> I arrived past 5 AM, but I was greeted with such a warm welcome. Due to my own mistake, I had messed up my reservation, but thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, especially Tom, everything was resolved perfectly. Even though there were no vacancies, Tom went above and beyond to find a room for me at a very reasonable rate, even arranging a free cancellation. Unlike those who just pretend to be friendly, Tom’s kindness was truly genuine; when I went out to eat and was wandering around lost outside, he even guided me from afar. Thanks to Tom, my very first visit to Thailand will remain a beautiful, lifelong memory. I hope you all have the good fortune of meeting Tom when you stay at this hotel!

Comfortable room, king bed, TV, wifi - all working as it should. Easy check in and checkout. Staff helpfull. Spend only one night.

It was only coincidence, but pn our arrival there were some electricity maintenance work ongoing so we have to wait for check-in until 16.00.

The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good staff are nice!

No so good value for money, feels like very old hotel. The beds super not comfortable (it's a connected 2 bed without a proper topper + non comfy bed) - so overall not so good sleep. we also eat there lunch that was not good especially compared to all the great food that there is in BKK (however the breakfast was good!).

The breakfast selection was excellent, with an even mix of native Thai and western breakfast foods. I especially liked their egg fried rice, best I've had in Bangkok so far. The wifi is strong, and the bathrooms are clean, though the layout is a bit unusual (toilet and sink is separate from the shower, but the shower is right in front of the closet).

I couldn't find Mezz Cafe, which the signs at the hotel said was at the third floor near the convention center. I would have loved to try their coffee and pastries.

First, the rooms, I'm shocked, super comfy. It felt absolutely increidble sleeping in an icey cold room with two beds and thick soundproof walls. There aren't many hotels in Sukhumvit rated 5 star that have soundproof rooms unless you're paying 6k plus a night. So the rooms were awesome. The food and berage staff AT NIGHT were awesome, too, in the restaurant. The location near the government center makes it so pleasant during the sweltering heat months because i didn't have to stand outside at 330am for a queue at immigration, I woke up at 520 and walked there. So the location is increidble, just unfortunate it's in the government area, but great for immigration, lol.

I think the food in the restaurant was overpriced for sure for what I was given. But that's ok, it happens. The most disappointing were the despicable check in staff. Two men until 1pm just two days ago, then the horrific female that was completely rude, gave me a card and said nothing else. Just trash. The check out staff was totally different and super nice, but wednesday evening had pathetic staff at check in. Food and Beverage in the morning had a very disgruntled Thai Tomboy walking around with the most unfriendly face ever. Awful. Chinese guy working was great though.

I am writing serious concern regarding the service standards and staff conduct at your property. I stayed at the hotel for two days and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations associated with your brand.lobby area, which is promoted as co-working space, was consistently loud and unprofessional. Throughout my stay, lobby staff were laughing, shouting, and socializing among themselves with no regard for guests who were trying to use the area to work or relax. it continued repeatedly over the course of my stay and severely affected the environment.Of even greater concern, when I approached two staff members for assistance one tall, slim, dark-skinned male and one short, fair skinned female wearing red lipstick.they were unable to communicate effectively in English or provide accurate information. Before my request, these same staff members had been loudly joking and shouting across the lobby. This level of behaviour reflects a failure in training, management oversight, and basic hospitality standards. It is unacceptable for a property under your corporate brand to allow such conduct in a guest-facing area, especially one promoted as a co-working space.I kindly request that corporate review this matter and advise on the corrective actions that will be taken to ensure that service standards, professionalism, and staff communication skills are improved at this property. -TV ถ้าเป็น smart tv จะดีมากเลยค่ะ - ถนนในศูนย์ราชการ งงมาก เราต้องไปติดต่อสำนักงานที่ดินดอนเมืองแต่เช้าค่ะ โชคดีมากที่โรงแรมไม่ไกล เพราะเลี้ยวผิดไปมา 😆

It was good. I stayed there once in a basic room and did not care for it. This time stayed in a nicer room on the eighth floor and found it to be much more comfortable. This is the place to stay if you’re going to the Bangkok immigration office

For a 4 star hotel it is unfortunately outdated. Facilities are old and not as clean as it should. The linen was not in good condition either. Reception staff was great and helpful but unfortunately I cannot say this about their restaurant. Staff with minimum English, not attentive at all. They are not trained so they just give you menu and if you have any questions they are not able to answer. When I requested sparkling water I was told they don't have it, but then they went to fridge and found it...The same with wine, first that they don't have it, then disappear for 15 minutes bringing the wine. After bringing your order they don't care anymore, they don't come to ask if it is ok, if you have anything to drink, or if you would like a dessert. I saw many customers to walk over the counter and request additional items from the menu after their main course. This is unacceptable for this type of establishment. Would not come back as around this area are for the same price much better and upmarket hotels with better service.

Outstanding service! The hotel staff (Tom if i am not mistaken) helped me find my bag left at the airport. He made contact directly to the airport at that night. He is so friendy, fast respond, patience and very professional. Hotel located in the middle of complex goverment area bit a way from the main road, but not problem for us we use always taxi or grab. Breakfast is very tasty and generous options. Again thanks you for such welcome and professional service.

If there is swimming pool will be perfect

Seems nice please, room is clean and tidy, fantastic room a very large bed, it's King size! I can relax better after days of work and activity. I like the cute artwork placed in the bed and I was struck when I opened my room door. So refreshing. The place to be!

Very great service and excellent place to stay when getting your visa done

Super convenient for the visa office, which is why we were there. Clean, comfortable room. Has the most international TV channels I’ve ever seen at a hotel in Thailand.

Front desk staff told us breakfast started at 6:00. But when we got there at 6:20, restaurant staff said it didn’t start until 6:30. There were a few other (very minor) issues that showed staff need more training and communication with each other.

Accessibility to public transportation

I would like to compliment the hotel. It is very beautiful, good atmosphere, and the location is suitable for traveling to various places. I feel very good to come to this hotel. The reception staff is good, kind, and takes good care of my family. Especially the restaurant, each staff is very good, friendly, attentive, and takes good care of me. There is a variety of food and delicious tastes, especially breakfast. I came to eat after breakfast was closed. There was a set menu to choose from until 16.00. It was really good. And on my husband's special day, there was a birthday cake to surprise him. It was very cute. Especially the staff named Pu and the team, the service was very good. I will definitely come back to use the service again.

Breakfast was good for the Thai/Asian options, but just the usual frankfurter and cold ham in water for the western option. Nice coffee machines though.

Checked in and went all the up to the 8th floor only to find the key card didn't work. Had to go back to reception who were entirely unapologetic and just issued the correct card. No offer of assistance with bags (I was with my young son). In the room there is no information about how to work the TV or what channels or other viewing options are available. Also, no guidance for the air con which we ended up having to turn off as it was impossible to turn down.

My family had the lunch buffet and had a great experience. There was plenty to choose from and everything was delicious! The best part was the service. The staff members were very nice and went out of their way to welcome us. Miss Pu-Pe and her team understood the mission and we were very happy with the decision to lunch here!!

I had a great dinner on the floor 4 at the hotel, Pannawit was very helpful me helping decide what to eat from menu and very attentive with his service from start to finish. The food was great and well priced will definitely be eating here again.

Only stayed overnight, checked in late and checked out early. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Room service was quick as we got dinner when we arrived. Looks like a really nice hotel but not time to explore/ appreciate it. 3 restaurants on site and a gym but no pool. Close to DMK (20 mins depending on traffic and tolls)

Service im Restaurant war so schlecht. Nur 1-2 Servicepersonen. Viel, viel zu wenig.
