I loved the beach, the gardens were mesmerizing and there were so many pools that you could use included in the price. I really loved the beach. There was plenty of food and multiple choices to choose from. The staff were very friendly as well. The room had a very lovely view of the pool, it had working AC and all the amenities. The water is emerald green and couldn't be any better.

I think the bed mattresses were a bit too soft for my liking, that made sleeping slightly less comfortable.

Exceptional polite staff, starting from cleaning ladies. They have been so cute with our baby every morning. We will return there for sure.

Missing all inclusive option.

A few staff members were excellent: the attendant at the upper barrier, the bell attendant who took our luggage and showed us around, and above all the water sports team at the beach. Renting a boat from them went perfectly. We also had one very good lunch at the beach restaurant.

The air conditioning gave off a sewage smell every day. There's no solid door between the toilet and the room. The sliding glass doors kept sticking. The "private" pools are divided only by see-through wooden fencing, so neighbours can see into your pool and your room. Half board dinner: a buffet, nowhere near five-star. Fruit and vegetables were often past their best, and most dishes had little flavour. Service was worse: dirty tables, being seated among the last guests' leftovers, no cutlery, and no one ever offered us a drinks menu. Beach: they push a €40 VIP section, but the sunbeds were all covered in stains and our table was dirty and broken. Spa: my therapist spoke only Greek, and our requests were ignored. Most of it was products applied while we lay wrapped in sticky, noisy plastic foil. It wasn't a real massage. I reported all of this in writing during our stay. The reply mainly explained that we're the problem and didn't offer real solutions. Terrible management.

Nightmare vacation could not sleep 7 nights because there are 5 huge clubs next door playing techno music until 6 am every day!! It was terrible. Lost a vacation.

The stuff was nice, the place was really beautiful in overall. About the food, there are a lot of options for dinner, except drinks, you have to order even water.

I only didn't like that the photos uploaded on Booking didn't match the exact room we were getting. I think everyone should know what they're paying for. In our case, we stayed at the non-renovated part of the hotel which we didn't know. It was clean, but everything was pretty much old, like the doors, bathtub etc...

The price-to-quality ratio is fair, and the hotel offers excellent standards regarding both accommodation and services. The rooms are clean, the premises are well-maintained, and the food is high-quality and expertly prepared. A highlight is the beach barbecue concept—a highly appreciated initiative. The shrimp are among the best I have ever tasted, and the grilled dishes, including the steak, are also outstanding.

The only aspect that left something to be desired was the staff managing the beach area, particularly regarding the sunbeds and umbrellas. There was a lack of initiative in resolving issues that arose. Instead of taking charge and finding a solution, staff members would pass the buck from one waiter to another or to other personnel without anyone actually stepping in to help. Often, the response was merely a gesture of helplessness, showing no genuine concern for solving the problem. Regarding the staff member in charge of the umbrellas: after I pointed out that no receipt had been issued for the sunbed payment, he did return later with the receipt; however, in the following days, I sensed a less welcoming attitude from him. It is a shame that this issue detracts from the overall experience, as the hotel possesses many qualities and offers standards that make it a highly recommended choice.

Мястото е чудесно за почивка. Бихме повторили. Имайте предвид, че комплекса има и втора част ( с малки сгради), която се намира над самия хотел. Има голф колички за удобство. Оценки: Персонал 10/10 Храна 9/10 Плаж 10/10 Комплекс- зелени площи 11/10 Стая 8/10 Интернет 4/10

Стайте навсякъде са с плочки. Ние бяхме с малко дете и краката постоянно му бяха студени. Също при най-малкото намокряне на плочките детето падаше. Малко са овехтяли и имат нужда от реновация. Всичко друго беше перфектно.

The rooms are very old and not clean We stayed there three nights with a baby 3 months years old. The smell of the mold. First night the old AC wasn’t cooling and all But the worst thing that a 03:00 am it started heating the room and boiling it to 30 degrees. The stuff told me that there’s nothing to do and we need to wait to the morning. The bathroom was old and not comfortable. I ordered one king sized mattress, they gave us two separate mattresses that moved when we laying down, we tried to connect the stuff at 21:00 ( when we recognized the problem) , they told us that we must wait until the morning. So I slept on the sofa. The 2 rooms that we ordered was horrible.

The food was good, prepared fresh on the spot, and there was a wide selection. The view of the courtyard was beautiful.

The hotel looks old and some fixtures were worn out, the laminate flooring was creaky and noisy. At dinner, not even water was served for free, all drinks came at an extra cost. The gym was small and had inconvenient opening hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). On some evenings, a photographer would take pictures of all the guests without informing them there was a charge, only to ask for €25–€30 for five photos the next day.

