Bedden niet zo goed, badkamer klein, douche kop los, riool lucht op gang en in kamer. Trappenhuis erg vuil, stofzuigen zou het van opknappen.

with a front street room the sanitation and deliverys were very early. It was noisy not anyone's fault. Perhaps tell those when booking for a front view the morning noise can be disturbing

Dirty room. Inadequate air conditioning with just a mobile unit unable to close the window to shut out the noise as there was a hose hanging out of the window. Rusty flaking paint. Broken toilet seat. Stained sink Scratched furnishings. Filthy kettle. Nasty smell of damp in the room. Towels and bedding had an unpleasant smell ! I could go on and I paid €260 for this room. Shockingly awful !

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026A beautiful old hotel but well maintained and clean. Right in the centre of Colmar. Colmar is a beautiful town and well worth the visit. It’s called Little Venice. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. I would book this hotel again. And go to Colmar again.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage ist traumhaft, im Herzen der Altstadt von Colmar. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenn auch ein kleiner Renovierungsstau besteht. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes.
Wir haben am Ende 60€ mehr bezahlt als ursprünglich von booking kommuniziert. Jetzt kann ich mich im Nachgang rumstreiten. Die Orginalklimaanlage war defekt, dafür stand ein sehr lautes Innengerät im Raum. Der Abluftschlauch hing im Zimmer unter einem geöffneten Fenster mit nur wenig Wirkung. Klar kann man bei dieser Lage keinen Parkplatz erwarten. Wir mussten ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Parkhaus ins Hotel pilgern.

La literie le ménage ( salle de bains pas nettoyée Aucune aide pour mes bagages car c est un quartier entièrement piéton et j ai du aller seule avec une grosse valise jusqu’à ma voiture qui était garée à 10 mns à pieds mais le trottoir est pavé et je ne connais pas la ville ( au Check in on m avait promis qu on me raccompagnerai à ma voiture) je suis seule et j ai 78 ans

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten reserviert, weil mein Mann mit dem Enkelsohn unterwegs war. Leider war das Zimmer dann mit Doppelbett und an der Reception hiess es, sie wissen nichts von 2 Betten! Schade

Agréablement surpris par la beauté et la qualité de l’établissement. Nous reviendrons. Le choix du parking a 3 euros les 24 heures montre la volonté de satisfaire les clients au delà de l’hébergement. Merci et bravo
Nous avons regretté de n’avoir pas trouvé de charcuterie alsacienne au petit déjeuner. Le kouglof et le munster ont sauvé la mise

Das Bad war originell aber nicht Jedermanns Sache , Toilette und Dusche in getrennten Räumen das Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer .. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Hinterhof , dort war es sehr früh morgens sehr laut. Durch die Vorbereitungen zu Frühstück.

Im Zimmer ist die Nachtischlampe von der Wand gefallen. Es wurde auch nicht repariert, als es an der Rezeption mitgeteilt wurde. Das ganze Hotel ist schmutzig. Spinnweben hängen überall, die Teppiche sind schmutzig. Unsere Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die Situation beim Frühstück war katastrophal! Es waren jeden Tag zu wenig Sitzplätze für die Gäste da. Es war am Anfang nur eine Frühstückskraft da. Die arme Frau musste die Tische abräumen, neu eindecken und das Buffet auffüllen, das ständig leer war bei so vielen Gästen. Beim Check out, war die Rezeption 15 Minuten nicht besetzt.

Frustrating to not be able to check in on arrival(after official check in time) having driven for 6 hours and wanting to have a freshen up before walking around town. The portable ac unit didn’t really work and it was quite noisy with the windows open in summer with people shouting through the night. Standard old building city centre stuff really I guess! No fridge(we need to store medical supplies when travelling)

Die Bettmatratze war nicht bequem und hat Rückenschmerzen verursacht. Des Weiteren war das Badezimmer sehr beengt.

Unfortunately, we found a cockroach in our room. This was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. Finding a cockroach in a hotel room is simply unacceptable, regardless of how charming or well located the hotel may be.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Saint-Martin. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Colmar, which makes it perfect for exploring the old town on foot. I also really loved the interior. I don’t usually go for traditional décor, but here it suited the character of the hotel and the beauty of Colmar perfectly and gave the place a lot of charm. The bathroom was modern and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I normally don’t even eat breakfast, but here I simply couldn’t resist — and I’m very glad I didn’t! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, this is a lovely hotel and one I would wholeheartedly recommend. If I come back to Colmar, I’m quite sure I’ll stay here again.

La climatisation était bridée un peu trop froide mais cela semble temporaire car des travaux sont en cours

praticamente tutto! abbiamo fatto una prenotazione veloce e non ci siamo accorti che era scritto “ senza finestre” 😱 potete immaginare una camera d’albergo nel 2026 senza finestre in europa? la stanza è una Suite nei sotterranei, con soffitti bassi e a volte di mattoni ( peraltro accessibile ai disabili… ( grande considerazione della categoria!!!) Non è presente l’aria condizionata, solo ventilatori, ma neanche il ricambio di aria primaria!!!!!!! mi chiedo come sia possibile per questioni di salubritá dei locali.. il bagno dopo la doccia sembrava una latrina dell’esercito per quanta acqua era su tutto il pavimento. la stanza era sporca e senza alcuna attenzione alla qualitá dell’esperienza. A mia moglie stava venendo una crisi di panico.. ho chiesto aiuto in reception per trovare una soluzione migliore, e mi è stato proposto di offrirci la colazione… ! ( regolarmente pagate al checkout dove la collega non ne sapeva nulla ). insomma un soggiorno da incubo in una cittá meravigliosa… a proposito anche la colazione era di serie B rispetto agli alberghi che frequento soprattutto per business… Sconsigliatissino!!!

L’ascensore che arriva direttamente in camera è un po rumoroso.

La pulizia, in una stanza mancava l'aria condizionata automatica, sostituita da un pinguino (considerato che ho scelto l'hotel per la presenza dell'airco), letti scomodi, cuscini terribili, mancava il sapone nella doccia, perdite d'acqua dal condizionatore

לא ניתן להגיע עם רכב למלון אלא רק לפריקה והעמסה בשעות מסוימות . המזגן הראשי היה בחלל המגורים של הסוויטה בחדר שינה היה מזגן נייד אבל סהכ ביחד עבד כך שהיה קריר . הבעיה שכיון שהחלון נשאר פתוח הגיעו ריחות של ביוב מהרחוב ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית ביותר .

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Sicuramente la posizione. In pieno centro. L ho utilizzato per una tappa verso un altra destinazione. Anche il parcheggio è abbastanza comodo ( circa 200/250 metri) e come prezzo nella norma. Consigliato per chi non ha pretese di lusso
Le camere sono molto piccole e diciamo non propriamente eleganti. C è un mix di stili che fanno a pugni uno con l altro. Sembra un po' di essere un po' nella casa dei sette nani un po' nel castello di Re Artù😊. Ma ci sta. Ma nel complesso ey accogliente

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026It's right in the centre of the old city perfect for exploring Colmar. Room was at the top of the hotel so expect a climb. Staff were very good and helpful.
The air-conditioning barely made much difference to the room. The glass shower room door is frosty glass so no good if you are sharing.
