Sehr tolles Hotel! Hervorragendes Personal, große Essenauswahl, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als wir einen Stromausfall nur in unserem Zimmer hatten, war innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Elektriker zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben – ein wirklich toller Service. Die Außenanlagen werden kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten, man sieht überall, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Auch das Seegras am Strand wurde entfernt. Der Strand selbst hat uns nicht ganz so überzeugt, dafür gibt es aber mehrere schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegen, die für Entspannung sorgen. Die Außenpools waren für unser Empfinden zu kühl, auch die privaten Pools in den Superior Zimmern – eine Temperierung wäre wünschenswert. Das Hallenbad hingegen hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und hat uns bestens geschmeckt. Gäste mit einer höheren Zimmerkategorie können ihr Frühstück im Restaurant Osteria einnehmen, wo frisch gepresster Orangensaft serviert wird. Die Anlage ist etwas weitläufiger, was wir persönlich als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir so jeden Tag einen kleinen Spaziergang genießen konnten. Zudem gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Abendunterhaltungen, die gut organisiert und unterhaltsam waren. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Drains issues (so no toilet facilities and water intermittently) and tired looking rooms however the food and overall setting are great.

The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

Un'oasi di relax paradisiaca. Ci sono diverse strutture per il fitness, possibilità di frequentare corsi. Tanti ristoranti interni di qualità.

Vielfältiges Angebot, schöne Pools, Toplage am Meer.. großzügiger Spielplatz für Kinder. Freundliches Personal jedoch bei Problemen wenig hilfreich. Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig. Im Apartment enthaltene Küche kaum ausgestattet..

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis des Hotels ist gut wie auch das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Sehr großzügige, gepflegte Anlage mit tollen Gärten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir konnten vom Balkon das Meer sehen, das Essen war jeden Tag super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Sportangebot hat uns gut gefallen.

Ameisen im gesamten Zimmer identifiziert - es wurde als Lösung lediglich etwas Essig versprüht ohne weitere Prüfung oder Nachfrage ob das Problem beseitigt wurde - nein es hat nicht geholfen und die Ameisen sind weiterhin dort.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzaufenthalt und haben diesen sehr genossen. Wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen sammeln dürfen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne gut gepflegte Anlage, geräumige moderne Zimmer, Personal sehr bemüht, mehrere Restaurants mit guter Küche, ordentliche aber nicht extravagante Auswahl. Der Strand überwiegend felsig mit einem relativ kurzen sandigen Abschnitt. Animationen wohl eher für Kinder bzw. Familien (das nächste Mal lieber ein Adults Only Resort). Die Tauchschule unbrauchbar (unzuverlässig, keine Basis in Strandnähe, aber Kos ist auch kein Tauchziel).

Sehr weitläufige, gepflegte Anlage mit 4 großen Pool Bereichen. Somit verläuft sich das ganze Publikum und es wird nicht der Eindruck geweckt, in einem riesigen Hotelkomplex zu sein. Vom Kidsclib, über diverse Sportanlagen bis hin zum Erwachsenenbeteich - für jede Altersklasse ist etwas geboten. Auch gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Einziges Manko bei unserem besucht Ende August waren die Stechmücken.

It was very sterile feeling. Nothing special. The front desk was awful and my room smelled like mold. When I complained, they switched room for one night and then tried to put me back in the same room which is ridiculous… mold does not disappear in 10 hours

Besonders ist das super freundliche Personal zu erwähnen.

The staff in the restaurants and spa are wonderful. Giorgis at the spa was excellent — I received three treatments from him, and they were among the best I’ve ever had. The management of the spa is also excellent. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk, which is a complete disaster. They are rigid, unhelpful, and in several cases outright incompetent. On our last stay, we did not even receive our welcome gift. One staff member made repeated errors, including charging my card twice and attempting to bill me for breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation. When we asked to change rooms — after I was bitten on the premises, developed an infection in my foot, and could no longer manage stairs — the woman at the desk blamed me for flying, accused me of not seeing a doctor, and only backed down when I showed her my antibiotic prescription. Instead of showing empathy, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly used passive-aggressive remarks such as, “I’m happy that you are happy,” even when she was at fault. When her mistakes were corrected by her manager, she would turn her frustration on the customer rather than own up. To make matters worse, when they upgrade you because of the Expedia VIp, they act as though they are doing you a personal favor and then use it as leverage against other things they fail to deliver. This behavior is manipulative and leaves a terrible impression. Overall, the service culture at the front desk is unprofessional and host