Breakfast was generally good, but the quality of some of the products could be improved. For example, the feta cheese did not taste or feel like proper feta cheese. Also, the watermelon often seemed to be the same one that had been served the night before. Overall, breakfast was enjoyable, but fresher and better-quality ingredients would make a noticeable difference.

Dinner was not as good as it was during our first visit. Some of the food did not seem fresh and had an unpleasant smell. It felt as though some ingredients may have been saved from previous days and reused to prepare different dishes. Overall, the quality and freshness of the food were disappointing compared to our first experience.

Everything is excellent

The reservation we made with the sea view and the room, was not the same when we went there. So basically we booked another room with a different view and they wanted to give us a total different room. We were disappointed. However after we confirmed with the reception that this is not what we reserved they changed our room but still that was not the one we had seen in the first place in booking.

Die Zimmereinrichtung, insbesondere die Eingangstüren, sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Am Strand, sind die Sonnenschirme mit den Liegen ziemlich eng beieinander angebracht.

Complexul are două zone, despărțite de șoseaua care străbate brațul Kassandra. Comunicarea se face printr-un mic pasaj cu mașinuțe de golf. Am stat în partea dintre plajă. Plaja este foarte lată și întinsă, cu intrare lină într-o apă limpede și nisip la bază. Pe plajă este acces și din exterior. Există 3 tarife pe plajă, în funcție de zonă, 10-15-40 euro. Curățenia în cameră se face zilnic. Am apreciat că la sosire, am găsit o sticlă de vin, o apă și câteva dulciuri, iar la plecare am primit o geantă de plajă de bună calitate. Parcare păzită.

Nu aș putea spune că este un minus, dar o sticla de apă plată de 500 ml/persoană pe zi ar fi fost binevenită. Parcarea în zona de cazare spre plajă e neîncăpătoare și este o problemă uneori pentru că trebuie să duci mașina în parcarea din zona de cazare de sus, după șosea.

Die Zimmer sowie die gesamten Anlagen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. ​Besonders das Essen hat uns überzeugt – geschmacklich hervorragend und eine tolle Auswahl. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der luxuriöse Poolbereich, der perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt. Zudem liegt das Hotel ideal: Der bezaubernde Strand ist nur etwa 70 Meter entfernt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. ​Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We booked a half-board rate that included dinner, only to find out at the table that absolutely no beverages are covered. We were forced to pay €4 for a Coca-Cola, and a staggering €7 for an orange juice after drinking them without being informed that they are not included in the dinner. We understood from other guests that they were charged for €4 for water during an "included" dinner buffet is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this tier. Furthermore, the nickel-and-diming carries over to the outdoor areas. Instead of providing standard beach amenities to staying guests, the hotel treats its beach like a commercial public beach club. They charge €10 for two chaise lounges on the grass, and €15 if you want them on the sand with a parasol. A true 5-star resort should include basic dinner refreshments and beach amenities as part of a premium stay, not treat its guests like walking wallets. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for constant extra costs that ruin the relaxing luxury atmosphere you are paying for. Beautiful facilities cannot make up for poor hospitality and misleading pricing

The hotel offers nice facilities, pools of different sizes suitable for kids of all ages and playground for the smallest. The hotel is close to the beach, for the farthest rooms there is a car service. The food in the restaurant was good and variable, the only disadvantage is the lack of enough kids chairs and that you have to pay for the water (at diner time).

The grounds were very well maintained. The private beach was the highlight. The sand was fine a few meters from the shore and the water was incredible. The food was also good. Bonus: they surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday 😊

The shower is tight and the shower floor doesn't look too clean. Could be because the shower drain is either a bit clogged or is too small to drain properly.

Od svega nije mi kafa odgovarala ma koju da sam posucio. Takodje lezaljke na plaži od hotela su se plaćale, po meni za goste hotela je trebala biti samo konzumacija puca i ništa više. Takodje su lezaljke bili u prvim redovima rezervisane, na stocicima je bilo zalepljeno broj sobe. Sto po meni nije uredu. Da dodam da na Booking su bile postavljene jedne slike od sobe a dobili smo drugu sobu u istoj kategoriji ali na drugom mestu.

Calitatea serviciilor foarte bună, mâncarea, curățenie, plaja foarte bine amenajată și curată.

Das Zimmer war zwar ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotelzimmer, aber sehr billig eingerichtet und die Möbel waren uralt. Es war renovierungsbedürftig. An den Wänden und im Badezimmer hingen viele kaputte und rostige Gegenstände. Die Eingangstür hatte außerdem kein Schloss.

The property is really clean. The food at the restaurant is amazing and every night there are many different kinds of meat, vegetarian dishes, sides and desserts. The food at the beach bar was also pretty good and variety of drinks.

