The facilities were good, but the room was a bit moist and the bathroom had a lot of mold in the ceiling, which could be a health hazard for people staying for longer - all in all a good experience but could be a little bit better. The room was quite dark, since there were no windows to let the actual sun in (the windows were very high in the ceiling and towards the courtyard) Also the door of the room let in noise when someone was walking past or coughing in the other room. But not that annoying for me personally.

Cleanliness
9/10Multiple reviewers explicitly said the rooms were clean and bedding/towels of good quality, though a few noted occasional approximate cleaning.
Service
9.5/10Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (including WhatsApp communication and helpful check-in); one comment about limited reception hours but overall very positive service sentiment.
Location
10/10Consistently praised as excellent — central, vibrant neighborhood, very near Tribunal metro and main attractions; the strongest positive theme across reviews.
Room Quality
6.5/10Mixed feedback: comfortable beds and adequate showers, but many mentions of very small rooms, interior/no-window rooms and thin walls leading to noise issues.
Amenities
6/10Limited common spaces and facilities noted (no breakfast room, no real lounge), elevator present; amenities are basic and some guests missed communal areas.
Value for Money
8/10Mixed views: several guests called it great value for the location/size, while a few felt price was high for the basic offering — overall leans positive given central location.
Food and Beverage
5.6/10Repeated complaints about the breakfast (poor selection, delivered in plastic box to the room rather than a breakfast room), causing notable negative sentiment.
Overall Experience
7.8/10Overall a positive stay for guests seeking a well-located, clean, simple place to sleep — good service and location balance drawbacks like small rooms, noise and weak breakfast.
