The staff is really nice and willing to help.

Some many things but specially the smells problem of the place , we were traveling with a baby and they gave us a room with horrible cigarette smell I aked to be changed and the staff was really effective and found a new one with a better smell , the problem I rented two rooms The other room for my mom and my brother completely stinky , I said smell like rotten sausage my brother says like fart , whatever was really disgusting but we were so tired to ask again a new change , the hotel is so far decent and ten service is good but the smells problem is something really disgusting and cause a reallly overall bad experience

لم تكن هذه زيارتي الاولى للفندق ولكن في فرع اخر بكوكو بارك من ناحيه الديكور الخدمه الغرفه كل شي تمام ولكن المهتم باطلاله الغرفه لايوجد

الافطار صيني بحت ولايوجد اي طعام معروف للسياح من الجنسيات الاخرى كذلك صغر حجم الغرف وقرب الغرف من الشارع بعكس الفرع الاخر كانت الغرف في ادوار عاليه الشخص ارجو توفير صور واقعيه للفندق في موقع بكنق وصور للمدخل للمصداقيه اكثر

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr günstig. Im Hinblick auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist es eine sehr gute Wahl.

Die Luft im Zimmer und im Hotel war stickig und es fehlte an frischer Luft. Das Frühstücksangebot ist begrenzt.

Отель хороший, новый, современный. В номерах чисто, персонал приветливый. На завтраке тоже можно было найти что поесть европейцу. Единственное по расположению понравилось не очень. Рядом мало ресторанов и кафе, рядом проходила дорога и развязка.

Staff was amazing and friendly, the hotel is in a nice location with a 15 minute walk to the metro station. It is equipped with all the necessary facilities and will definitely come back when in Guangzhou again. Thank you to all the amazing staff!!

I was here for 10 nights and I loved it. Very well located for Canton Fair. Great staff who is always very happy to help. Victoria was one or the many good hotel team who helped me with not only for hotel matters but many things to explore the city and local spots which made my trip very fruitful!

The rooms are spacious enough to not feel cramped. What really amazed me is that they are cleaned everyday. The breakfast menu is pretty diverse to accommodate the international population there. They will provide some juice and yogurt for free. If you are going there for the Canton fair they provide free transportation there and refreshments. Honestly this is one of the best experience I had. In addition, the staff is super polite and accommodating. I will definitely be back

The restaurant menu could be a little more diverse. If you are staying there for more than a week you might want to look for other options dinner wise.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Artur Shuzang Newtown Huanshu ha sido verdaderamente excepcional. Fue mi primera visita a China y tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme durante tres semanas junto a mi hermano, lo cual hizo aún más importante contar con un entorno cómodo y un servicio de alto nivel. Quisiera destacar de manera especial la atención de Leo y Victoria, quienes, con un trato cálido y genuino, lograron que nos sintiéramos como en casa —o incluso mejor— durante toda nuestra estadía. Su profesionalismo y calidad humana marcaron una diferencia notable. El hotel ofrece habitaciones cómodas, un desayuno variado y de excelente calidad, y un servicio en general impecable. Sin embargo, lo que más nos llamó la atención fue la dedicación del personal: cada detalle estaba cuidadosamente pensado para el huésped. Durante nuestra estancia por la feria de Cantón, el hotel facilitó transporte diario, y al finalizar cada jornada nos recibían con un snack y una botella de agua en el bus. Al llegar al hotel, nos esperaba una mesa con comida preparada, lo cual reflejaba un nivel de hospitalidad poco común. En definitiva, ha sido una experiencia altamente satisfactoria, que sin duda esperamos repetir el próximo año.

Mi experiencia en el hotel Artur Shuzang Newtown Huanshu fue en términos generales muy positiva; sin embargo, considero importante señalar un aspecto que podría ser mejorado. El único punto que no cumplió con las expectativas fue la calidad del servicio de internet. Durante mi estancia, la conexión resultó inestable y en varios momentos no funcionaba adecuadamente, lo cual puede representar una limitación importante, especialmente para huéspedes que requieren conectividad constante por motivos laborales. Estoy seguro de que, atendiendo este detalle, el hotel podrá elevar aún más el nivel de su servicio y consolidar la excelente experiencia que ya ofrece en otros aspectos.

Muy buen desayuno

The hotel is in a convenient location — not too far from the Canton Fair, about a 10–12 minute walk to Tancun metro station. They also provide a shuttle service to the fair and pick you up after. The room was nice and clean, with good water pressure in the bathroom and all necessary amenities. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. I also liked that you can wash and dry your clothes, and detergent is provided. Lights and curtains in the room are automatic, which is a nice touch.

On the downside, very few staff at reception speak English, so communication is mostly through a translator. The internet connection is quite poor. Breakfast is mostly sweet items, but there are some options like noodles, fried rice, and eggs. On my last day, another guest accidentally took my luggage to a different hotel. The manager made a big effort to find it, so special thanks for that.

Very accommodating with a late-night check-in. After Lan Wan cancelled our rooms last minute, we arrived around 4am, and Yao really stepped in and helped us get settled with no issues. That alone made a huge difference after a long and stressful travel day. The hotel ended up being one of the best we experienced in the city. The area is calm and convenient, with good food options nearby and an overall relaxed atmosphere. The room had everything we needed—slippers, robes, and toiletries were all provided, which made it easy for us to settle in quickly after everything that happened. Yao was the highlight of our stay. He went above and beyond to help us, especially given the situation we came from. I honestly cannot say enough good things about his service and professionalism. There were a couple of downsides—there were some mosquitoes, and it seems that some guests do smoke in the rooms, which can carry into the hallways. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of. Also, one of the breakfast staff members made us a bit uncomfortable by staring at us during meals. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you want a place that is reliable, comfortable, and accommodating.

Очень много номеров без окон, в номере сильно влажно, одежда вся становится влажной, есть запах сигаретного дыма. Но это проблема почти всех отелей в Гуаньчжоу

Превосходный отель, очень уютный и аутентичный. Идеальное постельное белье, ооочень удобные кровати, в номере есть все необходимое. Превзошёл все ожидания!

The breakfast is great, with a wide variety, and snacks in the afternoon and a light supper are also provided, which I did not expect. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.

The location is a bit far from the city center and to the subway station. The TV projector on wall is not clear and hard to monitor.

The best was the laundry service for free. You just leave it on the morning and same day on the afternoon was dry and clean.

The breakfast it was good in general, but only if you arrive on time in the first hour, later they dont refill the food.

بصراحة لا شيء فندق متكامل.

Bardzo przyjemny czysty i komfortowy hotel. Personel niezwykle uprzejmy. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. W hotelu i w bliskiej okolicy restauracje. Byłem już drugi raz w tym hotelu i polecam go.

Bardzo słabo działał internet w pokoju 307. To jest temat do poprawy. Z takim samym sprzętem i ustawieniami w innych hotelach internet działa zdecydowanie lepiej. Jak hotel biznesowy standard internetu jest poniżej oczekiwań.
