The garden access is absolutely wonderful, and the pool is also very clean and relaxing! 💜

Dirt. The rooms are old, but they're still quite nice and comfortable. But, they really need to be cleaned properly. The dishes that is used less often was covered in old grease, and some items even had a couple of hairs stuck to them. I had to buy a sponge and wash them 🫠 The floor had only been cleaned in the most visible areas.

The villa itself is very beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The outdoor area is especially nice, and overall the place feels comfortable and well-designed. Everything about the space was enjoyable and we really liked staying there.

Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to standard. The floor was not swept regularly unless we specifically asked, and even then it was sometimes still not properly cleaned — there were often hairs left on the floor. Towels were not replaced with clean ones, even after cleaning was requested. We stayed for 10 days, and for two people only one bar of soap was provided for the entire stay, which was also not replaced. It felt like the cleaning was either incomplete or only partially done. We understand that in some places tips are expected, and we are absolutely fine with tipping for good service. However, it’s difficult to tip when the service itself is not properly provided. It gave the impression that tips were expected before the work was actually done, which felt unusual.

Самый лучший отель в Алании. Мне понравилось всё, от администрации до комнаты. Когда я приехала меня угостили чаем и заселили в номер раньше времени. Особая благодарность администратору, который без доплаты дал мне номер на 4 этаже с прекрасным видом на море и горы, хотя я бронировала самый дешёвый номер. Отель находится на горе, но подниматься не тяжело, тем более я ездила на велосипеде. Номер был просто потрясающим из шикарными видами на Аланию. Гостиная поразила своим огромным, панорамным окном в пол на всю стену, типа французский балкон, который открывался , так приятно было пить чай и любоваться незабываемыми видами из окна. Ещё в гостинной была кухня с необходимой кухонными принадлежностями для приготовления пищи. В К тому же посуда и мебель на кухне была идеально чистой. Каждый день была качественная уборка номера. А ещё мне очень понравилась спальня, это была хоть и маленькая комната, но очень уютная с восхитительным балконом и волшебным видом на море и горы. Чесно говоря, я всегда кушала только на балконе, там есть столик и два удобных и мягких кресла. Хочу добавить, что в номере было тепло, я включала кондиционер на обогрев , поэтому было очень комфортно. Территория отеля выглядела ухоженной с двумя бассейнами и уютным видовым рестораном и вкусной едой. А еще на крыше есть, смотровая площадка для отдыха, там размещены столики и стулья , но самое главное можно сделать шикарные фото и видео 360* с завораживающими видами. Море и первый пляж Дамлаташ находятся буквально в 5 минутах хода от отеля, также рядом есть магазин Мигрос и Бим, до порта и центра города минут десять медленным ходом. Короче говоря, я в восторге от этого отеля, мне понравилось абсолютно всё и летом я обязательно вернусь ещё. Спасибо большое администрации и хозяину отеля за незабываемый отдых.

Location is good, but the are 250 meters up hill walking to get to the hotel. Fitness that is not for everyone, I guess. Taxi would cost you some extra money then. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. Small kitchenette in the apartment helped a lot.

Heavy aroma used for bed sheets washing, that might cost you an unexpected asthma hit one day. Nearby Kleopatra beach is heavily poluted with tons of cats shit, making it's wonderful sand to a dangerous smelly substance.

Its a very steep climb up to the hotel. Our room had a patio that was facing the wall and lots of cleaning equpiment, but we only stayed for one night so that didnt bother us too much. Walls and doors could have been better sound proofed.

The room was very bad. Smelled. The bed were very dirty. I am still waiting for my refund. We couldn’t stay there because of the condition of the room

Otel merkeze yakın, girişten önce dik bir yokuş var. Biz 1 gece kaldık, sadece uyumak için gidip sabah erken çıktık. Bence tatil için uygun değil, nasıl bu kadar yüksek puan aldı şaşırdım. Otelin acil yenilenmesi lazım. Yataklar içine çöküyor, odalarda yoğun nem kokusu var. Odadaki mobilyalar çok çok eski, dökülüyor.

