosphere was not very relaxing.

We splurged for one night at this ryokan and - wow. Worth every penny. The private onsens were stunningly beautiful and romantic in the rain, you can book them for 45 minutes each and we did 2 out of 8, one indoor and one outdoor: your skin feels amazing after. The staff was lovely, spoke great English, and took care of us through and through: they picked us up at Arima Onsen station, recommended and booked a restaurant for us, drove us there and picked us up, and drove us to the bus the next morning! The room was just beautiful and the futon beds were so comfortable. Great amenities. The lobby has coffee, tea, soft drinks and ice cream available. I cannot recommend highly enough.

It was perfect. I only wish we had had more time!

Très bel hôtel avec un large choix de onsens privatifs magnifiques. Le personnel est très attentionné, offre divers services pour rendre le séjour confortable (navettes taxi, appels et réservations auprès de restaurants locaux, réservation en avance de certains services...). Une véritable bulle de relaxation dans un lieu magnifique.

We chose Arima Onsen Taketoritei Maruyama for one night. The first thing that stood out is the variety of room types (30 in total, all with unique layouts), so there's something for most preferences and budgets. We booked the Deluxe Twin Room with Indoor Silver Onsen and felt the price-to-value was good. The "Silver" refers to Ginsen, the clear variant of Arima's two famous waters (the other being the iron-rich, brown Kinsen). The room itself is spacious for a couple, with a comfortable sitting area, and of course its own private onsen. A nice touch: the fridge is stocked with complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is also a free lounge with non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the stay. On top of the in-room bath, guests can book any of the 8 private onsen (4 indoor, 4 outdoor) at no extra cost on a first-come, first-served basis, and if availability allows, you can book a second one. Note that there is no large gender-segregated public bath at Taketoritei, so all bathing is private. We liked the place so much that we wanted to extend our stay by another night. Unfortunately, and understandably, our exact room was already booked. The most basic room they offered as an alternative was actually priced higher than what we had paid for the better one. A bit odd, but in Japan there is rarely much room for negotiation, so we declined and moved on. The hotel sits on a steep climb up from town, but a free shuttle service runs to and from the centre of Arima Onsen. Highly recommended!

It's a bit further up the hill but even that is mitigated by the great fast and convenient free shuttle service they offer.

The service staff service was super. I'm very impressed. Also everything was very personal & private. I couldn't get a dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant as they are fully booked & they help me reserve dinner at another hotel. Super professional service, even providing complimentary transport to & from dinner place to their hotel. But we managed to get breakfast at their hotel & it was very good quality.

Great stay

The hotel is small and intimate. It is on a hill above the town, and the hotel provides shuttle service to and from. The meals, though not cheap, are incredible. You should try the 11-course omikase dinner as well as the wonderful multi-dish breakfast. The room is large- both the side against the hills and the city-view side provide great backdrops. The lobby is surprisingly large, and the staff is great. Best of all are the baths-private and both indoor and outdoor settings. Being able to go from a silver to a gold bath is wonderful, and it is easy to make the 45-minute reservations. Real therapeutic value. I definitely would come back here. And I hadn't realized that the bigger city of Kobe is less than 1/2 hour away by bus.

If you wish to experience staying in the Japanese style hotel with tatami beds and a free access to the hot spa, the Arima Onsen Taketoritei Maruyama hotel is the best choice. It is a nicely equipped hotel, with the private hot spring bath facility - 8 different pools. Suitable for couples or families with one or two children. Nice and a quite place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Oh my goodness, I could go on forever about this beautiful hotel. We wanted to have a night at a Ryokan, and we both have tattoos so we were hoping for one with an onsen on sight so that we could experience the hot springs. The private onsens are GORGEOUS, and so luxurious to have them all to yourself! We got to wear the traditional dress that they provided, and were cared for for everything/anything we wanted, including suggesting dinner and driving us anywhere we needed! The futons on the tatami mats are exceptionally comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. My skin was so soft for days afterwards from the hot springs and the lovely lotion they provide.

Our booked room unfortunately had a very little, very sad infant next door who was crying a lot. I am very sensitive to noise (especially kid noises), so we inquired if there were any other rooms available so that we could be sure to relax. We got very lucky, as there was one room left, and the front desk moved us over right away! It was then quiet and wonderful. So possibly slightly thin walls, but honestly infant cries really do work their way through any wall, and they were incredibly helpful about it.

Staff were super accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The shuttle service was very convenient and they arrived within minutes. Loved the private onsens for our group of 6, especially the outdoor onsens, picturesque and relaxing. We also had an onsen in our room. My kids loved that and jumped in multiple times a day. They definitely used it more than the private onsens that had to be booked. Kaiseki dinner was delicious with very fresh and seasonal ingredients. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely room with traditional tatami. Staff made the futon beds for us. The breakfast was very varied and filling. The room’s outdoor bath was very nice with silver water, but they also allowed guests to reserve either of other 8 baths available. Shuttle to and from the accommodation was great.

The westerner bed sheets didn’t stay in place and moved all throughout the night. Just as an fyi, the hotel is all the way up the hill. So make sure you take advantage of the shuttle service.

Staff, onsens, everything and everyone was very welcoming. Special mention towards Tan-san. Helpful and very knowledgeable. 100% this man and his family should if given the chance visit my country too.

Nothing, staff can arrange transport to the hotel if you have difficulties walking the hills nearby. So there's nothing they won't do for their visitors!

여덟 가지 온천탕 중 일곱 가지 탕을 이용했습니다. 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 그리고 식당 및 버스터미널 등 언제 어디로든 데려다 주시고 데리러 오시는 셔틀버스 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 로비에 커피, 펩시, 얼음, 아이스크림도 좋았고요. 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 9박 10일 일본여행에서 여자친구가 가장 만족한 호텔이였어요.

인기가 많아서 스케쥴을 호텔 빈방 일정에 맞춰야 했음. 벚꽃 성수기라 그런지 요금도 ㅠㅠ 그리고 아리마온천 단지에 대한 정보가 부족해서 좀 더 준비하지 못했던 것이 아쉬움.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and always ready to help with anything. The hot springs were absolutely wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast was also very delicious and well-prepared.

Private onsen for the family was the highlight for us. Both indoors and outdoors. Such a special and beautiful place.