Ein absoluter Traum… wir waren eine Woche dort. Mega tolle Anlage. Super sauber alles. Super nettes Personal. Toller Service. Upgrade bekommen fürs Zimmer topppppppp. Das Zimmer lag 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und war ruhig gelegen. Essen jeden Tag ein Erlebnis. Frische in allen Ecken. Wer mehr möchte kann auch noch die Restaurants auf dem Gelände aufsuchen. HP hat uns mit Kind gereicht. Minimarkt war alles da was man brauchte.Tolles Abendprogramm und wer Ruhe wollte bekam diese auch. Immer eine Liege am Pool sowie am Strand frei. Man könnte in der Tat noch ein paar liegen nebst Schirm aufstellen damit der Platz nicht so leer wirkt und falls doch mal Bedarf ist mehr Leute Platz finden. Statt unter den Bäumen. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!

Tres bel endroit qui manque un peu d'animation. Dommage que pour un resort de cette gamme, il n'y ait pas d'eau servie au repas ni de bonbonnes a disposition : comptez 4,5 euros la bouteille d'eau. Les activites sont pour certaines a payer en plus...des petites choses qui diminuent un peu l'experience générale.

Perfect resort

Was diese Unterkunft besonders auszeichnet, ist das äußerst nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Personal, das alles dafür tut, damit es dir gut geht und es dir an nichts fehlt. Hinzu kommen die hervorragende Lage, eine wunderschöne Anlage, die perfekt zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt, sowie die komfortablen Zimmer. Rundum ein Ort, an dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen kann.

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die angenehme Atmosphäre, die durch den zuvorkommenden Service geschaffen wurde. Das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch das Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen: sauber, gut ausgestattet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

We had high hopes for this hotel after a great experience last year, but sadly, this trip was a complete letdown from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a disaster — we waited over an hour while the front desk tried to track down a charge for our child's breakfast, despite booking through Expedia for two adults. We were eventually charged $85/day for a child’s breakfast — on top of an $800/night suite for 3 people. We spent 30 minutes speaking with customer relations about all the issues we faced — she promised to follow up. We never heard back. On our first day, the room was ready, but no one called or emailed us — despite having double-checked our contact details. We ended up wasting 5 hours waiting, unable to enjoy the hotel or settle in. Now, let’s talk about the beach — last year, it was phenomenal. This year, they’ve placed rock barriers in front of it, making 90% of it inaccessible. The artificial lagoon they created is constantly flooded with garbage and seaweed on windy days, and the rocks are sharp — we got cut and injured trying to swim. You can’t see where you’re going. Meanwhile, the resort next door had dozens of people happily swimming in clean water. Here? Maybe 3–5 people in the water at any time. They’ve completely ruined one of the best natural beaches. Also, just a heads-up: we were told the extra $85/day was because we booked through Expedia, which feels like an unfair penalty for using a third-party platform.

La struttura è super bella, tutto il suo contorno è molto curato fin nei minimi dettagli, le piscine sono spettacolari una più bella dell'altra ti fanno passare la voglia di vedere il mare, le camere sono top non manca nulla in questo resort.. è fatto su misura per gli ospiti provenienti dal Nord Europa (in prevalenza tedeschi inglesi e scandinavi e qualche americano) Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo nonostante il nostro inglese 😅. (PS. Italiani spagnoli e francesi quasi zero.. quindi c'è SILENZIO OVUNQUE! mi è capitato di dover rispondere al telefono per lavoro e dopo la telefonata mi sono veramente vergognato😂)

Very well maintained property, and no area ever felt overcrowded. Helpful staff and great facilities (the outdoor Olympic pool is terrific); good and varied food offering; nice list of social/entertainment activities. Last but the in-house minimarket is an extremely handy option to have.

The hotel exteriors are amazing and has tons of facilities (that are extra .. which in my opinion could have been included for a 5* hotel). Also plenty plenty of mosquitoes. Without lying probably 20 killed in the room. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. One incident during dinner was particularly disappointing. I asked for the bill and waited at the cashier, but the waiter responsible was nowhere to be found. Several other staff members were present, yet no one offered assistance because “it had to be that waiter.” As I was in a rush for an event, I asked for the charge to be added to my room and left. To my surprise, the waiter ran after me in public to tell me I hadn’t paid, despite being a hotel guest (and with half board included). The next morning, both the waiter and a supervisor brought it up again, saying the waiter had to cover the charge. I was only allowed to pay in cash to refund him directly, which felt unprofessional and frankly humiliating. It gave the impression that I was being accused of trying to avoid paying for a single coke. I believe this situation could have been handled differently and more discreetly as well. They knew my room, I was a guest so they could have found me, wrote me a card etc. Nice place, great food—but the service and attitude didn’t live up to the standard or the price.