Sakin ve kalabalık olmayan yerleri tercih ettiğimiz için memnun kaldık. Sezon dışında olmasına rağmen odamızı 2 günde bir temizlediler. Havlularımızı çarşaflarımızı değiştirdiler. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve doyurucu çeşit var. Kahvaltıdaki ekstra kızartmaları, krepleri ve güler yüzü için görevli Ayşe ablaya teşekkür ederiz. Hüseyin bey de ilgili ve işini takip eden bir eski çalışan. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Hotelin konumu çok güzel ve merkezdeki her yerin ortasında diyebiliriz. Damlataş mağarası ve plajı 300 metre kadar yakında. Devamında da Kleopatra plajı var zaten. Kalenin eteklerine denk gelen bir lokasyonda. 223 nolu odada kaldık. Dairenin içinde su ısıtıcı, mini buzdolabı, ihtiyaç olan mutfak malzemeleri, elektrikli ocak, 2 adet klima ve mini balkon vardı. 2 adet tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip çift kişilik hale çevirdiler. Girişte bir adet çekyat, sehpa ve bambu sandalyeler vardı. Memnun kaldık. emeği geçenlere teşekkür ederiz.

Rommene var ikke klare når vi kom. Dårlig service fra personalet. Veldig dårlig utstyrte rom. Ingen utsikt til tross for oppgradering. Sjekket ut etter en natt. Spurte hotellet på Mail om muligheten for å få refundert noe av beløpet, men har ikke fått noe tilbakemelding eller svar.

Ich hätte mich gefreut,wenn ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Das ging leider nicht. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Tisch oder Schreibtisch. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Beliggende på en høyde i nærheten av borgen, stranda og byen men rolig. Frokost : av den enkle typen men lite utvalg og bare hvitt brød, kaffe er kun pulver kaffe lag selv. Veldig lite utvalg i pålegg. Juice er tynn og billig type. Mailet dem om behov for gluten free mat I god tid før ankomst og fikk svar at det skulle de ordne. Det var glemt. Det de kom med på dag 2 var uspiselig. De har ingen kompetanse på mat allergi Så flere som hadde med egen mat eller tilbehør. Pluss for muligheten til å få egg omelett. Rom: vi bodde i underetasjen. Stort rom,men hard seng og dårlig vedlikehold. A/c rister og bråker. Satte på 2.plaster og noe papir under på inne del. Hjalp litt. Badet trenger flere enkle utbedringer og reparasjoner. Ingen lyd isolasjon,hører alt naboen sier.og gjør I alle rom. Rom høyere etasjer er visst mindre. Flere hadde bråkete gammel a/c. Rom fremstår gammelt og noe slitt men rent. Uteområder, koselige men eldre standard. Personale: resepsjonens sjef er grei og har god engelsk ellers relativt lite engasjement og sjarm. Frokost kokk gjorde en god innsats og lagde mange omeletter i full fart hver dag. Dette stedet har så mye potensiale med små justeringer. Har du mat allergi, gå ned trappa bak hotellet. Der ligger resturanten cozy Alanya. De kan lage alt tilpasset. Spis heller der.

De solgte rom for «en billig penge» i «kjelleren», som var mindre stilfull enn de vi så på nettet. Fordelen var at rommet lå i skyggen og var kjølig. Bratt bakke opp mot hotellet. Flott utsikt ! Fint bassengområde. Meget enkel frokost. Kort vei til restauranter. Likte beliggenheten.

