Boudl Kuwait

I will definitely comeback to this hotel, and would like to see it better next time in term of kitchen basic tools such as knives, frying pan and dish cleaning detergent.

We faced a major problem during the check -in where we were supposed to be in at 14:00 p.m. but there was a delay of an hour and half which screw our schedule for the whole day. As a result we had to check out early at 7:00 a.m.

Room is too small, the property is old without any renovation, coffee mugs were not clean.

Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.

Excellent overall and clean. Best location near where I grew up. Restaurants and juice shops within a few seconds walk. The only bad thing is the rooms need more outlets to plug my phone and laptop chargers. There is barely any in the room.

Staff were very attentive. My booking did not include breakfast, and when asked, I was told it could be ordered and sent to my room. Although not stated openly, it was clear that presence of a single unveiled (though elderly) lady in the open-floor lobby restaurant was undesirable.

The worst hotel I have been at. It is not clean, and the worst part, they do not have any wall plugs to charge your phone.

we had serious issue in the bathroom and was fixed quickly. I believe this should not happen in the first place as the hallway was full of water

Convenient hotel in Salmeya, near to main coastal roads, excellent wide variety of restaurants around. Check in and out was quick, friendly staff, thank you Ahmad at the front desk. I took the standard room, it was modern and clean. They offered me free complementary breakfast every day in the room. There was a TV channels problem, it took them two visits to fix. The real problem is the limited parking space.

bad castemer service, i did not get the room i booked and the front desk employee tryed his best to prove me wrong room smells bad

Bad check-in at 4pm it's too late, The parking is too small too it's very hard to find parking.

Room was good and clean and the bed is comfortable, wifi is good in certain areas (in our room it was fast, but in our friend's room it was not), the only downside for this hotel is the bathrooms, they need renovation, they look very old and seems unhealthy, it's like leaving a 4-star room and entering a 2-star bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will do the best they can to help you.

The room was clean, nice and furniture in good condition. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, easy to go around, full of different restaurants, groceries. The only thing is that cleaning service is paid, and although here is a free transportation service from and to the airport, the driver did not pick us (we did ask for the pick up) and the car was not available for drop off, but finding taxies is not a problem.

It's basically an apartment complex with multiple buildings which vary somewhat from each other. But basically it's the usual furnitured apartment. The worst thing is the bathroom which doesn't meet the standards of any star hotel.

WiFi wasn`t working , it has been fixed after two days , it is department but there wan no washing machine , there is no jem or swimming pool for children or youth , no free breakfast , they asked me to pay 265.44 $ in advance insurance , which is too much , location is good , rooms are cleaned , stuff are nice

I recommend it for families and near to sea and restaurants.

We travel as afamily the hotel is good but there was construction in the next door that did not allowed us to sleep

Overall experience is good, greeted well by the front desk and they are always helpful. The room service is also good.

Check in was delayed and room was all of defects

It was a nice location close to the sea front to take long walks towards the end of your busy day. Breakfast you can do without; better walk outside and get a freshly squeezed juices from the many places around it.

The hotel was clean, spacious and vey friendly staff the location was in the center of Salmyiah which was great and close to everything

I was shocked about the hotel. What I heard is better than what I saw. The hotel getting aged with minimal maintenance. I really don't recommend for vacation.

Was there in s single room. The room was quite small by Middle East standards. The staff here barely speaks any English.

At Check-in they couldn't find my reservations. The room had dirty items behind the bedside table. The cold water handle came off when trying to turn on the shower. Hot water ran out after about 5 minutes. The carpets were very dirty. The A/C leaked water on the floor. The was a bad smell from under the sink. the toilet area was to small. The towel rack fell off. No small towels or face clothes. Internet was difficult to keep connected to. On a positive note the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were at Kuwait during the Eid, and we thought of trying Boudl for the second time. I tried Boudl few years back and it was excellent ( we had the family suit). This time we were unlucky. Only the standard rooms were available. The room size is limited, and waiting at the elevator is tiring. Very limited parking place. Free wi-fi at the room.

Nice comfortable hotel though our room was smallish, it had everything that we needed. The furniture was fine. Breakfast was OK too, though we seemed to be the only people actually eating in the café. The staff were very busy bringing breakfast upstairs to the rooms.

I was visiting Kuwait during the EID holiday , and Boudl hotel was on my list. We stayed at the second tower, and it was OK. My only concern was the AC, which had two units. One is controllable , and the other one is not. It was cold at night, although the AC is off ( because the other unint does not have control, as it was central unit ).

This really was a flying visit as my flight from London landed at around 0640. I reached the hotel at around 0800, showered, changed and then checked out again at around 0930. From what I saw, the hotel, rooms, neighbourhood were all fine and comfortable. The staff were very good, attentive and helpful during my brief pit-stop. I am sure I could write more of a review if I had actually slept at the hotel although the bed did look very tempting after my red-eye flight.

Great

Two day stay with 2 adults and 2 children. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchenette and living room. Overall it was a comfortable hotel with a nice clean feel. However the only major downside was the lack of heating/heaters which made the nights very cold for us (stay was during january - this may not matter during other hot times of the year).

The locations is very good and more convenient for other parts in Kuwait. There are different restaurant near the hotel.

Excellent Place to stay in a live road full of whatever you seek

The hotel charged me ( 260 kwd ) while reservation was ( 244 kwd ) They did not accept printed Hotels.com reservation they said we will call main office for the confirmation and price The amount was not mentioned in the reservation

Fairly neat and clean, good staff, breakfast is basic, too few sockets in room to charge the phone. Internet is decent.

Definitely this hotel is not a 4 star. Its more like a 3 and pushing. the staff is the only thing I can say they deserve a 5 stars. The rest is not the greateast.....

The hotel was nice and clean and the stuff waere frendly, but one thing I didn't like the master room bathroom smel very bad.

Kuwait has limited choice of hotels. Mostly old buildings and not refurbished. This was one of them. Rooms are old styled. Tube tv which makes a music tone whenv switched on/off. Old furniture. Ligation is okay but cat parking is a challenge. I won't recommend if you have another choice.
