Great hotel, 10 minutes drive from Salzburg airport. Quiet location by a stream, very clean, huge shower. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If we travel to the area again we will definitely return.

Uncomfortable pillows...but that's a problem in most apartments and hotels we've stayed in in Austria

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The SPA with the saunas was perfect for relaxation.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauna und Wellness-Bereich waren sehr schön. Pool etwas kühl. Frühstück war sehr gut und wir hatten viel Auswahl. Unsere Tochter muss glutenfrei essen, das hat funktioniert aber sie hätte sich auch mehr Auswahl beim Gebäck gewünscht. Und eventuell Müsli, Palatschinken, Toast,...hätte sie auch gerne gehabt.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht und mehr. Beim Frühstücksbuffett gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und es ist sicher für jeden Wunsch etwas dabei. Es wird die Möglichkeit geboten zusätzliche Polster in unterschiedlichen Wünschen (zum Beispiel, Allergikerkissen, Zirbenkissen, Kirschkernkissen,..) und Decken auf das Zimmer zu bestellen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön, die sehr kurzfristig gebuchte Massage war genau was ich mir erwartet habe, ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Busstation befindet sich direkt vorm Hotel, mit dem Bus kommt man in die Stadt Salzburg, das Busticket war gratis bei der Hotelbuchung dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab gute Tipps für Restaurants und mehr. Kurz gesagt, ich kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Herzliches Willkommen und ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt! Auf alle Wünsche wurde aufmerksam eingegangen und man hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war toll, der Wellnessbereich wunderschön und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt einfach top – absolute Empfehlung!

Super Unterkunft, direkt vorne dran ist der Parkplatz und es gibt auch eine Ladestation, das Personal ist sehr hilfreich- echt super!

The rooms were a good size and the facilities and breakfast were great. The staff were extremely responsive, positive and helpful which was appreciated. The pool was lovely.

It was the best overnight option to attend UEFA Super Cup final game in Salzburg, just 15 minutes cycling from the hotel to the Red Bull Arena! Super clean and comfortable room, plus excellent breakfast!

Εξαιρετικο πρωϊνό, όμορφα μεγάλα δωμάτια με θέα τη λίμνη ή το ποτάμι. Γενικά η τοποθεσία είναι φανταστική....αν και θα 7-10 λεπτά από το κέντρο του Σάλτσμπουργκ. Θετικο στοιχείο ότι σου δίνουν δωρεάν εισητηρια του λεωφορείου για να πας στην πόλη χωρίς αυτοκίνητο.

Toller Pool und Wellnessbereich, sehr schöner Zugang zum See. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Es gab sehr viele selbst gemachte Speisen.

Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. Velmi přívětivý a ochotný personál, krásný a čistý hotel s příjemnou atmosférou. Hotel se nachází na klidném místě, které je ideální pro odpočinek a relaxaci. Pobyt jsme si moc užili a rádi se sem znovu vrátíme. Doporučujeme všemi deseti!

Jen pro informaci – vstup k bazénu je pouze po schodech, takže nemusí být vhodný pro osoby s omezenou pohyblivostí. Personál je ale velmi ochotný a snaží se vždy najít řešení, čehož si moc vážíme. ✨

Beautiful hotel, with very helpful staff. Breakfast amazing, so much variety of tasty food. Very attentive staff getting coffee and anything else required. Room comfortable and well equipped. Lovely swimming pool. Close to a lake which was also good for swimming. The free travel pass was very useful.

Restaurants in Wals often not open, and didn't find a Supermarket so had to be organised about planning where or what to eat.

Lovely staff who were amazing, friendly, and helpful; Kiki the cat was adorable; comfortable beds; choices of saunas; small but great swimming pool; we always got a parking spot; lovely breakfast; decent working internet; balcony which allowed a lovely end of the day; quiet surrounding

Could do with Rolläden or blackout-curtains especially in summer; Air-condition took a long time to turn off; I am no fan of small roads and the hotel is surrounded by them; missed a kettle in the room with some coffee cups (glass just gets too hot)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for day trips by car to places like Hallstatt and the nearby lakes, while Salzburg city center is only a 10-minute drive away. Free parking is a big advantage.

One small inconvenience was that there was no extra bottle of water available in the room during the night, and when I went downstairs to refill the bottle from the breakfast area, the door was locked. It would be helpful to have access to water available for guests at all times.

Perfect getaway spot from the bustle of Salzburg. The room was spacious, walk-in shower, comfortable bed. The pool and spa were a treat. Breakfasts had many choices. Family owners and staff helpful and friendly. Walking distance to good restaurants and access to a lake that was magical! Mountains in the distance.

For travelers off to explore during the day, this wouldn’t have been a problem but there is a weigh station for trucks transporting gravel across from the hotel. Loud intermittent truck noise.

Bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Außergewöhnliches Frühstück - wirklich eines der Besten die ich je hatte. Lage am Fluss ist super für Radlfahrten oder Spaziergänge. Wellnessbereich top!

Es ist ein kleines wirklich feines Hotel. Liebevoll eingericht, netter Empfang, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Einrichtung fand ich super, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Auch der Wellnessbereich sehr schön und gemütlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed. Erg fijn dat er een zwembad en gym was. Misschien wel de beste tussenstop ooit voor ons.

Es war ein aussergewöhnlicher, perfekter Aufenthalt im Hotel Melanie und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Empfang an der Rezeption über die Mitarbeiter im Service bis zur Küche sind alle Mitarbeiter supernett, jederzeit hilfsbereit und für alle Fragen offen. Besser geht es nicht. Bei der Ausstattung hat wirklich nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß und wurde stets perfekt sauber gemacht. Viele kleine Details zeigen überall im Hotel die Liebe zur Perfektion. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch ganz toll, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Dampfbad, 2 verschieden heisse Saunen und sogar eine Infrarotkabine sind da. Der Ruheraum ist sehr geschmackvoll und strahlt eine angenehme Ruhe aus. Zu guter letzt konnten wir sogar unser E-Auto zu einem sehr günstigen Preis laden. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und werden wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.

Das Einzelzimmer war ein wenig zu klein. Ansonsten war alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Spa ist hervorragend – modern, sauber und sehr entspannend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel. Die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich und alle öffentlichen Bereiche waren stets makellos gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Produkten. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war rundum alles sehr gut, die Betten waren sehr bequem.Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr ansprechend. Auch sehr positiv war der tolle Wellnessbereich der bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hatte.

Výborná lokalita, kousek od dálnice, přitom v klidu menšího města. Super klidný hotel se vším, výborná snídaně, soukromá pláž u zatopeného lomu, moc ochotný personál.

Pokoje mohly být trochu větší, ale to je snad jediný detail.

L'esmorzar era molt variat i bo. La zona d'spa estava molt cuidada i la piscina estava separada, cosa que permet que la canalla també pugui gaudir del seu moment de desconnexió. Les instal·lacions en general estaven molt bé.

Si hem de dir alguna cosa, no ofereixen sopars. Però això et permet conèixer més el poble.

Second stay at this hotel. Good location, nice breakfast and overall good facilities. Friendly staff and Wals is a calm villeage near Salzburg. Was definetly worth it.

La gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre (101) qui donnait sur une petite rivière, spacieuse et tranquille. Moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Salle de bain d’une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner d’une rare variété. Parking. Nous avons bien pu nous reposer après deux jours de visite instance de Salzburg. (10 minute de voiture). Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