Allt var bra. Hotellet låg väldigt fint utsikten var underbar . All personal var hjälpsamma o trevliga. Enda nackdelen var backen upp till hotellet. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fint lite hotell forholdsvis stille med allinclusiv mulighet for de som ønsker det . frokosten kunne vært bedre da allinclusiv gjestene kunne få feks omelett / pannekaker Vi hadde betalt for frokost men ingen info om vi kunne få dette . Rommet vi fikk var med en "fransk"balkong dvs ikke mulighet for å sitte der forsøkte få byttet rom men det gikk ikke fikk beskjed om att vi allerede hadde blitt oppgradert til suite .. sa att vi heller ville ha balkong som det faktisk gikk å sitte ute på men nei det var ikke mulig . Personalet var vennlige smilende og i møtekommende til en hver tid Stort pluss for renholdet av rommene

Salı giriş yaptım ,çarşamba sabahı da çıkış yaptım. İş gereği konakladım.faturayı mailime gödereceklerdi perşembe de hatırlatmam rağmen henüz gönderen olmadı.faturayı iş yerine vermem gerekiyor ki konaklama ücretini alayım ama şu anda madur bırakıldım.

The location is good. It is on a steep hill with parking easily accessible on side streets. 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

AC did not work during my visit. When mentioned to the staff we were told they would come in 5 mins. 30 minutes later I asked again and they finally came to try and resolve the issue. They tried to fix it but were not able to. When we requested another room they did not give us one. They gave us a fan after some back and forth for one room (as if they were doing us a favor) but it was easily over 32 degrees celsius in the room. 0 concept of customer service here.

I liked the view after a paid room upgrade.

We were given a room on the lowest floor. There was no hot water in the room. The problem is not weak pressure. There was no hot water at all! There was an unpleasant smell of moisture in the room, even after it had been aired all night. The floor was sticky in places. They did not provide slippers or shower accessories. The room doesn't match the photos at all. The entrance to the toilet is through a shower room with a wet floor. There is only one electrical outlet in the bedroom. There was no outlet in the bathroom. The wifi was really unstable. The swimming pool was under renovation. The night guard was unfriendly and rude. No one apologized for the situation or tried to fix it. We asked for another room, but were told that there were no rooms available. The next night we upgraded our room for money. The more expensive room had a great view.

Burada 3 gece konakladık. Gayet konforlu ve güzeldi. Çalışanları ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Odaları gayet temiz. Kahvaltı dahil tutmuştuk kahvaltısı da bizi tatmin etti. Konum olarak merkezi konumda plaja 10 dakika. Otel yolu sadece biraz yokuş onun dışında hiçbir sorun yoktu. İlginiz için teşekkürler.

We have only a good experience in Villa Sonata. Hotel is located on the hill, so you can have great view to the city. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. We have booked a standard room and they give us much more bigger room with a lot of space, it was really nice, thank you! Totally recommend :)

Panoramik odanın manzarası çok güzel. Odalar gayet temizdi, yataklar rahat. Kullanılan eşyalar gayet şık ve kaliteli. Kahvaltı alabilirsiniz gayet doyurucu. Alanyaya giden herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

A good hotel

Samlet set var hotellet nogenlunde. Det ligger op af en meget stejl bakke som kan være hård at komme op af hvis man ikke er godt gående. Personalet var ikke ligefrem de flinkeste mennesker og svære at kommunikere med.

Bir yarışa katılmak üzere geldik. Babamla beraber 3 gece kaldık. Konum hem merkeze hem katıldığımız etkinliğe yakındı. Mutfağı kullanıp 3 gün boyunca yemeğimizi yaptık. Bahçedeki masa sandalye ve alanı kullandık. Mekanı tavsiye ederiz.

Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise.

I liked the location and that it was so quiet. I liked all the cats and the back door exit to a more wild nature and old houses and walking up stairs I found a play ground where the morning sun could be enjoyed. The room was ok, but would have prefered a proper desk with a proper chair as I should work from my laptop while staying. Also the internet sometimes disconnected.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben es genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Sauberkeit ist auch gut und die Arbeiter dort sind auch gut. Allerdings gab es manchmal ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser, das aber vom Verwalter gelöst wurde. Vielen Dank, Villa Sonata.