I’ve never seen a five star hotel in which you have to pay for sun beds and umbrella. The price for the hotel is already high and I don’t think it’s reasonable.

This is my second time at this hotel, although like two years ago, I had decided not to come here again. It seems that time has not been a good advisor, forgetting the hotel's shortcomings and reminding me only of the fantastic location, the wonderful sea and the perfect beach.

This hotel has so many minuses that I don't know where to start. The breakfast is okay, except for the coffee, which is impossible to drink, and when people protest, the staff says that if you don't like it, you should buy something extra. The attitude of the staff is also shocking, they don't smile, don't greet you, and even look at you with a frown. This probably comes from the salary, which at 600 euros/night per room shouldn't be the guests' problem. Another pettiness is the price of 40 euros charged for a large umbrella, a puff and 4 sun loungers on the beach, which for a 5-star hotel is unacceptable. In fact, all the services related to the hotel are extra. In conclusion, under no circumstances will I come to this hotel again, which according to the services, attitude, and old furniture, is a maximum of 4 stars!

Everything was perfect — very clean, the food was excellent, the pools were spotless, and the surroundings were beautiful and green. The beach and the sea were also great.

However, before booking, you don’t know which part of the resort you will be accommodated in. There is a hotel down near the beach, but there are also two- or three-storey bungalows located above the main road, quite far from the beach. Going back to the bungalow, especially in such extreme heat, is really difficult. There are small golf-cart-like vehicles, but they are rare, and it’s not easy to find one to take you to your bungalow. We wanted to come back again with our small children, but unfortunately, we will probably decide against it because of the distance from the sea. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

I think a 5 star hotel cannot expel hotel guests from the hotel's private beach. We came on a family vacation with our 2 children, most of the time we were in the pool. We planned to be in the beach area for only an hour, we were told that in order to use the beach services we are obliged to rent sunbeds and if we do not have to stay in the beach area outside the hotel area beyond the playing field. We were very disappointed and in my opinion quite shameful. I would like to note that the beach staff was very decisive and adamant on the matter

The food was great, every meal had a special taste and we enjoyed every single dinner. So many different options for breakfast and dinner. We were located above the pool - 21 area and it wan beautiful. Our 2years old daughter enjoyed the most short 2 minute rides to the beach with hotel’s kind of golf cars. The beach, restourants, coffee places, and mostly important - people overhere are wonderful and we really loved the place!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our entire stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious variety of food at the buffet. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The staff was very rude. On the second day, my partner wasn’t feeling well. We were sitting on the veranda for breakfast, since the curtains (the transparent plastic ones, to protect from the wind) were closed. Then, waiters came by and opened all the curtains. We asked them to leave ours closed, but they said that wasn’t possible. We went inside the restaurant, moving everything that was on the table. Obviously, we had to do it all ourselves; no one came to help, even though several waiters noticed. That same day, we stayed in the room longer to let my partner rest. When we went out at 2:30 p.m., I put up the “please remake the room” tag, and immediately a housekeeper came over and said rudely, “Nononono—room service is only until 2:00 p.m.; not anymore today.” I did not know the times, I simply put up the tag. If the room hadn’t been cleaned, I would have understood perfectly well, and I certainly don’t expect the staff to work overtime. That said, I also expect a little courtesy from the staff of a 5-star hotel. She could have said the same thing politely and kindly, rather than rudely. Furthermore, everything comes with a charge. The beach beds are extra, drinks are extra even though the only available option is half-board (I understand that alcoholic beverages are extra, but charging for soft drinks and even water when half-board is mandatory is unacceptable). Dear hotel, better to just raise the prices, if you want some extra bucks. But this way, you give the impression of trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. Other issues, less significant than those above, but still annoying and unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. The safe is minuscule—I couldn’t even fit a standard-sized laptop inside. The internet connection worked terribly, and when I tried to connect with my work laptop, it prevented me from connecting to the network because it said the connection was unsecured and not protected. In the end, I had to connect via a hotspot. In short, a disaster.

Очень красивый и приятный отель. Прекрасный пляж, красивая территория. Безумно вкусная кухня. Каждый день было разное и вкусное меню. Но вы должны понимать что это реально очень тихий и семейный отель, нам было даже скучно. Из развлечений : вечером выступали музыканты и все остальные сидели, пили свои коктейли и слушали это выступление.

Снижаю балы из-за персонала в ресторане, официанты вообще не дружелюбные😅 странные взгляды и желание продать побольше платного алкоголя, при этом даже воды на ужин бесплатной не было. Лежаки на пляже платные.

well first of all the private pool is stuning and i like everything about this resort.