We stayed one night as part of us travelling back to Sweden from Kos. We received OK service from the reception, being able to check in late at night when we arrived. However, there was no hot water in the tap in the bathroom (and only luke warm water in the shower). Also, the pillows where very thick/high and uncomfortable. The room's AC was quite noisy. The hotel building facilities are quite worn down and would be in need of a renovation.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer sehr gepflegten und schönen Anlage. Der Strand ist sehr steinig.

Tolles Hotel, aber für Strandurlaub nicht das richtige. Der eine richtige Strand ist relativ klein und sehr schnell voll. Der größere „Strand“ ist hinter Steinen verborgen, sodass man nur an zwei oder drei Stellen ins Wasser kann - sollte daher nicht als Strand beworben werden. Aber ansonsten top Hotel! Gutes Essen, alles unglaublich sauber und Service-orientiert! Entertainment/ Shows deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig.

Die Sauberkeit der Anlage war überragend, im Zimmer selbst (Doppelzimmer) waren in der Nacht die Beleuchtung der elektronischen Geräte wahnsinnig hell das wir sie mit Pflaster abdecken mussten. Der Strand könnte mal generalüberholt werden. Die Türen der Zimmer sind nicht komplett dicht und können nicht lautlos verschlossen werden was in der wahnsinnig gestört hat!

Sehr Sauber

Otel temiz ve güzel bir tesis. Özellikle kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açık büfe çok güzel. Ancak denize asla giremedik. Denize girilebilecek 2 metrelik boşluk dışında tüm kumsal tamamen kaya. Görseldeki gibi kumdan denize girilen bir alan yok. Tüm kumsalı yürüdüm ancak o fotoğrafların nerden çekildiğini bulamadım. Ayrıca welcome drink diye kupon veriyorlar hiçbir yerde geçmedi. Otel VIP Access olduğundan ve ben Gold member olduğundan biraz geç çıkış istedim ama yardımcı olmadılar, aksine house keeping devamlı kapıyı çaldı. Otelin uzaklığı ve denize girilememesi benim açımdan büyük sorun. Onun dışında temizlik ve yemekler konusunda gayet iyi.

Das Resort ist ein Traum – makellos sauber, modern und in jeder Hinsicht luxuriös. Die Pools sind fantastisch, der separate Kinderspielbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet und verfügt über Kinderbecken und einen Spielplatz, separate Bereiche für Kleinkinder und eine tolle Animation. Die Abendshows (auch für Kinder) sind sehr angenehm, der Strand ist schön, das Frühstück am Strand unglaublich entspannend... Volle Punktzahl, ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und weitläufiges Resort. Schöner Strand, an welchem man gut der Küste entlang laufen kann. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Gut: - Anlage sehr groß & weitläufig & sehr grün & sauber - 4 Pools (2 beheizt) + 1 indoorpool - kleiner Minimarket (Wasser 1€) - Strandabschnitt schön - Frühstück sehr gut - mehrere Restaurants vor Ort Negativ: - ALLES kostet Extra-Geld (Spazugang 30€ pro Tag, Tennis Court 15€ etc., Fahrräder extra) - wir hatten Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht und hatten zwar ein größeres Zimmer aber mit Aussicht auf die Rückseite eines Gebäudes.. - Zimmer war nicht sauber bei Ankunft. Wir haben drauf hingewiesen und statt aufzuräumen wurden wir aufgefordert aufzuzeigen wo genau der Dreck war. Auch noch nie gehört - Personal war teilweise sehr arrogant leider - Regenschirme wurden aufs Zimmer gebucht (noch nie gehabt bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel) - Zimmer leider leicht in die Jahre gekommen - nach Beschwerde bei guest relations wurde uns ein nur ein Alternativ-Zimmer angeboten für Extra-Kosten. Kein anderes Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem hatten wir zwar eine schöne Zeit, aber m.M.n. Ist das Hotel keine 5 Sterne. Wenn man bereit ist mehr Geld zu zahlen; ist es eine tolle Alternative.

