I booked a room inside the hotel, and was being sent 200 meters away in a villa, without being aware of the reason. Probably cherry pick monopoly of the hotel. In addition, it was noisy because of some wedding within the hotel premises. I was also able to find cockroaches inside the bathroom.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Very close to the airport and value for money. Huge buffet & Scrumptious breakfast. The staff went over and above with their service, The Front office manager even went above and beyond to drop us at the airport since there were no other transport options available at that time. This gesture really touched us and speaks volume about the kind of hospitality to expect from 5* Hotels & Resorts.