Villa Sonata är ett litet och personligt hotell med fina pooler, bra läge i Alanya (nära stranden, hamnen och affärer mm). Städning av rum sker dagligen och det hålls rent och snyggt och fräscht både på rummen och övriga hotellet. Vi har varit där flera år i rad. Vi är mycket nöjda med Villa Sonata.

Great location and great staff. Upgraded to a panoramic view room and it was a great decision. Room was very spacious with a fantastic view of the bay and mountain. Decor a bit dated but confortable. Excellent value. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

This is an amazing property. It sits on a small hill overlooking Alanya and Cleopatra beach. It is so close to the Teleferic cable car which transports tourists up to the walled fortress for exceptional views of the Mediterranean coastline for many miles. Rooms all have patios or balconies. The staff are very accommodating and professional and helped us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant and 2 medium sized pools with lots of lounges. Wonderful value. Would definitely return as it is optimally positioned for getting around Alanya. We left our rental car sit 3 days as it wasn’t needed. 200M to Dalmatas cave. A must see!

Odayı değiştirmek istediğimde odayı kullanıp kullanmadığımı sordular. Ben de sadece el havlusunu kullandığımı söyledim. Bunun üzerine saçma bir şekilde 1 gece orada kalmamı sabah resepsiyoniste söylememi onun değiştirebileceğini söylediler. (Halbu ki otelin sahibi ya da üst düzey yetkilisi zaten oradaydı). Durum böyle olunca sinirimi bozup uğraşmak istemedim dolayısıyla aynı odada kaldım. Bu nahoş durum dışında, odada tek kullanımlık terlik bile yoktu. Sonradan verdiler. Duş jeli ve şampuan da yoktu. Apart otellerin mantığı buymuş, duş jeli, şampuan olmazmış :-D O kadar apart otelde kaldım ilk kez böyle saçma bir bahane duydum. Yatak rezil ötesi derecede konforsuzdu. Sırtım çok fena ağrıdı. Duş almak istedim sıcak su o kadar dengesiz akıyor ki, su birden soğuyor birden ısınıyor. Kısacası bu otel kesinlikle pişmanlıktır. İş stresinden hafta sonu kendimi Alanya'ya atayım dedim geldiğime geleceğime pişman oldum. Bu problemlerin kesinlikle Türk kafa yapısından kaynaklandığını düşünüyorum. Yalnız olduğunuzda sizi adam yene koymuyorlar. Özellikle de erkekseniz.

Het eten van de kaart is superlekker! Iedereen is heel vriendelijk.Het ontbijt is eentonig en sober. Wij hadden de panoramasuites, Het panorama is schitterend, het terras groot. De meubels zowel binnen als buiten zijn echt aan vernieuwing toe. Alles wat in de keuken staat is echt oud en ook dringend aan vernieuwing toe.Niets hoort bij elkaar. Ook de badkamer is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Wij hadden all in en hoefden niets van het versleten keukengerief te gebruiken. Een grondige renovatie en het hotel is terug een parel!

Ett litet och charmigt hotell med vacker vy över Alanya, lite mer av bykänslan och ett familjärt hotell. Trevlig personal. Samtidigt bara några minuter till shopping och restaurang-gatan och bara 10 minuter till beachen Kleopatra. Då hotellet ligger upp i brant backe känns det ändå en bit ifrån allt myller om man föredrar ett mer naturnära plats.

The room was neat and clean, as we ordered, with a large terrace. It was very nice to sit on the terrace in the evenings. The breakfast was delicious, the choice was small, but everything that was there suited us. The location of the hotel is very good, a 7-minute walk to Cleopatra Beach.

Nice apartment with some facilities for cooking. Nice view from the balcony and two steps to Cleopatra plaj.

The way to the villa ends by rather tough climbing up the hill. Not for everybody. In the area between the two buildings they put some noisy game table.

Best boutique hotel in the center of Alanya. Far from the city noise but 3 walking minutes to the Cleopatra beach. Wonderful restaurant with the city view and reasonable prices. Great hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Definitely recommended!
