The rooms are clean and practical, with a layout suited for short or extended visits. Staff are usually helpful once issues are addressed. English is sometimes an issue so i get to practice my broken arabic :-) The property maintains a decent standard. Its location is convenient for getting around Abha and accessing nearby services.
A major drawback in this case was a last-minute cancellation of a confirmed booking on the day of arrival without a clear explanation, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Even though the room was eventually rebooked, it disrupted the travel experience and left a negative impression. At times, the handling of reservations could feel more organized and reliable, especially for returning customers.

Its location is also convenient for getting into, out of and around Abha and accessing nearby services.
A last-minute cancellation of a confirmed booking on the day of arrival without a clear explanation was not appreciated, and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I ended up rebooking the room, but it disrupted the travel experience and left a negative impression. Additionally, the room booked was the same category as in previous stay but with a significant downgrade in bathroom (shower). It was also initially provided without towels, which required two follow-ups before I had to eventually collect them from the reception myself. At times, the handling of reservations and basic room preparation could feel more organized and reliable, especially for returning customers. Overall it is a decent option for stays in Abha, booking management and service readiness needs improvement. Next time I might think about checking some other options

The property's location was excellent, easy to find through Google Maps and conveniently accessible from the main road. The presence of designated parking added to the overall convenience, especially for guests traveling by car.
The room service particularly the breakfast experience fell noticeably below expectations, especially considering the price point at which the hotel positions itself. Service delivery was consistently slow throughout our stay, which made mornings feel more inconvenient than relaxing. What stood out even more was the lack of variety - the same single breakfast option was served on all three days of our stay, with no rotation or alternatives offered. For a property of this category, guests generally expect a more diverse and thoughtfully planned breakfast menu, along with quicker and more attentive service.

Minibar items (chocolates, drinks, chips) were kept inside the hotel room, but the reception did not inform us that they were chargeable. During checkout, we were told that it was mentioned on a paper in the room. This is not about the money, but the approach does not feel right from a business and customer service perspective.
