Las habitaciones estaban limpias, decoradas de forma acogedora y contaban con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. Las camas son cómodas y el personal es amable.

L architecture du lieu, l emplacement, la deco, le personnel, les chambres , la restauration

- L absence d une cafetière style Nespresso et bouilloire ( thé, tisane) est surprenante à ce niveau d’établissement. - n’avons pas rencontré de personnel parlant un peu le français.

El Parador estaba casi completo. Nos tuvimos que alojar en una suite. Habitación muy amplia, cama cómoda. Baño enorme. El Parking es grande. Sin problemas para aparcar.

Nos costó llegar al Parador, aunque creo que fue culpa de nuestro gps. No obstante, algunos carteles con mas indicaciones del Parador por la cuidad, no vendrían mal.

Situado en una zona increíble. Con un personal totalmente atento y muy amable. Habitaciones amplias con camas muy cómodas.

Het hotel zo mooi sfeervol ingericht en gebouwd bovenop de opgravingen . Uiteraard het restaurant en zeer goede parkeergelegenheid.

Geen inloopdouche. Ik vind als" bejaarde" staand douchen in een bad vervelend.

El personal, las vistas y la comida. Nos trajeron una botella de cava para celebrar nuestra estancia, todo un detalle que marcó la diferencia.

El camino para llegar es estrecho, pero no es culpa del hotel. Si quieres buenas vistas tienes que subir.

Lo impresionante que son las instalaciones y el lugar en el que se encuentra.

El precio del buffet y del spa. La habitación un poco oscura, le faltaba iluminación a modo amplio y general para toda la habitación

No lounge area, no proper bar. Smelled of drains on outside sitting area. Staff very surly. No advice when requested regarding visiting the castle which is attached.

Our room was very large with a jacuzzi bath and power shower. The staff were very helpful.

The spa circuit was smaller than expected

Hotelli oli upealla paikalla ja hienot näkymät ympäristöön. Huone oli todella tilava, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Aamupala oli erinomainen, niinkuin ilta ravintolakin, ruoat olivat hyviä.

Hotelli oli sivussa keskustasta, niin kävellen ei tullut sinne mentyä, mutta sen me jo tiesimmekin, niin ei haitannut meitä.

Las instalaciones del alojamiento eran espléndidas. La atención de todo el personal inmejorable. El que contara con piscina y spa es algo a valorar muy positivamente. Los desayunos fueron también muy generosos y de buena calidad.

Algo más de variedad en los platos calientes del desayuno.

Over charged rip off there must be a law that you can’t make things up or we in Russia have never booked a twin room for 2 people including breakfast then told when I arrived breakfast is only for one it’s not the money it’s the principal hotel told me that it’s booking.com thought. Ps no where on my booking app does it say you only get one breakfast spoiled brake relly upset my wife .

Alles war sehr gut bis auf die Speisekarte. Das Restaurant sehr gut eingerichtet.

Wir haben 3 Abende im Haus gegessen, 1x ab 20.30 im Restaurant, 2x in der Cafeteria zwischen 18-19.30. Für unseren Geschmack war zu wenig auf der Karte.

The visit would have been much more enjoyable if the outside area for drinks was not turned into a creche with children allowed to play and scream right up until 1:00 in moring

Pool only open certain hours and availability of taxis is bordering on useless. Waited over an hour and reception smiled and remarked "that's local taxis". Waiting staff at breakfast seemed overworked and disinterested

The hotel room was really good, views from the room were great, the outside terrace was a great place to relax

The meals were not to our liking in the restaurant, though that is not a complaint, thats is just the way it was for us, we went to the cafeteria the following night, one meal was cold the other just about warm, we should have sent them back, the two people on the next table sent there meals back, they said that they were cold, getting served on the outside terrace wasn't easy , took way way to long, i asked reception if there was a way for us to get to the castle entrance , which is right next door to the Parador but with a steep hill to navigate, i thought by car and leave it there or drop off the wife , and take the car back to the Parador then walk up myself, the young man on reception who was polite, agreed that he thought that was the only option, and said the castle and the Parador were to separate businesses and he didn't have much information about the castle, i was quite surprised really as without the castle the Parador probably wouldn't be there.

The location was great. Views stunning. Both restaurants were good. Sitting on the terrace at night was lovely.

Het uitzicht is prachtig

De kamer was erg donker en de sleutels werkten niet goed. Het is een doolhof en de bewijzering is niet erg duidelijk. Het ontbijt was matig . De service op het terras duurde lang, we kregen de verkeerde drankjes en het was heel duur.

The staff were friendly. The location is on top of a hill. I liked that some may find it remote

There were no tea or coffee facilities. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. Very poor for a four star hotel

Rooms very comfortable and location is beautiful

The pool is too warm and not really big enough to facilitate all guests during its restricted opening hours. Check out is noon, yet the pool and spa do not open until 11am which effectively makes them unavailable for departing guests. Check in is 3pm but yet again, the facilities are not open until 4.30pm. Unless one wants to partake of the buffet breakfast there is nowhere to just have a cup of coffee or a soft drink. We were assured at reception that taxis were readily available to the town center, but unfortunately this was not the case which meant we were much later than intended having our evening meal.

