Soggiorno perfetto! Struttura bellissima, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissima. Il personale è stato davvero super gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi necessita, ci siamo sentiti a casa. La piscina è bellissima, ideale per rilassarsi. La stanza era molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario, addirittura con angolo cottura super comodo e un balcone con una vista bellissima.

Camera enorme con un letto matrimoniale king size più un letto singolo, angolo cottura ben attrezzato, tavolo con sedie. Camera e bagno pulitissimi. C'era anche un set di cortesia omaggio con fette biscottate, biscotti, bustine di the e caffè, marmellate. Nel frigo, una bottiglia d'acqua. Sono quelle piccole attenzioni che ti fanno piacere e non sempre trovi! Il terrazzo enorme con tavolo e comode poltrone e uno stendipanni a muro con mollette. Ka posizione dell'hotel è comodissima e si trova sempre parcheggio gratuito sulla strada sul retro. Le proprietarie sono persone per bene, dolcissime e molto disponibili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo! Grazie ⚘

Fantastic location Lovely rooms

Past visits bins were emptied more regularly especially the bathroom bin, When the room was serviced the bathroom wasn’t given a clean I cleaned it myself

Was located close to the beach (could walk), had street parking behind the property with a gate access near the pool. Friendly owners. Shops, restaurants and bakery close by. We were 15 mins out of Rethymno town. Nice and quiet. Although the road was quite busy.

TV didn’t work. Pool was being cleaned during the day and I couldn’t use it. Although the other days we could use it but the wedding took up most of our stay.

Больше всего понравилось соотношение цена / качество, было очень чисто и уютно в номере, тихо, на кухне все чистое и есть все необходимое для готовки, бесплатная парковка вдоль улицы под деревьями (в жару важно), чистый бассейн и есть детский бассейн, из которого ребенок не вылезал. Нам все очень понравилось!

WIFI был нестабильным и медленным, ближайший общественный пляж не очень, но мы ездили на машине на другие

I materassi dei letti, un po' scomodi essendo a molle. La pulizia della piscina non quotidiana

La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y no se oía ruido de fuera con la ventana cerrada. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y la cocina tenía todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable y la piscina muy bien.

Все были дружелюбны и вежливы. Чистый отель, чистые и просторный номер. Хотелось бы немножко больше посуды. Удачное местоположение.

Located close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

The airco didnt work properly, so the room was quite hot. Communication with owner could have been smoother (they were not replying to our messages and no one was at the reception, upon arrival at 18:00.

Bardzo czysto, przyjemnie, uroczy i czysty basen z dużą ilością leżaków. Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Miejsca parkingowe darmowe z dużą dostępnością. Polecam każdemu. Na pewno wrócę. Spędziliśmy wspaniale wakacje. Położenie bardzo blisko Rethymno i innych atrakcyjnych miejsc Krety.

Ανανεωση αναλωσιμων ηταν μερα παρα μερα και αλλαγη στις σακουλες αυτα μονο!

Καθαριότητα, ησυχία, πισίνα πεντακάθαρη και λαμποκοπουσε με επαρκή χλωρίωση, το πάρκινγκ. Η κυρία στη reception άψογη, πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει και πάντα χαμογελαστή!

Pas de stationnement sur place, il faut avoir la chance d'en trouver dans la rue. Porte mal insonorisée, on entend les gens dans le couloir rentrés tard le soir .

Il condizionatore faticava a rinfrescare la stanza. In cucina erano presenti solamente due piastre elettriche non troppo pratiche per cucinare ed i letti non erano troppo comodi

Appartement trop bruyant notamment ceux qui donnent sur la piscine car ils sont le long de l'autoroute. Les matelas des lits étaient trop durs pour se reposer.

Location and how clean it was

La piscine est exceptionnelle et l emplacement est au top. Très bien situé pour visiter un maximum de sites. L appartement était spacieux et bien équipé.