Ein fantastisches Hotel, traumhafte Anlage mit mehreren Pools, ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Buffett und auch die Zimmer sind modern und stylish eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub!

Das Hotel ist für mich der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten. Das absolut einzige was ich diesmal reklamiere und auch schon weitergeleitet habe ist, dass sich die Türen nicht leise schließen lassen bzw. die Gäste sehr gerne die Türen ins Schloss fallen lassen haben. Mir wurde gleich neues Zimmer angeboten. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind sensationell und alle Mega nett. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sprechen dazu auch noch deutsch.

Absolutely stunning property with so many different pools, bars, and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa was wonderful and very beautiful too. The beach was nice and it was fun to do some stand-up paddle boarding. It was very safe!

Prachtig groot resort. Veel faciliteiten. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ze geen niet rokers sectie hebben. Wij hadden rokende buren waardoor wij minder gebruik konden maken van ons terras. Een blok met enkel niet rokende gasten moet makkelijk kunnen als je zo groot bent. Maar verder heerlijk verblijf gehad.

There were a few oddities like no iron available, you had to use their dry cleaning service which was a fee. The variety of food options during dinner at main dining hall was lack luster since this is not an all inclusive resort and snack availability between meal services was almost next to in-existent. The prices of the meals at the restaurants on the resort were on the pricier side considering how much we paid. The resort wasn’t as lively as we thought it was going to be. They didn’t deliver on the activities at all. If I take away these and other things that were odd, the resort itself was beautiful and the staff I would say was 110% the best. I just wished some things were different because I really think the resort is nice

Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Bei den Strandtüchern bekam man pro Person nur eins. Personal war zum Teil sehr stur und unbeweglich

Great service staff friendly and accommodating I am not sure what I was suppose to receive as a VIP member but the resort is overall very good but it needs some upgrades.

Sehr schön gepflegtes und großes Ressort. Durch die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage findet man überall ruhige Orte zum Entspannen und zu jederzeit eine Liege sowohl an den unterschiedlichen Pools sowie auch am Strand. Bei Bedarf gibt es genug Animations-/Sportangebote. Die Auswahl und Qualität beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut (auch für Vegetarier). Von der Anlage aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, die benachbarten Inseln und den Sonnenuntergang. Der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt ist etwas kleiner aber trotzdem sehr schön und mit Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Die Sporteinrichtungen und -anlagen sind gut ausgestattet und gepflegt.

Really nice hotel, lots to do, really nice on site restaurants, meat ting had the best burger i have ever had, osteria had a really nice vibe, food and staff were exceptional. Really nice swimming pools, the private beach was really nice with free rings and floats to use, even though a large resort was peaceful and nice loved our stay thank you.

Großes gastronomisches Angebot, allein 4 Spezialitätenrestaurants, großzügige Planung der Anlage, 5 Poolbereiche, viel Grünanlagen, unterschiedliche Suiten- und Zimmervarianten, top gepflegt und alles sehr sauber. Insgesamt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Wünsche und Beanstandungen wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Deswegen waren wir schon zum wiederholten Male hier zu Gast.

Nah am Flughafen mehrere Restaurants in Reichweite und innerhalb des Hotels. Schöne Anlage und Anzahl der Gäste verteilt sich gut. Ausreichende Liegen und Pools vorhanden und gute Sportmöglichkeiten. Sehr nettes Personal

Der Barkeeper hat eine Auszeichnung verdient, er ist seit vielen Jahren ein Gewinn für die gesamte Anlage, durch die Erweiterung des Hotels ist das Hauptrestaurant etwas ungemütlich geworden

When reserving a room at a hotel, it is not clear which services are paid and which are free. For example, a sauna, a spa - all other hotels clearly explain what is included in the price of accommodation and what is not. A very unpleasant man works at the seating area in the bar - extremely impolitely and rudely, he practically , although it was possible delicately to approach and say. The usual staff is the main value of this hotel, pleasant and kind young people. There is a bus stop 250 meters from the hotel and can be used for transportation. Taxis coming to the hotel ask for a lot of money, especially from these hotel guests. We paid 25 euros for the airport transfer, which was said to be 22 euros at the reception. It was only 7 km away.

Eine schöne und weitläufige Anlage mit mehreren Pools. Sonnenschirme und Liegen waren immer in ausreichender Anzahl verfügbar.