La cama era muy cómoda, las sábanas muy suaves y daba gusto dormir en ella. Además, tanto la cama como la habitación eran muy amplias.

La bañera con jacuzzi era lo que más ilusión nos hacía. Sin embargo, cuando pulsamos el botón para activar las burbujas, empezaron a salir cosas negras. Se notaba que hacía bastante tiempo que no se utilizaba o no se limpiaba correctamente. Fue una pena, porque elegimos esta habitación principalmente por el jacuzzi y al final no pudimos utilizarlo. Por este motivo, no recomendaría la habitación.

Qe had a junior suite and the view was wonderful

In junior suite and the tvs were so old we couldn't even watch YouTube or Netflix. That was very disappointing! Also the shower cap8 box was empty so I had no shower cap! I assumed the maid would notice and replace it. She didnt!

The location was amazing, views from every angle. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were very good value as was the restaurant and bars. The hotel was built sympathetically to the adjacent castle.

Very minor issues, loose showered head and it took a long time for hot water to reach the bathroom.

The hotel itself is beautiful

The photos were misleading and we believed the pool was an indoor outdoor pool ,however when we got there we discovered it wasn’t , the facilities closed at 2pm and when we tried to book treatments there was no availability, also it was €35 to use the spa circuit , when we went for lunch we were advised we could not eat or drink on the terrace , I went to reception and the lady told us to tell the staff we could , eventually we ordered and waited 30 mins for our drinks and over an hr for food , when it arrived the food as cold , I sent mine back but the rest of our party was so hungry they ate theirs , as there was only one restaurant we decided to go into the town later that evening and it was €18 plus tip each way in a taxi , when we arrived back at the hotel there was no bar opened.Sadly for us the facilities and staff in the restaurant did not match up.However the lady on the reception was very nice.It was an expensive hotel and we really felt we didn’t get much for our money

Me gustó mucho la habitación que es espectacular de grande. La piscina tenía el agua la temperatura ideal. El personal un 10 en trato y grandes profesionales Las vistas del parador increibles

Lo que menos me gustó fueron las almohadas de las camas , te ponen dos muy finas y no se adaptan muy bien a la cabeza. En la comida tardaron mucho en pasar de un plato a otro.

The building was lovely and the food was very nice. The views where spectacular. The pool was free to use, there was a spa area which was chargeable.

The bathroom needed updating a little and shower head not very clean. And the pool area updating, and you need something on your feet as floor very dirty.

rien la majorité des services était a la hauteurs de nos attentes

Mooi hotel. Het eten in het restaurant was zeker lekker. Je kon ook een kleinigheid aan de bar eten. Personeel in het algemeen was vriendelijk maar in het restaurant/ontbijt was de communicatie niet altijd goed. Het zwembad is enkel gratis toegankelijk op bepaalde tijdstippen. De spa met stoombad, sauna, bubbelbad, ... kon privé afgehuurd worden wat wel aangenaam was om met het gezin te doen. Kamer was voldoende ruim voor 3 personen.

Ik had gedacht, gezien de locatie, ook een mooi uitzicht te hebben maar dat viel wat tegen.

Me gustó la estancia y me gustó el Hotel en general. La piscina bastante mal porque esta piscina climatizada en verano y no es lo más apropiado.

No me gustó el precio del desayuno 20 € por persona, siendo un desayuno normalito y sin nada especial.

Un hôtel magnifique dans un endroit peu commun. La chambre, la salle de bain, l'espace, le restaurant le soir. Le personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. La terrasse le soir. Parking sur place. Un prix imbattable à cette période pour ce type de prestation.

La piscine un peu trop chaude et bondée.

Me gustó lo bonito que es y lo limpio y comimos genial,y calidad y nada caro para el lugar que es,son super agradables los camareros y te van dando cosas ha probar buenísima durante tu cena ,pan con aceite umm y gazpacho de remolacha y un trocito de pizza luego una bola de coco chocolate,todo degustación y detalle que no tiene porqué,es tranquilo y descansemos,todo detalle si vas a la piscina te dejan sus toallas...bien todo la verdad

The pool is mainly covered hence in the summer the pool area is super hot

It was a great location but you definitely need a car to visit Lorca, very peaceful, spacious and the views were amazing.

Todo impecable y muy limpio. Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Buenas vistas y personal muy amable. Facil aparcamiento del vehiculo y castillo/hotel precioso. Muy recomendable si vais en coche, esta apartado del centro de la ciudad y un poco incomodo si vais caminando.

Très belle intégration architecturale de l'hôtel dans les anciennes murailles de la forteresse de Lorca. Le décor est surprenant. Les chambres sont très confortables, le restaurant avec la terrasse et vue panoramique est un plus.

Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut mais sans plus à la réception. Attention de bien vérifier les comptes lors du check out car on me facturait 2X la nuitée (déjà débitée via Booking). Service assez lent et inégal au restaurant. La piscine couverte en partie ouverte est une étuve en plein été.

Tiene todas las comodidades para disfrutar de tu estancia y descansar. Puedes ir a la cafetería, al restaurante, a la piscina climatizada e incluso visitar el castillo de Lorca. De noche, cenar en la terraza es una maravilla por el entorno y las vistas, además que la cocina es buena. El personal es muy amable.

No hay nada que tenga que reseñar como negativo.
