Breakfast was good.

The floors were absolutely filthy.The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either.

Breakfast was a little on the short side. Ran out of food, and drinks. But what little we had was okay. I did ask for a handicap room, but there wasn't one available, may not be using outside help again. But it was comfortable and we did sleep well.

TV system was terrible. We called front desk to have them check it out and they never came. The chair in the room was filthy, it had grease all over it. The desk lamp didn't have a light bulb in it. There was not 1 piece of paper in the room and nothing telling you anything about the hotel. There was not even a escape map on the door, which is law. In the morning when we told the owner of our concerns, his response was that he had the cheapest price in the area. We didn't pick this hotel because of the price, we booked it because the Marriott property we normally stay at was full. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I found from experience that when mid eastern European people own these hotels they run them into the ground.

Several breakfast items were empty upon arrival at around 6:30.

The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I asked him where the ice machine was and he told me there was only one. I also asked if we could have a room close to the elevator. He gave us a room near the elevator and near the only ice machine. Our was very clean. A beautiful hotel that need to be brought back to life.

The breakfast was not good. The food was not hot. No bread to make toast and the toaster was broken and so was the pancake maker. There was only apple juice. We were told they were out of all the other juices. I did see into the kitchen and it was huge. There should be no reason to run out of anything. Very poor management. The other thing I think they could improve on is the TV channel selection. Very poor. This hotel is very old and could use some updates. The other thing is that there is only one ice machine. A long way away from many rooms

The facilities were very dirty. The rooms were not well cleaned, elevators, doors and windows were all dirty. There was no staff available at the check-in counter so it took close to 30 minutes to get checked in. For the price it was extremely disappointing.

The waitress in the hotel restaurant was friendly n polite

The room was dirty. The elevator door squeaked every time someone used it and our room was right next to it. The checkin staff were cordial but not welcoming, same as checkout. It took over an hour for our food at the restaurant. Our room did not have enough towels. The breakfast was the worst. Runny, powdered eggs, sausages that had no taste and were undercooked. 2 out of 4 juices were out of order. The pancakes and yogurt machine were not working. We got there an hour after breakfast started and they were almost out of the majority of the few items they did have.

We stayed here 2 nights when exploring the National Parks. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, good shower with lots of hot water and pressure and mini fridge was adequatel. Breakfast was great with many choices for hot and cold entres. Laundry machines on 3rd and 4th floors was a plus. Would stay again but bring our own pillows which we forgot.

The woman at the front desk was rather rude upon check-in. Berated me about the phone you had to use to call someone for the front desk, apparently I didn't let it ring through to talk to someone. I thought it was just to announce someone was there. My mistake! She was not very nice at all. The room was fine but the lighting is so dim you can hardly see to put contacts in or shave or put make-up on. Daylight bulbs would help immensely. The whole room needs better light bulbs, its very dim throughout. Also, it would be nice to have a choice of pillows, maybe one softer and one firm. All the pillows were extremely big and did not compress when laid upon. Hence the kink in my neck the next day. Other than lighting and pillows it was fine. The gentleman at the desk in the morning was very nice!

Many missing ice machines you could see where they used to be. The plumbing was there and they were missing. Had to go to the front desk and go clear the other side of the hotel to get ice.

There needs to be some updating...but the price equalled the pricing. Also..even though the room was for 2....there should have been 4 large towels

The bartender/waitress was very inattentive, if I wanted something I had to go to them to ask for it, gave me another customers bill and them mine which they already filled out without checking. Had to ask for napkins with my meal.

Neighbors were good, and quiet.

The room was dated and some of it was falling apart. The AC didn’t work hardly at all and the mirror in the bathroom made a terrible buzzing sound whenever the light was on. The sink faucet was broken and didn’t work. We also stepped on staples multiple times, which would’ve been bad if we weren’t walking with shoes on, or found them before stepping on them. our door was also incredibly squeaky and some of the lights by the bed didn’t work.

There was a full size refrigerator in our room.

The main areas were filthy, the pool area especially. There weren’t towels in the pool area and not enough in our rooms. The front desk person seemed annoyed that we were there. Seems like some areas are falling apart.

It was a good price. Rooms were really nice size. Continental Breakfast.

Really needs some TLC. Shower didn’t drain well, shower shelf broken off in corner and not fixed, jets didn’t work in hot tub. Not a bad place just needs some attention.

When we entered the Astoria Cafe we were seated, brought water and a menu. There were no other customers. The server left the area and did not come back. After 20 minutes another couple and one other person entered, seated themselves and finally went behind the counter too gert their own menu. I searched the area, the kitchen and one of the women checked the restroom. After 25n minutesall of us finally left.

We were greeted so warmly at the front desk. She was able to get us in for an early check in so we could unload our bags and continue on to our venue so when we arrived back late we could go straight to our room.

Proximity to freeway

The size of the room was adequate, location was ideal for our purposes. However, the phone did not work in the room, we reported it twice. The front desk was not manned frequently, the bar and restaurant were not open at night. And we asked several times for housekeeping but never had any housekeeping during our 4 day stay. We had to ask the front desk for towels, paper supplies, trash bags. The lighting in both ceiling and lamps was dim at best.

No phone in room, no housekeeping even upon request, had to get towels, paper products and trash bags from front desk. Only 1 ice machine had adequate ice. Restaurant not open for dinner as advertised.

Staff were great. Lobby was recently updated and looks very nice. It appears they are in the beginning stages of updating rooms which is great because the rooms, while clean, were pretty beat up.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel seemed updated. It was above average for a moderate / low priced hotel.

The breakfasts was amongst the worst I've seen in a hotel. They should cut the breakfast or open a pay for breakfast option.

Bathroom shower was dirty with hair and grime. Safe was unable to be opened and wood door hinge in front of save was broken and dangling.