Pas de petits déjeuner en haute saison surtout pour le premier quand on arrive en vol de nuit mais une petit welcome box sur la table

Great value for money. We spent 2 weeks in rooms 109 and 110 because we are family of 5 persons (2 adults and 3 kids). Hotel has great swimming pool and good location (a lot of tavernas are nearby; beach and sea are very close; there are supermarkets and pharmacy nearby). We could make our breakfast in rooms and eat lunch and dinner in tavernas. So, it's not expensive hotel and with savings we could rent a car for several days, always eat in tavernas and enjoy our vacation. Reception staff was nice and hotel guests were nice. Everything was overall fine.

Wi-Fi needs to be considerable improved. It doesn't work correctly. Internet was important for everybody and especially for our children, but as internet was sometimes completely unavailable, we needed to use our mobile internet from cell phones.

Location good, apartment good size and quiet location! Excellent air conditioning and wifi ok, good value for money and good proximity of bars and restaurants and close to the beach! Good for an independent holiday!

Walls were thin and we could hear the whole routine of a baby next door ( up until then it had been a nice relaxing break) A maid took some coins from our room thinking it was a tip midway through our stay which was a bit awkward to say the least!

The cleanliness of the room, beautiful pool and location near to the beach, ammenities and restaurant options were what made this place great! Also, easy parking on the back street. The staff were really friendly.

Everything was up to standard.

La piscine suberbe, le studio très spacieux, le personnel sympa. La proximité des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage. La jolie ville de Rethymnon n'est qu'à 20 minutes de voiture.

Le réfrigérateur très bruyant et comme nous avions un studio avec kitchenette, c'était plutôt gênant la nuit.

Le bruit côté route ainsi que le bruit du frigo toute la nuit. Le fait qu’on une seule clés de chambre pour 3 personnes.

Sehr hellhörig Räume. Habe sogar das Abklopfen des Rasierers auf dem Waschbecken des Nachbarzimmers gehört.

Я такої чистоти не зустрічала навіть в дорогих 5зіркових готелях. Прибирають щодня, а міняють рушники та постіль раз на 2 дні. Приємний персонал. Розташування в туристичній зоні, близько до моря. Басейн дуже сподобався, хоча зазвичай я до них байдужа. Великий, також дуже чистий і практично завжди ми там відпочивали самі, без людей. Місць для парковки завжди достатньо. Просто як приїдете, знайте, що вам потрібно не на центральну вулицю, куди виходять центральні двері, а на паралельну вулицю, до задньої хвіртки. Як опиняєшся на місці, то одразу стає зрозуміло. В номері є все необхідне: меблі, сушарка для білизни з прищіпками, посуд, електроплита. Прикольний вітальний набір. Дрібниця, але приємно)

Основна біда цього готелю-це інтернет. Мало того, що на всьому острові відсутній робочий мобільний інтернет, так ще і у них з двох вай-фай мереж нормально працювала лише одна і то лише на ресепшн та басейні. Мені потрібно було працювати, тому я дуже намучалась з цим звʼязком. В номері взагалі нічого не ловило. Заходив туди і зникав для світу)) Ну і друга незручність-розташування готелю між двох активних доріг. Який номер ви б не отримали, він буде виходити на шумну дорогу. Або як у нас (ми жили над входом) - на центральну вулицю, яка замовкала лише на годинку десь під ранок. Або буде виходити на басейн, а там взагалі траса проходить. Для нас цей недолік не був таким критичним, як відсутність інтернету, але якщо для когось тиша-це важливо, то майте на увазі. Правда, у вікон добра шумоізоляція. Якщо зачиняти і вмикати кондиціонер, то стає майже тихо.

El apartamento está muy bien, la cocina es pequeña aunque tiene lo básico, echamos un poco en falta microondas. Por lo demás todo perfecto, la piscina es increible y la ubicación genial.

Been going to the Matthias for a few years now and could not fault it, everywhere is spotless and every one is very friendly, you also get a lovely little welcome package in your room. Pool is amazing but if you prefer the beach it’s just across the road and there are shops and restaurants all around, rooms are cleaned every day with and clean linen and towels every other day.

Nothing that I can think off.

Förfärliga sängar,fjädrarna hamnade i ryggen,knarrade så fort man rörde sig det minsta. Myror ,både ute på balkongen men även inne på diskbänken och bordet.Gick inte att ha något ätbart ens i förpackning framme.