Deluxe double room with sea view is perfect - close to the beach, extraordinary sea view. Perfect sea (clean, without stones, without sea grass). The hotel staff - very polite, helpful, supportive. Breakfast and dinner - many, many very tasty and diverse options.

Everything is perfect. The only things I personally didn’t like: 1) a photograph who was present in one day in front of the restaurant entrance, who insisted to make photos without any other detail, and the next day he asked us to pay 25 euro for 4 photos, 2) parking the car can be a challenge, but with the hotel staff support, you will find a place for the car, 3) the sun beds costs 15 euros/day (1 umbrella with 2 sun beds) on the sands and 10 euro on the grass, but the beauty of the sea compensate the daily price.

Номера требуют ремонта, мы снимали делюкс и номер с видом на море. В двух номерах надо делать ремонт в ванной, в плохом состоянии сантехника и смесители. Не соответствует 5 звезд отелю. Это портит вид номера.

На 5 звёзд гостиница не тянет! Во-первых за такие цены когда ты ужинаешь хоть за питьевую воду деньги не платят это уже минус, И я забыл поставить барсетку в сейф в номере когда пошли на пляж , когда убирали наш номер горничная Тронули и открывали барсетку. И я думаю что 5 звёзд гостиницы не берут деньги за зонтик на пляже.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel și cu siguranță vom reveni! Totul a fost la superlativ: camera curată și confortabilă, atmosfera plăcută, iar personalul foarte amabil, atent și primitor. Ne-am simțit foarte bine pe toată durata șederii și am apreciat în mod deosebit ospitalitatea și atenția acordată oaspeților. Locația este frumoasă, iar serviciile au fost exact ceea ce ne-am dorit pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc un sejur plăcut și liniștit. ❤️ Cu siguranță vom reveni cu drag!

The hotel was generally very nice and clean. The food was delicious. Even though it was the busiest season, it always felt calm because the area is very spacious, making it peaceful and relaxing. There are plenty of pools, the beach is very large, and the sea is wonderful.

Overall, I liked the facility. However, we had to pay extra for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, and water was also charged separately during dinner. This was unusual for me—perhaps it’s a common practice in that area.

Calitatea personalului nu e de 5 stele. Chelneri neatenți sau obositi atat la masa și la bar, se misca greu. Hotelul are nevoie de renovare.. Lenjeriile se schimba des dar sunt ținute probabil în condiții necorespunzătoare deoarece au un miros de mâncare.

Хотелът е прекрасен. Персоналът е изключително любезен! Плажът и ресторанта към него са страхотни, приятно изненадани сме от шезлонгите разположени на тревната площ-горещините тук са по поносими от на шезлонгите разположени върху пясъчната ивица. Закуската и вечерята са достатъчно разнообразни , за да задоволят всеки вкус и предпочитание към храна, а и най- важното вкусни.

Konumu fena değildi. Havuzların birden çok olması gayet iyidi. Yemekleri de fena değildi.

Sahil kısmındaki personelleri biraz kaba. İçme suyuna bile para ödemek biraz tuhaf. Bizim alışılagelmişliğimize biraz tersti.

The pools, the food

We expected better rooms, according to the photos we saw on Booking. We got the rooms on third floor, without elevators. They look old and cheap, again, far from the photos we saw. In the rooms, there were stains on the bad sheets, and rust in the bath, things that are not appropriate with a supposingly 5 star hotel. When we "complained" to the reception on the first day, they said that "these are the rooms", but that they will see what they can do. Till this point, no comment was made, and no answer was given. The cleaning, every day, started at about 14:00, which interrupted our day plan. Only one of the rooms had a view to the pool. We expected the hotel to be a walking distance from the beach ,but it wasn't. Further more, if we wanted to go to the beach, we had to pay A LOT of money for sunbad and umbrella, equivalent to 30€ per day, which we passed. Dinners were good, but we were shocked to realize that we had PAY for water. That's unheard of, like the extra we had to pay for coffee at breakfast... Overall, the general feeling we got is of dissapointment, considering the amount of money we paid.

The food is nice. Not the best but nice.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is huge, beautifully maintained. The infrastructure is top-notch, with crystal-clear, spotless pools and a very clean, well-organized beach area. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety every day. What made our visit truly special was the fantastic staff. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. When they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a lovely cake delivered right to my room! Highly recommended!

2024 yılından beri her yaz geliyoruz. Çok sevdik. Şahane bir ekipleri var. Mutfağından sahiline. Oda servisinden house keepinge kadar herkes işinde çok iyi. Sessiz sakin inziva tatili istiyorsanız buraya mutlaka gelin. Herşey olması gerektiği kadar. Gösteriş yok. Eksik hiç yok.

We loved the place. Great beach, great rooms, great view, great facilities and great service.