Most of the lights either didnt work at all or were very dim. Staff tried to change light bulbs but they still didnt work. Staff had to come fix the tv that didnt work. Wedding party music loud and thumping until 1 am. Guests above us stomping around after that. No sleep for us. Couldnt wsit to leave.

location to the interstate ws very good to accommodate our road trip. The front desk staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful. the room was spacious and well equipped if you needed those apartment style amenities. There was a restaurant on-site, but not very well attended. The space was also utilized for the complimentary breakfast.

the facility was large, and the time of year hosted a number of youth sport teams, therefore fairly busy, crowded pool and hot tub area, and morning breakfast venue. Some maintenance needs as the elevator on the 3rd floor made a screeching sound when opening, also my door was difficult latching when being closed.

Staff was nice and rooms were clean.loved that I could watch Netflix on the tv.

Needed to fix an open electrical outlet and closest ice machine was not working. Had to go 4 floors to find ice.

The room was dusty a thin layer of dust was on the microwave and the lamps . The bath room wasn't clean the shower had mold growing all around the soap dish the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty We stayed 2 nights nights housekeeping didn't replacement our toilet paper, towels or take our trash. I havd never stayed at a hotel that didn't have an extra roll of sitting on the back of toilet or in the cabinet. There' was no sign saying hang up towels and no one at the front desk mentioned we had to request housekeeping or said anything about them being short staffed. We ran out of toilet paper on our first night the roll should of been changed before we checked in since they had no extra roll. We let left for the day and we thought forsure housekeeping would come and take of it but nope . Thankgoodness my husband keeps a roll in the truck and when we checked out we took our toilet paper with us and hung the empty back up

Absolutely nothing!! I left after an hour of being berated by the "Manager" at the front desk.

I made the reservation through Booking.com for $79.00 plus tax. I was charged $130.31 when I arrived. The "Manager" said the hotel can charge what they wanted to they do not have to honor the price quoted by Booking.com. Not feeling well I just wanted to rest and went to the room he assigned. The room was filthy and disgusting. Paint peeling off the walls, dog hair all over the carpeted floor and furniture. The bathtub and toilet had not been cleaned and the room smelled like mold. I took my luggage and went back to the front desk to request a refund. I was told I could not get a refund but I could switch rooms. After looking at 3 more rooms that were possibly worse than the original room I asked for the name and number of who he reports to. The "Manager" who wouldn't give me his name or the name of his boss stating he had no way to contact his boss. By this time I was extremely upset and left to find another place to stay. I'm currently trying to get the $130.31 refunded through Booking.com. The only service this place provided was LIP SERVICE!!!! I wish I had taken photos..lesson learned! Read the reviews before making reservations! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful. The location was convenient. Our room was near the rear exit. Dog friendly

Terrible lighting in the room. Electrical: switches and outlets either operated everything or didn't work. Many signs of aging. Is it in transition? Is it falling apart? The pool room had missing window casement, exposed drywall, etc. Pet area was "out back" but the one little triangle of grass was marked, "no pets on grass" so I guess they're supposed to use the pavement.

No room service until we specifically asked for it. soap, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and never filled even after they finally came to the room, Kleenex dispenser was empty and never filled. No bathroom fan. When they did clean the room, on the day before we left, they left the room wide open with the deadbolt preventing it from closing or locking. The restaurant person kept it clean but was not very friendly and just stood off to the side staring at us (we are not that good looking). The hair dryer was plugged with lint that was caked on the back so it would not work very well.

The location was good, and the front desk attendants were very friendly.

The room was not cleaned very well. There was trash from the last visitor on the floor and an empty shampoo bottle left in the shower, indicating no one bothered to clean it or at the very least, change out the shower curtain. Also, probably not the best hotel for families. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, which attracted a not so family friendly group of people as well as the bar crowds coming back to their room at 2AM and slamming doors.

TV didn't work when we arrived had to switch rooms. Room was dirty. The bar was closed at 10:00 on a Friday. Breakfast was not great. Nobody wants to see the lady mopping the bathroom messing with the pancake machine in the same 5 min with questionable hands at best.

We sadly didn’t get to have breakfast because my time on my phone was correct but my husband’s was a hour ahead and he kept saying that it was over.

The bathroom was dirty, I did not shower or let my three year old grandson take a bath because there was still hair in the tube from the last people there. The hair dryer was broken and there was spots on the wall behind the Kleenex box. But we would be willing to stay again and give it another try.

There was spit on the curtains, stains on bed sheet and couch, hair all over the bathroom. Doors do not shut all the way, we got a blanket stole out of room and the manager was suppose to call me. Never received a call from anyone.

I think that the breakfast was quite good, with all the fixings needed to get the day off to a good start. Juice, fresh fruit, pancake maker and waffle maker, eggs, sausages as well as coffee. Lots of space to sit and an attendant handy to help out as needed.

I do enjoy some yogurt in the morning and that was about the only item absent from the breakfast offerings

They charged me $50 for my small dog. Even though I replied as asked to let them know I had a pet. This pet fee was almost as much as the room.

I call the hotel itself and explained it was a work stay to plow interstate. I no not live in the city I work out of so I need to spend the night to be plowing by 4 in the AM. The desk man said price was $120 for the night. I got on booking.com and they had the same room for $80 for the night. I would have rather just dealt with you at the hotel instead of a website

Astoria front desk staff was nowhere to be found at check-in. Waited 20 minutes before deciding to go elsewhere. I messaged them through the Booking app with no response.

Bar staff was a disaster!! Seemed very confused and could not remember if he had taken orders or not. Only 6 people in the bar at the time. He also had his fingers holding the burger on my spouses plate - no gloves used while serving food or drinks. Such a disaster!!!