Excellent facilities and staff

A resort hotel so not much around it. However we had already had a few days near Kos town for sightseeing so a few days here relaxing was great. A big complex with plenty of space and lots of areas for sunbathing including a beach. Plenty of sunbeds. We did half board and the food was good. Plenty of restaurants on site if you prefer to pay each night. Rooms appear brand new with quality furnishings and decor and clarins toiletries.

We can highly recommend the accommodation. It was very clean and the food was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Hotel is not as good as it looks on pictures, it is suitable for OAP’s not young couples as most of the hotel activities are based for old people. The food in breakfast is average and the night entertainment is awful and needs a lot of work on making it better and fun for tourists. The hotel in general is a 2/5 for me because it has a lot of things which can improve

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Buffet lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Räume in den Aussengebäuden bräuchten jedoch dichtere Türen. Der Spalt unten an der Tür ist leider ziemlich gross, wodurch auch Insekten ins Zimmer kommen - an unserem ersten Abend ist ein grosser Käfer reingekommen. Wir haben dann jeweils ein Handtuch in den Spalt geschoben, wenn wir im Zimmer waren, damit wir Ruhe haben. Tagsüber war der Spalt aber frei.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling around Kos , beautiful hotel, definitely worthy of 5 stars, immaculate grounds, pools and bar areas . Staff mostly very lovely, rather rude reception staff however , largely due to the MAJOR ISSUE we had with our room . We booked a superior sea view room which was incredible inside ,beautifull appointed , wonderful bathroom, HOWEVER, the hotels website states this room type are located in the bungalows, we were given a room in a block ,top floor , 3 storeys high ,with no lift , and FIVE flights of stairs up and were told " yes , this is a bungalow room !!!!!!" They were totally unwilling to move us unless we paid for an upgraded room , we had already paid £100 for that upgrade. No way was it suitable for anyone with a mobility issue but the staff and also the manager were not interested in the upset it caused us , i showed them the text on their own website stating in bungalows, they insisted the block was a bungalow ,total nonsence and exsapersting. Now for the view it was a pool view room , with a side sea view in the distance . Having travelled extensively around greece i would say their customer service/ care is nowhere near that of Ikos, Mitsis or Grecotels , we felt as a 95 % german clientel base they were very unintested in us as British guests. Overall ,a beautiful 5 star hotel which left us unhappy and disasastified , total waste of our money .I would say choose your room very carefully , as false info on their own site !!!!

Struttura magnifica e ben curata. Personale molto attento e gentile. Colazione ottima. Possibilità di poter rimanere tutto il soggiorno nel resort senza avere la necessità di uscire in quanto c’è varietà di ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Per chi è senza macchina, c’è una fermata di bus sulla strada principale.

Gutes Hotel, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Essen war auch gut. Lage ist etwas abseits.

The staff were excellent, always available, the property clean and in good shape but definitely the facilities were absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the olympic pool. It was great to do laps in the morning and then lounge around in the generous loungers and gazebos in the afternoon. Ordering food and drinks using the QR codes was really easy and convenient, and service was prompt. There was plenty to do all throughout the day and in the evening. A fantastic selection of a la carte restaurants made each meal a real treat and overall it felt like still really good value for money.

large resort with lots of facilities. Room was clean and large. Staff at reception were lovely however staff at breakfast were quite rude.

Wir kommen bereits zum 3. Mal und werden nächstes Jahr auch wieder buchen. Im Neptune fühlt man sich sofort wie zuhause, wir lieben es dort und unsere haben bereits viele wiederkehrende Freunde. Dort weiß man einfach was man bekommt :)

Einfach S U P E R! Dieses Hotel kann ich nur absolut empfehlen. Super ruhige Anlage, tolles und freundliches Personal, coole Shows für Kinder und Erwachsene. Einfach geniales Essen jeden Tag ;-) Es fällt mir sehr schwer, etwas Negatives zu finden. Wir würden gerne nochmal dieses Hotel buchen.

Nice hotel, nice Stuff but prices for drinks to expensive!

Great room, the hotel facilities are all well maintained, service is very good in general and all restaurants are very good and reasonably priced

Very, very good stay, excellent location and something for all ages. We stayed at the executive suite, which was brilliant in every way! We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked! No riff raff, in terms of the people who stay there. All family orientated. Very clean throughout and the venue is very well thought out, a mini little Greek village! Sun sets, Mountain View and so much more, we will definitely be back. If I was to be extremely picky, the evening buffet was a little similar, but on certain days when changes were made, the food was awesome! 10/10!! Thank you to Neptune and all its staff!
